[0038] Figure 1 is a schematic structural view of an indoor unit 200 of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present application installed in a cabinet 100, Figure 2 is Figure 1 is a schematic structural view of a second cabinet body 20 and a cabinet door 30 of the cabinet 100 shown in FIG. 1, Figure 3 is Figure 1 is a schematic structural view of the cabinet door 30 of the cabinet 100 shown in FIG. 1. As Figures 1 to 3As shown, in one embodiment, the cabinet 100 for installing the air conditioner indoor unit 200 includes a first cabinet body 10, a second cabinet body 20 and a cabinet door 30. The first cabinet body 10 is used for installing the air conditioner indoor unit 200. The second cabinet body 20 is arranged adjacent to the first cabinet body 10, and a first through hole 211 is formed in a shared plate body 21 of the first cabinet body 10 and the second cabinet body 20. The cabinet door 30 is rotatably installed at the second cabinet body 20, and an installation cavity 31 is formed in the outer side of the cabinet door 30. A leakage protector switch 300 is installed in the installation cavity 31. The leakage protector switch 300 is connected to the air conditioner indoor unit 200 through a wire harness 400, and the wire harness 400 passes through the first through hole 211. It can be understood that the first cabinet body 10 is not provided with the cabinet door 30, so as to avoid affecting the operation of the air conditioner indoor unit 200. Only the second cabinet body 20 is provided with the cabinet door 30, and the second cabinet body 20 is used for storage. The air conditioner indoor unit 200 in this embodiment is a vertical air conditioner indoor unit 200.
[0039] In this embodiment, the recessed installation cavity 31 is formed on the cabinet door 30, and the leakage protector switch 300 is installed in the installation cavity 31. In this way, the leakage protector switch 300 is not exposed, the appearance is improved, and the leakage protector switch 300 is prevented from being bumped. In addition, the installation of the leakage protector switch 300 in the installation cavity 31 does not affect the operation of the leakage protector switch 300.
[0040] In some embodiments, the cabinet door 30 includes a door body 32 and a box body 33. The door body 32 is rotatably connected to the second cabinet body 20, and the door body 32 has a first opening 311. The box body 33 is arranged on the inner side of the door body 32, and the box body 33 has an installation cavity 31 that is in communication with the first opening 311. In this way, the leakage protector switch 300 is installed in the installation cavity 31 of the box body 33 from the first opening 311. It can be understood that a hole is formed in the door body 32, and a box body 33 for placing the leakage protector switch 300 is arranged on the rear side of the hole.
[0041] In some embodiments, the size of the first through hole 211 can be determined according to the size of the wire harness 400, and it is necessary to ensure that all the wire harnesses 400 can pass through the first through hole 211. For example, the larger the size of the wire harness 400, the larger the size of the first through hole 211, and the smaller the size of the wire harness 400, the smaller the size of the first through hole 211. Here, the size of the wire harness 400 can be understood as the diameter of the wire harness 400.
[0042] In some embodiments, when the first cabinet 10 and the second cabinet 20 do not share a common panel 21, that is, when the first cabinet 10 and the second cabinet 20 have two adjacent panels 21 arranged opposite to each other, a first through hole 211 needs to be provided on each of these two panels 21 for threading the wire harness 400. In a preferred embodiment, the two first through holes 211 are arranged opposite to each other and have the same size, which is more conducive to threading the wire harness 400.
[0043] In some embodiments, the hinge side of the cabinet door 30 is located on the side of the second cabinet 20 closest to the first cabinet 10. See also Figure 1 If the first cabinet 10 is located to the right of the second cabinet 20, then the hinge side of the cabinet door 30 is located to the right of the second cabinet 20, and the user opens the cabinet door 30 from the left. If the first cabinet 10 is located to the left of the second cabinet 20, then the hinge side of the cabinet door 30 is located to the left of the second cabinet 20, and the user opens the cabinet door 30 from the right. In other words, the hinge side of the cabinet door 30 is determined according to the relative position of the first cabinet 10 and the second cabinet 20. The advantage of this arrangement is that it can reduce the length of the wiring harness 400, saving costs. The wiring harness 400 extends directly from the door 32 to the hinge side of the door 32 and the shared plate 21, passing through the first through hole 211 to connect with the indoor unit 200 of the air conditioner. In addition, since the wiring harness 400 passes through the hinge side of the door 32, it will not affect the user when opening the cabinet door 30, thus avoiding the wiring harness 400 affecting the opening of the cabinet door 30.
[0044] Specifically, when the first cabinet 10 is located to the right of the second cabinet 20, and the hinge side of the cabinet door 30 is also located to the right of the second cabinet 20, the wiring harness 400 extends from the housing 33 of the cabinet door 30 toward the right side of the door 32, and then extends to the first through hole 211 of the panel 21. Conversely, when the first cabinet 10 is located to the left of the second cabinet 20, and the hinge side of the cabinet door 30 is also located to the left of the second cabinet 20, the wiring harness 400 extends from the housing 33 of the cabinet door 30 toward the left side of the door 32, and then extends to the first through hole 211 of the panel 21.
[0045] In some embodiments, the hinge side of the cabinet door 30 may also be located on the side of the second cabinet 20 away from the first cabinet 10. See also Figure 1If the first cabinet 10 is located to the right of the second cabinet 20, then the hinge side of the cabinet door 30 is located to the left of the second cabinet 20, and the user opens the cabinet door 30 from the right side. If the first cabinet 10 is located to the left of the second cabinet 20, then the hinge side of the cabinet door 30 is located to the right of the second cabinet 20, and the user opens the cabinet door 30 from the left side. If arranged in the above manner, when the first cabinet 10 is located to the right of the second cabinet 20 and the hinge side of the cabinet door 30 is located to the left of the second cabinet 20, the wiring harness 400 extends from the box 33 of the cabinet door 30 toward the left side of the door 32, then extends to the side panel opposite to the panel 21, then extends to the back panel of the second cabinet 20, and finally extends to the first through hole 211 of the panel 21. When the first cabinet 10 is located to the left of the second cabinet 20, and the hinge side of the cabinet door 30 is located to the right of the second cabinet 20, the wiring harness 400 extends from the box 33 of the cabinet door 30 toward the right side of the door 32, then extends to the side panel opposite to the panel 21, then extends to the back panel of the second cabinet 20, and finally extends to the first through hole 211 of the panel 21. Using this method, the wiring harness 400 has a relatively long extension length and needs to be arranged around the side and back panels to ensure that the opening of the cabinet door 30 is not affected.
[0046] In some embodiments, the housing 33 further includes a second through hole for threading the wiring harness 400. This means that if the leakage protection switch 300 is installed through the first opening 311, the housing 33 needs to have a second through hole for threading. The specific installation process is as follows: First, thread the wiring harness 400 through the first through hole 211, and connect one end of the wiring harness 400 to the indoor unit 200 of the air conditioner. The other end of the wiring harness 400 is threaded through the second through hole to connect to the leakage protection switch 300. After both ends of the wiring harness 400 are installed, the leakage protection switch 300 is installed into the housing 33 through the first opening 311.
[0047] In some embodiments, the second through hole can be disposed on the top, side, bottom, or back surface of the housing 33. That is, the second through hole can be disposed on any side of the housing 33, depending on design requirements. The size of the second through hole can be determined based on the size of the wire harness 400, ensuring that all wire harnesses 400 can pass through it. For example, the larger the size of the wire harness 400, the larger the size of the second through hole; conversely, the smaller the size of the wire harness 400, the smaller the size of the second through hole. Here, the size of the wire harness 400 can be understood as its diameter.
[0048] In some embodiments, the dimensions of the housing 33 are specifically designed based on the dimensions of the residual current device (RCD) 300 to ensure that the RCD 300 can be installed inside the housing 33. The shape of the housing 33 can be the same as the shape of the RCD 300, or they can be different. For example, if the RCD 300 is square, then the shape of the housing 33 is also square.
[0049] Figure 4 yes Figure 1 The diagram shows a schematic structural representation of the second cabinet 20 of cabinet 100, with the panel 21 concealed. Figure 4 As shown, in some embodiments, the housing 33 also has a second opening 312 communicating with the mounting cavity 31, so that the leakage protection switch 300 can be installed into the mounting cavity 31 of the housing 33 through the second opening 312. This means that the leakage protection switch 300 can be installed either through the first opening 311 or through the second opening 312 of the housing 33. Since the second opening 312 is located on the back of the door 32, the wiring harness 400 and the leakage protection switch 300 can be installed directly, and then the installed leakage protection switch 300 can be directly installed into the housing 33 through the second opening 312.
[0050] In some embodiments, the second opening 312 is located at the bottom of the housing 33. The leakage protection switch 300 is installed into the housing 33 from the bottom. Here, the leakage protection switch 300 can be fixed on any side of the housing 33, that is, through the top surface, either of the two sides, or the back. The leakage protection switch 300 is installed using screws, adhesive, or special splicing screws for the home cabinet 100.
[0051] In some embodiments, the second opening 312 may also be located at the top of the housing 33. When installing the leakage protection switch 300, it is installed from the top of the housing 33 into the housing 33. Here, the leakage protection switch 300 can be fixed to any side of the housing 33, i.e., through the bottom, either of the two sides, or the back.
[0052] In some embodiments, the second opening 312 may also be located on the back of the housing 33. When installing the leakage protection switch 300, it is installed into the housing 33 from the back. Here, the leakage protection switch 300 can be fixed to any side of the housing 33, i.e., through the bottom, top, or either side.
[0053] In some embodiments, the second opening 312 may also be located on either of the two sides of the housing 33. When installing the leakage protection switch 300, it is installed into the housing 33 from the side. Here, the leakage protection switch 300 can be fixed to either side of the housing 33, i.e., through the bottom, top, or another side.
[0054] In some embodiments, the box 33 can also be designed as a pull-out type, see [reference needed]. Figure 3 The back panel of the housing 33, which is parallel to the door 32, is designed to be able to be pulled out upwards or downwards. When installing the leakage protection switch 300, the back panel is pulled out upwards or downwards, and the leakage protection switch 300 is installed from the back of the housing 33 into the housing 33. Then, the back panel is returned to its original position to complete the installation of the leakage protection switch. Alternatively, the top or side panel of the housing 33 can also be designed to be pull-out, allowing the leakage protection switch 300 to be installed from the top or side of the housing 33 into the housing 33, after which the top or side panel is returned to its original position.
[0055] In some embodiments, the length of the box 33 extending along the front and rear longitudinal direction of the second cabinet 20 needs to be determined according to the thickness of the leakage protection switch 300. It is necessary to ensure that the leakage protection switch 300 can be completely located inside the box 33 when installed in the box 33, and cannot protrude from the box 33, so as to avoid affecting the aesthetics of the cabinet 100.
[0056] In some embodiments, the box 33 is located near the bottom of the door 32, which can reduce the length of the wiring harness 400 and avoid affecting the aesthetics of the cabinet 100.
[0057] In some embodiments, when the hinge side of the cabinet door 30 is located on the side of the second cabinet 20 closer to the first cabinet 10, the housing 33 is located close to the first cabinet 10. When the hinge side of the cabinet door 30 is located on the side of the second cabinet 20 away from the first cabinet 10, the housing 33 is located away from the first cabinet 10. This arrangement can save wiring harness 400.
[0058] In some embodiments, the first through hole 211 is located near the bottom of the plate 21, which can save on the wiring harness 400. In a preferred embodiment, the height of the first through hole 211 is lower than the height of the housing 33, which facilitates the arrangement of the wiring harness 400.
[0059] like Figure 4As shown, in a preferred embodiment, the inner side of the door 32 is provided with a first groove 321 for limiting the wire harness 400, and the inner side of the second cabinet 20 is provided with a second groove 22 for limiting the wire harness 400. The second groove 22 communicates with the first groove 321. This embodiment, through the setting of the first groove 321 and the second groove 22, can limit the wire harness 400, preventing it from affecting the placement of items inside the second cabinet 20. Here, the width of the first groove 321 and the width of the second groove 22 need to be set according to the diameter of the wire harness 400, ensuring that the wire harness 400 can be placed in the first groove 321 and the second groove 22 without falling out. Here, the second groove 22 extends to the first through hole 211, and the design of the first groove 321 and the second groove 22 can be determined according to the specific direction of the wire harness.
[0060] In some embodiments, the first wire groove 321 and the second wire groove 22 are arranged at the same height, which can minimize the length of the wire harness. In other embodiments, the arrangement height of the first wire groove 321 and the second wire groove 22 can also be set according to specific design requirements.
[0061] In some embodiments, the door 32 and the box 33 are integrally formed. In other embodiments, the door 32 and the box 33 can also be made as separate parts, and can be designed to be detachably connected. When the box 33 and the door 32 are detachably connected, the leakage protection switch 300 can be installed into the box 33 first, and then the box 33 can be installed onto the door 32. Here, the door 32 and the box 33 can be connected by bolts. When it is necessary to disassemble the box 33, the bolts can be removed directly.
[0062] Figure 5 yes Figure 1 The diagram shows a schematic structural representation of the cover plate 34 of the cabinet door 30 of the cabinet 100. Figure 5 As shown, in some embodiments, the cabinet door 30 also includes a cover plate 34, which is rotatably mounted at the first opening 311 to cover the first opening 311.
[0063] This embodiment not only installs the leakage protection switch 300 inside the box 33, but also covers the leakage protection switch 300 with the cover plate 34, thereby further improving the aesthetics of the cabinet door 30.
[0064] In some embodiments, the cover 34 is configured to be flush with the outer side of the door 32 when it is closed, so as to avoid affecting the aesthetics of the cabinet door 30.
[0065] In some embodiments, the opening direction of the cover 34 can be set to be consistent with the opening direction of the cabinet door 30. This can improve the aesthetics of the cabinet door 30.
[0066] In some embodiments, the baffle 34 can also be configured as a pull-out type. The baffle 34 can be designed to pull out upwards, downwards, leftwards, or rightwards, but a receiving cavity for storing the baffle needs to be provided on the door body 32. When the baffle 34 is designed to pull out upwards, the receiving cavity is located above the leakage protection switch 300; when the baffle 34 is designed to pull out downwards, the receiving cavity is located below the leakage protection switch 300; when the baffle 34 is designed to pull out to the left, the receiving cavity is located to the left of the leakage protection switch 300; and when the baffle 34 is designed to pull out to the right, the receiving cavity is located to the right of the leakage protection switch 300. It can be understood that the position of the receiving cavity is set according to the pulling direction of the baffle 34.
[0067] In some embodiments, the leakage protection switch 300 can also be disposed inside the second cabinet 20, for example, on the back panel or either of the two side panels of the second cabinet 20. Here, the plate 21 shared by the second cabinet 20 and the first cabinet 10 still needs to be provided with a first through hole 211 for threading the wire harness 400. When the leakage protection switch 300 is located on the back panel of the second cabinet 20, the back panel does not need to be provided with a recessed groove facing backward; the leakage protection switch 300 can simply protrude from the back panel. Since it is located inside the second cabinet 20, it will not affect the aesthetics of the second cabinet 20. When the leakage protection switch 300 is located on the side panel of the second cabinet 20, the side panel also does not need to be provided with a groove; the leakage protection switch 300 can simply protrude from the side panel.
[0068] Figure 6 This is a schematic structural diagram of the mounting bracket 500 of an indoor unit 200 of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention. Figure 6As shown, in some embodiments, the indoor unit 200 of the air conditioner is installed inside the first cabinet 10 via a mounting bracket 500. The mounting bracket 500 of the indoor unit 200 includes a mounting plate 510, at least one hook member 530, and an adjustment assembly 520. The mounting plate 510 is fixedly disposed inside the first cabinet 10 to fix the mounting bracket 500. One side of the hook member 530 is provided with at least one snap-fit portion 532, which engages with a mating part of the indoor unit 200 to allow the indoor unit 200 to be hooked onto the hook member 530. The adjustment assembly 520 is configured to be deformable, with both ends connected to the mounting plate 510 and the hook member 530 respectively. It is used to adjust the position of the indoor unit 200 when it is hooked onto the hook member 530 and to deform when the indoor unit 200 is subjected to force, thereby installing the indoor unit 200 at the target location. Here, the mounting bracket 500 is first installed inside the first cabinet 10, and then the indoor unit 200 of the air conditioner is hung on the mounting bracket 530. After that, the indoor unit 200 of the air conditioner can be installed inside the first cabinet 10 by pushing the indoor unit 200, thus completing the embedded installation of the indoor unit 200 of the air conditioner.
[0069] In this embodiment, when the indoor unit 200 of the air conditioner is subjected to force, the adjustment component 520 can adjust the position of the indoor unit 200 of the air conditioner through its own deformation, thereby meeting the installation requirements of the embedded air conditioner indoor unit 200. After the indoor unit 200 of the air conditioner is hung on the mounting bracket 530, the installation can be completed simply by pushing the indoor unit 200 of the air conditioner from the outside, which is relatively convenient.
[0070] In some embodiments, the mounting bracket 530 includes a back plate 531 connected to the adjustment assembly 520, and a snap-fit portion 532 extending from the back plate 531 toward the front of the mounting bracket 500 and bent to form the snap-fit portion 532. Specifically, the back plate 531 has two opposing sides, one side connected to the adjustment assembly 520, and the other side having the snap-fit portion 532. In some embodiments, the back plate 531 can be shaped as a square, rectangle, circle, etc. The size of the back plate 531 is designed according to the number of snap-fit portions 532; the more snap-fit portions 532 there are, the larger the size of the back plate 531, and the fewer snap-fit portions 532 there are, the smaller the size of the back plate 531.
[0071] In some embodiments, the adjustment assembly 520 includes at least one set of rotating arm assemblies, each set of rotating arm assemblies being rotatably connected to the mounting plate 510 and the hanger 530, respectively. In this embodiment, there are two sets of rotating arm assemblies arranged side by side. This embodiment uses two sets of rotating arm assemblies, which can improve the installation stability of the indoor unit 200 of the air conditioner. The deformation of the rotating arm assemblies is equivalent to adjusting the distance between the mounting plate 510 and the back plate 531, thereby adjusting the position of the indoor unit 200 of the air conditioner.
[0072] In this embodiment, each rotating arm assembly includes a first rotating arm 521, a second rotating arm 522, and a third rotating arm 523. One end of the first rotating arm 521 is rotatably connected to the mounting plate 510. One end of the second rotating arm 522 is rotatably connected to the mounting plate 510 and is located below the first rotating arm 521. One end of the third rotating arm 523 is rotatably connected to the ends of the first and second rotating arms 521 and 522 away from the mounting plate 510, and the other end is rotatably connected to the hanger 530. In this embodiment, the rotating arm assembly is formed by three rotating arms. In other embodiments, the rotating arm assembly may use other numbers of rotating arms, such as two or four rotating arms.
[0073] This embodiment is equivalent to arranging the first rotating arm 521 and the second rotating arm 522 vertically spaced apart, which can enhance the structural strength of the rotating arm assembly and ensure the stability of the rotating arm assembly during deformation.
[0074] This embodiment uses multiple rotating arms for rotational connection. When any rotating arm is subjected to force, the adjustment component 520 can deform, thereby driving the indoor unit 200 of the air conditioner to move. The mechanical adjustment component 520, compared with the electric adjustment component 520, does not rely on the power or electronic system, thus avoiding the possible failures of the electric adjustment component 520, and has better durability and longer service life.
[0075] In another embodiment, each adjustment component 520 further includes multiple driving elements, and each rotating arm is connected to at least one driving element. Each rotating arm is configured to rotate under the drive of the corresponding driving element to change the shape of the corresponding adjustment component 520, thereby adjusting the position of the indoor unit 200 of the air conditioner. Here, the mounting bracket 200 is first installed inside the first cabinet 10, and then the indoor unit 200 of the air conditioner is hung on the mounting bracket 530. Afterwards, the user controls the driving element through the controller to drive the rotating arm to rotate, thereby realizing the embedded installation of the indoor unit 200 of the air conditioner. Alternatively, the indoor unit 200 of the air conditioner can be directly pushed, and the rotating arm of the adjustment component 520 will rotate under external force, thereby installing the indoor unit 200 of the air conditioner into the first cabinet 10, completing the embedded installation of the indoor unit 200 of the air conditioner. In this embodiment, the controller can be a controller independently configured for the mounting bracket 500, or it can be an air conditioner remote control. The air conditioner remote control is connected to the computer board of the indoor unit 200 of the air conditioner, and the computer board is connected to the driving element of the adjustment component 520. After the user sends an adjustment signal via the air conditioner remote control, the computer board controls the drive component to rotate the rotating arm based on the received signal, thereby moving the indoor unit 200 of the air conditioner. This can be understood as follows: when the mounting bracket 500 is not equipped with a drive component, the indoor unit 200 can be directly pushed into the first cabinet 10. When the mounting bracket 500 is equipped with a drive component, the indoor unit 200 can be installed in two ways: one is to directly push the indoor unit 200 into the first cabinet 10, and the other is to use a controller to control the drive component to rotate the corresponding rotating arm, thereby moving the indoor unit 200 into the first cabinet 10.
[0076] In some embodiments, each adjustment component 520 includes three driving members, each driving member being connected to a rotating arm. That is, the first rotating arm 521, the second rotating arm 522, and the third rotating arm 523 are each connected to a driving member, thereby rotating under the drive of the corresponding driving member.
[0077] In some embodiments, when the indoor unit 200 of the air conditioner is installed near a wall, for example... Figure 1If the indoor unit 200 is positioned in the middle, the air outlet coverage area will be smaller than if it were tilted in a corner. Therefore, the user can control the adjustment component 520 to deform, causing the indoor unit 200 to tilt, thus expanding its air outlet coverage area. When the indoor unit 200 is installed near the right wall, it needs to tilt to the left. The user can use the air conditioner remote control to control the mounting bracket 500 to tilt the indoor unit 200 to the left. When the indoor unit 200 is installed near the left wall, it needs to tilt to the right. The user can use the air conditioner remote control to control the mounting bracket 500 to tilt the indoor unit 200 to the right. To achieve tilted installation of the indoor unit 200, whether tilting to the left or right, the mounting bracket 530 must be tilted, and the tilt direction of the mounting bracket 530 must be consistent with the tilt direction of the indoor unit 200.
