Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present application relates to a wire harness. BACKGROUND

[0002] In the past, in a vehicle such as an automobile, a sliding door power supply device that electrically connects a power supply (secondary battery or the like) on a vehicle body side and a switch, an electric component, or the like on a sliding door side is mounted. In the sliding door power supply device, a wire harness realizes the electrical connection. The wire harness has a wire erection portion that is erected between the vehicle body and the sliding door, a vehicle body side unit that assembles a vehicle body side end portion of the wire erection portion, and a vehicle door side unit that assembles a vehicle door side end portion of the wire erection portion. The vehicle body side unit has a vehicle body rotor that supports the vehicle body side end portion of the wire erection portion and a vehicle body protector that rotates the vehicle body rotor in conjunction with opening and closing operation of the sliding door. The vehicle door side unit has a vehicle door rotor that supports the vehicle door side end portion of the wire erection portion and a vehicle door protector that rotates the vehicle door rotor in conjunction with the opening and closing operation of the sliding door. With respect to such a wire harness, for example, it is disclosed in Patent Documents 1 to 3 described below.

[0008] PROBLEMS TO BE SOLVED BY THE INVENTION

[0009] However, the wire harness of the past rotates the vehicle body rotor in a state of being housed inside the vehicle body protector. Therefore, the vehicle body side unit cannot restrict a path of the wire erection portion on the sliding door side than the vehicle body rotor at the time of door opening and closing. However, in the wire harness of Patent Document 3, a plurality of wires of the wire erection portion are covered with a bend restricting member, and further, the same is covered with a bellows. The bend restricting member has a plurality of block portions and a plurality of link portions that connect two adjacent block portions, and changes a radius of curvature, for example. One end of the bend restricting member is held to the vehicle body side unit, and the other end is in a free cantilever state, and the bulging of the wire erection portion to the vehicle side at the time when the sliding door starts to open is suppressed. However, the bend restricting member needs to be prepared as a member different from the vehicle body side unit and the vehicle door side unit, and since the bend restricting member is a structure composed of the block portions and the like, it is difficult to say that the productivity is excellent. Therefore, although the wire harness of Patent Document 3 can restrict the path of the wire erection portion, it leads to an increase in cost.

[0010] Therefore, the object of the present invention is to provide a wire harness that can suppress the rise in costs and limit the path of the mounting section.

[0011] Methods for solving problems

[0012] The wiring harness of the present invention is characterized by comprising: a wire having: a mounting portion erected between the vehicle body and a sliding door; a vehicle side wiring portion disposed in front of the vehicle side end of the mounting portion; and a door side wiring portion disposed in front of the door side end of the mounting portion; a vehicle side unit for assembling the vehicle side end of the mounting portion and leading the vehicle side wiring portion to the vehicle body side; and a door side unit for assembling the door side end of the mounting portion and leading the door side wiring portion to the sliding door side, the vehicle side unit comprising: a cylindrical vehicle body rotor having the vehicle side end of the mounting portion disposed at one end of the vehicle body side inside the cylinder, and an opening at the other end of the sliding door side through the mounting portion inside the cylinder. The device includes: a body protector that rotatably supports one end of the body rotor and, in conjunction with the opening and closing action of the sliding door, causes the body rotor to rotate about a vertical axis of rotation. The body rotor includes: a main body portion on one end side that rotates inside the body protector; and a path limiting portion disposed outside the body protector that limits the path of the mounting portion within a cylinder from the main body portion to its other end, and causes the mounting portion to extend outward from the opening at the other end. The path limiting portion extends from the main body portion toward the door side unit in a manner that prevents the mounting portion exposed between itself and the door side unit from contacting the body when the sliding door is fully open.

[0013] Invention Effects

[0014] The wiring harness of the present invention restricts the path of the mounting section by means of a path restriction part that is part of the vehicle body rotor. That is, the wiring harness of the present invention does not require a special component for this path restriction, thus suppressing cost increases and restricting the path of the mounting section. [0044] Hereinafter, embodiments of the wire harness of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, the present invention is not limited to these embodiments.

[0045] [Example]

[0046] based on Figures 1 to 6 One embodiment of the wire harness of the present invention will be described.

[0047] Figures 1 to 6 Reference numeral 1 in the accompanying drawings indicates the wiring harness of this embodiment. This wiring harness 1 is mounted in a vehicle such as an automobile equipped with a sliding door, and provides power from a power source (such as a secondary battery) on the vehicle body side to an electrically connected object on the sliding door side. This electrically connected object is a component of the sliding door, such as an electrical component or a switch. For example, the electrical component of the sliding door refers to a drive mechanism for operating the power window, a speaker, etc. Furthermore, the switch of the sliding door refers to a switch for operating the power window, a switch for operating the power seat, etc.

[0048] The wiring harness 1 includes a wire 10, one end of which is directly or indirectly electrically connected to a power source on the vehicle body side, and the other end is directly or indirectly electrically connected to an object to be electrically connected on the sliding door side. The wire 10 has a mounting portion 10A, which is a portion located between the one end and the other end, and is mounted between the vehicle body and the sliding door. Figures 1 to 6 In this mounting section 10A, for example, the wire 10 is covered by a cylindrical corrugated pipe (illustration omitted).

[0049] In this wire 10, one end on the vehicle body side (B side) is located in front of one end of the mounting portion 10A (hereinafter referred to as the "vehicle side end"), and another end on the sliding door side is located in front of the other end of the mounting portion 10A (hereinafter referred to as the "door side end"). Therefore, the wire 10 has a vehicle body side wiring portion 10B (B side) laid in front of the vehicle body side end of the mounting portion 10A. Figure 5 ), and the door-side wiring section 10C arranged in front of the door-side end of the mounting section 10A ( Figure 6 ).

[0050] In the wire 10, the vehicle body side end of the mounting section 10A is assembled to the vehicle body side. The wire harness 1 includes a vehicle body side unit 20 that is fixed to the vehicle body and is used for assembling the vehicle body side end of the mounting section 10A. Figures 1 to 5 That is, the vehicle side end of the mounting part 10A is assembled to the vehicle side via the vehicle side unit 20.

[0051] The vehicle body side unit 20 includes: a cylindrical vehicle body rotor 30 that houses the vehicle body side end of the mounting portion 10A within the cylinder; and a vehicle body protector 40 that is fixed to the vehicle body and allows the vehicle body rotor 30 to rotate relative to an axis about one end 30a. Figures 1 to 5The body rotor 30 and body protector 40 are molded from insulating materials such as synthetic resin. The body side unit 20 leads the body side wiring portion 10B of the wire 10, which is led out from the opening at one end 30a of the body rotor 30, to the body side.

[0052] In the body rotor 30, a mounting portion 10A is disposed at one end 30a on the body side inside the cylinder. This body rotor 30 allows the rotor to extend from the opening at the other end 30b on the sliding door side through the mounting portion 10A inside the cylinder. Figures 1 to 5 The vehicle body rotor 30 is supported by a bracket 10A at its other end 30b, for example.

[0053] The body protector 40 supports one end 30a of the body rotor 30, allowing it to rotate freely, and in conjunction with the opening and closing action of the sliding door, causes the body rotor 30 to rotate around the vertical rotation axis 31. Figures 1 to 5 In this vehicle body side unit 20, the rotating shaft 31 is disposed at one end 30a of the vehicle body rotor 30, and the bearing 41 of the rotating shaft 31 is disposed at the vehicle body protector 40. Figure 5 ).

[0054] For example, the vehicle body rotor 30 shown here includes: a first vehicle body rotor component 30A and a second vehicle body rotor component 30B that are divided along a cylindrical shaft and assembled to each other. Figures 1 to 5 The first body rotor assembly 30A is positioned vertically below the mounting portion 10A inside the cylinder of the body rotor 30. The second body rotor assembly 30B is positioned vertically above the mounting portion 10A inside the cylinder of the body rotor 30.

[0055] Here, the first vehicle rotor component 30A has: a bottom 32a extending vertically below the cylindrical shaft, and a pair of sidewall portions 32b vertically arranged from a pair of ends of the bottom 32a along the cylindrical shaft upwards. Figure 5 Additionally, the second vehicle rotor component 30B has: a top 33a extending vertically above the cylinder shaft, and a pair of sidewall portions 33b vertically disposed from a pair of ends of the top 33a along the cylinder shaft downwards. Figure 5 The vehicle rotor 30 shown here is formed as a double-wall structure in which a pair of sidewall portions 33b of the second vehicle rotor component 30B covers a pair of sidewall portions 32b of the first vehicle rotor component 30A from the outside in the assembled state, thereby improving rigidity.

[0056] In this vehicle body rotor 30, rotating shafts 31 are respectively arranged vertically on the same axis from the outer wall surface of the bottom 32a of the first vehicle body rotor component 30A and the outer wall surface of the top 33a of the second vehicle body rotor component 30B.

[0057] The vehicle body rotor 30 holds the first vehicle body rotor component 30A and the second vehicle body rotor component 30B in an assembled state by engaging the first engaging portion 32c provided on the first vehicle body rotor component 30A and the second engaging portion 33c provided on the second vehicle body rotor component 30B with each other in the assembled state. Figure 5 The first engaging portion 32c is provided in multiples on each side wall portion 32b. Similarly, the second engaging portion 33c is provided in multiples on each side wall portion 33b. For example, in the assembled state, the claw-shaped first engaging portion 32c is hooked onto the second engaging portion 33c, causing them to engage with each other.

[0058] The body protector 40 has an internal space in which an opening at one end 30a of the body rotor 30 is disposed. The body-side wiring portion 10B of the wire 10 is led out from the opening at one end 30a, runs through the internal space of the body protector 40, and is led out to the outside of the body protector 40.

[0059] The body protector 40 shown here includes: a first body protector component 40A that covers the first body rotor component 30A from below vertically; and a second body protector component 40B that is assembled to the first body protector component 40A and covers the second body rotor component 30B from above vertically. Figures 1 to 5 ).

[0060] The first body protector component 40A has: a bottom 42a that vertically covers the bottom 32a of the first body rotor component 30A; and a pair of sidewall portions 42b that follow the wiring path of the body-side wiring portion 10B of the wire 10 in the interior space of the body protector 40. Figure 5 Additionally, the second body protector component 40B has: a top 43a that covers the top 33a of the second body rotor component 30B vertically; and a pair of sidewall portions 43b that follow the wiring path of the body-side wiring portion 10B of the wire 10 in the interior space of the body protector 40. Figure 5 ).

[0061] In this body protector 40, a bearing 41 that supports the rotation shaft 31 of the first body rotor component 30A is provided on the inner wall surface of the bottom 42a of the first body protector component 40A, and a bearing 41 that supports the rotation shaft 31 of the second body rotor component 30B is provided on the inner wall surface of the top 43a of the second body protector component 40B.

[0062] The body protector 40 holds the first body protector component 40A and the second body protector component 40B in an assembled state by engaging the first engaging portion 42c provided on the first body protector component 40A and the second engaging portion 43c provided on the second body protector component 40B with each other in the assembled state. Figure 5 The first engaging portion 42c is provided in multiples on each side wall portion 42b. Additionally, the second engaging portion 43c is provided in multiples on each side wall portion 43b. For example, in the assembled state, the claw-shaped second engaging portion 43c is hooked onto the first engaging portion 42c, causing them to engage with each other.

[0063] Additionally, in the wiring 10, the door-side end of the mounting section 10A is assembled to the sliding door side ( Figures 1 to 4 and Figure 6 The wiring harness 1 includes a door-side unit 50, which is fixed to the sliding door and is assembled to the door-side end of the mounting section 10A. Figures 1 to 4 as well as Figure 6 That is, the door-side end of the mounting part 10A is assembled to the sliding door side via the door-side unit 50.

[0064] The door-side unit 50 includes: a cylindrical door rotor 60 that houses the door-side end of the mounting portion 10A within the cylinder; and a door protector 70 that is fixed to the sliding door and allows the door rotor 60 to rotate relative to an axis about one end 60a. Figures 1 to 4 and Figure 6 The door rotor 60 and door protector 70 are molded from insulating materials such as synthetic resin. The door side unit 50 leads the door side wiring portion 10C of the wire 10, which is led out from the opening at one end 60a of the door rotor 60, to the sliding door side.

[0065] In the door rotor 60, a mounting portion 10A is disposed at one end 60a on the sliding door side inside the cylinder. This door rotor 60 allows the mounting portion 10A, which passes through its cylinder, to extend out from an opening at the other end 60b on the vehicle body side. Figures 1 to 4 and Figure 6 The door rotor 60 is supported by a bracket 10A at its other end 60b, for example.

[0066] The door protector 70 supports one end 60a of the door rotor 60 so that it can rotate freely, and in conjunction with the opening and closing action of the sliding door, causes the door rotor 60 to rotate about the vertical rotation axis 61. Figures 1 to 4 and Figure 6 In the door-side unit 50, its rotating shaft 61 is disposed at one end 60a of the door rotor 60, and the bearing 71 of the rotating shaft 61 is disposed in the door protector 70. Figure 6 ).

[0067] For example, the door rotor 60 shown here includes a first door rotor component 60A and a second door rotor component 60B that are divided along the cylindrical shaft and assembled to each other. Figures 1 to 4 and Figure 6 The first door rotor assembly 60A is positioned vertically below the mounting portion 10A inside the cylinder of the door rotor 60. The second door rotor assembly 60B is positioned vertically above the mounting portion 10A inside the cylinder of the door rotor 60.

[0068] Here, the first door rotor component 60A has: a bottom 62a extending vertically below along the cylindrical shaft and a pair of sidewall portions 62b extending vertically upward from a pair of ends of the bottom 62a along the cylindrical shaft. Figure 6 Additionally, the second door rotor component 60B has: a top 63a extending vertically above the cylinder shaft and a pair of sidewall portions 63b vertically disposed from a pair of ends of the top 63a along the cylinder shaft downwards. Figure 6 ).

[0069] In this door rotor 60, rotating shafts 61 are respectively arranged coaxially and vertically from the outer wall surface of the bottom 62a of the first door rotor component 60A and the outer wall surface of the top 63a of the second door rotor component 60B.

[0070] The door rotor 60 holds the first door rotor component 60A and the second door rotor component 60B in the assembled state by engaging the first engaging portion 62c provided on the first door rotor component 60A and the second engaging portion 63c provided on the second door rotor component 60B with each other. Figure 6 The first engaging portion 62c is provided in multiples on each side wall portion 62b. Similarly, the second engaging portion 63c is provided in multiples on each side wall portion 63b. For example, in the assembled state, the claw-shaped first engaging portion 62c is hooked onto the second engaging portion 63c, causing them to engage with each other.

[0071] The door protector 70 has an internal space in which one end 60a of the door rotor 60 is disposed, and the other end 60b of the door rotor 60 protrudes from the internal space. Therefore, an opening 60a of the door rotor 60 is provided within the internal space of the door protector 70. The door-side wiring portion 10C of the wire 10 is led out from the opening 60a, runs within the internal space of the door protector 70, and is then led out of the door protector 70.

[0072] The door protector 70 shown here includes: a first door protector component 70A that covers the first door rotor component 60A from vertical below; and a second door protector component 70B that is assembled to the first door protector component 70A and covers the second door rotor component 60B from vertical above.Figures 1 to 4 and Figure 6 ).

[0073] The first door protector component 70A has: a bottom 72a that vertically covers the bottom 62a of the first door rotor component 60A; and a pair of sidewall portions 72b that follow the wiring path of the door-side wiring portion 10C of the wire 10 in the interior space of the door protector 70. Figure 6 Additionally, the second door protector component 70B has: a top 73a that vertically covers the top 63a of the second door rotor component 60B; and a pair of sidewall portions 73b that follow the wiring path of the door-side wiring portion 10C of the wire 10 in the interior space of the door protector 70. Figure 6 ).

[0074] In this door protector 70, a bearing 71 that supports the rotation shaft 61 of the first door rotor component 60A is provided on the inner wall surface of the bottom 72a of the first door protector component 70A, and a bearing 71 that supports the rotation shaft 61 of the second door rotor component 60B is provided on the inner wall surface of the top 73a of the second door protector component 70B.

[0075] The door protector 70 holds the first door protector component 70A and the second door protector component 70B in an assembled state by engaging the first engaging portion 72c provided on the first door protector component 70A and the second engaging portion 73c provided on the second door protector component 70B with each other in the assembled state. Figure 6 The first engaging portion 72c is provided in multiple ways on each side wall portion 72b. Additionally, the second engaging portion 73c is provided in multiple ways on each side wall portion 73b. For example, in the assembled state, the claw-shaped second engaging portion 73c is hooked onto the first engaging portion 72c, causing them to engage with each other.

[0076] However, in this wiring harness 1, the mounting portion 10A is exposed between the vehicle body side unit 20 and the door side unit 50. This mounting portion 10A is linked to the opening and closing of the sliding door, causing the wiring path to change. Therefore, in this wiring harness 1, it is necessary to prevent the exposed mounting portion 10A, whose wiring path changes with the opening and closing of the sliding door, from contacting the vehicle body.

[0077] In the exposed mounting section 10A shown here, the body-side unit 20 approaches the vehicle body by opening the sliding door from its fully closed state, and is most likely to be closest to the vehicle body when the sliding door is fully open. Therefore, in this mounting section 10A, if the wiring path changes with the opening and closing of the sliding door, the body-side unit 20 may come into contact with the vehicle body. Therefore, here, the path of the mounting section 10A is restricted by the body rotor 30 to prevent the mounting section 10A from contacting the vehicle body when the sliding door is fully open. The body rotor 30 is roughly divided into: a main body 35 at one end 30a, which rotates inside the body protector 40; and a path restriction part 36, which is provided outside the body protector 40, restricting the path of the mounting section 10A inside the cylinder from the main body 35 to its other end 30b, and causing the mounting section 10A to extend outward from the opening at the other end 30b. Figures 1 to 5 ).

[0078] The path limiting part 36 extends from the main body 35 toward the door side unit 50 in such a way that the mounting part 10A exposed between itself and the door side unit 50 (here, between itself and the other end 60b of the door rotor 60) does not contact the vehicle body when the sliding door is fully open. For example, the path limiting part 36 extends to a position that can enclose the part of the mounting part 10A that is closest to the vehicle body when the sliding door is fully open within the cylinder.

[0079] Thus, in this embodiment, the wiring harness 1 restricts the path of the mounting section 10A by means of the path restriction section 36, which is part of the vehicle body rotor 30. That is, in this embodiment, the wiring harness 1 does not require a dedicated component for this path restriction, and therefore the path of the mounting section 10A can be restricted while suppressing cost increases.

[0080] Here, for example, in this wiring harness 1, when a foreign object (such as a small stone, hairpin, ballpoint pen, or other sharp-tipped object) falls from above and enters between the opening of the path restriction part 36 and the mounting part 10A, the working trajectory of the sliding door during opening and closing may change, or the durability of the mounting part 10A and the vehicle body rotor 30 may decrease. Therefore, it is preferable to provide a foreign object intrusion suppression part 34 in the vehicle body rotor 30. This foreign object intrusion suppression part 34 protrudes from the annular end face of the periphery of the opening of the path restriction part 36, covers the mounting part 10A extending from the opening of the path restriction part 36 from above, and suppresses the intrusion of foreign objects between the opening of the path restriction part 36 and the mounting part 10A. Figures 1 to 5 The foreign object intrusion suppression part 34 is provided on the second vehicle body rotor component 30B. In this embodiment, the wiring harness 1 ensures the working trajectory when the sliding door is opened and closed by contacting the foreign object intrusion suppression part 34 with a foreign object falling from vertically, thereby suppressing the reduction of the durability of the mounting part 10A and the vehicle body rotor 30.
