According to the method, a PFC numerical rolling model is built based on a typical sand-gravel material rolling test in reality, mesoscopic parameters are adjusted through system comparison, parameter calibration is carried out, the rolling model giving consideration to both calculation precision and calculation efficiency is built, numerical simulation is converted from qualitative analysis to quantitative analysis, and the calculation efficiency is improved. Defects caused by field condition limitation can be effectively made up, and the device can be applied to further research on the vibration rolling characteristics of the sand-gravel materials.
