[0003] Patent Document 1: Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2021-34189 Summary of the Invention The problem that the invention aims to solve

[0004] However, wires in such harnesses are sometimes shielded. Shielded wires suppress electromagnetic radiation through shielding components such as braided wires that cover the outer periphery of the core wires with an insulating sheath. Furthermore, in such cases, it is considered to cover the outer periphery of the shielding connection portion connecting the shielding components with an outer casing such as heat-shrink tubing, and to ensure water resistance using an adhesive provided inside this outer casing. This allows for miniaturization and cost reduction of the wire harness. However, when using adhesives in this way, under high-temperature environments, the adhesive may leach from between adjacent shielded wires to the outer casing. Therefore, water resistance may be reduced.

[0005] The purpose of this invention is to provide a wire harness that can ensure high water resistance even in high-temperature environments. Solution for solving the problem

[0006] The wire harness of the present invention comprises a plurality of shielded wires, wherein each of the plurality of shielded wires has a core wire, an insulating covering portion covering the outer periphery of the core wire, and a shielding member covering the outer periphery of the insulating covering portion. The wire harness comprises: a core wire connecting portion for connecting the core wires of the plurality of shielded wires to each other; an insulating portion covering the outer periphery of the core wire connecting portion; a shielding connecting portion covering the outer periphery of the insulating portion and connecting the shielding members of the plurality of shielded wires to each other; an outer casing portion covering the outer periphery of the shielding connecting portion and having an adhesive disposed on its inner side; and a spacer between two adjacent shielded wires among the plurality of shielded wires and sealing the adhesive within the outer casing portion. Invention Effects

Figure 10 This is a top view of the wire harness in one embodiment. Detailed Implementation

[0009] (Description of embodiments of the present invention) First, embodiments of the present invention will be described. (1) The wire harness of the present invention comprises a plurality of shielded wires, wherein each of the plurality of shielded wires has a core wire, an insulating covering portion covering the outer periphery of the core wire, and a shielding member covering the outer periphery of the insulating covering portion. The wire harness comprises: a core wire connecting portion for connecting the core wires to each other; an insulating portion covering the outer periphery of the core wire connecting portion; a shielding connecting portion covering the outer periphery of the insulating portion and connecting the shielding members to each other; an outer casing portion covering the outer periphery of the shielding connecting portion and having an adhesive disposed on its inner side; and a spacer between two adjacent shielded wires among the plurality of shielded wires and sealing the adhesive in the outer casing portion.

[0010] According to this structure, the spacer prevents adhesive from leaching from between adjacent shielded wires to the outer casing. Therefore, high water resistance is ensured even in high-temperature environments.

[0011] (2) In (1) above, the spacer may also be formed to be able to make contact with each of the outer peripheral surfaces of the two adjacent shielded wires. According to this structure, by having the spacer make face-to-face contact with the outer peripheral surfaces of two adjacent shielded wires, the gap between the two adjacent shielded wires can be reduced compared to the case where they do not make face-to-face contact. Therefore, it is possible to further suppress the dissolution of adhesive onto the outer casing.

[0012] (3) In (2) above, each of the multiple shielded wires may have an outer insulating covering portion, the outer insulating covering portion covers the outer periphery of the shielding member of the shielded wire, and the outer periphery of the outer insulating covering portion is circular, the spacer has an arc surface, and the arc surface is along the outer periphery of the outer insulating covering portion of each of the two adjacent shielded wires.

[0013] According to this structure, by having the arcuate surface of the spacer in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the outer insulating covering of the shielded wire, the gap between two adjacent shielded wires can be reduced. Therefore, it can further suppress the leaching of adhesive to the outer casing.

[0014] (4) In any of (1) to (3) above, the spacer may have a flat surface that connects the two adjacent shielded wires with the shortest distance and seals the adhesive inside the outer part.

[0015] According to this structure, the two adjacent shielded wires are connected with the shortest distance through the flat surface of the spacer, and the adhesive can be prevented from dissolving out of the outer part. (5) In any of (1) to (4) above, the spacer may also be provided at the opening end of the outer part to seal the adhesive inside the outer part.

[0016] According to this structure, the spacer provided at the opening end of the outer part can suppress the adhesive from dissolving out of the outer part. (6) In (5) above, a portion of the spacer may protrude outward from the opening end of the outer part.

[0017] According to this structure, by having a portion of the spacer protrude outward from the opening end of the outer part, the normal configuration of the spacer can be visually identified, for example. That is, if the portion of the spacer protruding from the opening end of the outer part is tilted, etc., it can be visually identified as a defective product.

[0018] (7) In any of (1) to (6) above, the two adjacent shielded wires may be configured to be completely separated from each other at the location where the spacer is configured, and the spacer between the two adjacent shielded wires is a single component.

[0019] According to this structure, the number of components can be reduced compared to the case where the spacer between two adjacent shielded wires is divided into multiple parts. (8) In any of (1) to (7) above, the wire harness may also have a tape member that is wrapped around the entire circumference of the opening end including the outer part.

[0020] According to this structure, by wrapping a strip around the entire circumference of the opening end of the outer casing, adhesive can be prevented from dissolving from between the shielded wire and the outer casing, except for the area where the spacer is disposed, to the outside of the outer casing.

[0021] (9) In (8) above, a portion of the spacer may protrude outward from the opening end of the outer part, and the belt member may also wrap around the portion of the spacer that protrudes outward from the opening end of the outer part.

[0022] According to this structure, by means of a strip member that is also wrapped around the spacer and protrudes outward from the opening end of the outer part, the adhesive can be prevented from dissolving from between the spacer and the outer part to the outside of the outer part.

[0023] (Details of embodiments of the present invention) Specific examples of the wire harness of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the drawings, for ease of explanation, some parts of the structure are sometimes exaggerated or simplified. Furthermore, the dimensional ratios of the various parts may differ in different drawings. The terms "parallel," "orthogonal," and "circular" in this specification include not only cases where they are strictly parallel, orthogonal, or circular, but also cases where they are approximately parallel, orthogonal, or circular within the range that achieves the effect of this embodiment. It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to these examples, but is intended to include all modifications within the meaning and scope equivalent to the claims, as indicated by the claims.

[0024] (Structure of wire harness 11) like Figure 1 As shown, the wire harness 11 includes a first shielded wire 12 as a shielded wire, two second shielded wires 13 and 14 as shielded wires, and a washer 15 (see reference). Figure 2 and Figure 3 Additionally, the wire harness 11 includes an internal heat-shrink tube 21 as insulation, a shielding connector 31, and a tightening ring 32 (see reference). Figure 2 ), Bundle tightening ring 33 (refer to) Figure 3 ), heat shrink tube 34, spacer 35 and belt member 36 as the outer part.

[0025] (Structure of the first shielded wire 12, the second shielded wires 13 and 14, and the washer 15) like Figure 2 As shown, the first shielded wire 12 has a first core wire 12a as a core wire and an insulating covering portion 12b covering the outer periphery of the first core wire 12a. The cross-sectional shape of the first core wire 12a is circular. In addition, the first shielded wire 12 has a first shielding member 12c as a shielding member covering the outer periphery of the insulating covering portion 12b and an outer insulating covering portion 12d covering the outer periphery of the first shielding member 12c.

[0026] like Figure 3 As shown, the second shielded wires 13 and 14 have second core wires 13a and 14a as core wires and insulating covering portions 13b and 14b covering the outer periphery of the second core wires 13a and 14a. The cross-sectional shape of the second core wires 13a and 14a is circular. In addition, the second shielded wires 13 and 14 have second shielding members 13c and 14c as shielding members covering the outer periphery of the insulating covering portions 13b and 14b, and outer insulating covering portions 13d and 14d covering the outer periphery of the second shielding members 13c and 14c.

[0027] The first shielding member 12c and the second shielding members 13c and 14c suppress the radiation of electromagnetic waves from the first core wire 12a and the second core wires 13a and 14a. In this embodiment, the first shielding member 12c and the second shielding members 13c and 14c are, for example, braided wires made of conductive wires such as aluminum alloy woven into a tubular shape. It should be noted that the shape and appearance of the braided wires in the first shielding member 12c and the second shielding members 13c and 14c are schematically illustrated in the figures.

[0028] At the ends of the first shielded wire 12 and the second shielded wires 13 and 14, the first core wire 12a and the second core wires 13a and 14a are exposed to the outside. Additionally, at the ends of the first shielded wire 12 and the second shielded wires 13 and 14, the first shielding member 12c and the second shielding member 13c and 14c are exposed to the outside. The first shielding member 12c and the second shielding member 13c and 14c have fold-back portions 12e, 13e, and 14e, which are configured to fold back from the inside of the outer insulating covering portions 12d, 13d, and 14d to the outside and cover the outer periphery of the outer insulating covering portions 12d, 13d, and 14d. In other words, the exposed portions of the first shielding member 12c and the second shielding members 13c and 14c outside the outer insulating covering portions 12d, 13d and 14d are folded back to form folded portions 12e, 13e and 14e.

[0029] At the ends of the first shielded wire 12 and the second shielded wires 13 and 14, the outer insulation coverings 12d, 13d, and 14d are first peeled off. Then, at the ends of the first shielded wire 12 and the second shielded wires 13 and 14, the first shielding member 12c and the second shielding members 13c and 14c are folded back, and the insulation coverings 12b, 13b, and 14b are then peeled off. As a result, the first shielding member 12c and the second shielding members 13c and 14c are exposed, forming folded-back portions 12e, 13e, and 14e, further exposing the first core wire 12a and the second core wires 13a and 14a.

[0030] The gasket 15 is made of metal and is cylindrical. The gasket 15 is disposed between the outer insulating covering portions 12d, 13d, and 14d and the folded-back portions 12e, 13e, and 14e. That is, the gasket 15 is disposed on the outer periphery of the outer insulating covering portions 12d, 13d, and 14d when the first shielding member 12c and the second shielding members 13c and 14c are folded back.

[0031] And, as Figure 1 As shown, the first core wire 12a and the second core wires 13a and 14a are connected to form a core wire connection portion 16. In this embodiment, the first core wire 12a and the second core wires 13a and 14a are directly soldered. The first shielded wire 12 and the second shielded wires 13 and 14 extend in opposite directions with the core wire connection portion 16 as the base point. Specifically, with the core wire connection portion 16 as the base point, one first shielded wire 12 extends in one direction ( Figure 1 Extending to the left in the middle, and the two second shielded wires 13 and 14 extend in the other direction ( Figure 1 (Extending to the right in the middle). The wiring harness 11 provides electrical connections, for example, to a battery connected to the first core wire 12a and to electrical devices connected to the second core wires 13a and 14a respectively.

[0032] (Structure of internal heat shrink tube 21) The internal heat shrink tube 21 covers the outer periphery of the core wire connection portion 16. The internal heat shrink tube 21 is formed into a cylindrical shape from an insulating resin material that shrinks upon heating and solidifies upon cooling. The internal heat shrink tube 21 is shaped to shrink towards the inner component upon heating and cooling. The internal heat shrink tube 21 is configured to cover the entirety of the first core wire 12a and the second core wires 13a and 14a exposed from the insulating covering portions 12b, 13b, and 14b. The internal heat shrink tube 21 is also configured to cover the ends of the insulating covering portions 12b, 13b, and 14b.

[0033] (Structure of shielding connecting component 31, tightening ring 32, and binding tightening ring 33) like Figure 1As shown, the shielding connection member 31 suppresses the radiation of electromagnetic waves from between the first shielding member 12c and the second shielding members 13c and 14c. The shielding connection member 31 covers the outer periphery of the internal heat-shrinkable tube 21 and is connected to the first shielding member 12c and the second shielding members 13c and 14c. The shielding connection member 31 is flexible. The shielding connection member 31 of this embodiment is, for example, a braided wire made of conductive wire such as aluminum alloy woven into a tubular shape. It should be noted that, in the figures, the shape, appearance, etc. of the braided wire in the shielding connection member 31 are appropriately schematically illustrated. Specifically, in the figures, the fine details of the braided wire in the shielding connection member 31 are omitted and it is shown as a sheet. The shielding connection member 31 is configured to continuously cover the fold-back portion 12e from the first shielding member 12c (see reference). Figure 2 The foldback portions 13e and 14e of the second shielding members 13c and 14c (refer to...) Figure 3 ) range.

[0034] like Figure 2 As shown, the tightening ring 32 is made of metal and is cylindrical in shape. The tightening ring 32 connects the folded-back portion 12e of the first shielding member 12c and the shielding connecting member 31. In detail, the tightening ring 32 is tightened from the outer periphery, thereby fastening and connecting the folded-back portion 12e of the first shielding member 12c and the shielding connecting member 31 from the outer periphery. The folded-back portion 12e and the shielding connecting member 31 are clamped and connected by the pad ring 15 and the tightening ring 32.

[0035] like Figure 3 As shown, the bundling tightening ring 33 is made of metal and is cylindrical in shape. The bundling tightening ring 33 connects the folded-back portions 13e and 14e of the second shielding members 13c and 14c to the shielding connecting member 31. Specifically, the bundling tightening ring 33 is tightened from the outer periphery, thereby bundling the two second shielding wires 13 and 14 together and connecting the folded-back portions 13e and 14e of the two second shielding members 13c and 14c to the shielding connecting member 31. The folded-back portions 13e and 14e and the shielding connecting member 31 are held and connected by the pad ring 15 and the bundling tightening ring 33. Thus, in this embodiment, the shielding connecting member 31, which covers the outer periphery of the internal heat-shrinkable tube 21 and connects the first shielding member 12c and the second shielding members 13c and 14c to each other, constitutes the shielding connection portion. In addition, in this state, the two adjacent second shielded wires 13 and 14 are in contact with each other through the fold-back portions 13e and 14e, so that the outer insulating covering portions 13d and 14d are configured to be completely separated.

[0036] (Structure of heat shrink tube 34) like Figure 1As shown, the heat shrink tube 34 covers the outer periphery of the shielding connection member 31. The heat shrink tube 34 is formed into a cylindrical shape from an insulating resin material that shrinks when heated and solidifies when cooled. The heat shrink tube 34 is shaped to shrink towards the inner component when heated and cooled. The heat shrink tube 34 is configured to cover the entire shielding connection member 31. The heat shrink tube 34 is also configured to cover a portion of the outer insulating covering portions 12d, 13d, and 14d that protrude outward from the shielding connection member 31.

[0037] Additionally, an adhesive 37 is provided on the inner side of the heat shrink tube 34. The adhesive 37 is composed of a material that melts when heated and solidifies upon cooling. It should be noted that... Figures 1 to 3 The diagram illustrates adhesive 37. Specifically, for... Figures 1 to 3 The adhesive 37 shown in the illustration is an adhesive disposed entirely on the inner surface of the heat shrink tube 34 and an adhesive that solidifies after the hot melt ring 41 described later has melted once. The actual adhesive 37 is not limited to achieving uniform thickness by applying pressure during the shrinking of the heat shrink tube 34, but is also configured to fill gaps in minute areas. Furthermore, the adhesive 37 is disposed entirely on the inner surface of the heat shrink tube 34 and has an intervening portion 37a (see reference) that enters from the inside of the heat shrink tube 34 between two adjacent second shielded wires 13 and 14. Figure 3 ).

[0038] (Structure of spacer 35) like Figure 3 As shown, the spacer 35 is positioned between two adjacent second shielded wires 13 and 14 and seals the adhesive 37 within the heat shrink tube 34. In other words, by being positioned between the two adjacent second shielded wires 13 and 14, the spacer 35 prevents the adhesive 37 from dissolving out of the heat shrink tube 34 from between the two adjacent second shielded wires 13 and 14. That is, the spacer 35 primarily prevents the dissolution of the intervening portion 37a in the adhesive 37. The spacer 35 is made of a resin having a higher melting point than the adhesive 37.

[0039] like Figure 4 and Figure 5 As shown, the spacer 35 is formed to contact the outer peripheral surfaces 13f and 14f of the second shielded wires 13 and 14. Specifically, the spacer 35 has an arcuate surface 35a that extends along the outer peripheral surfaces 13f and 14f of the outer insulating coverings 13d and 14d of the second shielded wires 13 and 14. The arcuate surface 35a is disposed on both sides of the spacer 35, corresponding to the opposing outer insulating coverings 13d and 14d.

[0040] In addition, such as Figure 3As shown, the spacer 35 has a flat surface 35b that connects two adjacent second shielded wires 13 and 14 with the shortest distance and seals the adhesive 37 inside the heat shrink tube 34. The flat surface 35b prevents the dissolution of the interface portion 37a of the adhesive 37 with its flat surface.

[0041] Additionally, the spacer 35 seals the adhesive 37 within the heat shrink tube 34 by being disposed at the open end 34a of the heat shrink tube 34. In other words, the spacer 35 is positioned to include the open end 34a of the heat shrink tube 34. In this embodiment, a portion of the spacer 35 protrudes outward from the open end 34a of the heat shrink tube 34.

[0042] Furthermore, since the two adjacent second shielded wires 13 and 14 are configured separately from each other, the spacer 35 between the two adjacent second shielded wires 13 and 14 is formed as a single component. That is, one spacer 35 is provided for each of the two adjacent second shielded wires 13 and 14.

[0043] (Structure with component 36) like Figure 1 As shown, the tape member 36 is wrapped around the entire circumference of the open end 34a of the heat shrink tube 34. The tape member 36 is an adhesive tape that is wrapped around the open end 34a of the heat shrink tube 34 more than once. It should be noted that in the figure, the cross-section of the tape member 36 is schematically shown only around one circumference.

[0044] In addition, such as Figure 4 As shown, the strap member 36 is also wrapped around the spacer 35 that protrudes outward from the open end 34a of the heat shrink tube 34. That is, the spacer 35 has upper and lower end faces 35c of a plane that connects the two arcuate surfaces 35a to each other, and the strap member 36 is wrapped around the upper and lower end faces 35c.

[0045] Next, the manufacturing method and function of the wire harness 11 constructed as described above will be explained. like Figures 6 to 10 As shown, the manufacturing method of the wire harness 11 in this embodiment includes a core wire connection process, an internal insulation process, a shielding connection process, an external insulation process, and a wire wrapping process.

[0046] First, such as Figure 6 As shown, in the core wire connection process, the core wire connection part 16 is formed by connecting the first core wire 12a and the second core wires 13a and 14a in the first shielded wire 12 and the second shielded wires 13 and 14.

[0047] Next, as Figure 7As shown, in the internal insulation process, the outer side of the core wire connection portion 16 is covered by an internal heat shrink tube 21. More specifically, in the internal insulation process, the outer side of the core wire connection portion 16 is covered by the internal heat shrink tube 21a before heating, which is then heated and cooled.

[0048] Next, as Figure 8 As shown, in the shielding connection process, the folded-back portions 12e, 13e, and 14e (refer to) connecting the shielding connection component 31 and the first shielding component 12c and the second shielding components 13c and 14c Figure 7 In detail, during the shielding connection process, the shielding connection component 31 covers the outer side of the inner heat shrink tube 21, and the shielding connection component 31 is connected to the fold-back portions 12e, 13e, and 14e (see reference) using the tightening ring 32 and the bundling tightening ring 33. Figure 7 ).

[0049] It should be noted that in this state (refer to...) Figure 5 and Figure 8 In this embodiment, spacers 35 are pre-positioned between two adjacent second shielded wires 13 and 14 outside the shielding connector 31. Additionally, in this state, a heat-fused ring 41 is pre-positioned on the second shielded wire 13 outside the shielding connector 31. It should be noted that the heat-fused ring 41 is made of a material that melts when heated and solidifies when cooled, forming part of the adhesive 37. That is, the heat-fused ring 41 is used to supplement the amount of adhesive 37 on the inner side of the heat-shrink tube 34, and in this embodiment, it is positioned on the outer periphery of one of the two second shielded wires 13 and 14.

[0050] Next, as Figure 9 As shown, in the external insulation process, the outer side of the shielding connection member 31 is covered with a heat shrink tube 34. Specifically, in the external insulation process, the outer side of the shielding connection member 31 is covered by the heat shrink tube 34 by placing the heat shrink tube 34b (before heating) on the outer side of the shielding connection member 31 and then heating and cooling it. Furthermore, in the external insulation process, adhesive 37 (see reference 34) is applied to the inner side of the heat shrink tube 34 by heating and cooling the adhesive and the heat-fused ring 41 integrally applied to the inner surface of the heat shrink tube 34b. Figures 1 to 3 ).

[0051] Next, as Figure 10 As shown, in the tape winding process, the tape member 36 is wound around the entire circumference of the open end 34a of the heat shrink tube 34. At this time, the tape member 36 is also wound around the spacer 35 that protrudes outward from the open end 34a of the heat shrink tube 34.

[0052] Thus, the wire harness 11 is manufactured. In the wire harness 11 configured in this way, even if the adhesive 37 melts in a high-temperature environment, the spacer 35 and the belt member 36 can prevent the adhesive 37 from dissolving to the outside.

[0053] Next, the effects of the above-described embodiments will be described. (1) It has a spacer 35, which is located between two adjacent second shielded wires 13 and 14 and seals the adhesive 37 inside the heat shrink tube 34. Therefore, the spacer 35 can prevent the adhesive 37 from dissolving from between the two adjacent second shielded wires 13 and 14 into the heat shrink tube 34. Therefore, the wire harness 11 can ensure high water resistance even in high temperature environments.

[0054] (2) By having the spacer 35 contact the outer peripheral surfaces 13f and 14f of the second shielded wires 13 and 14, the gap between two adjacent second shielded wires 13 and 14 can be reduced compared to the case where there is no surface contact. Specifically, by having the arcuate surface 35a of the spacer 35 contact the outer peripheral surfaces 13f and 14f of the outer insulating covering portions 13d and 14d of the second shielded wires 13 and 14, the gap between two adjacent second shielded wires 13 and 14 can be reduced. Therefore, the dissolution of adhesive 37 into the heat shrink tube 34 can be further suppressed.

[0055] (3) The two adjacent second shielded wires 13 and 14 are connected by the shortest distance through the flat surface 35b of the spacer 35, and the adhesive 37 can be prevented from dissolving out of the heat shrink tube 34.

[0056] (4) The spacer 35 provided at the open end 34a of the heat shrink tube 34 can suppress the leaching of the adhesive 37 out of the heat shrink tube 34. In detail, the spacer 35 provided at the position including the open end 34a of the heat shrink tube 34 can suppress the leaching of the adhesive 37 out of the heat shrink tube 34.

[0057] (5) The spacer 35 protrudes outward from the opening end 34a of the heat shrink tube 34, thereby making it possible to visually identify the normal arrangement of the spacer 35. That is, for example, when the heat shrink tube 34 is provided by heating and cooling, if the part of the spacer 35 protruding from the opening end 34a of the heat shrink tube 34 is tilted, it can be visually identified as a defective product.

[0058] (6) The two adjacent second shielded wires 13 and 14 are disposed separately from each other at the location where the spacer 35 is disposed. Furthermore, the spacer 35 between the two adjacent second shielded wires 13 and 14 is a single component. Therefore, compared to the case where the spacer 35 between the two adjacent second shielded wires 13 and 14 is divided into multiple components, the number of components can be reduced. That is, when a portion of the outer peripheral surfaces 13f and 14f of the two adjacent second shielded wires 13 and 14 are in contact, the spacer 35 is divided into two components. In contrast, since the spacer 35 is a single component, the number of components can be reduced.

[0059] (7) By wrapping the tape member 36 around the entire circumference of the open end 34a of the heat shrink tube 34, the adhesive 37 can be prevented from dissolving between the second shielded wires 13, 14 and the heat shrink tube 34, except for the part where the spacer 35 is disposed.

[0060] (8) By wrapping the strip member 36 around the spacer 35 which protrudes outward from the open end 34a of the heat shrink tube 34, the adhesive 37 can be prevented from dissolving out of the heat shrink tube 34 from between the spacer 35 and the heat shrink tube 34.

[0061] The above embodiments can be implemented with the following modifications. The above embodiments and the following variations can be combined with each other within the scope of technical inconsistency. In the above embodiment, the spacer 35 is configured to have an arcuate surface 35a for contacting the outer peripheral surfaces 13f and 14f of the second shielded wires 13 and 14. However, it is not limited to this and may also be configured without the arcuate surface 35a. For example, the arcuate surface 35a may also be formed as a surface combined with a flat surface. In this way, although the gap between two adjacent second shielded wires 13 and 14 is slightly larger, the adhesive 37 can be prevented from dissolving from between the two adjacent second shielded wires 13 and 14 into the heat shrink tube 34.

[0062] In the above embodiment, the spacer 35 has an adhesive 37 that connects two adjacent second shielded wires 13 and 14 with a flat surface 35b and seals the heat shrink tube 34 with the shortest distance, but is not limited thereto; the flat surface 35b may also be a curved surface, for example.

[0063] In the above embodiment, the spacer 35 is disposed at the open end 34a of the heat shrink tube 34, but it is not limited thereto, and may also be disposed on the inside of the heat shrink tube 34 excluding the open end 34a.

[0064] In the above embodiment, a portion of the spacer 35 protrudes outward from the open end 34a of the heat shrink tube 34, but it is not limited thereto; the spacer 35 may not protrude outward from the open end 34a.

[0065] In the above embodiment, the two adjacent second shielded wires 13 and 14 are configured to be completely separated from each other at the location where the spacer 35 is disposed. However, this is not a limitation; they may also be configured to be in contact with each other on their outer peripheral surfaces 13f and 14f. It should be noted that in this case, the spacer 35 is divided into two parts.

[0066] In the above embodiment, the wire harness 11 has a strap member 36, which is wrapped around the entire circumference of the open end 34a of the heat shrink tube 34. However, it is not limited to this and may also be configured to not have the strap member 36.

[0067] In the above embodiment, the belt member 36 is also wrapped around the spacer 35 that protrudes outward from the open end 34a of the heat shrink tube 34, but it is not limited to this and may also be configured not to be wrapped around the spacer 35.

[0068] In the above embodiments, the shielding connecting member 31 constitutes a shielding connection part, but is not limited thereto. For example, the first shielding member 12c and the second shielding members 13c and 14c can be directly connected, and their connection part can be used as a shielding connection part.

[0069] In the above embodiment, the outer part covering the outer periphery of the shielding connecting structure 31 and the adhesive 37 provided on the inner side is used as the heat shrink tube 34, but it is not limited to this, and it can also be changed to other outer parts other than the heat shrink tube 34.

[0070] In the above embodiment, the insulating part covering the outer periphery of the core wire connection portion 16 is used as the internal heat shrink tube 21, but it is not limited to this and may be changed to other insulating parts other than the internal heat shrink tube 21.

[0071] In the above embodiment, the first core wire 12a and the second core wires 13a and 14a are directly soldered, but this is not the only option. For example, other components can also be used to connect the first core wire 12a and the second core wires 13a and 14a.

[0072] In the above embodiment, the adhesive 37 disposed on the inner side of the heat shrink tube 34 is bulging out from the adhesive disposed on the inner surface of the heat shrink tube 34b before heating and the heat fusion ring 41, but it is not limited to this. For example, in the above embodiment, in the method of manufacturing the wire harness 11, the heat fusion ring 41 is pre-configured on the outer periphery of one of the two second shielded wires 13 and 14, but it can be changed according to the required amount. For example, in the method of manufacturing the wire harness 11, the heat fusion ring 41 can also be configured on the outer periphery of each of the two second shielded wires 13 and 14. In addition, for example, in the method of manufacturing the wire harness 11, the heat fusion ring 41 may not be configured.

[0073] In the above embodiment, the wire harness 11 is provided with one first shielded wire 12 and two second shielded wires 13 and 14, but it is not limited to this and the number of the first shielded wire 12 and the second shielded wires 13 and 14 can be changed.

[0074] Furthermore, in the above embodiment, one spacer 35 is provided relative to the two second shielded wires 13 and 14. However, for example, when three shielded wires are arranged, it is sufficient to provide spacers between them, and only a total of two spacers 35 are required. That is, when the number of shielded wires arranged is N, it can also be configured to have a total of (N-1) spacers 35.

[0075] In the above embodiments, the first shielding member 12c and the second shielding members 13c and 14c are braided wires woven into a tube shape, but are not limited to this. For example, they can also be formed into metal foils made of materials such as aluminum alloys.

[0076] In the above embodiment, the shielding connecting member 31 is formed as a braided wire woven into a cylindrical shape, but it is not limited to this. For example, it can also be formed as a metal foil made of aluminum alloy or the like. Furthermore, the shielding connecting member 31 can also be configured to be disposed from the outside of the inner heat shrink tube 21. For example, the shielding connecting member 31 can also be a braided wire woven into a sheet shape, or it can be configured to cover the outer periphery of the inner heat shrink tube 21 by winding it from the outside of the inner heat shrink tube 21.
