A power supply system of a dual-methanol extended-range excavator

Abstract

The application discloses a kind of power supply systems of double-engine methanol extended-range excavator, it adopts three independent high-power DCDC module and the architecture of a group of low-voltage battery combination, vehicle low-voltage load is divided into three relatively independent low-voltage electrical partition according to work characteristics and component correlation, and the intelligent coordination and state management of each partition low-voltage electric energy are realized through CAN communication network.This system can stably provide low-voltage power, effectively guarantee the reliable operation of double-engine auxiliary electrical appliances, heat dissipation system, motor control unit and other low-voltage electrical devices.The application solves the bottleneck of insufficient power of traditional low-voltage power supply scheme in heavy hybrid power equipment, improves the reliability, energy efficiency and overall performance of the system.
