A face tooth detection system and method

Abstract

This invention relates to the field of testing tooling technology, specifically to an end face tooth detection system and method. The end face tooth detection system includes: a clamping assembly; a first detection unit disposed on the clamping assembly; a conversion assembly including a conversion disk and a plurality of conversion teeth circumferentially disposed on the conversion disk; a bearing assembly including an outer ring unit, an inner ring unit, and rolling elements; the inner ring unit includes an inner ring body and a plurality of end face teeth evenly distributed circumferentially on the end face of the inner ring body; the inner ring body is located within the outer ring unit, and the rolling elements are disposed between the outer ring unit and the inner ring body; the end face tooth detection system includes a detection state; in the detection state, the outer ring unit is fixed to the clamping assembly, the plurality of conversion teeth of the conversion disk mesh with the plurality of end face teeth, and based on the rotation of the inner ring body, the first detection unit abuts against the end face of the conversion disk away from the bearing assembly. This solves the problem of how to accurately measure the runout of the bearing assembly.
