Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] This invention relates to a container. Background Technology
[0002] In recent years, from the perspective of environmental issues, containers for holding cosmetics and other contents have been known to be designed to be able to refill so-called refill materials.
[0003] Patent Document 1 discloses a double container capable of accommodating a refill container within a wide-mouthed container. Patent Document 1... Figure 9 The disclosed dual-container has a slit for fitting and a thin-walled portion with a locking device on one side of the opening of the wide-mouth container, while a flange is provided at a section below the opening of the refill container, and a tongue extending downward from the flange and a thin-walled portion with a locking device are also provided. The refill container is then held inside the wide-mouth container by engaging the locking devices of the two containers while the tongue is inserted into the slit.
[0004] Existing technical documents Patent documents [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent No. 6448471 Summary of the Invention The problem the invention aims to solve In patent document 1 Figure 9 In the disclosed double-container design, the tongue is bent inwards to release the engagement between the tongue and the slit, thereby removing the refill container from the wide-mouth container. Therefore, when the slit depth is shallow and the tongue length is short, a large force is required to bend the tongue inwards. On the other hand, if the slit depth is increased and the tongue length is lengthened to bend the tongue inwards with less force, there is a problem of deteriorated appearance. In particular, it damages the so-called "high-end" feel, such as a sense of quality.
[0005] Furthermore, as in Patent Document 1 Figure 7 As shown, when the refill container is bent inward to remove it from the wide-mouth container, a gap for bending the refill container needs to be provided between the refill container and the wide-mouth container, as shown in Figure 6 of Patent Document 1. This results in a corresponding reduction in the capacity of the contents contained in the refill container.
[0006] The present invention was made in view of the problems existing in the prior art, and its object is to provide a container in which an inner container is contained within an outer container, wherein the inner container can be removed from the outer container without reducing the capacity of the inner container, without significantly damaging the appearance, and without requiring a lot of force.
[0007] [Technical Solution to the Problem] To achieve the above objectives, the present invention provides a container having: An inner container having a first opening and receiving contents through the first opening; An outer container having a second opening and receiving the inner container through the second opening; And the cover that covers the second opening, The outer container has: The upper container portion is cylindrical and has a threaded structure on its outer peripheral surface that engages with the threaded structure of the cover. And a lower container portion connected to the side opposite to the second opening of the upper container portion, The upper container portion has a recess that is recessed inward from the outer periphery, and the recess is formed with a first length from the second opening toward a side opposite to the second opening. The inner container has: The main body portion that houses the container; And a tongue that is connected to the end of the main body at the first opening side, and extends from that end along the outer side of the main body at a predetermined interval to a second length less than the first length. When the inner container is accommodated in the outer container, the tongue enters the recess, creating a gap between the opposing surfaces of the tongue and the recess. In this state, the first engaging part on the tongue engages with the second engaging part mounted on the outer container. The engagement between the first engaging part and the second engaging part is released by bending the tongue toward the recess.
[0008] In the present invention configured as described above, when the inner container is housed within the outer container, a tongue connected to the end of the main body of the inner container enters a recess on the outer circumferential surface of the upper container portion, which has a threaded structure that engages with the lid. A gap is created between the opposing surfaces of the tongue and the recess. In this state, a first engaging portion on the tongue engages with a second engaging portion mounted on the outer container. From this state onward, bending the tongue towards the recess releases the engagement between the first and second engaging portions.
[0009] Thus, when the outer container is threadedly engaged with the lid to install the lid, a tongue and a recess that bend when the inner container is removed from the outer container are provided in the area covered by the lid. Therefore, the size of the tongue and the recess can be increased without significantly damaging the appearance. By increasing the size of the tongue, the inner container can be removed from the outer container without much effort. Furthermore, by inserting the tongue into the recess provided on the outer circumference of the outer container and bending the tongue towards the recess, the engagement of the first and second engaging parts is released. Therefore, the operating area for removing the inner container from the outer container becomes the outer side of the outer container, thereby preventing a reduction in the capacity of the inner container.
[0010] Alternatively, the lower container portion may have an outer diameter larger than the upper container portion in a direction perpendicular to the connection direction with the upper container portion, thereby having a shoulder portion at the connection portion with the upper container portion, and having a shoulder member mounted on the shoulder portion and having the second engaging portion.
[0011] In this configuration, a shoulder component mounted on the shoulder can be used to engage the first engaging portion of the inner container with the second engaging portion.
[0012] Alternatively, the shoulder component may be fixed to the shoulder by an adhesive means.
[0013] In this configuration, the shoulder components can be fixed to the shoulder with a simple structure.
[0014] Alternatively, the length of the recess can be configured such that it is the same as the length of the upper container portion in the connection direction with the lower container portion.
[0015] In this configuration, the length of the tongue entering the recess becomes the maximum length that is covered by the lid, thus allowing the inner container to be removed from the outer container with less force.
[0016] Alternatively, the shoulder component may have a first anti-rotation portion on its mounting surface, and the shoulder may have a second anti-rotation portion on its mounting surface that engages with the first anti-rotation portion.
[0017] In this configuration, even if the fixing force is weakened due to the bonding method, the shoulder component can be prevented from rotating on the shoulder.
[0018] Alternatively, the main body and the tongue can be connected by a flange that contacts the end face of the second opening side of the upper container portion.
[0019] In this configuration, when the inner container is housed within the outer container, the flange rests on the upper end face of the outer container, thus stably securing the inner container.
[0020] [Invention Effects] According to the present invention, in a container in which the inner container is contained within the outer container, the inner container can be removed from the outer container without reducing the capacity of the inner container, without significantly damaging the appearance, and without requiring much force. [0035] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0036] <Overall Structure> Figure 1A and Figure 1B This is a diagram illustrating one embodiment of the container of the present invention, wherein... Figure 1A This is a three-dimensional view of container 1 viewed from an oblique angle above. Figure 1B This is a side view of container 1. Figure 2 It shows from Figure 1A and Figure 1B A perspective view of the container 1 after the lid 10 has been removed.
[0037] This implementation method is as follows: Figure 1A , Figure 1B and Figure 2 As shown, a container 1 has a lid 10, an outer container 20, an inner container 30, and a crown 40. With the crown 40 installed in the outer container 20, the inner container 30 is contained inside the outer container 20, and the opening of the container 1 is covered by the lid 10.
[0038] <Cover 10> Figure 3 It is shown Figure 1A and Figure 1B The diagram of the structure of the cover 10 shown is a three-dimensional view viewed from a slightly downward angle.
[0039] Figure 1A and Figure 1B The cover 10 shown is as follows Figure 3 As shown, it has a top surface 11, an outer side wall 12, and an inner side wall 13.
[0040] The top surface 11 is formed in the shape of a circular plate. The outer side wall 12 is formed in the shape of a cylinder that rises from the outer periphery of the top surface 11 on one side of the top surface 11. The inner side wall 13 is formed in the shape of a cylinder that rises from the outer side wall 12 on one side of the top surface 11, separated from the outer side wall 12 by a certain interval. A threaded structure 14 that can be threadedly engaged is provided on the inner side surface of the inner side wall 13.
[0041] The cover 10 constructed as described above can have its top surface 11, outer side wall 12, and inner side wall 13 integrally constructed from resin or the like.
[0042] <Outer Container 20> Figure 4 It is shown Figure 1A and Figure 1B The diagram showing the structure of the outer container 20 is a three-dimensional view viewed from an obliquely upward angle.
[0043] Figure 1A and Figure 1B The outer container 20 shown is as follows Figure 4 As shown, it is composed of an upper container section 21 and a lower container section 22 connected together.
[0044] The upper container portion 21 is cylindrical, with one end of the cylinder serving as an opening 23 for receiving the inner container 30 into the outer container 20 or removing the inner container 30 from the outer container 20. This opening 23 is an example of a second opening in this invention. The cylindrical diameter R1 of the upper container portion 21 is approximately the same as the inner diameter of the inner wall 13 of the lid 10. A threaded structure 25, capable of engaging with the threaded structure 14 of the lid 10, is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the upper container portion 21. Furthermore, two recesses 27 are provided on the outer peripheral surface of the upper container portion 21. These two recesses 27 are located in opposite regions on either side of the cylindrical center of the upper container portion 21, recessed inwards from the outer peripheral surface of the upper container portion 21. The recesses 27 extend from the opening 23 side end of the upper container portion 21 to the side end connected to the lower container portion 22. Therefore, the first length of the recess 27 in the connection direction between the upper container portion 21 and the lower container portion 22 is the same as the length of the upper container portion 21 in that direction. Furthermore, since the recess 27 is recessed inward from the outer periphery of the upper container portion 21, no threaded structure 14 is provided in the area on the outer periphery of the upper container portion 21 where the recess 27 is located.
[0045] The lower container portion 22 is cylindrical, and its end opposite to the end connected to the cylindrical upper container portion 21 is covered, forming a bottom 29. Thus, the bottom 29 is plate-shaped. The outer diameter of the lower container portion 22 in a direction perpendicular to the connection direction of the upper container portion 21 and the lower container portion 22, i.e., the cylindrical diameter R2 of the lower container portion 22, is longer than the outer diameter of the upper container portion 21 in that direction, i.e., the cylindrical diameter R1. Therefore, the lower container portion 22 has a shoulder 24 at the connection portion with the upper container portion 21 for connecting the lower container portion 22 and the upper container portion 21. The shoulder 24 is annular, thereby connecting the upper container portion 21 and the lower container portion 22, which have different shapes. Furthermore, the lower container portion 22 has two protrusions 28 on the shoulder 24. The protrusions 28 are an example of a second anti-rotation part in this invention. The protrusion 28 is located on the shoulder 24 adjacent to the recess 27 of the upper container portion 21, with a portion of it entering the recess 27. In this state, it protrudes upward toward the shoulder 24. Furthermore, if the diameter of the bottom 29 of the lower container portion 22 is set to be the same as the diameter of the top surface 11 of the lid 10, then when the lid 10 is installed onto the outer container 20, as... Figure 1B As shown, the outer peripheral surface of the cover 10 can be formed on the extended area of the outer peripheral surface of the outer container 20.
[0046] The outer container 20 constructed as described above can be integrally constructed of glass or resin, etc., for both the upper container portion 21 and the lower container portion 22.
[0047] <Inner Container 30> Figure 5A and Figure 5B It is shown Figure 2 A diagram showing the structure of the inner container 30. Figure 5A This is a three-dimensional view of the inner container 30 as seen from an obliquely upward angle. Figure 5B This is a side view of the inner container 30 as seen from the side.
[0048] Figure 2 The inner container 30 shown is as follows Figure 5A and Figure 5B As shown, it has a main body 31 and two tongues 32.
[0049] The main body 31 is configured as a vessel-shaped structure with an opening 33, its size allowing it to be inserted through the opening 23 of the outer container 20. Therefore, the diameter of the opening 33 of the main body 31 is shorter than the diameter of the opening 23 of the outer container 20, and the height of the main body 31 is lower than the length from the end face 26 on the opening 23 side of the outer container 20 to the bottom 29. Furthermore, the opening 33 is an example of a first opening in this invention. A flange 34 protruding outwards is connected to the end of the main body 31 on the opening 33 side. The flange 34 protrudes outwards by a certain width from the end of the main body 31 on the opening 33 side, thereby forming an annular plate shape.
[0050] The tongue 32 is connected to the end of the main body 31 on the opening 33 side via the flange 34. Two tongues 32 are respectively connected to the areas of the flange 34 facing each other via the center of the opening 33. One end of the tongue 32 is connected to the flange 34 and extends from there along the outer surface of the main body 31 at a predetermined interval d1. Furthermore, the interval d1 is wider than the thickness of the area in the upper container portion 21 of the outer container 20 where the recess 27 is provided. The second length of the tongue 32 is the same as the length of the recess 27 of the outer container 20 in the connection direction between the upper container portion 21 and the lower container portion 22. At the front end of the tongue 32, an outwardly protruding engaging claw 35 is provided. The engaging claw 35 is an example of a first engaging portion in this invention.
[0051] The inner container 30 constructed as described above can be integrally formed from resin or the like by means of a flange 34, with the main body 31 and the tongue 32 being made of such a material. By forming the inner container 30 from a material that is easy to process, such as resin, the tongue 32 and the engaging claw 35 can be easily provided.
[0052] <Crown 40> Figure 6A and Figure 6B It is shown Figure 1A and Figure 1B A diagram showing the structure of the crown 40. Figure 6A This is a side view of the crown 40 as seen from the side. Figure 6B This is a three-dimensional view of the crown 40 as seen from a slightly lower angle.
[0053] Figure 1A and Figure 1B The crown 40 shown is an example of a shoulder component in this invention. The crown 40 is as follows... Figure 6A and Figure 6BAs shown, it is configured in a ring shape with a bevel 43 on its upper surface. The bevel 43 protrudes downward and curves from the inside to the outside of the ring, so that the height of the outer side of the ring is lower than that of the inside. The crown 40 is sized to fit onto the shoulder 24 of the outer container 20. Therefore, the inner diameter of the ring 40 is larger than the outer diameter of the upper container portion 21 of the outer container 20. Furthermore, as described below, when the inner container 30 is accommodated in the outer container 20, the tongue 32 of the inner container 30 needs to be inserted between the inner circumferential surface of the ring 40 and the outer circumferential surface of the upper container portion 21. Therefore, the inner diameter of the ring 40 is at least larger than the outer diameter of the upper container portion 21 of the outer container 20 by the thickness of the tongue 32. In addition, if the outer diameter of the ring 40 is set to be the same as the outer diameter of the lower container portion 22 of the outer container 20, then when the crown 40 is installed in the outer container 20, as Figure 1B As shown, the outer peripheral surface of the crown 40 can be positioned on the extended region of the outer peripheral surface of the outer container 20. In this case, as described above, the crown 40 has a slope 43 on its upper surface. Therefore, even in the configuration where the outer peripheral surfaces of the crown 40 and the cover 10 are positioned on the extended region of the outer peripheral surface of the outer container 20, such as... Figure 1B As shown, a space 44 is formed between the bevel 43 of the crown 40 and the cover 10, which allows for unique designs.
[0054] Furthermore, an annular claw 41 and two recesses 42 are provided on the crown portion 40. The annular claw 41 is an example of a second engaging portion in this invention. The annular claw 41 protrudes inward from the annular inner circumferential surface of the crown portion 40 at the upper end of the annular inner circumferential surface of the crown portion 40 and is arranged in a ring shape along the inner circumference of the crown portion 40. The recesses 42 are an example of a first anti-rotation portion in this invention. The recesses 42 are recessed from the lower surface of the crown portion 40, which serves as the mounting surface for the shoulder portion 24 of the outer container 20, and have a shape that allows the protrusion 28 of the outer container 20 to enter. The two recesses 42 are respectively provided in the area facing each other via the annular center.
[0055] The crown 40 constructed as described above can be made of resin or the like.
[0056] <Relationship between outer container 20, inner container 30 and crown 40> The following describes the configuration in which the inner container 30 is accommodated when the crown 40 is installed on the outer container 20 configured as described above.
[0057] Figure 7 This diagram shows the configuration in which the inner container 30 is accommodated with the crown 40 mounted on the outer container 20. Figure 2 The AA section shown.
[0058] exist Figure 1A and Figure 1B In container 1 shown, Figure 6A and Figure 6B The crown 40 shown is installed Figure 4 On the outer container 20 shown. (As shown) Figure 7 As shown, the crown 40 is mounted on the shoulder 24 of the outer container 20. Here, as described above, the annular inner diameter of the crown 40 is larger than the outer diameter of the upper container portion 21 of the outer container 20. Therefore, the upper container portion 21 of the outer container 20 can be inserted into the inner side of the crown 40, and the crown 40 can be mounted on the shoulder 24 of the outer container 20. At this time, two recesses 42 are provided on the lower surface of the crown 40, and two protrusions 28 are provided on the shoulder 24, protruding upward toward the shoulder 24. Furthermore, the two recesses 42 are respectively located in the area facing each other through the annular center of the crown 40, and the two protrusions 28 are located in the area facing each other through the cylindrical center of the upper container portion 21. Thus, by aligning the positions of the two recesses 42 and the two protrusions 28, the protrusions 28 of the outer container 20 can be fitted into the recesses 42 of the crown 40, thereby making them engage. With the concave portion 42 of the crown 40 engaged with the protrusion 28 of the outer container 20, the crown 40 can be fixed to the outer container 20 using adhesive methods such as hot melt glue. In this way, the crown 40 is fixed to the shoulder 24 by adhesive means, thus allowing the crown 40 to be fixed to the shoulder 24 with a simple structure. Furthermore, since the concave portion 42 of the crown 40 engages with the protrusion 28 of the outer container 20, rotation of the crown 40 on the shoulder 24 of the outer container 20 can be prevented. Figure 1A and Figure 1B In the container 1 shown, as described below, the lid 10 is installed onto or removed from the outer container 20 by the threaded engagement of the threaded structure 14 of the lid 10 with the threaded structure 25 of the outer container 20. Therefore, if the recess 42 of the crown 40 engages with the protrusion 28 of the outer container 20, even if the fixing force weakens due to the adhesive means when the lid 10 is rotated relative to the outer container 20, it can be prevented that the hand rotating the lid 10 comes into contact with the crown 40, causing the crown 40 to rotate on the shoulder 24 of the outer container 20.
[0059] In this way, the inner container 30 is housed within the outer container 20, which has the crown 40 installed.
[0060] As described above, the diameter of the opening 33 of the main body 31 is shorter than the diameter of the opening 23 of the outer container 20. Therefore, the main body 31 of the inner container 30 can enter through the opening 23 of the outer container 20, so that the inner container 30 is accommodated in the outer container 20.
[0061] On the other hand, the tongue 32 of the inner container 30 does not enter through the opening 23 of the outer container 20, but is arranged along the outer peripheral surface of the upper container portion 21 of the outer container 20, with the front end of the tongue 32 entering between the outer peripheral surface of the upper container portion 21 of the outer container 20 and the annular inner peripheral surface of the crown 40. Furthermore, a locking claw 35 protruding outward is provided at the front end of the tongue 32, and on the crown 40, at the upper end of the inner peripheral surface, an annular claw 41 protruding inward from the annular inner peripheral surface of the crown 40 and forming an annular shape along the inner periphery of the crown 40 is provided. Therefore, by engaging the locking claw 35 of the tongue 32 with the annular claw 41 of the crown 40, the inner container 30 is fixed while being housed in the outer container 20. At this time, since the gap d1 between the main body 31 of the inner container 30 and the tongue 32 is wider than the thickness of the area where the recess 27 is provided in the upper container part 21 of the outer container 20, a gap 50 is generated between the outer periphery of the area where the recess 27 is provided in the upper container part 21 and the surfaces of the tongue 32 that are opposite to each other.
[0062] Furthermore, as described above, since the height of the main body 31 is lower than the length from the end face 26 on the opening 23 side of the outer container 20 to the bottom 29, therefore... Figure 7 As shown, the flange 34 of the inner container 30 rests on the end face 26 of the opening 23 side of the outer container 20, which can stably fix the inner container 30.
[0063] In this way, by having a shoulder 24 on the lower container portion 22 of the outer container 20, and providing an annular claw 41 on the crown 40 mounted on the shoulder 24, and engaging the annular claw 41 with the engaging claw 35 of the tongue 32, the crown 40 mounted on the shoulder 24 can be used to engage the engaging claw 35 of the inner container 30 with the annular claw 41, thereby fixing the inner container 30 to the outer container 20. In particular, when the outer container 20 is made of a difficult-to-process material such as glass, by making the crown 40 of an easily processed material such as resin, the engaging portion that engages with the engaging claw 35 of the inner container 30 can be easily provided.
[0064] Then, by threading the threaded structure 14 of the cover 10 to the threaded structure 25 of the outer container 20, the cover 10 can be installed on the outer container 20 to cover the opening 23 of the outer container 20.
[0065] <Usage patterns of container 1> In recent years, for Figure 1A and Figure 1B The container 1 shown is known, from an environmental perspective, to be configured to refill with substances such as refill material. Therefore, in Figure 1A and Figure 1BThe inner container 30 containing cosmetics or other items can also be provided as a refillable product in the container 1 shown. Ordinary consumers can either place the inner container 30 containing cosmetics or other items into the outer container 20 or remove it from the outer container 20.
[0066] The following describes the method of accommodating the inner container 30 into the outer container 20 and the method of removing it from the outer container 20.
[0067] <Method for accommodating the inner container 30 into the outer container 20> First, the method of accommodating the inner container 30 into the outer container 20, which is equipped with the crown 40 as described above, will be explained.
[0068] The inner container 30 is received into the outer container 20 through the opening 23 of the outer container 20. At this time, as described above, the diameter of the opening 33 of the main body 31 is shorter than the diameter of the opening 23 of the outer container 20. Therefore, the main body 31 of the inner container 30 can enter through the opening 23 of the outer container 20. Furthermore, when the main body 31 of the inner container 30 enters through the opening 23 of the outer container 20, it is necessary to align the position so that the tongue 32 of the inner container 30 faces the recess 27 of the outer container 20. Also, as a possible form of the inner container 30, it can contain a container such as cosmetics, and a peelable cap can be attached to the flange 34 to cover the opening 33. In this case, the consumer who purchased the inner container 30 can either peel off the cap and then receive the inner container 30 into the outer container 20, or receive the inner container 30 into the outer container 20 and then peel off the cap.
[0069] When the main body 31 of the inner container 30 enters through the opening 23 of the outer container 20, since the gap d1 between the main body 31 of the inner container 30 and the tongue 32 is wider than the thickness of the area where the recess 27 is provided in the upper container part 21 of the outer container 20, the tongue 32 of the inner container 30 enters the recess 27 of the upper container part 21 and moves downward along the outer periphery of the area where the recess 27 is provided in the upper container part 21.
[0070] Here, as described above, the length of the tongue 32 is the same as the length of the recess 27 of the outer container 20 in the connection direction between the upper container portion 21 and the lower container portion 22, and the recess 27 extends from the end of the upper container portion 21 on the side of the opening 23 to the end on the side connected to the lower container portion 22.
[0071] Therefore, when the tongue 32 of the inner container 30 moves downward along the outer periphery of the upper container portion 21 of the outer container 20, the front end of the tongue 32 attempts to enter between the annular inner periphery of the crown portion 40 and the outer periphery of the upper container portion 21, but a locking claw 35 protruding outward is provided at the front end of the tongue 32.
[0072] Figure 8A This is a diagram showing the positional relationship between the engaging claw 35 located at the front end of the tongue 32 and the crown 40. Figure 8B This is a diagram showing the state of the engaging claw 35 passing over the annular claw 41 of the crown 40.
[0073] When the tongue 32 of the inner container 30 moves along the outer periphery of the upper container portion 21 of the outer container 20 towards... Figure 8A When moving in the direction of arrow B, the engaging claw 35 located at the front end of the tongue 32 will contact the crown 40. However, as Figure 8A As shown, the area where the engaging claw 35 contacts the crown 40 is an inclined surface 35a that faces the front end of the tongue 32 and where the thickness of the tongue 32 decreases. Furthermore, although the crown 40 has an annular claw 41 at the upper end of its inner circumferential surface, the area where it contacts the tongue 32 is an inclined surface 41a that faces the outer side of the crown 40 and where the height of the annular claw 41 decreases.
[0074] Therefore, if the tongue 32 is made of a flexible material such as resin, the tongue 32 in contact with the crown 40 will move towards... Figure 8B The bend is in the C direction, while the inclined surface 35a slides on the inclined surface 41a of the crown 40, thereby enabling it to move towards... Figure 8A Move in the direction of the middle arrow B.
[0075] Furthermore, by means of the engaging claw 35 of the tongue 32 passing over the annular claw 41 of the crown 40, the front end of the tongue 32 can enter between the annular inner circumferential surface of the crown 40 and the outer circumferential surface of the upper container portion 21.
[0076] Figure 9 This diagram shows the state between the front end of the tongue 32 entering the annular inner circumferential surface of the crown 40 and the outer circumferential surface of the upper container portion 21. Figure 7 Part of the cross-sectional view shown.
[0077] like Figure 9 As shown, when the engaging claw 35 of the tongue 32 passes over the annular claw 41 of the crown 40, the bending state of the tongue 32 is eliminated. The inner container 30 is fixed in the state of being contained in the outer container 20 by engaging the engaging claw 35 of the tongue 32 with the annular claw 41 of the crown 40.
[0078] <Method for removing the inner container 30 from the outer container 20> Next, the method for removing the inner container 30 from the outer container 20 will be explained.
[0079] Figure 1A and Figure 1B The inner container 30 can be removed from the outer container 20, as shown in the container 1. For example, when the inner container 30 containing cosmetics or other contents is provided as a refillable product, when the cosmetics or other contents contained in the inner container 30 contained in the outer container 20 are used up, the inner container 30 contained in the outer container 20 can be removed in order to accommodate a new inner container 30 in the outer container 20.
[0080] As described above, with the inner container 30 housed within the outer container 20, the engaging claw 35 of the tongue 32 engages with the annular claw 41 of the crown 40. Therefore, in this state, the inner container 30 cannot be removed from the outer container 20.
[0081] Figure 10 This is a diagram illustrating the method of removing the inner container 30 from the outer container 20, showing... Figure 7 Part of the cross-sectional view shown.
[0082] As described above, since the gap d1 between the main body 31 of the inner container 30 and the tongue 32 is wider than the thickness of the area where the recess 27 is provided in the upper container portion 21 of the outer container 20, a gap 50 is generated between the outer periphery of the area where the recess 27 is provided in the upper container portion 21 and the surfaces facing each other of the tongue 32 when the inner container 30 is housed in the outer container 20 (see reference). Figure 7 ).
[0083] Therefore, if the tongue 32 is made of a flexible material such as resin, then as Figure 10 As shown, the tongue 32 can be pushed toward the upper container part 21 in the direction of arrow D in the figure, so that it bends toward the recess 27 of the upper container part 21.
[0084] Therefore, the engagement between the latching claw 35 of the tongue 32 and the annular claw 41 of the crown 40 is released, and the inner container 30 is moved upward in this state, thereby allowing the inner container 30 to be removed from the outer container 20. Furthermore, in order to release the engagement between the latching claw 35 of the tongue 32 and the annular claw 41 of the crown 40 by bending the tongue 32 towards the recess 27 of the upper container portion 21, it is preferable that the gap d3 between the outer peripheral surface of the area where the recess 27 is provided in the upper container portion 21 and the annular inner peripheral surface of the crown 40 is set to be greater than or equal to the thickness of the latching claw 35 of the tongue 32.
[0085] As described above, in this embodiment, at the portion where the outer container 20 is threadedly engaged with the lid 10, the tongue 32 of the inner container 30 enters the recess 27 of the outer container 20, and the inner container 30 is secured by engaging the engaging claw 35 of the tongue 32 with the annular claw 41 mounted on the crown 40 of the outer container 20, while the outer container 20 is being housed within it. Then, by bending the tongue 32 toward the recess 27, the engaging claw 35 and the annular claw 41 are released, allowing the inner container 30 to be removed from the outer container 20. Thus, in the area covered by the lid 10 when it is installed on the outer container 20, a tongue 32 that bends when the inner container 30 is removed from the outer container 20 and a recess 27 into which the tongue 32 enters are provided. Therefore, the size of the tongue 32 and the recess 27 can be increased without significantly damaging the appearance of the container 1. By increasing the size of the tongue 32, the inner container 30 can be removed from the outer container 20 without much effort. Furthermore, by inserting the tongue 32 into the recess 27 on the outer circumference of the outer container 20 and bending the tongue 32 toward the recess 27, the engagement between the locking claw 35 and the annular claw 41 is released. Thus, the operating area for removing the inner container 30 from the outer container 20 becomes the outer side of the outer container 20, thereby preventing a reduction in the capacity of the inner container 30.
[0086] Furthermore, in this embodiment, the length of the recess 27 in the connection direction between the upper container portion 21 and the lower container portion 22 is the same as the length of the upper container portion 21 in that direction. Simultaneously, the length of the tongue 32 is the same as the length of the recess 27 in the outer container 20 in the connection direction between the upper container portion 21 and the lower container portion 22. However, the length of the recess 27 can also be shorter than the length of the upper container portion 21, and the length of the tongue 32 only needs to be less than the length of the recess 27. However, if the length of the recess 27 in the connection direction between the upper container portion 21 and the lower container portion 22 is the same as the length of the upper container portion 21 in that direction, the length of the recess 27 can be set to the maximum length covered by the cover 10. By extending the length of the tongue 32 to the same length as the upper container portion 21, the inner container 30 can be removed from the outer container 20 with less force.
[0087] Furthermore, in this embodiment, by attaching the crown 40 to the outer container 20 and engaging the engaging claws 35 of the inner container 30 with the annular claws 41 of the crown 40, the inner container 30 is secured while being housed within the outer container 20. However, it is also possible to omit the crown 40 and instead provide a second engaging portion on the outer container 20 that engages with the engaging claws 35 of the inner container 30. However, if the outer container 20 is made of a difficult-to-process material such as glass, then if the crown 40 is made of an easily processed material such as resin, the annular claws 41 can be easily provided.
