Abstract

The application relates to the technical field of wet-process phosphoric acid separation and purification, and provides a device for deeply removing metal ions in phosphoric acid waste liquid based on a composite chelating agent, which comprises a chelating agent system, a waste liquid system, a mixing system and a precipitation system; the chelating agent system is used for adding the chelating agent into the waste liquid system; and the mixing system is used for effectively and sufficiently mixing and reacting the chelating agent and the waste liquid.The application has the advantages that the phosphoric acid waste liquid in a waste liquid pool is sent into a collecting pipe, the chelating agent in a chelating agent pool is delivered into the collecting pipe, the mixture of the chelating agent and the phosphoric acid solution enters a spiral pipe, the flow direction of the mixture is repeatedly changed in the spiral pipe, the solution is sufficiently mixed under the action of centrifugal force, gravity and inertial force, the chelation reaction is caused, and a complex is formed; then the complex is sent into a main precipitation pool or a standby precipitation pool to precipitate and filter the complex, high-purity phosphoric acid clear liquid is obtained, the whole device has the advantages of compact structure, energy saving and environmental protection, low cost and high extraction efficiency.
