Emergency management material processing method based on mixed integer programming and related equipment

Abstract

Embodiments of the present application provide an emergency management material processing method based on mixed integer programming and related equipment. The method comprises: in each planning period, for each material supply node, obtaining a preset capacity threshold parameter, a material processing consumption parameter and a natural loss parameter of each material item, and obtaining an emergency demand parameter of each material receiving node for each material item under different application scenario categories; inputting the preset capacity threshold parameter, the material processing consumption parameter, the natural loss parameter and the emergency demand parameter corresponding to each planning period into a preset programming model to obtain a target programming model; wherein the target programming model is constructed based on a target function and a constraint function; based on the constraint function, the value of the target function is minimized to obtain the reserve and scheduling result of each material item contained in each material supply node corresponding to each planning period. In this way, the rationality and executability of the scheduling scheme can be improved.
