Abstract

The application discloses a granulator for feed processing, and belongs to the technical field of granulators, which comprises a mounting case, a discharge hopper fixedly connected to the top of the mounting case, a granulating cylinder body in communication with the top of the discharge hopper, a rotating shaft driving structure, a split disc mold and a split sliding cylinder base, the rotating shaft driving structure is arranged through the mounting case, the discharge hopper and the granulating cylinder body, the rotating shaft driving structure is provided with a shearing structure, the split disc mold comprises two semicircular mold groups, a plurality of forming mold holes are arranged on the semicircular mold groups, the middle part of the rotating shaft driving structure is provided with a sliding area, the split sliding cylinder base is longitudinally and slidingly arranged on the sliding area, and pressure rollers are rotationally connected to the two sides of the split sliding cylinder base. The granulator for feed processing provided by the application solves the technical problem of removing the feed raw materials in the mold holes of the disc mold after the granulator is temporarily stopped.
