Abstract

The application relates to the technical field of silicone sealant production equipment, and discloses a sedimentation-preventing silicone sealant raw material conveying device, which comprises a material tank, a feeding port arranged at the top of the material tank, a material collecting port arranged at the bottom of the material tank, and a first conveying pipe arranged on the material tank and communicated with the material collecting port. The application continuously stirs the silicone sealant raw material in a storage state by arranging a rotating shaft and a plurality of stirring blades in the material tank, so that the effect of slowing down the sinking and gathering of large-density dispersed components such as fillers, carbon black and white carbon black to the bottom of the tank is achieved. The effect of synchronously loosening, disturbing and leading out the material collecting port and the adjacent area is achieved by arranging a gas sending component at the material collecting port and cooperating the first conveying pipe with a pump to suck the bottom raw material, so that the possibility of local enrichment at the bottom and deposition in the connecting area is reduced.
