A kiln waste heat cascade reusing device and a reusing method thereof

Abstract

The application provides a kiln waste heat stepwise recycling device and recycling method, and relates to the technical field of kiln waste heat utilization. The device comprises a connecting channel, an exhaust channel is installed on the side of the connecting channel away from the kiln, a first conical ring and a second conical ring are installed in the exhaust channel, and a moving piece is arranged between the first conical ring and the second conical ring. The first conical cylinder and the second conical cylinder are connected through a connecting pipe. When hot air enters the first conical ring, the hot air is in contact with the rotating structure and drives the rotating structure to rotate. The rotating structure drives the reciprocating structure composed of the reciprocating screw rod, the reciprocating screw block and the pushing cylinder to rotate, and drives the first conical cylinder and the second conical cylinder to move up and down. When the second conical cylinder and the first conical cylinder move upwards, the materials enter between the first conical ring and the second conical ring. When the second conical cylinder and the first conical cylinder move downwards, the materials fall from between the first conical ring and the first conical cylinder, and uniform feeding is realized.
