Abstract

The application discloses an AI large model-based performance communication auxiliary method and device, and is applied to a backend server.The method comprises the following steps: receiving and analyzing performance communication task information, obtaining an evaluated person identifier and evaluation data source information; performing state checking, data existence checking, data merging and content validity detection on the evaluation data; based on the preprocessing result, combining the availability of the evaluation data to dynamically construct an AI input prompt word, including determining the data availability state, matching the prompt word template and filling in the evaluated person information and effective evaluation text; sending the prompt word to an AI large model to generate a performance communication outline and development suggestions; and finally storing the generated result associated with the business identifier to a database.The technical scheme can realize the automation of performance communication preparation, thereby improving the efficiency and quality of performance communication.
