Garbage incinerator marsh gas direct combustion heating self-adaptive adjusting system and method

Abstract

This invention discloses an adaptive regulation system and method for direct combustion heating of biogas in a waste incinerator, relating to the field of regulation system technology. The construction module builds a risk network based on nodes and causal relationships in dynamic combustion risk factors. Weighted edges represent the propagation paths between different risk factors and their coupling influence on the overall operating state of the incinerator. After obtaining the risk network, the central decision module performs scenario segmentation, assesses sensitive nodes and critical propagation paths of the risk network under different scenarios, and resolves conflicts between scenarios using a multi-objective optimization algorithm to generate a dynamic regulation strategy framework. This framework is then decomposed into a set of parameter regulation instructions and sent to the execution layer. This regulation system enhances the adaptive control capability of the direct combustion heating process of biogas in the incinerator, reducing the risk of environmental exceedances or equipment damage caused by unstable combustion, while also optimizing energy utilization efficiency.
