Concrete pier circulating water intelligent spray maintenance system

Abstract

The present application relates to the technical field of concrete pier maintenance, and particularly relates to a concrete pier circulating water intelligent spraying maintenance system. The system comprises a three-pronged support frame, the three-pronged support frame is provided with a connecting frame, the connecting frame is provided with a plurality of sliding grooves which are uniformly distributed in a circumferential direction, the sliding grooves are slidably connected with sliding frames, the sliding frames are rotatably connected with nozzles, the nozzles are fixedly connected with gears, and the connecting frame is fixedly connected with a plurality of racks which have the same number as the gears. The distance between the nozzles and the concrete pier is adjusted, and the nozzles are intermittently rotated by the gears. Without changing the height positions of the nozzles, the water streams sprayed by all the nozzles are obliquely sprayed to different heights of the concrete pier, the probability of shaking caused by the up-and-down movement of all the nozzles is reduced, the stability of all the nozzles in the water spraying process is ensured, the uniformity of the humidity distribution of the concrete pier in all directions is improved, and the effect of the spraying maintenance of the concrete pier is improved.
