Automatic start-stop monitoring alarm device for pressure stabilizing pump of fire water supply system

Abstract

The application belongs to the technical field of fire-fighting equipment, and provides an automatic start-stop monitoring alarm device for a fire-fighting constant-pressure pump. The application comprises: a fire-fighting constant-pressure pump control box; a PLC controller, which is arranged in the fire-fighting constant-pressure pump control box and is configured with an input terminal for collecting a state signal of a fire-fighting constant-pressure pump contactor; and a fire-fighting monitoring module, which is arranged in the fire-fighting constant-pressure pump control box. The PLC controller is configured to: based on the state signal collected from the fire-fighting constant-pressure pump contactor, calculate the start-stop frequency of the fire-fighting constant-pressure pump per unit time, and output a first alarm signal to the fire-fighting monitoring module; calculate the single continuous running time of the fire-fighting constant-pressure pump, and output a second alarm signal to the fire-fighting monitoring module when the single continuous running time exceeds a second preset threshold; and the fire-fighting monitoring module is connected with the output terminal of the PLC controller, used for receiving the first alarm signal or the second alarm signal, and uploading alarm information to a fire-fighting alarm host.
