Connection mechanism for solar photovoltaic mounting

Abstract

This invention provides a connection mechanism for a solar photovoltaic (PV) bracket, comprising a first bracket, a second bracket, a connecting component, a solar PV panel, and a locking component. The connecting component includes a crossbeam mounting plate and a locking mechanism. The crossbeam mounting plate has a C-shaped groove, and the locking mechanism is embedded in the C-shaped groove. The locking mechanism can adjust the spacing within the C-shaped groove. The locking component locks the locking mechanism onto the C-shaped groove of the crossbeam mounting plate. The advantages of this invention are: different nuts can be used with different crossbeam mounting plates, and the piercing gasket does not need to be changed. The piercing gasket has a needle-point structure, which can easily pierce the oxide film of the crossbeam mounting plate and the aluminum frame of the solar PV panel, ensuring reliable grounding. The piercing gasket has a pressure plate anti-rotation baffle in the middle. When the piercing screw is locked onto the piercing gasket, a stable pressing connection can be achieved, which has the functions of buffering and vibration reduction, and can facilitate precise positioning during construction and installation.
