本发明公开一种低碳节能型铝碳耐火砖及其制备方法,配方包括以下重量份数的组分:铁皮料58份、莫来石颗粒2535份、铁皮料细粉2024份、莫来石细粉717份、镁砂6‑8份、铁氧化物6‑8份、铝矾土68份、氧化铝微粉38份、广西白泥210份、碳化硅2‑8份、聚碳硅烷改性邻苯二甲腈粘结剂4‑6份、抗氧化剂0.5‑2份。该方法利用以莫来石、铁皮料为主骨架,辅以高硬度的碳化硅,以聚碳硅烷改性邻苯二甲腈为粘接剂,在高温烧结中聚碳硅烷改性邻苯二甲腈首先产生碳 / 氮自由基,其中一部分氧化变成气体挥发出去,另一部分在没有氧化前,与骨架原料等烧结为Si₂ON₂高温陶瓷,并构筑碳化物烧蚀层,显著提高了材料的耐烧蚀性能。
