Abstract

本发明公开了一种可控降解的环保电缆保护层及其制备工艺,旨在解决现有PLA / PBAT材料界面相容性差、降解不可控及阻隔性低的问题。该保护层由按质量份数由60~85份组分A、10~25份组分B、2~8份组分C、0.5~2份组分D组成。组分A由聚乳酸与聚己二酸 / 对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯复配;组分B由聚己内酯接枝马来酸酐与环氧化大豆油复配;组分C由纤维素纳米晶体与滑石粉复配;组分D为抗氧化剂。本申请通过内源性反应增容在界面形成化学锚定,杜绝组分B迁移;并利用组分C构建致密球晶,实现增强、增韧与高阻隔的协同。工艺上采用高速预混及双 / 单螺杆分区控温加工。所得材料拉伸强度达48.5MPa以上,断裂伸长率达153%以上,降解曲线线性度R2>0.99,实现全生命周期可控梯度降解。
