A simple bag opener for a folding knife

Abstract

The application discloses a simple bag opening machine for upper folding knife, which comprises a rack, a large table plate and a material positioning device. The large table plate is provided with a processing area. A small table plate is installed on the rack in a lifting mode. The small table plate is provided with a material placing area below the material positioning device. The material positioning device comprises an outer pressing frame and a pressing frame. The outer pressing frame is provided with a clamping piece in an opening and closing mode. A bag folding device is installed on the rack above the material positioning device. The bag folding device comprises a lifting seat and an upper folding knife. The material placing area for placing bag lips and zippers is arranged on the lifting small table plate. After the material is placed on the small table plate, the small table plate can be driven to press against the material positioning device upwardly, and the bag lips and zippers on the material placing area are transferred to the processing area for cutting and sewing processing through the material positioning device. The application does not need to install components such as an upper plate mechanism and a lower supporting plate resetting device, so that the equipment structure and cost are greatly optimized, and the installation and debugging difficulty of the equipment is reduced.
