The end effector comprises a jaw part and a first driving rod capable of driving the jaw part to be opened or closed. The middle end actuator comprises a second driving rod and a joint part with the freedom of motion, and the second driving rod is detachably connected with the first driving rod so that the end actuator can be detachably connected to the middle end actuator. The manipulator is configured to drive the second driving rod to move in the axial direction of the manipulator so as to drive the jaw part to be opened or closed, and is configured to drive the joint part to act so as to drive the end effector to rotate. The first driving rod and the second driving rod are detachably connected, so that the flexibility of the surgical instrument is improved, the surgical instrument can be conveniently combined and disassembled according to surgical requirements, the middle-end actuator and the manipulator can be repeatedly used, the tail-end actuator serves as a disposable medical supply, and the risk of cross infection is avoided.
