[0030] In order to further understand the content, features and effects of the present invention, the following embodiments are given as examples and described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings:

[0031] See also Figure 1 , Figure 2 and Figure 6 The utility model discloses a bellows assembly, which is used for a range hood, and includes a bellows body 1, a smoke exhaust fan 2 and an oil collecting pan 3. The bellows body 1 has an air collecting chamber and an air inlet 111 connected to the air collecting chamber; the smoke exhaust fan 2 is arranged in the air collecting chamber, and an oil dripping hole is provided at the bottom of the volute of the smoke exhaust fan 2; the oil collecting pan 3 is arranged in the air collecting chamber and is located below the smoke exhaust fan 2 at an angle downward from front to back, and a downward projection of the oil collecting pan 3 is located in front of the air inlet 111, and oil outlets are provided on both sides of the rear end of the oil collecting pan 3, and air guide holes 31 are provided on the parts of the oil collecting pan 3 located on both sides of the smoke exhaust fan 2. When the bellows assembly of the utility model is applied to a range hood, at least the portion below the bellows body 1 is installed in the installation of the range hood body, and an air suction port connected to the air inlet 111 is provided on the range hood body. When the range hood is started, the smoke exhaust fan 2 is running, and the oil smoke generated by the user's cooking enters the air collecting chamber of the bellows body 1 through the air inlet 111 connected to the air suction port of the range hood body, and then flows to the air inlet side of the smoke exhaust fan 2. When flowing to the air inlet side of the smoke exhaust fan 2, the exhaust fan 2 is An oil receiving pan 3 is arranged below the smoke fan 2, and an air guide hole 31 is arranged on the oil receiving pan 3. In the flue part of the air collecting chamber blocked by the oil receiving pan 3, the oil smoke flows to the top of the oil receiving pan 3 through the air guide holes 31 on the oil receiving pan 3, and then flows to the air inlet side of the smoke exhaust fan 2. After the operation of the smoke exhaust fan 2 is finished, the oil on the volute of the smoke exhaust fan 2 is discharged downward through the oil dripping hole at the bottom of the volute, and then is received by the oil receiving pan 3, flows along the oil receiving pan 3, and is finally discharged through the oil outlets on both sides of the oil receiving pan 3.

[0032] The bellows assembly of the utility model is provided with an oil collecting pan 3 located below the smoke exhaust fan 2 in the air collecting chamber of the bellows body 1, so that the oil collecting pan 3 can guide the oil dripping from the volute of the smoke exhaust fan 2 to a set position along a specified oil path, and the downward projection of the oil collecting pan 3 is located in front of the air inlet 111. The oil collecting pan 3 will not directly block the flow path of the oil smoke entering the air collecting chamber through the air inlet 111. When oil smoke enters the air collecting chamber and flows upward to the lower surface of the oil collecting pan 3, it will flow to the top of the oil collecting pan 3 through the air guide holes 31 on the oil collecting pan 3, and then continue to flow to the air inlet side of the smoke exhaust fan 2.

[0033] In the bellows assembly of the utility model, the oil receiving pan 3 arranged in the air collecting chamber can guide both oil and air, and will not directly affect the flow of oil smoke entering the air collecting chamber through the air inlet 111.

[0034] See also Figure 2 and Figure 3 The bellows assembly of the utility model also includes an oil guide groove 4, which is connected to the oil outlets on both sides of the oil receiving pan 3 and is used to guide the oil discharged from the oil receiving pan 3 through the oil outlet to the rear side of the air inlet 111. The oil on the volute of the smoke exhaust fan 2 flows out through the oil dripping hole at the bottom of the volute and drips onto the oil receiving pan 3, then flows from front to rear along the bottom surface of the oil receiving pan 3, then gathers at the rear end of the oil receiving pan 3, and finally is discharged into the oil guide groove 4 through the oil outlets on both sides of the rear end of the oil receiving pan 3, flows along the oil guide groove 4 and is finally discharged through the oil outlet end of the oil guide groove 4. In the bellows assembly of the utility model, the oil outlet end of the oil introduction groove 4 is located at the rear side of the air inlet 111, and the oil on the volute of the smoke exhaust fan 2 is finally discharged to the bottom of the bellows body 1 located at the rear side of the air inlet 111. The bottom of the bellows body 1 is also provided with an oil leakage hole 114, and the oil discharged by the oil introduction groove 4 to the bottom of the bellows body 1 located at the rear side of the air inlet 111 is discharged from the air collecting cavity through the oil leakage hole 114. In actual application, the oil introduction groove 4 is tilted downward from front to back, so that the oil outlet end of the oil introduction groove 4 is as close to the bottom of the bellows body 1 as possible, and when the oil is discharged through the oil introduction groove 4, it is prevented from splashing and splashing to the outside of the air collecting cavity through the air inlet 111.

[0035] See also Figure 2 and Figure 3The bellows assembly of the utility model comprises a bellows body 1 including an inner bellows 1a and an outer bellows 1b, a bottom plate 11 of the inner bellows 1a being provided with an air inlet 111, and a top plate 12 of the inner bellows 1a being provided with an air outlet 121; the outer bellows 1b being connected to the air outlet 121, a smoke exhaust fan 2 being arranged in the outer bellows 1b, an oil receiving pan 3 being arranged at the air outlet 121 and extending to the corresponding sides of the air outlet 121 on both sides, a front edge of which is connected to the front edge of the air outlet 121, and a rear edge of which extends to the rear side of the air outlet 121. When applied to the range hood, the inner bellows 1a is installed in the installation cavity of the range hood body, and the inner cavity of the inner bellows 1a forms an air collecting cavity. When the smoke exhaust fan 2 is running, the external air flows into the smoke collecting cavity through the air inlet 111, then flows along the smoke collecting cavity, and flows into the outer bellows 1b through the air outlet 121, and then is discharged from the outer bellows 1b by the smoke exhaust fan 2; since the oil receiving pan 3 is provided at the air outlet 121, the oil receiving pan 3 reduces the air outlet area at the air outlet 121, and when the air flow passes through the air outlet 121 where the oil receiving pan 3 is provided, most of the air The air flow directly enters the outer wind box 1b through the air outlet 121, a small part of the air flow flows to the top of the oil receiving pan 3 through the air guide holes 31 on the oil receiving pan 3 and enters the outer wind box 1b, the air flow entering the outer wind box 1b enters the smoke exhaust fan 2 through the air inlet side of the smoke exhaust fan 2, the gas is discharged by the smoke exhaust fan 2, and the oil liquid formed by the mixture of oil and water in the air flow is thrown onto the volute of the smoke exhaust fan 2, and after the smoke exhaust fan 2 stops running, it flows down along the volute of the smoke exhaust fan 2, and drips onto the oil receiving pan 3 through the oil dripping hole provided at the bottom of the volute of the smoke exhaust fan 2.

[0036] See also Figure 2 and Figure 5 In the bellows assembly of the utility model, the portion of the top plate 12 of the inner bellows 1a located on the left side of the air outlet 121 is tilted downward from right to left, and the portion of the top plate 12 located on the right side of the air outlet 121 is tilted downward from left to right, so that the thickness of the air collecting cavity of the inner bellows 1a located on the left and right sides of the air outlet 121 gradually decreases from close to the air outlet 121 to far away from the air outlet 121. In this way, when the smoke exhaust fan 2 is running, a large negative pressure is formed in the inner bellows 1a, and the negative pressure at the air inlet 111 is relatively large, with relatively large suction force, which can form a relatively good suction effect on the external airflow.

[0037] Since the thickness of the air collecting chamber on the left and right sides of the air outlet 121 gradually decreases from close to the air outlet 121 to far away from the air outlet 121, after the external air flow enters the inner wind box 1a through the air inlet 111, it flows in the air collecting chamber of the inner wind box 1a, part of it is directly discharged through the air outlet 121, and part of it rushes to the parts of the top plate 12 on both sides of the air outlet 121 during the upward flow. Since the part of the top plate 12 located at the air outlet 121 is tilted downward from the side close to the air outlet 121 to the side far away from the air outlet 121, after the air flow hits the top plate 12, two airflows will be formed, which will flow toward the air inlet side of the smoke exhaust fan 2 in a spiral motion. When the two spiral airflows meet, they will affect the airflow that flows directly through the air inlet 111 to the air inlet side of the smoke exhaust fan 2, reduce the smoke suction capacity of the smoke exhaust fan 2, and also generate greater noise. To solve this problem, the bellows assembly of the utility model is provided with flanges 112 on the front and rear edges of the air inlet 111, the projection of the flanges 112 falls into the air inlet 111, and the flanges 112 form a 45° angle with the bottom plate 11. After the external airflow enters the inner bellows 1a through the air inlet 111, a part of it flows directly to the air inlet side of the smoke exhaust fan 2 through the air inlet 111, and the part located on both sides of the air outlet 121 flows upward and collides with the wall surface of the part of the top plate 12 located on both sides of the air outlet 121, flows downward along the wall surface of the corresponding side, and then forms a spiral airflow and flows upward, and after flowing through the flanges 112 on the corresponding side, it is guided by the flanges 112, so that the two spiral airflows form an air path between the flanges 112 on both sides of the air inlet 111, which will not block the airflow entering through the air inlet 111 from flowing directly to the air inlet side of the smoke exhaust fan 2 through the air outlet 121, and can also reduce noise.

[0038] See also Figure 4 and Figure 5 In the bellows assembly of the utility model, the left and right sides of the air inlet 111 are provided with connecting parts 113 connecting the flanges 112 on the front and rear sides thereof, the connecting parts 113 and the flanges 112 on the corresponding sides are connected by an arc surface transition, the connecting parts 113 and the bottom plate of the inner bellows 1a form a 45° angle, and the flanges 112 and the connecting parts 113 form an oil retaining part arranged around the air inlet 111. The oil on the inner wall surface of the inner bellows 1a will flow downward, and then gather on the bottom plate 11 of the inner bellows 1a. The oil gathered on the bottom plate 11 of the inner bellows 1a is blocked by the oil retaining part and cannot flow from the air inlet 111 to the outside of the inner bellows 1a.

[0039] See also Figure 4 and Figure 5In the bellows assembly of the utility model, an oil leakage hole 114 is provided on the bottom plate 11 of the inner bellows 1a at the rear side of the air inlet 111. The bottom plate 11 of the inner bellows 1a is tilted downward from front to back, and the oil gathered at the flange 112 on the front side of the air inlet 111 flows to both sides of the flange 112 and is guided to the rear side of the air inlet 111 through the connecting parts 113 on both sides. After the smoke exhaust fan 2 has been running for a period of time, the oil on the volute of the smoke exhaust fan 2 flows along the volute and drips onto the oil receiving pan 3 through the oil dripping holes at the bottom of the volute, and then is discharged into the oil guide groove 4 from the oil outlets on both sides of the rear end of the oil receiving pan 3, and is guided by the oil guide groove 4 to the rear side of the air inlet 111, and then gathers on the bottom plate 11 of the inner bellows 1a located at the rear side of the air inlet 111, and is discharged from the inner bellows 1a through the oil leakage hole 114; the oil on the top plate 12 of the inner bellows 1a flows downward along the inclined surface where the top plate 12 is located and The oil drips onto the bottom plate 11 of the inner bellows 1a, and the oil on the front plate of the inner bellows 1a also flows from its front plate and drips onto the bottom plate 11 of the inner bellows 1a in front of the air inlet 111, and then flows along the inclined bottom plate 11. When it flows to the flange 112 on the front side of the air inlet 111, it is blocked by the flange 112, and then flows to both sides of the flange 112, and finally flows to the rear side of the flange 112 on the rear side of the air inlet 111 through the connecting parts 113 on both sides, and then is discharged from the inner bellows 1a through the oil leakage hole 114.

[0040] See also Figures 1 to 4The utility model also discloses a range hood, which adopts the above-mentioned bellows assembly. The range hood disclosed in the utility model includes a range hood body 5, which has an installation cavity. The inner bellows 1a of the bellows body 1 is installed in the installation cavity. The range hood body 5 also has an air suction panel 51, on which an air suction port 511 is provided. The air suction panel 51 is connected to the bottom plate 11 of the inner bellows 1a, and the air inlet 111 is arranged around the air suction port 511. The hood disclosed in the utility model is a top suction hood. The air suction panel 51 of the hood is the top plate of the hood. The air suction port 511 connected to the air collecting chamber through the air inlet 111 is provided on the hood. When the hood is started, the exhaust fan 2 is in operation. The oil smoke generated by the user's cooking enters the air collecting chamber through the air inlet 111 connected to the air suction port 511. After the external oil smoke enters the inner wind box 1a through the air inlet 111, a part of it flows directly to the air inlet side of the exhaust fan 2 through the air inlet 111, and the part located on both sides of the air outlet 121 flows upward. After the flow collides with the wall surface of the top plate 12 on both sides of the air outlet 121, it flows downward along the wall surface on the corresponding side, then forms a spiral airflow and flows upward again. After flowing through the flange 112 on the corresponding side, it is guided by the flange 112 and flows toward the air inlet side of the smoke exhaust fan 2. At the same time, due to the guidance of the flange 112, two spiral airflows form an air path between the flanges 112 on both sides of the air inlet 111, which will not block the airflow entering through the air inlet 111 from flowing directly through the air outlet 121 to the air inlet side of the smoke exhaust fan 2, and can also reduce noise.

[0041] See also Figure 3 and Figure 4 In the range hood of the present invention, wind and liquid guiding parts 6 are provided on both sides of the air intake port 511, and flanges 112 are provided on the front and rear edges of the air inlet 111. The flanges 112 are arranged around the wind and liquid guiding parts 6, and a guide groove 115 is formed between the flanges 112 and the wind and liquid guiding parts 6. A liquid guiding hole 1121 is provided on the flanges 112 located on the rear side of the air inlet 111. When passing through the air intake port 511, the oil smoke is guided by the air-guiding and liquid-inducing component 6, and then flows to the air inlet side of the smoke exhaust fan 2. The projection of the air-guiding and liquid-inducing component 6 to the bottom of the inner bellows 1a is located outside the air intake port 511, so that the oil accumulated on the air-guiding and liquid-inducing component 6 will drip into the guide groove 115, and the guide groove 115 is connected with the part of the bottom plate of the inner bellows 1a located behind the air inlet 111 through the liquid guide hole 1121, and flows through the liquid guide hole 1121 to the part of the bottom plate of the inner bellows 1a located behind the air inlet 111, and then is discharged from the inner bellows 1a through the oil leakage hole 114.

[0042] See also Figure 3 and Figure 4In the range hood of the present invention, a liquid guiding groove 61 is provided on the air guiding and liquid guiding member 6, and the liquid guiding groove 61 is connected with the guide groove 115. The air guiding and liquid guiding member 6 includes a liquid guiding surface and a liquid guiding groove 61 located below the liquid guiding surface. The liquid guiding surface on each side is inclined from bottom to top in a direction away from the air inlet 511, and the downward projection of the lower edge of the liquid guiding surface falls into the liquid guiding groove 61. When the oil smoke passes through the liquid guiding surface, the oil liquid formed by the mixture of oil and water in the oil smoke will adhere to the liquid guiding surface and accumulate on the liquid guiding surface. When a certain amount of oil is accumulated, it will flow along the liquid guiding surface and drip into the liquid guiding groove 61 near the lower edge of the liquid guiding surface, and then enter the guide groove 115 through the liquid guiding groove 61. The oil liquid in the guide groove 115 flows through the liquid guiding hole 1121 to the bottom plate of the inner bellows 1a located at the rear side of the air inlet 111, and then is discharged from the inner bellows 1a through the oil leakage hole 114. This can prevent the oil on the liquid guide surface from dripping to the outside of the range hood through the air suction port 511 .

[0043] The above are only preferred embodiments of the present invention and are not intended to limit the present invention. Any modifications, equivalent substitutions or improvements made within the spirit and principles of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
