Abstract

A wheat harvester threshing assembly rotation running-in testboard comprises a three-phase motor, an output shaft of the three-phase motor is connected with a speed reducer, an output shaft of the speed reducer is fixedly connected with a driving wheel, a first bearing seat is fixedly installed on a rack, a first shaft is rotatably installed in the first bearing seat through a bearing, the first shaft is fixedly connected with a driven wheel, and the driven wheel is fixedly connected with the three-phase motor. The driving wheel and the driven wheel are in transmission, a torsion sensor is fixedly connected to the first shaft, the other end of the torsion sensor is fixedly connected to a second shaft, the second shaft is rotationally installed on the machine frame through a bearing in a second bearing seat, the second bearing seat is fixedly installed on the machine frame, and the other end of the second shaft is connected to a universal joint coupler. The other end of the universal joint coupler is fixedly connected with a tool disc, the tool disc is fixedly connected with three rotating pins, the device further comprises a temperature sensor, and the torsion sensor and the temperature sensor are both connected to a controller. The running-in test board is simple and reliable.
