[0058] Hereinafter, the protection pipe installer 1, the protection pipe installation device 100, and the protection pipe installation method in the embodiment will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In addition, in this specification, components having the same function will be assigned the same or similar symbols. Therefore, for components assigned the same or similar symbols, repeated descriptions may be omitted.

[0059] (Definition of direction)

[0060] like Figure 2 As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 , in this specification, the moving direction of the zipper portion 92 of the protection tube 9 installed on the wire W is defined as the first direction DR1. In addition, the opposite direction of the first direction DR1 is defined as the third direction DR3. The length direction of the base 3 of the protection tube installer 1 may be parallel to the first direction DR1 (or the third direction DR3).

[0061] In this specification, the direction from the base 3 of the protection tube installer 1 toward the blocking surface 430 of the protection tube installer 1 is defined as the second direction DR2. The second direction DR2 is, for example, a direction perpendicular to the first direction DR1. Figure 2 In the described example, the second direction DR2 is parallel to the direction from the belly 91 w of the protection tube 9 toward the back 91 u of the protection tube 9 .

[0062] In this specification, the direction from the first rib 92a of the protection tube 9 to the second rib 92b of the protection tube 9 (in other words, the direction from the first rib guide 20a to the second rib guide 20b) is defined as a fourth direction DR4. The fourth direction DR4 is, for example, a direction perpendicular to both the first direction DR1 and the second direction DR2.

[0063] (First Embodiment)

[0064] Reference Figures 1 to 5 Next, a protection pipe installation device 1A according to the first embodiment will be described. Figure 1 This is a schematic perspective view schematically showing an example of the protection tube 9 . Figure 2 It is a schematic perspective view schematically showing the protection pipe installer 1A in the first embodiment. Figure 3 It is a schematic two-sided view schematically showing the protection pipe installation device 1A in the first embodiment. Figure 3 The left side of the diagram shows a schematic main view. Figure 3 A schematic side view is recorded on the right side of FIG. Figure 4 It is a schematic perspective view schematically showing a protection pipe installation device 1A in a modified example of the first embodiment. Figure 5 It is a schematic two-sided view schematically showing the protection pipe installation device 1A in the first embodiment. Figure 5 The left side of the diagram shows a schematic main view. Figure 5 A schematic side view is recorded on the right side of FIG.

[0065] Reference Figure 1 , an example of the protection tube 9 is described. The protection tube 9 is installed on the electric wire in a manner of surrounding the electric wire to protect the electric wire. The protection tube 9 is formed of an elastically deformable material. The protection tube 9 is made of resin, for example.

[0066] The protection tube 9 has a main body 90 and a zipper portion 92. The zipper portion 92 is in a non-connected state (see Figure 1 ), the main body 90 is generally C-shaped in a cross section perpendicular to the length direction of the main body 90. When the main body 90 is in a coupled state with the zipper portion 92, the main body 90 is generally circular in a cross section perpendicular to the length direction of the protective tube 9. In addition, Figure 2 In the described example, the longitudinal direction of the main body 90 is parallel to the first direction DR1 .

[0067] Figure 1 In the described example, the main body 90 has an abdominal portion 91w formed with a slit SL through which an electric wire can pass, and a back portion 91u arranged on the opposite side of the abdominal portion 91w with respect to the longitudinal center axis of the main body 90. When the zipper portion 92 is in a non-engaged state, the slit SL is open, and when the zipper portion 92 is in a engaged state, the slit SL is closed.

[0068] The zipper portion 92 has a first rib 92a and a second rib 92b. The first rib 92a extends along the length direction of the main body 90. The base end 920a of the first rib 92a is connected to the main body 90 (more specifically, the first end with a substantially C-shaped cross section), and the front end 921a of the first rib 92a is a free end. The second rib 92b extends along the length direction of the main body 90. The base end 920b of the second rib 92b is connected to the main body 90 (more specifically, the second end with a substantially C-shaped cross section), and the front end 921b of the second rib 92b is a free end.

[0069] The first rib 92a has a first engaging portion 925a, and the second rib 92b has a second engaging portion 925b that can be engaged with the first engaging portion 925a. Figure 1 In the described example, the first engaging portion 925a is an engaging concave portion, and the second engaging portion 925b is an engaging convex portion. Alternatively, the first engaging portion 925a is an engaging convex portion, and the second engaging portion 925b may be an engaging concave portion.

[0070] Next, refer to Figure 2 and Figure 3 Next, an example of the protection tube installation tool 1A in the first embodiment will be described. The protection tube installation tool 1A is a tool that can switch the state of the zipper portion 92 from the non-connected state to the connected state. Figure 2 In the described example, the protection tube installer 1A includes a zipper guide 2 , a base 3 , and a main body guide 4 .

[0071] The zipper guide 2 guides the zipper portion 92 of the protection tube 9 attached to the electric wire W to move in the first direction DR1. In addition, the zipper guide 2 switches the state of the zipper portion 92 from the non-engaged state to the engaged state. The non-engaged state refers to a state in which the engagement between the first engaging portion 925a and the second engaging portion 925b is released, and the engaged state refers to a state in which the first engaging portion 925a and the second engaging portion 925b are engaged.

[0072] Figure 3 In the described example, the zipper guide 2 has a plurality of guide rollers 21 including a first guide roller 21 a and a second guide roller 21 b . Figure 3In the described example, when the zipper portion 92 passes between the first guide roller 21 a and the second guide roller 21 b , the state of the zipper portion 92 is switched from the non-connected state to the connected state.

[0073] Alternatively, Figure 4 As shown, the zipper guide 2 may also be formed by a recess 23 that can guide the zipper portion 92 . Figure 4 In the described example, the zipper guide 2 has the concave portion 23 with a small width when facing the first direction DR1. At this time, when the zipper portion 92 moves in the first direction DR1 along the concave portion 23, the first rib 92a is pressed against the second rib 92b side by the first side surface 23a of the concave portion 23, and the second rib 92b is pressed against the first rib 92a side by the second side surface 23b of the concave portion 23. In this way, the zipper guide 2 switches the state of the zipper portion 92 from the non-engaged state to the engaged state.

[0074] The zipper guide 2 preferably includes a first rib guide 20a abutting against the first rib 92a and a second rib guide 20b abutting against the second rib 92b. In this case, when the protection tube 9 moves in the first direction DR1, the protection tube 9 can be prevented or suppressed from snaking in the lateral direction (more specifically, in a direction parallel to the fourth direction DR4). Figure 3 In the described example, the first guide roller 21a functions as the first rib guide 20a, and the second guide roller 21b functions as the second rib guide 20b. Figure 4 In the described example, the first side surface 23 a of the recessed portion 23 functions as the first rib guide 20 a , and the second side surface 23 b of the recessed portion 23 functions as the second rib guide 20 b .

[0075] The zipper guide 2 is arranged on the base 3 . Figure 3 In the example described, the zipper guide 2 is mounted on the base 3 and supported by the base 3. Alternatively, Figure 4 As shown, the zipper guide 2 may also be formed integrally with the base 3 .

[0076] The main body guide 4 has a blocking surface 430 that prevents the zipper portion 92 from falling off the zipper guide 2 . Figure 3 In the example described, the blocking surface 430 prevents the protection tube 9 from moving in a direction perpendicular to the first direction DR1 (more specifically, the second direction DR2) by contacting the back 91u of the main body 90 of the protection tube 9. In this way, the zipper portion 92 can be prevented from falling off the zipper guide 2.

[0077] Furthermore, the main body guide 4 guides the main body 90 of the protection tube 9 to move in the first direction DR1 . Figure 3In the described example, when viewed along the first direction DR1, the main body 90 of the protection tube 9 is clamped by the zipper guide 2 and the blocking surface 430. At this time, when the protection tube 9 moves in the first direction DR1, it is possible to prevent or suppress the protection tube 9 from meandering in a direction parallel to the second direction DR2.

[0078] The protection tube installer 1A in the first embodiment includes a zipper guide 2 that guides the zipper portion 92 of the protection tube 9 to move in the first direction DR1 and switches the state of the zipper portion 92 from the non-connected state to the connected state. At this time, the state of the zipper portion 92 can be switched from the non-connected state to the connected state by moving the zipper portion 92 relative to the zipper guide 2 in the first direction DR1. In addition, the protection tube installer 1A in the first embodiment includes a main body guide 4 having a blocking surface 430. At this time, the main body 90 of the protection tube 9 can be guided by the main body guide 4 in a state where the zipper portion 92 is prevented from falling off from the zipper guide 2 by the blocking surface 430. In addition, the protection tube installer 1A in the first embodiment includes both the zipper guide 2 and the main body guide 4. At this time, when the protection tube 9 moves in the first direction DR1, it is possible to effectively prevent or suppress the protection tube 9 from meandering in a direction perpendicular to the first direction DR1.

[0079] Next, an optional additional structure that can be adopted in the protection pipe installation device 1A in the first embodiment or the protection pipe installation device 1B in the second embodiment described below will be described.

[0080] (Position Adjustment of Main Body Guide 4)

[0081] Figure 5 In the described example, the main body guide 4 is positionally adjustable relative to the base 3. More specifically, the main body guide 4 is attached to the base 3 so as to be positionally adjustable relative to the base 3 in a direction parallel to the second direction DR2.

[0082] Figure 5 In the described example, the protection tube installer 1A includes a fixing member 51 (for example, a fixing member having an external thread portion screwed into an internal thread portion formed on the base 3) for fixing the main body guide 4 to the base 3. The fixing member 51 preferably has an operation knob 511 operated by a user. In this case, the main body guide 4 can be fixed to the base 3 without using a tool.

[0083] Figure 5In the described example, the main body guide 4 is formed with a long hole 4h or a slit through which the shaft portion 51s of the fixing member 51 can pass. The main body guide 4 can be adjusted relative to the base 3 through the long hole 4h or the slit. After the main body guide 4 is adjusted relative to the base 3, the main body guide 4 is fixed to the base 3 by the fixing member 51.

[0084] When the main body guide 4 can be adjusted relative to the base 3, the main body guide 4 can guide the protection tube 9 of the main body 90 having a larger outer diameter (see Figure 5 ), in addition, the main body guide 4 can guide the protection tube 9 of the main body 90 having a smaller outer diameter (refer to Figure 3 ).

[0085] Figure 2 In the described example, the main body guide 4 can be adjusted in stages in a direction parallel to the second direction DR2. More specifically, Figure 2 In the described example, the main body guide 4 includes a first positioning portion 41 for positioning the main body guide 4 at a first position P1 relative to the base 3 and a second positioning portion 42 for positioning the main body guide 4 at a second position P2 relative to the base 3 .

[0086] The first positioning portion 41 is, for example, constituted by a first engaging recess 41 d engageable with the fixing member 51 , and the second positioning portion 42 is, for example, constituted by a second engaging recess 42 d engageable with the fixing member 51 . Figure 2 In the example described, when the fixing member 51 is engaged with the first positioning portion 41 , the main body guide 4 is positioned at the first position P1 . On the other hand, when the fixing member 51 is engaged with the second positioning portion 42 , the main body guide 4 is positioned at the second position P2 .

[0087] When the main body guide 4 can be adjusted in stages in the direction parallel to the second direction DR2, the user can select a positioning portion suitable for the outer diameter of the main body 90 of the protection tube 9 from among a plurality of positioning portions. Therefore, the user can more easily perform the position adjustment of the main body guide 4. Figure 2 In the described example, the main body guide 4 can be adjusted in two stages in the direction parallel to the second direction DR2. Alternatively, the main body guide 4 can be adjusted in three or more stages in the direction parallel to the second direction DR2. In addition, in the embodiment, the main body guide 4 can also be adjusted in a continuous (in other words, non-staged) manner in the direction parallel to the second direction DR2.

[0088] (Main body guide 4)

[0089] Figure 2In the described example, the main body guide 4 includes the mounting portion 46 and the cover portion 43. The main body guide 4 may include the first wing portion 44 and / or the second wing portion 45.

[0090] The mounting portion 46 is a portion mounted on the base 3 . Figure 2 In the example described, the mounting portion 46 has the long hole 4 h or the slit extending in the direction parallel to the second direction DR2 . In addition, the mounting portion 46 has the first positioning portion 41 and the second positioning portion 42 .

[0091] The cover portion 43 covers a portion of the protection tube 9 . Figure 3 In the described example, the cover portion 43 is supported by the mounting portion 46 in a cantilever manner. Figure 3 In the described example, the cover portion 43 has a substantially inverted V shape when viewed along the first direction DR1 . The lower surface of the cover portion 43 constitutes a blocking surface 430 .

[0092] Figure 3 In the described example, an opening OP through which the electric wire W can pass is formed between the end 43e of the cover 43 and the zipper guide 2. The height H1 of the opening OP in the direction along the second direction DR2 is larger than the outer diameter of the electric wire W. The height H1 of the opening OP in the direction along the second direction DR2 is preferably smaller than the outer diameter of the main body 90 of the protection tube 9. In this case, the protection tube 9 can be prevented from falling off from the protection tube installer 1A by the opening OP. The height H1 is, for example, 30 mm or less, or 20 mm or less. The protection tube installer 1A may also include an opening and closing member that can open and close the opening OP.

[0093] The first wing portion 44 protrudes from the cover portion 43 in the third direction DR3 . Figure 3 In the described example, the first wing 44 is cantilevered by the cover 43. The lower surface of the first wing 44 constitutes a protection tube guide surface 440. The second wing 45 protrudes from the cover 43 in the first direction DR1. Figure 3 In the described example, the second wing portion 45 is cantilevered and supported by the cover portion 43. The lower surface of the second wing portion 45 constitutes a protection tube extraction surface 450.

[0094] (Blocking surface 430)

[0095] Figure 3In the described example, the blocking surface 430 has a substantially inverted V shape when viewed along the first direction DR1. More specifically, the blocking surface 430 includes a top 433, a first inclined surface 431 close to the base 3 when going from the top 433 toward the fourth direction DR4, and a second inclined surface 432 close to the base 3 when going from the top 433 toward the opposite direction of the fourth direction DR4. When the blocking surface 430 is substantially in the inverted V shape, the protection tube 9 can be prevented or suppressed from being misaligned in the direction parallel to the fourth direction DR4.

[0096] (Protective pipe induction surface 440)

[0097] Figure 3 In the described example, the main body guide 4 has a protection tube guide surface 440 disposed on the third direction DR3 side relative to the blocking surface 430. When facing the third direction DR3, the protection tube guide surface 440 is preferably an inclined surface inclined in a direction away from the track through which the protection tube 9 passes. The inclined surface may be composed of a flat surface or a curved surface.

[0098] When the protection tube guide surface 440 is an inclined surface inclined in the direction away from the track through which the protection tube 9 passes when facing the third direction DR3, the end of the protection tube 9 in the longitudinal direction can be easily inserted into the space SP1 between the blocking surface 430 and the zipper guide 2. In addition, the protection tube 9 moving in the first direction DR1 can be prevented from being caught by the protection tube guide surface 440, and the protection tube 9 moving in the first direction DR1 can be prevented from being damaged by the protection tube guide surface 440.

[0099] Figure 5 In the described example, the length D1 of the protection tube guide surface 440 along the fourth direction DR4 is shorter than the length D2 of the blocking surface 430 along the fourth direction DR4. By shortening the length D1 of the protection tube guide surface 440, the weight of the main body guide 4 can be reduced. In addition, it is easy to process (for example, bend) the protection tube guide surface 440 to be an inclined surface.

[0100] (Protection tube extraction surface 450)

[0101] Figure 5 In the described example, the main body guide 4 has a protection tube extraction surface 450 disposed on the first direction DR1 side relative to the blocking surface 430. When facing the first direction DR1, the protection tube extraction surface 450 is preferably an inclined surface inclined in a direction away from the track through which the protection tube 9 passes. The inclined surface may be composed of a flat surface or a curved surface.

[0102] (Second Embodiment)

[0103] Reference Figures 6 to 13Next, a protection pipe installer 1B according to the second embodiment will be described. Figure 6 It is a schematic perspective view of the protection pipe mounting device 1B according to the second embodiment when viewed from an oblique front side. Figure 7 It is a schematic perspective view of the protection pipe mounting device 1B according to the second embodiment when viewed from an oblique front side. Figure 8 and Fig. 9 A schematic front view schematically shows a protection pipe installer 1B according to the second embodiment. Fig.10 It is a schematic side view schematically showing a protection pipe installer 1B in the second embodiment. Fig.11 1 is a schematic plan view schematically showing a protection pipe installer 1B in the second embodiment. Fig.12 It is a schematic side view schematically showing a protection pipe installer 1B in the second embodiment. Fig.13 It is a schematic bottom view schematically showing a protection pipe installer 1B in the second embodiment.

[0104] The protection pipe installer 1B in the second embodiment is different from the protection pipe installer 1A in the first embodiment in that the main body guide 4 includes a first guide 4A and a second guide 4B. The second embodiment is the same as the first embodiment in other respects.

[0105] In the second embodiment, the explanation is centered on the points different from the first embodiment, and repeated explanations of matters already explained in the first embodiment are omitted. Therefore, even if the second embodiment is not explicitly explained, it is clear that matters already explained in the first embodiment can be adopted in the second embodiment.

[0106] like Figure 6 As shown, the protective tube installer 1B in the second embodiment includes (1) a zipper guide 2 that guides the zipper portion 92 of the protective tube 9 installed on the wire W to move toward the first direction DR1 and switches the state of the zipper portion 92 from a non-engaged state to a engaged state, (2) a base 3 equipped with the zipper guide 2, and (3) a main body guide 4 that has a blocking surface to prevent the zipper portion 92 from falling off the zipper guide 2 and guides the main body 90 of the protective tube 9 to move toward the first direction DR1.

[0107] Therefore, the second embodiment produces the same effects as the first embodiment.

[0108] Figure 6 In the described example, the main body guide 4 includes the first guide 4A and the second guide 4B disposed on the first direction DR1 side relative to the first guide 4A. In addition, the main body guide 4 may include a third guide in addition to the first guide 4A and the second guide 4B. In other words, the number of guides included in the main body guide 4 may be three or more.

[0109] When the main body guide 4 includes the first guide 4A and the second guide 4B, the main body 90 of the protection tube 9 can be guided more stably. In addition, when the first guide 4A and the second guide 4B are arranged with a predetermined interval along the first direction DR1, the main body 90 of the protection tube 9 can be guided more stably and the overall weight of the main body guide 4 can be reduced.

[0110] Next, an optional additional structure that can be adopted in the protection pipe installer 1B in the second embodiment will be described.

[0111] (Zipper guide 2)

[0112] Figure 7 In the described example (the example in which the protection tube installer 1B is viewed from the oblique rear side), the zipper guide 2 includes the first zipper guide 2A. In addition, the first zipper guide 2A includes the first guide roller 21a and the second guide roller 21b. When the zipper portion 92 moves in the first direction DR1, the first guide roller 21a presses the first rib 92a of the zipper portion 92 toward the second rib 92b. On the other hand, when the zipper portion 92 moves in the first direction DR1, the second guide roller 21b presses the second rib 92b of the zipper portion 92 toward the first rib 92a. In this way, the state of the zipper portion 92 can be switched from the non-engaged state to the engaged state by the zipper portion 92 passing between the first guide roller 21a and the second guide roller 21b. In addition, the function of the first guide roller 21a is to abut the first rib guide 20a of the first rib 92a, and the function of the second guide roller 21b is to abut the second rib guide 20b of the second rib 92b.

[0113] Figure 8 In the example described, the first guide roller 21 a is supported by the first support member 22 a so as to be rotatable around the first axis AX1. The extending direction of the first axis AX1 is parallel to the second direction DR2. In addition, the first support member 22 a is fixed to the base 3. Figure 8 In the described example, the first guide roller 21 a is a free roller that is passively rotated by coming into contact with the zipper portion 92 .

[0114] Figure 8 In the described example, the second guide roller 21 b is supported by the second support member 22 b so as to be rotatable around the second axis AX2. The extending direction of the second axis AX2 is parallel to the second direction DR2. In addition, the second support member 22 b is fixed to the base 3. Figure 8 In the described example, the second guide roller 21 b is a free roller that rotates passively by coming into contact with the zipper portion 92 .

[0115] Figure 7In the described example, the zipper guide 2 includes the second zipper guide 2B. The second zipper guide 2B is arranged on the first direction DR1 side relative to the first zipper guide 2A. The second zipper guide 2B includes the third guide roller 21c and the fourth guide roller 21d. When the zipper portion 92 moves in the first direction DR1, the third guide roller 21c presses the first rib 92a of the zipper portion 92 toward the second rib 92b. On the other hand, when the zipper portion 92 moves in the first direction DR1, the fourth guide roller 21d presses the second rib 92b of the zipper portion 92 toward the first rib 92a. By the zipper portion 92 passing between the third guide roller 21c and the fourth guide roller 21d, the state of the zipper portion 92 can be switched to the connected state more reliably. In other words, when the state of the zipper portion 92 of the first zipper guide 2A is in an incompletely connected state, the second zipper guide 2B switches the state of the zipper portion 92 to a more completely connected state. Furthermore, by disposing the second zipper guide 2B on the downstream side of the first zipper guide 2A, the zipper portion 92 can be prevented from meandering when the protection tube 9 moves in the first direction DR1. In addition, the third guide roller 21c functions as the first rib guide 20a abutting against the first rib 92a, and the fourth guide roller 21d functions as the second rib guide 20b abutting against the second rib 92b.

[0116] Figure 7 In the example described, the third guide roller 21 c is supported by the third support member 22 c in a manner rotatable around the third axis. The extending direction of the third axis is parallel to the second direction DR2. In addition, the third support member 22 c is fixed to the base 3. Figure 7 In the described example, the third guide roller 21 c is a free roller that is passively rotated by coming into contact with the zipper portion 92 .

[0117] Figure 7 In the example described, the fourth guide roller 21d is supported by the fourth support member 22d so as to be rotatable around the fourth axis. The extending direction of the fourth axis is parallel to the second direction DR2. In addition, the fourth support member 22d is fixed to the base 3. Figure 7 In the described example, the fourth guide roller 21 d is a free roller that is passively rotated by coming into contact with the zipper portion 92 .

[0118] Figure 7 In the described example, the zipper guide 2 includes a plurality of guide rollers 21. The number of guide rollers provided in the zipper guide 2 is arbitrary and is not limited to four. Alternatively or additionally, the zipper guide 2 may include a recess 23 that can guide the zipper portion 92 (see, if necessary, Figure 4 ) or any convex surface (e.g., arc surface) of the zipper portion 92 can be pressed.

[0119] (Base 3)

[0120] Figure 7 In the described example, the base 3 is composed of a block (more specifically, a block having a flat shape). The base 3 may be composed of a single part or may be composed of an assembly of a plurality of parts. Figure 7 In the described example, the first guide 4A is attached to one side of the base 3, and the second guide 4B is attached to the other side of the base 3. In addition, the zipper guide 2 is arranged on the upper surface of the base 3. Figure 7 In the described example, the base 3 has a substantially rectangular shape in a planar view, but the shape of the base 3 is not limited to a substantially rectangular shape in a planar view.

[0121] Figure 7 In the example described, a groove 34 extending along the first direction DR1 is formed on the upper surface of the base 3. Figure 8 As shown, the groove 34 can accommodate the front end of the zipper part 92. When the groove 34 is formed on the upper surface of the base 3, the front end of the zipper part 92 can be prevented or suppressed from being caught by the upper surface of the base 3. In addition, the height of the zipper guide 2 can be relatively reduced, and the overall size of the protection tube installer 1B can be further reduced.

[0122] (Handle 62)

[0123] Figure 8 In the described example, the protection pipe installer 1B includes a handle 62 that can be gripped by a user. The handle 62 is attached to the base 3, for example. Figure 8 In the described example, the handle 62 is disposed so as to protrude downward from the lower surface of the base 3. At this time, when the protection tube 9 is relatively moved in the first direction DR1 with respect to the protection tube mounter 1B, the handle 62 does not interfere.

[0124] (First guide 4A)

[0125] Figure 6 In the described example, the first guide 4A includes the first mounting portion 46A and the first cover portion 43A. The first guide 4A may include the first wing portion 44A and / or the second wing portion 45A.

[0126] The first mounting portion 46A is a portion mounted on the base 3. The first mounting portion 46A is preferably mounted on the base 3 in a detachable manner. Figure 6 In the described example, the first mounting portion 46A has a first long hole 4h-1 or a slit extending in a direction parallel to the second direction DR2. In addition, the first mounting portion 46A has a first positioning portion 41A and a second positioning portion 42A.

[0127] Figure 6In the described example, the first guide 4A is positionally adjustable relative to the base 3. More specifically, the first guide 4A is attached to the base 3 so as to be positionally adjustable relative to the base 3 in a direction parallel to the second direction DR2.

[0128] Figure 6 In the described example, the protection pipe installer 1B includes the first fixing member 51A that fixes the first guide 4A to the base 3. The first fixing member 51A preferably includes a first operation knob 511A that is operated by a user.

[0129] Figure 6 In the described example, the first guide 4A is formed with a first long hole 4h-1 or a slit through which the shaft of the first fixing member 51A can pass. Through the first long hole 4h-1 or the slit, the first guide 4A can be adjusted relative to the base 3. After the first guide 4A is adjusted relative to the base 3, the first guide 4A is fixed to the base 3 by the first fixing member 51A.

[0130] When the first guide 4A is positionally adjustable relative to the base 3 , the first guide 4A can guide the protection tube 9 of the main body 90 having a larger outer diameter, or can guide the protection tube 9 of the main body 90 having a smaller outer diameter.

[0131] Figure 6 In the described example, the first guide member 4A can be adjusted in stages in a direction parallel to the second direction DR2. More specifically, Figure 6 In the described example, the first guide 4A includes a first positioning portion 41A for positioning the relative position of the first guide 4A at the first position P1 with respect to the base 3, and a second positioning portion 42A for positioning the relative position of the first guide 4A at the second position P2 with respect to the base 3. The first positioning portion 41A is, for example, constituted by a first engaging recess that can be engaged with the first fixing member 51A, and the second positioning portion 42A is, for example, constituted by a second engaging recess that can be engaged with the first fixing member 51A.

[0132] In the case where the first guide member 4A can be adjusted in stages in a direction parallel to the second direction DR2, the user can select a positioning portion that is suitable for the outer diameter of the main body 90 of the protection tube 9 from among a plurality of positioning portions. In this case, the user can more easily perform the position adjustment of the first guide member 4A. However, in the embodiment, it is not excluded that the first guide member 4A can be adjusted in a continuous manner (in other words, non-stagewise) in a direction parallel to the second direction DR2.

[0133] The first cover 43A covers a portion of the protection tube 9. The first cover 43A is preferably arranged to cover at least a portion of the first zipper guide 2A (for example, the first guide roller 21a and the second guide roller 21b). In this case, fingers can be prevented from being caught between the zipper portion 92 of the protection tube 9 and the first zipper guide 2A. Figure 6 In the described example, the first cover portion 43A is cantilever-supported by the first mounting portion 46A.

[0134] Figure 7 In the example described, a first opening OP-1 through which the electric wire W can pass is formed between the end 43e-1 of the first cover 43A and the zipper guide 2. The height of the first opening OP-1 along the second direction DR2 is greater than the outer diameter of the electric wire W. The height of the first opening OP-1 along the second direction DR2 is preferably smaller than the outer diameter of the main body 90 of the protection tube 9.

[0135] Figure 7 In the described example, the first cover portion 43A has a substantially inverted V shape when viewed along the first direction DR1. The lower surface of the first cover portion 43A constitutes a first blocking surface 430A.

[0136] Figure 8 In the described example, the first blocking surface 430A is substantially in the shape of an inverted V when viewed along the first direction DR1. More specifically, the first blocking surface 430A includes a first top 433A, a first inclined surface 431A close to the base 3 when going from the first top 433A to the fourth direction DR4, and a second inclined surface 432A close to the base 3 when going from the first top 433A to the opposite direction of the fourth direction DR4. When the first blocking surface 430A is substantially in the shape of an inverted V, the protection tube 9 can be prevented or suppressed from being misaligned in the direction parallel to the fourth direction DR4.

[0137] Figure 8 In the described example, the first guide 4A includes the first protection tube guiding surface 440A which is arranged on the third direction DR3 side relative to the first blocking surface 430A. Figure 8 In the described example, the length of the first protection tube inducing surface 440A in the direction along the fourth direction DR4 is smaller than the length of the first blocking surface 430A in the direction along the fourth direction DR4. Figure 8 In the described example, the first protection tube guide surface 440A is connected to only one of the first inclined surface 431A and the second inclined surface 432A, and is separated from the other of the first inclined surface 431A and the second inclined surface 432A.

[0138] Fig.10 In the described example, the first wing portion 44A protrudes from the first cover portion 43A in the third direction DR3. Fig.10In the example described, the first wing 44A is cantilevered by the first cover 43A. The lower surface of the first wing 44A constitutes the first protection tube guide surface 440A. When facing the third direction DR3, the first protection tube guide surface 440A is preferably an inclined surface inclined in a direction away from the track through which the protection tube 9 passes. The inclined surface may be composed of a plane or a curved surface.

[0139] The second wing portion 45A protrudes from the first cover portion 43A in the first direction DR1. Fig.10 In the example described, the second wing 45A is cantilevered by the first cover 43A. The lower surface of the second wing 45A constitutes the first protection tube extraction surface 450A. When facing the first direction DR1, the first protection tube extraction surface 450A is preferably an inclined surface inclined in a direction away from the track through which the protection tube 9 passes. The inclined surface may be composed of a plane or a curved surface.

[0140] (Second guide 4B)

[0141] The structure of the second guide 4B is the same as that of the first guide 4A. Therefore, in the description of "(first guide 4A)", the description of "(first guide 4A)" is replaced with the description of "(second guide 4B)" by performing the following substitution. More specifically, in the description of "(first guide 4A)", " Figure 6 "," Figure 7 "," Figure 8 ", "first guide 4A", "first mounting portion 46A", "first cover portion 43A", "first wing portion 44A", "second wing portion 45A", "first long hole 4h-1", "first positioning portion 41A", "second positioning portion 42A", "first fixing component 51A", "first operating knob 511A", "first position P1", "second position P2", "first engaging recess", "second engaging recess", "first guide roller 21a", "second guide roller 21b", "first zipper guide 2A", "end portion 43e-1", "first opening portion OP-1", "first blocking surface 430A", "first top portion 433A", "first inclined surface 431A", "second inclined surface 432A", "first protective tube induction surface 440A", "first protective tube removal surface 450A" are replaced with " Figure 7 "," Figure 6 "," Fig. 9", "second guide 4B", "second mounting portion 46B", "second cover portion 43B", "third wing 44B", "fourth wing 45B", "second long hole 4h-2", "third positioning portion 41B", "fourth positioning portion 42B", "second fixing component 51B", "second operating knob 511B", "third position P3", "fourth position P4", "third engaging recess", "fourth engaging recess", "third guide roller 21c", "fourth guide roller 21d", "second zipper guide 2B", "end portion 43e-2", "second opening portion OP-2", "second blocking surface 430B", "second top portion 433B", "third inclined surface 431B", "fourth inclined surface 432B", "second protective tube induction surface 440B", "second protective tube removal surface 450B", to explain "(second guide 4B)".

[0142] The shape and structure of the second guide 4B may be the same as those of the first guide 4A. In this case, the types of parts can be reduced, and the manufacturing cost of the main body guide 4 as a whole can be reduced.

[0143] Figure 7 In the described example, a first opening OP-1 through which the wire W can pass is provided between the first guide 4A and the base 3, and a second opening OP-2 through which the wire W can pass is provided between the second guide 4B and the base 3. Figure 7 In the example described, the first opening OP-1 is arranged on the opposite side of the second opening OP-2 when viewed along the first direction DR1. More specifically, the first opening OP-1 opens in the fourth direction DR4, and the second opening OP-2 opens in the opposite direction of the fourth direction DR4.

[0144] When the first opening portion OP-1 is arranged on the opposite side of the second opening portion OP-2, the wire W inserted into the protection tube installer 1B can be prevented or suppressed from falling off from the protection tube installer 1B through the first opening portion OP-1, and the wire W inserted into the protection tube installer 1B can be prevented or suppressed from falling off from the protection tube installer 1B through the second opening portion OP-2.

[0145] Fig.11 In the example described in (b), the distance L1 along the first direction DR1 between the end 4e-1 of the first guide 4A on the first direction DR1 side and the end 4e-2 of the second guide 4B on the third direction DR3 side is greater than the outer diameter of the wire W. In this case, the wire W can be accommodated in the protection tube installer 1B (see Fig.11(a)). Thereafter, by rotating the protection tube installer 1B by a predetermined angle (eg, approximately 90 degrees), the protection tube installer 1B can be installed on the electric wire W (see arrow AR1).

[0146] From the viewpoint of accommodating the electric wire W in the protection tube installer 1B through the gap G, the distance L1 along the first direction DR1 between the end 4e-1 of the first guide 4A on the first direction DR1 side and the end 4e-2 of the second guide 4B on the third direction DR3 side is preferably, for example, 10 mm or more, or 15 mm or more. Furthermore, from the viewpoint of reducing the size of the protection tube installer 1B, the distance L1 is preferably, for example, 200 mm or less, 100 mm or less, or 50 mm or less.

[0147] in addition, Fig.11 In the example described, the end 4e-1 of the first guide 4A on the first direction DR1 side is the end of the second wing 45A, but when the second wing 45A is omitted, the end 4e-1 may be the end of the first cover 43A. Fig.11 In the described example, the end 4e-2 of the second guide 4B on the third direction DR3 side is the end of the third wing portion 44B, but when the third wing portion 44B is omitted, the end 4e-2 may be the end of the second cover portion 43B.

[0148] Fig.12 In the described example, the first guide 4A is independent of the second guide 4B and can be adjusted relative to the base 3. In this case, the versatility of the protection tube installer 1B can be improved. For example, the first guide 4A is independent of the second guide 4B and can be adjusted in a direction parallel to the second direction DR2, so that the protection tube 9 can be introduced into the protection tube installer 1B from a direction inclined relative to the base 3.

[0149] (First Holding Part 65)

[0150] Fig.13 In the described example, the protective tube installer 1B includes a first retaining portion 65 that holds a flexible component 63 (for example, a linear material such as a wire, a rope, a cable, a knot, or a strip material such as a belt) connected to a wire holder that can hold the wire. At this time, the movement of the protective tube installer 1B in the first direction DR1 is restricted by the wire holder and the flexible component 63. Therefore, the protective tube 9 can be relatively moved in the first direction DR1 relative to the protective tube installer 1B while preventing the protective tube installer 1B from moving in the first direction DR1. In this way, by relatively moving the protective tube 9 in the first direction DR1 relative to the protective tube installer 1B, it is easier to implement the operation of switching the state of the zipper portion 92 from a non-engaged state to a engaged state. In addition, the structure of the first retaining portion 65 can also be adopted in the protective tube installer 1A in the first embodiment.

[0151] Fig.13 In the described example, the first holding portion 65 is provided on the base 3. The first holding portion 65 may be disposed on the lower surface 3w of the base 3. In this case, when the protection tube 9 is moved relative to the protection tube mounter 1B in the first direction DR1, the first holding portion 65 and the flexible member 63 do not interfere.

[0152] The first holding portion 65 preferably holds the flexible member 63 in a detachable manner. In this case, the flexible member 63 can be replaced with other flexible members (e.g., other flexible members of different lengths). Alternatively, or in addition, the first holding portion 65 can also be mounted on the base 3 in a manner that allows it to be removed from the base 3. In this case, the first holding portion 65 and the flexible member 63 can be replaced at the same time.

[0153] (Third Embodiment)

[0154] Reference Fig.14 , the protection pipe installation device 100 in the third embodiment is described. Fig.14 1 is a schematic perspective view schematically showing a protection pipe mounting device 100 according to a third embodiment.

[0155] In the third embodiment, the explanation is centered on the points that are different from the first and second embodiments, and repeated explanations of matters already explained in the first or second embodiments are omitted. Therefore, even if it is not explicitly explained in the third embodiment, it is beyond doubt that matters already explained in the first or second embodiments can be adopted in the third embodiment.

[0156] The protection tube installation device 100 in the third embodiment includes a protection tube installation device 1 and a protection tube guide 8. The protection tube installation device 1 may include the protection tube installation device 1A in the first embodiment, the protection tube installation device 1B in the second embodiment, or other protection tube installation devices.

[0157] The protection tube installer 1 includes (1) a zipper guide 2 that guides the zipper portion 92 of the protection tube 9 mounted on the electric wire W to move in the first direction DR1 and switches the state of the zipper portion 92 from the non-engaged state to the engaged state, (2) a base 3 on which the zipper guide 2 is arranged, and (3) a main body guide 4 that has a blocking surface 430 that prevents the zipper portion 92 from falling off the zipper guide 2 and guides the main body 90 of the protection tube 9 to move in the first direction DR1. The zipper guide 2, the base 3, and the main body guide 4 have been described in the first embodiment or the second embodiment, and thus repeated description of their structures will be omitted.

[0158] Fig.14In the described example, the protection tube installer 1 includes a first holding portion 65 that holds the flexible member 63 connected to the protection tube guide 8. The first holding portion 65 has been described in the second embodiment, and thus repeated description thereof will be omitted.

[0159] The protection tube guide 8 is connected to the protection tube installer 1 via the flexible member 63. The protection tube guide 8 includes a second base 80, a holding member 81, and a guide member 84. The protection tube guide 8 may also include an expansion member 87.

[0160] The second base 80 supports the first gripping portion 81 a of the gripping member 81 in a movable manner. Fig.14 In the described example, the second base 80 is formed of a block, but the second base 80 may be formed of a single part or may be formed by assembling a plurality of parts. Fig.14 In the described example, the second base 80 is provided with the second holding portion 810 that holds the flexible member 63 .

[0161] The holding member 81 holds the electric wire W. The protection tube guide 8 has the holding member 81 capable of holding the electric wire, and is therefore a wire holder that holds the electric wire W. Fig.14 In the example described, the gripping member 81 includes a first gripping portion 81a, a second gripping portion 81b, and an operation portion 82 for moving the first gripping portion 81a toward the second gripping portion 81b. The gripping member 81 grips the wire W by narrowing the gap between the first gripping portion 81a and the second gripping portion 81b.

[0162] Fig.14 In the described example, the wire holder (more specifically, the protective tube guide 8) holding the electric wire W is connected to the protective tube installer 1 by a flexible component 63. At this time, when the protective tube 9 moves in the first direction DR1, the protective tube installer 1 is restricted from moving in the first direction DR1 together with the protective tube 9. In addition, in the event that the protective tube installer 1 falls off from the electric wire, the falling of the protective tube installer 1 can be prevented by the flexible component 63 and the wire holder. In addition, the protective tube installer 1 can rotate around the electric wire by twisting the flexible component 63. At this time, when the protective tube 9 is twisted around the electric wire W, the protective tube installer 1 guiding the protective tube 9 can rotate along with the twisting. Therefore, when moving the protective tube 9 relative to the protective tube installer 1 in the first direction DR1, the user does not have to pay careful attention to avoid the protective tube 9 from twisting around the electric wire.

[0163] The guiding member 84 guides the protection tube 9 toward the electric wire W. Fig.14In the example described, the guide member 84 includes a plate 85 separating the first rib 92a and the second rib 92b of the protection tube 9, and a guide member 86 disposed along the edge of the plate 85. The plate 85 is, for example, substantially triangular in side view. Fig.14 In the described example, the plate 85 is mounted on the second base 80 .

[0164] Fig.14 In the described example, the guide member 86 is attached to the hypotenuse of the substantially triangular plate 85. The thickness of the guide member 86 is preferably thicker than the thickness of the plate 85. In this case, when the zipper portion 92 of the protection tube 9 moves along the plate 85, the zipper portion 92 can be prevented from passing over the guide member 86 and falling off the guide member 86. The guide member 86 is made of rubber or resin, for example.

[0165] The expansion member 87 is interposed between the electric wire W and the guide member 84. When the protection tube 9 passes through the expansion member 87, the expansion member 87 contacts the first rib 92a and the second rib 92b, and expands the slit SL of the protection tube 9. Fig.14 In the described example, the expansion member 87 is composed of the second holding portion 81 b that contacts the electric wire W. In this case, when the holding member 81 holds the electric wire W, the expansion member 87 can be automatically positioned relative to the electric wire W. Fig.14 In the example described, the expansion member 87 is substantially in an inverted V shape in a cross section perpendicular to the length direction of the expansion member 87. In this case, the expansion member 87 can be more accurately positioned relative to the wire W so that the length direction of the expansion member 87 coincides with the length direction of the wire W.

[0166] (Protective pipe installation method)

[0167] Next, refer to Figures 1 to 18 , the protection tube installation method in the implementation method is explained. Figures 15 to 17 This is a schematic side view schematically showing a step (more specifically, a moving step) of the protection pipe installation method during execution. Fig.18 This is a flowchart showing an example of a method for installing a protection pipe in an embodiment.

[0168] In the first step ST1, a protection tube installer 1 and a protection tube inductor 8 are prepared. The first step ST1 is a preparation step. The protection tube installer 1 prepared in the first step ST1 may be the protection tube installer 1A in the first embodiment, the protection tube installer 1B in the second embodiment, or other protection tube installers 1. The protection tube inductor 8 prepared in the first step ST1 may be the protection tube inductor 8 described in the third embodiment, or other protection tube inductors. In addition, the protection tube installer 1 and the protection tube inductor 8 prepared in the first step ST1 may also be as described in the first embodiment. Fig.141 and 2 show the protection tube installer 1 and the protection tube guide 8 which are connected to each other via the flexible member 63 .

[0169] In the second step ST2, the wire W is installed with the protection tube guide 8. The second step ST2 is an installation step. The installation step (second step ST2) includes holding the protection tube guide 8 with the holding member 81 (if necessary, refer to Fig.14 ) holding wire W.

[0170] In the third step ST3 , the protection tube installer 1 is arranged on the electric wire W. The third step ST3 is an arrangement step. In the arrangement step (third step ST3 ), the protection tube installer 1 is arranged on the electric wire W so that the protection tube installer 1 accommodates the electric wire W. Figure 3 In the described example, the arrangement step includes inserting the electric wire W into the space SP1 between the blocking surface 430 and the base 3 through the opening OP between the end portion 43 e of the cover 43 and the zipper guide 2 . Fig.11 In the described example, the arranging step includes arranging the wire W between the first guide 4A and the second guide 4B, and rotating the protection tube installer 1 (see arrow AR1 ) to accommodate the wire W through the first guide 4A and the second guide 4B.

[0171] The third step ST3 is preferably performed after the second step ST2, but the third step ST3 may also be performed before the second step ST2.

[0172] In the fourth step ST4, the protection tube 9 having the zipper portion 92 is moved along both the protection tube guide 8 and the protection tube installer 1. The fourth step ST4 is a moving step. Figures 15 to 17 Displays the movement step in progress.

[0173] Fig.15 In the described example, the moving step includes moving the protection tube 9 from the protection tube inductor 8 to around the electric wire W. More specifically, Fig.15 In the described example, the moving step includes (1) moving the protective tube 9 along the guide part 86 of the protective tube guide 8, (2) expanding the slit SL of the protective tube 9 moving along the guide part 86 through the expansion part 87 of the protective tube guide 8, and (3) inserting the wire W into the inner side of the protective tube 9 through the expanded slit SL.

[0174] Fig.16 In the example described, the moving step includes inserting the protective tube 9 arranged around the wire W into the space SP1 between the zipper guide 2 of the protective tube installer 1 and the blocking surface 430 of the protective tube installer 1 (see, if necessary, Figure 3 or Figure 8 ). Fig.16In the described example, the longitudinal front end portion 9e of the protection tube 9 is inserted into the space SP1, and the longitudinal middle portion 9m of the protection tube 9 is moved along the guide member 86 of the protection tube guide 8 at the same time.

[0175] Figure 3 or Fig.10 In the described example, when facing the third direction DR3, the main body guide 4 has a protection tube guide surface 440 that is inclined in a direction away from the track through which the protection tube 9 passes. At this time, when the protection tube 9 is inserted between the main body guide 4 and the base 3, it is possible to prevent or suppress the protection tube 9 from being caught by the main body guide 4. In addition, by inclining the protection tube guide surface 440, the protection tube 9 can be inserted into the protection tube installer 1 from a direction inclined relative to the base 3.

[0176] Fig.17 In the example described, the moving step includes moving the zipper portion 92 of the protection tube 9 in the first direction DR1 to change the state of the zipper portion 92 from the non-engaged state (if necessary, refer to Figure 1 , Figure 2 ,or Figure 6 ) to switch to the combined state. Fig.17 In the described example, the zipper portion 92 of the longitudinal middle portion 9m of the protection tube 9 is switched from a non-engaged state to an engaged state and the longitudinal rear end portion 9r of the protection tube 9 is moved along the guide member 86 of the protection tube guide 8 at the same time.

[0177] The state of the zipper portion 92 is switched from the non-engaged state to the engaged state preferably by the zipper portion 92 passing through the zipper guide 2. The zipper guide 2 may include a plurality of guide rollers (21a, 21b, etc.) and may include a recessed portion 23 (see Figure 4 ) and may also include other forms of guides.

[0178] The switching of the state of the zipper portion 92 from the non-engaged state to the engaged state is preferably performed in a state where the movement of the main body portion 90 of the protection tube 9 in the first direction DR1 is guided by the main body portion guide 4. More specifically, the switching of the state of the zipper portion 92 from the non-engaged state to the engaged state is preferably performed in a state where the main body portion 90 of the protection tube 9 contacts the blocking surface 430 of the main body portion guide 4. By limiting the movement of the protection tube 9 in the second direction DR2 by the blocking surface 430, the pressing force of the zipper guide 2 can effectively act on the zipper portion 92 of the protection tube 9.

[0179] Fig.17In the example described, the protection tube installer 1 and the protection tube guide 8 are connected by the flexible member 63. At this time, the protection tube 9 is linked to move in the first direction DR1, and the protection tube installer 1 is restricted from moving in the first direction DR1. In addition, during the execution of the moving step (the fourth step ST4), if the protection tube 9 is twisted, the protection tube installer 1 can rotate around the wire W in accordance with the twist.

[0180] The present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments. It is obvious that the embodiments or variations can be appropriately deformed or changed within the scope of the technical concept of the present invention. In addition, any constituent element used in each embodiment or variation can be combined with other embodiments or other variations, and any constituent element in each embodiment or variation can be omitted.

[0181] For example, Figure 2 or Figure 6 In the example described, the cover 43 of the main body guide 4 is a plate-shaped cover. Fig.19 As shown, the cover 43 may also be a rod-shaped cover. In other words, the cover 43 may be in any shape as long as it can cover a portion of the protection tube 9. Fig.19 As shown, the wings (44, 45) may also be omitted.

[0182] Industrial Applicability

[0183] By using the protection tube installer, the protection tube installation device, and the protection tube installation method of the present invention, the state of the zipper portion of the protection tube can be easily switched from the non-engaged state to the engaged state.
