Utility Model Content
[0003] The technical problem to be solved by the utility model is to provide a vertically arranged tableware spraying and immersion washing device, which can automatically clean the dead corners of the tableware that are not sprayed.
[0004] In order to solve the above-mentioned technical problems, the utility model provides a vertically arranged tableware spray and immersion washing device, which includes an immersion tank and a conveying mechanism located above the immersion tank. The conveying mechanism sends the tableware from the top of the immersion tank downward into the immersion tank for immersion, and sends the washed tableware upward out of the immersion tank. A vertically arranged spray mechanism is provided above the immersion tank to spray and wash the tableware that has been sent to the top of the immersion tank.
[0005] Furthermore, the conveying mechanism includes two front and rear vertical conveying parts, and also includes a horizontal conveying part located therebetween. The rear vertical conveying part conveys the tableware from the upper rear part of the washing tank downward into the rear part of the washing tank for washing, and the horizontal conveying part conveys the tableware immersed in the rear part of the washing tank from the rear part of the washing tank to the front part of the washing tank. The front vertical conveying part conveys the washed tableware from the front part of the washing tank upward out of the washing tank.
[0006] Furthermore, the conveying mechanism includes a conveyor belt, and the vertical conveying part and the horizontal conveying part are both arranged on the conveyor belt, and a tableware carrying container for loading tableware is installed on the conveyor belt; the conveyor belt conveys the tableware carrying container loaded with tableware from the upper rear part of the immersion tank vertically downward into the rear part of the immersion tank, thereby conveying the tableware loaded on the container into the rear part of the immersion tank for immersion; the conveyor belt conveys the tableware carrying container immersed in the rear part of the immersion tank from the rear part of the immersion tank to the front part of the immersion tank, thereby conveying the tableware loaded on the container to the front part of the immersion tank; the conveyor belt conveys the tableware carrying container that has been sent to the front part of the immersion tank vertically upward away from the immersion tank from the front part of the immersion tank, thereby conveying the tableware loaded on the container out of the immersion tank.
[0007] Furthermore, the conveyor belt is specifically a conveyor chain.
[0008] Furthermore, there are multiple tableware carrying containers, which are arranged front and back along the conveyor belt. The conveyor belt conveys the multiple tableware carrying containers forward so that the multiple tableware carrying containers are immersed in the immersion tank one after another.
[0009] Furthermore, the tableware carrying container is a tableware carrying cage, and its cage mouth faces upward for tableware to be placed in the upright state; the conveyor belt carries the tableware in the upright state and sends it vertically downward into the immersion tank, and sends the tableware carrying cage immersed in the immersion tank vertically upward out of the immersion tank from the front of the immersion tank in this state.
[0010] Furthermore, the spray mechanism includes a plurality of horizontal spray pipes arranged vertically, the conveying mechanism sends the tableware to the top of the immersion tank so that the tableware passes through the spray pipes, and the spray pipes spray cleaning liquid onto the tableware, thereby spraying and cleaning the tableware; at least two spray pipes, the spray ports of which are laterally staggered from each other, spray the cleaning liquid onto different positions of the tableware.
[0011] Furthermore, the spray ports of every two adjacent spray pipes are laterally staggered with each other.
[0012] Furthermore, it includes an infusion pump, which draws cleaning liquid from the immersion tank and pumps it to the spray mechanism. The spray mechanism sprays the cleaning liquid to the tableware that has been sent to the top of the immersion tank, and the cleaning liquid sprayed on the tableware falls back into the immersion tank.
[0013] Furthermore, an ion water generator is included, which provides ion water cleaning liquid to the immersion tank and / or the spray mechanism.
[0014] The device not only uses a spray mechanism to spray and wash the tableware, but also has an immersion pool to immerse the tableware, and automatically washes the dead corners of the tableware that are not sprayed by immersion. The spray mechanism of the device is located above the immersion pool and is arranged vertically, and only needs to occupy the space above the immersion pool, and does not need to occupy the space on the side of the immersion pool. [0026] The present invention is further described in detail below in conjunction with specific implementation methods.
[0027] Automatic tableware cleaning equipment Figure 1 , with a tableware inlet 101 at the rear and a tableware outlet 102 at the front. People put a set of tableware with food residues to be purified (not shown in the figure) into the automatic tableware purification device from the tableware inlet 101, and the automatic tableware purification device automatically removes the food residues on the tableware and automatically washes the tableware to purify the tableware, and the purified tableware is sent out from the tableware outlet 102.
[0028] Automatic tableware cleaning equipment Figure 2, including a conveying chain 11 in the front-to-back direction and a chain driving assembly 12 driving and connecting the conveying chain 11, a plurality of tableware carrying cages 10 arranged front and back along the conveying chain 11 are installed on the conveying chain 11, and the plurality of tableware carrying cages 10 are hung and installed on the chain links of the conveying chain 11. The conveying chain 11 is used as a conveyor belt, and forms a conveying mechanism with the chain driving assembly 12 to convey the plurality of tableware carrying cages 10. The chain driving assembly 12 is a prior art. A slag removal module 5, a cleaning module 6 and a drying module 7 are arranged in sequence from back to front between the tableware delivery port 101 and the tableware delivery port 102, and these three modules 5, 6, 7 constitute a tableware purification module. The conveyor chain 11 includes a lower working section 118 and an upper rotating section 119. The working section 118 is divided into the following five sections from the back to the front: a tableware receiving section 111 passing through the tableware delivery port 101, a slag removal section 112 passing through the slag removal module 5, a cleaning section 113 passing through the cleaning module 6, a drying section 114 passing through the drying module 7, and a tableware dumping section 115 passing through the tableware delivery port 102. The tableware automatic purification device includes a controller, which is electrically connected to the chain drive assembly 12, and controls the chain drive assembly 12 to drive the conveyor chain 11 to move so as to successively transport multiple tableware carrying cages 10 to various locations of the conveyor chain 11. The tableware carrying cage 10 is used as a tableware carrying container, and its cage mouth 100 faces upward in the upright state, and is used to carry tableware. The conveyor chain 11 first delivers the tableware carrying cage 10 in an upright state to the tableware delivery port 101 to load the tableware; then the tableware carrying cage 10 is conveyed from the back to the front so that the tableware carrying cage 10 remains in an upright state and passes through the slag removal module 5, the cleaning module 6 and the drying module 7 in sequence. These three modules 5, 6 and 7 purify the tableware respectively. Specifically, the slag removal module 5 removes food residues from the tableware, the cleaning module 6 cleans the tableware, and the drying module 7 dries the cleaned tableware; the conveyor chain 11 continues to convey the tableware carrying cage 10 and delivers the tableware carrying cage 10 to the tableware output port 102 to pour out the dried tableware; then the tableware carrying cage 10 that has poured out the tableware is conveyed to the tableware delivery port 101 through the rotating section 119 to load the tableware again, and this cycle is repeated. Since the tableware is loaded in the tableware carrying cage 10, the tableware carrying cage can restrict the tableware, ensuring that the tableware will not be scattered into the deslagging module 5, the cleaning module 6 and the drying module 7 during the process of deslagging, cleaning and drying.
[0029] See Figure 2, the controller controls the chain drive assembly 12 to drive the conveyor chain 11 to perform intermittent conveying as follows: the conveyor chain 11 conveys a tableware carrier cage 10 that is not loaded with tableware to the tableware delivery port 101 and then stops for 3.5 seconds, people put tableware into the tableware carrier cage 10 from the tableware delivery port 101 within 3.5 seconds, and then the conveyor chain 11 sends the tableware carrier cage 10 loaded with tableware forward within 3.5 seconds and sends the next tableware carrier cage 10 that is not loaded with tableware to the tableware delivery port 101, and so on, multiple tableware carrier cages 10 pass through the tableware delivery port 101 in this way and load multiple sets of tableware in succession. After loading the tableware, the multiple tableware carrier cages 10 pass through the slag removal module 5, the cleaning module 6 and the drying module 7 in succession.
[0030] See Figure 2 , a transverse support bar 131 is provided below the rotating section 119 of the conveying chain 11. Taking a tableware carrier cage 10 without tableware on the rotating section 119 of the conveying chain 11 as an example, the tableware carrier cage 10 is placed horizontally with the cage mouth 100 facing backwards, and its rear upper corner is used as a hanging corner 105, which is hung on the chain link of the conveying chain 11, and its front lower corner 106 and rear lower corner 107 are supported on the transverse support bar 131, and it moves backward under the conveying of the conveying chain 11. The rear end of the transverse support bar 131 is provided with a rear arc-shaped guide bar 1311 extending backward and downward, and the tableware automatic purification equipment is provided with a vertical feeding guide bar 132 behind the tableware receiving section 111 of the conveying chain 11. The tableware carrying cage 10 moves from the rear end of the rotating section 119 to the tableware receiving section 111. During this process: the front lower corner 106 of the tableware carrying cage 10 moves to the rear arc guide strip 1311 and moves downward along the rear arc guide strip 1311 under the action of gravity. Guided by the rear arc guide strip 1311, the tableware carrying cage 10 as a whole rotates counterclockwise downward with the hanging angle 105 as the rotation center, and the rear lower corner 107 of the tableware carrying cage 10 stands up backward to resist the feeding guide strip 132. In this state, the tableware carrying cage 10 switches from a horizontal state to a tableware receiving state with a low front and a high rear, and its cage mouth 100 is tilted toward the upper rear, and the tableware carrying cage 10 is in an upright state, which can be used for tableware loading.
[0031] See Figure 2 A cutlery guide plate 133 with a lower front and a higher back is provided at the cutlery delivery port 101. The cutlery receiving section 111 of the conveyor chain 11 transports the cutlery carrier cage 10 downwards. During this process, the cutlery carrier cage 10 always remains in a cutlery receiving state under the guidance of the feed guide bar 132. The cutlery receiving section 111 of the conveyor chain 11 transports the cutlery carrier cage 10 to the cutlery delivery port 101, so that the cage mouth 100 of the cutlery carrier cage 10 is aligned with the cutlery delivery port 101 and the cutlery loading guide plate 133, and the lower end of the cage mouth 10 is lower than the cutlery loading guide plate 133, and then the conveyor chain 11 stops conveying, allowing the cutlery carrier cage 10 to stay at the cutlery delivery port 101 for 3.5 seconds. Figure 2 People put tableware into the tableware inlet 101 within 3.5 seconds, and the tableware put into the tableware inlet 101 is guided by the tableware guide plate 133 to be loaded into the tableware carrying cage 10 from the cage opening 100. The tableware receiving section 111 of the conveying chain 11 sends the tableware carrying cage 10 loaded with tableware downward from the tableware inlet 101 after 3.5 seconds.
[0032] Slag removal module 5 Figure 2 , Figure 3 and Figure 4 , including a slag removal box 51 with an upward opening, a transverse partition 52 is provided inside the slag removal box 51, and the transverse partition 52 divides the interior of the slag removal box 51 into an upper part 511 and a lower part 512. The transverse partition 52 is provided with a slag discharge opening 521 that passes through from top to bottom to connect the upper part 511 of the slag removal box 51 to the lower part 512. A residue conveying mechanism 53 is provided at the lower part 512 of the slag removal box 51, and the residue conveying mechanism 53 is aligned with the slag discharge opening 521 of the transverse partition 52. The tableware receiving section 111 of the conveying chain 11 and the tableware carrying cage 10 that moves downward along the tableware receiving section 111 are both located above the slag removal box 51, and the tableware carrying cage 10 is located above the slag discharge opening 521. The bottom and side of the tableware carrying cage 10 are provided with slag discharge openings 109. When the tableware is loaded into the tableware carrier cage 10 in an inclined downward direction, some food residues on the tableware carrier cage 10 will fall forward and be discharged from the residue discharge port 109 of the tableware carrier cage 10 to the outside of the tableware carrier cage 10. Most of the food residues will fall from the residue discharge port 521 of the transverse partition 52 to the residue conveying mechanism 53, and will be received and sent away by the residue conveying mechanism 53, while a small part will fall onto the transverse partition 52. The residue removal section 112 of the conveying chain 11 includes a rear transverse residue removal section 1121 and a front vertical residue removal section 1122. The tableware carrier cage 10 moves from the lower end of the tableware receiving section 111 of the conveying chain 11 to the transverse slag removal section 1121. The transverse slag removal section 1121 transports the tableware carrier cage 10 forward and laterally so that the tableware carrier cage 10 gradually moves away from the feed guide bar 132. During this process, the tableware carrier cage 10 as a whole rotates counterclockwise downward to a natural drooping state with the hanging angle 105 as the rotation center under the action of gravity, and most of the food residues on the tableware are poured out. These food residues are discharged from the slag discharge port 109 of the tableware carrier cage 10 to the outside of the tableware carrier cage 10. Most of them fall from the slag drop port 521 of the transverse partition 52 to the residue conveying mechanism 53, and are received and sent away by the residue conveying mechanism 53. A small part will fall on the transverse partition 52. Figure 2Since the tableware carrying cage 10 is only hung on the conveying chain 11 at the hanging angle 105, the tableware carrying cage is not vertically upward in the natural drooping state but slightly tilted, but still in the upright state with the cage mouth 100 facing upward. The slag removal module 5 is provided with a vertical guide bar 134 at the vertical slag removal section 1122 of the conveying chain 11. The tableware carrying cage 10 moves from the horizontal slag removal section 1121 of the conveying chain 11 to the vertical slag removal section 1122. During this process, the tableware carrying cage 10 in the natural drooping state approaches and abuts against the vertical guide bar 134, and is guided by the vertical guide bar 134 to rotate backward counterclockwise to a nearly vertical state. In this state, the cage mouth 100 is still kept facing upward and is still in the upright state.
[0033] See Figure 4 , the lower part of the slag removal box 51 is connected to a clean water supply pipe 91, and a liquid inlet valve 911 is provided on the clean water supply pipe 91. A heater 92 and a bottom water level sensor 93 are provided at the bottom of the slag removal box 51. The heater 92 is lower than the sensing height of the bottom water level sensor 93. A cleaning liquid water level sensor 94 is provided at the lower part 512 of the slag removal box 51, and the cleaning liquid water level sensor 94 is higher than the bottom water level sensor 93. The controller is electrically connected to the liquid inlet valve 911, the bottom water level sensor 93, the heater 92 and the cleaning liquid water level sensor 94. The controller controls the liquid inlet valve 911 to open, so that the clean water supply pipe 91 inputs clean water to the lower part 512 of the slag removal box 51, and the lower part 512 of the slag removal box 51 is used as a clean water storage pool to store clean water. Since the clean water storage pool belongs to the slag removal module 5, the clean water storage pool is referred to as the slag removal pool 512 in this article. As the clean water is input into the slag removal pool 512, the water level of the slag removal pool 512 gradually rises. Since the heater 92 is lower than the sensing height of the bottom water level sensor 93, when the water level of the slag removal tank 512 rises to the sensing height of the bottom water level sensor 93, thereby causing the bottom water level sensor 93 to generate an electrical signal, the water level of the slag removal tank 512 is already higher than the heater 92, and the controller controls the heater 92 to start working to heat the clean water in the slag removal tank 512. When the clean water level rises to the sensing height of the cleaning liquid water level sensor 94, thereby causing the cleaning liquid water level sensor 94 to generate an electrical signal, the controller controls the liquid inlet valve 911 to close.
[0034] See Figure 3 , Figure 4 and Figure 6The slag removal module 5 is also a tableware slag removal spray device, which is provided with a spray slag removal mechanism 54 on the upper front of the slag removal box 51, and the spray slag removal mechanism 54 includes front and rear water baffles 541 and 542, and front and rear slag removal spray pipes 543 and 544 are provided between the front and rear water baffles 541. The front slag removal spray pipe 543 includes 9 spray openings 546 arranged vertically and a horizontal slag removal spray pipe 545 facing backwards, and the rear slag removal spray pipe 544 includes 3 spray openings 546 arranged vertically (not shown in the figure due to the viewing angle) and a horizontal slag removal spray pipe 545 facing forwards, and the spray openings 546 of each adjacent two horizontal slag removal spray pipes 545 are staggered horizontally with each other. The slag removal module 5 is provided with a slag removal infusion pump 55, the inlet end of which is connected to the slag removal pool 512, and the outlet end is connected to 12 horizontal slag removal spray pipes 545, and the clean water in the slag removal pool 512 is pumped into the horizontal slag removal spray pipes 545 to provide clean water for the horizontal slag removal spray pipes 545. The vertical slag removal section 1122 of the conveying chain 11 passes between the front and rear rows of horizontal slag removal spray pipes 543 and 544. The tableware carrier cage 10 is kept in an upright position and moves upward along the vertical slag removal section 1122, passing between the front and rear rows of horizontal slag removal spray pipes 543, 544. During this process, the slag discharge port 109 opened at the front and rear sides of the tableware carrier cage 10 also serves as a cleaning liquid spray port 1091. The front and rear rows of horizontal slag removal spray pipes 543, 544 spray clean water from the cleaning liquid spray port 1091 into the tableware carrier cage 10 sideways, spraying it onto the tableware loaded on the tableware carrier cage 10. Using clean water as a cleaning liquid, most of the remaining food residues are sprayed off the tableware, thereby removing the food residues on the tableware and purifying the tableware. The front and rear water retaining plates 541, 542 can block the water splashed on them to prevent the water from being sprayed to other places. The slag removal module 5 removes food residues on the tableware by spraying, and uses the impact force of the cleaning liquid sprayed on the tableware to wash away the food residues on the tableware. Compared with soaking, spraying can more effectively remove food residues with higher viscosity on the tableware. The vertical slag removal section 1122 and the tableware carrier cage 10 moving upward along the vertical slag removal section 1122 are located above the front of the slag removal box 51 and also located above the front of the residue conveying mechanism 53. The water sprayed on the tableware is discharged from the slag discharge port 109 of the tableware carrier cage 10 to the outside of the tableware carrier cage 10 together with the food residue, first falling onto the transverse partition 52 and then flowing along the transverse partition 52 to the slag discharge port 521, and by the way, the food residue that has previously fallen onto the transverse partition 52 is washed away. The water and the food residues fall from the residue discharge port 521 onto the residue conveying mechanism 53. The residue conveying mechanism 53 receives the water and the food residues, filters out the food residues and then sends them away. The water passes through the residue conveying mechanism 53 and falls back to the residue removal pool 512 (see FIG. Figure 4 ) for reuse.
[0035] See Figure 3 , Figure 4 and Figure 5 The residue conveying mechanism 53 includes a residue conveying belt 531 and a conveying belt driving mechanism 532 driving and connecting the residue conveying belt 531. The conveying belt driving mechanism 532 is a prior art. The left end 5311 of the residue conveying belt 531 is the end, and a lateral extension portion 533 is provided to extend laterally to the side of the residue removal pool 512. The residue conveying belt 531 is provided with a filter hole 5312. When water and food residues fall onto the residue conveying belt 531 together, water and some food residues smaller than the filter hole 5312 pass through the filter hole 5312 downward and fall into the residue removal pool 512, while food residues larger than the filter hole 5312 cannot pass through the filter hole 5312 downward and remain on the residue conveying belt 531. The conveying belt driving mechanism 532 drives the residue conveying belt 531 to convey the food residues to the left end 5311 of the residue conveying belt 531, and pours the food residues to the side of the residue removal pool 512.
[0036] See Figure 2 The cleaning module 6 is also a tableware spraying and immersing device, including a primary spraying and immersing unit 610 and a secondary spraying and immersing unit 620. The cleaning section 113 of the conveying chain 11 is divided into a primary cleaning section 1131 and a secondary cleaning section 1132. The primary cleaning section 1131 passes through the primary spraying and immersing unit 610, and the secondary cleaning section 1132 passes through the secondary spraying and immersing unit 620. The tableware carrying cage 10 first moves forward from the slag removal section 112 of the conveying chain 11 to the primary cleaning section 1131, that is, from the slag removal module 5 to the cleaning module 6, and receives spraying and immersion from the primary spraying and immersing unit 610, and then moves forward from the primary cleaning section 1131 to the secondary cleaning section 1132, and receives spraying and immersion from the secondary spraying and immersing unit 620.
[0037] First-stage spray leaching unit 610 Figure 7 , including a leaching pool 61, the leaching pool 61 and Figure 4The two slag removal pools 512 are substantially the same, specifically: both are connected to a clean water supply pipe 91, and the clean water supply pipe 91 of both is provided with a liquid inlet valve 911, and both are equipped with a heater 92, a bottom water level sensor 93 and a cleaning liquid level sensor 94 in the pool, the heater 92 is lower than the sensing height of the bottom water level sensor 93, and the cleaning liquid level sensor 94 is higher than the bottom water level sensor 93, and the controller electrically connects the liquid inlet valve 911, the heater 92, the bottom water level sensor 93 and the cleaning liquid level sensor 94; the controller controls the liquid inlet valve 911 to open so that the clean water supply pipe 91 inputs clean water into the pool, and when the water level in the pool rises to the sensing height of the bottom water level sensor 93, the heater 92 is controlled to heat the cleaning liquid in the pool, and when the water level in the pool rises to the sensing height of the cleaning liquid level sensor 94, the liquid inlet valve 911 is controlled to close. The difference between the leaching tank 61 and the slag removal tank 512 is that the slag removal tank 512 relies on the clean water supply pipe 91 to provide clean water as a cleaning liquid throughout the process; in addition to relying on the clean water supply pipe 91 to provide clean water, the leaching tank 61 is also connected to an existing negative ion water generator 95. This embodiment uses the negative ion water generator 95 provided by Kunshan Nano Green Energy Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. The negative ion water generator 95 generates water containing hydroxide negative ions (i.e., negative ion water) by electrolyzing water. The leaching tank 61 is provided with an ion water level sensor 96 between the bottom water level sensor 93 and the cleaning liquid water level sensor 94, and the controller is electrically connected to the negative ion water generator 95 and the ion water level sensor 96. The controller first controls the negative ion water generator 95 to generate negative ion water and input the negative ion water into the immersion tank 61. The water level of the immersion tank 61 rises to the sensing height of the ion water level sensor 96, so that the ion water level sensor 96 generates an electrical signal. The controller then controls the negative ion water generator 95 to stop working and then controls the liquid inlet valve 911 to open, so that the clean water supply pipe 91 inputs clean water into the immersion tank 61. The clean water and the negative ion water are mixed into a cleaning liquid in the immersion tank 61.
[0038] First-stage spray leaching unit 610 Figure 7 , Figure 8 and Fig. 9A vertically arranged spray cleaning mechanism 62 is installed above the immersion tank 61. The spray cleaning mechanism 62 includes two front and rear water baffles 621 and 622, and two front and rear rows of cleaning spray pipes 623 and 624 are respectively arranged on the rear sides of the front and rear water baffles 621 and 622. The front row of cleaning spray pipes 623 includes a first horizontal cleaning spray pipe 625 with 9 spray ports 629 arranged vertically and facing backwards, and the rear row of cleaning spray pipes 624 includes a second horizontal cleaning spray pipe 626 with 3 spray ports 629 arranged vertically and facing forwards, and a third horizontal cleaning spray pipe 627 with 6 spray ports 629 facing backwards. The rear water baffle 622 is provided with a liquid spray port 6221, and the spray port 629 of the second transverse cleaning spray pipe 626 is aligned forward with the liquid spray port 6221, so the rear water baffle 622 will not block the spray port 629 of the second transverse cleaning spray pipe 626. The primary spray immersion washing unit 610 also includes a cleaning infusion pump 63, the liquid inlet end of the cleaning infusion pump 63 is connected to the immersion washing pool 61, and the liquid outlet end is connected to 18 transverse cleaning spray pipes 625, 626, 627, and the cleaning liquid in the immersion washing pool 61 is pumped to the 18 transverse cleaning spray pipes 625, 626, 627 to provide cleaning liquid for these 18 transverse cleaning spray pipes 625, 626, 627. The spray ports 629 of each two adjacent first transverse cleaning spray pipes 625 are laterally staggered from each other (see Fig.10 ), the same is true for the spray ports 629 of every two adjacent second transverse cleaning spray pipes 626 and the spray ports 629 of every two adjacent third transverse spray pipes 627. The primary cleaning section 1131 of the conveyor chain 11 includes two front and rear vertical conveying parts 1135 and 1137, and also includes a transverse conveying part 1136 located between the two. The rear vertical conveying part 1135 extends vertically downward from the upper rear part of the immersion tank 61, passes behind the rear row of spray pipes 624 and extends vertically downward into the rear part of the immersion tank 61, the transverse conveying part 1136 extends horizontally forward from the rear part of the immersion tank 61 to the front part of the immersion tank 61, and the front vertical conveying part 1137 extends vertically upward from the front part of the immersion tank 61 and passes between the front and rear rows of cleaning spray pipes 623 and 624. A vertical guide bar 134 is provided in front of the front and rear vertical conveying parts 1135 and 1137. The vertical guide bar 134 can guide the cutlery cage 10 passing through the vertical conveying parts 1135 and 1137 so that the cutlery cage 10 remains in a nearly vertical state and also maintains the cage opening 100 in an upright state facing upwards, which will not be described in detail.
[0039] See Figure 2 and Figure 8The tableware carrier cage 10 drives the tableware loaded thereon to move forward from the slag removal section 112 of the conveying chain 11 to the top of the rear vertical conveying section 1135 of the primary cleaning section 1131, which is located above the immersion tank 61. The rear vertical conveying section 1135 of the primary cleaning section 1131 conveys the tableware carrier cage 10 downward so that the tableware carrier cage 10 drives the tableware loaded thereon to pass behind the rear row of spray pipes 624. During this process, the six third transverse cleaning spray pipes 627 of the rear row of transverse cleaning spray pipes 624 spray cleaning liquid mixed with negative ion water toward the tableware carrier cage 10, and the cleaning liquid is sprayed from the cleaning liquid spraying inlet 1091 of the tableware carrier cage 10 to the tableware loaded on the tableware carrier cage 10, and the food residues remaining on the tableware are sprayed away. In this way, the tableware on the tableware carrier cage 10 is sprayed and cleaned to achieve purification of the tableware. The slag discharge port 109 of the tableware carrier cage 10 also serves as a liquid discharge port, and the cleaning liquid and food residues are discharged from the slag discharge port 109 to the outside of the tableware carrier cage 10 and fall back into the immersion tank 61. The rear vertical conveying part 1135 of the conveying chain 11 sends the tableware carrier cage 10 vertically downward from the upper rear part of the immersion tank 61 into the rear part of the immersion tank 61 in an upright state, and sends the tableware loaded on the tableware carrier cage 61 downward from the upper rear part of the immersion tank 61 into the rear part of the immersion tank 61 for immersion. The immersion tank 61 automatically cleans the dead corners of the tableware that are not sprayed by immersion, so that the food residues remaining on the tableware leave the tableware, thereby purifying the tableware. The tableware carrying cage 10 moves from the rear vertical conveying part 1135 of the conveying chain 11 to the transverse conveying part 1136. The transverse conveying part 1136 conveys the tableware carrying cage 10 in an upright state from the rear of the washing tank 61 to the front of the washing tank 61, and conveys the tableware loaded on the tableware carrying cage 10 from the rear of the washing tank 61 to the front of the washing tank 61. The tableware carrying cage 10 moves from the horizontal conveying part 1136 of the conveying chain 11 to the front vertical conveying part 1137. The vertical conveying part 1137 sends the tableware carrying cage 10, which has been sent to the front of the immersion tank 61, away from the immersion tank 61 in an upright state vertically upward from the front of the immersion tank 61, and sends the washed tableware loaded on the tableware carrying cage 10 vertically upward from the front of the immersion tank 61 to the outside of the immersion tank 61. During this process, the tableware carrying cage 10 drives the tableware loaded thereon to pass upward between the front and rear rows of horizontal cleaning spray pipes 623 and 624. The front and rear rows of horizontal cleaning spray pipes 623 and 624 respectively spray cleaning liquid onto the tableware loaded on the tableware carrying cage 10, spray and clean the tableware that has been sent to the upper front of the immersion tank 61, so as to purify the tableware. The cleaning liquid and the food residues remaining on the tableware fall back into the immersion tank 61 together, which will not be repeated here. The tableware cleaning device generates water containing negative ions (i.e., negative ion water) through the existing negative ion water generator 95, and mixes the negative ion water and clean water into a cleaning liquid, which replaces the existing detergent to wash the tableware. The water containing negative ions can remove food residues such as grease from the tableware. Compared with detergent, water produces less foam in the process of the tableware carrying cage 10 driving the tableware to immerse into the immersion tank 61 and the tableware carrying cage 10 leaving the immersion tank 61 to fish the tableware out of the immersion tank, and the foam generated by water will burst in a short time, and the foam will not accumulate more and more in the immersion tank 61, and will not overflow outside the immersion tank 61, and will not pollute the environment. Since the spray cleaning mechanism 62 is located above the immersion tank 61 and is arranged vertically, it only needs to occupy the space above the immersion tank 61, and does not need to occupy the space on the side of the immersion tank 61.
[0040] See Fig.11, food residues entering the leaching tank 61, part of which will float on the surface of the cleaning liquid, and the other part will sink to the bottom of the leaching tank 61, and food residues entering the slag removal tank 512 will also float and sink. There are floating object discharge outlets 97 at the top of the leaching tank 61 and the slag removal tank 512. The floating object discharge outlets 97 in the leaching tank 61 and the slag removal tank 512 are higher than the sensing height of the cleaning liquid water level sensor 94. At the beginning, the cleaning liquid in the tank will not be discharged from the floating object discharge outlet 97. The floating object discharge outlet 97 of the leaching tank 61 is connected to an leaching floating object discharge pipe 98, and the leaching floating object discharge pipe 98 leads to the slag removal tank 512, that is, the floating object discharge outlet 97 of the leaching tank 61 is discharged to the slag removal tank 512. The floating object discharge outlet 97 of the slag removal tank 512 is connected to a slag removal floating object discharge pipe 99, and the slag removal floating object discharge pipe 99 leads to the outside. The immersion of the tableware carrying cage 10 in the immersion tank 61 will cause the liquid level of the immersion tank 61 to rise to a level higher than the floating object discharge port 97 of the immersion tank 61. The food residues floating on the liquid surface of the cleaning liquid in the immersion tank 61 will be discharged from the floating object discharge port 97 at the top of the immersion tank 61 to the outside of the immersion tank 61 together with a part of the cleaning liquid, and enter the slag removal tank 512 from the immersion floating object discharge pipe 98, causing the liquid level of the slag removal tank 512 to rise to a level higher than the floating object discharge port 97 of the immersion tank 512. The food residues floating on the liquid surface of the cleaning liquid in the immersion tank 512 will enter the slag removal floating object discharge pipe 99 from the floating object discharge port 97 at the top of the slag removal tank 512, and be discharged to the outside of the slag removal tank 512 from the slag removal floating object discharge pipe 99. The food residue in the leaching pool 61 is less than that in the deslagging pool 512, so the cleaning liquid in the leaching pool 61 is cleaner than the cleaning liquid in the deslagging pool 512, and these cleaning liquids can be reused by the deslagging module 5 after being discharged from the leaching floating object discharge pipe 98 to the deslagging pool 512. The controller controls the two liquid inlet valves 911 to open for 30 seconds every 5 minutes, so that the clean water supply pipe 91 replenishes clean water for the leaching pool 61 and the deslagging pool 512, and then controls the negative ion water generator 95 to work for 1 minute, so that the negative ion water generator 95 replenishes negative ion water for the leaching pool 61. Both the leaching pool 61 and the deslagging pool 512 have sediment discharge outlets at the bottom (not shown in the figure due to the viewing angle), and both are connected to the sediment discharge outlets with sediment discharge pipes 90, and the sediment discharge pipes 90 are provided with openable sediment discharge valves 901. The controller is electrically connected to the two sediment discharge valves 901, and controls the two sediment discharge valves 901 to open for 10 seconds every 10 minutes, so that the food residues at the bottom of the immersion tank 61 and the food residues at the bottom of the deslagging tank 512 are discharged from the two sediment discharge ports into the two sediment discharge pipes 90 and discharged to the outside from the two sediment discharge pipes 90. The automatic tableware purification device can discharge the food residues in the immersion tank 61 and the deslagging tank 512 at regular intervals, so that the cleaning liquid in the immersion tank 61 and the deslagging tank 512 is kept clean, thereby maintaining a good immersion effect and deslagging effect.
[0041] See Figure 2 The secondary spray immersion unit 620 is substantially the same as the primary spray immersion unit 610, except that the primary spray immersion unit 610 relies on the clean water supply pipe 91 and the negative ion water generator 95 to provide clean water and negative ion water as cleaning liquids, respectively, while the secondary spray immersion unit 620 is the same as the slag removal pool 512, and relies on the clean water supply pipe 91 to provide clean water as cleaning liquid throughout the entire process, which will not be described in detail. The primary cleaning section 1131 of the conveyor chain 11 is the same as the secondary cleaning section 1132, which will not be described in detail. Under the conveyance of the conveyor chain 11, multiple tableware carrying cages 10 are successively immersed in the immersion pool 61 of the primary spray immersion unit 610 and successively receive spraying from the spray cleaning mechanism 62 of the primary spray immersion unit 61, and then successively immersed in the immersion pool of the secondary spray immersion unit 620 and successively receive spraying from the spray cleaning mechanism of the secondary spray immersion unit 620.
[0042] See Figure 2 The drying module 7 includes a drying box 71 and a dryer 72 connected to the drying box 71. The drying section 114 of the conveying chain 11 is "U" shaped, and its bottom extends into the drying box 71. The tableware carrier cage 10 moves from the cleaning section 113 of the conveying chain 11 to the drying section 114, that is, from the cleaning module 6 to the drying module 7, and the cleaned tableware is sent into the drying module 7. The tableware carrier cage 10 first moves along the drying section 114 to the bottom of the drying section 114 and enters the drying box 71. The dryer 72 provides hot air to the drying box 71 to dry the cleaned tableware loaded on the tableware carrier cage 10, remove the cleaning liquid on the tableware, and purify the tableware. A vertical guide bar is provided at the drying box 71, and the vertical guide bar can guide the tableware cage 10 entering the drying box 71 so that the tableware cage 10 remains in a nearly vertical state and the cage mouth 100 remains in an upright state facing upwards, which will not be described in detail. The tableware carrying cage 10 continues to move along the drying section 114 and leaves the drying box 71 in an upright state, and delivers the dried tableware to the outside of the drying box 71.
[0043] See Figure 2The tableware automatic purification device is provided with two discharging guide shafts 134 and 135 at the rear of the tableware outlet 102, and the front discharging guide shaft 134 is higher than the rear discharging guide shaft 135. The tableware pouring section 115 of the conveyor chain 11 is divided into a vertical lifting section 1151, a front lower and rear higher inclined section 1152, and a vertical reset section 1153, wherein the lifting section 1151 is located behind the rear discharging guide shaft 135, the inclined section 1152 is located above the front discharging guide shaft 134, and the reset section 1153 is located in front of the front discharging guide shaft 134. Driven by the conveying chain 11, the tableware carrying cage 10 moves forward from the drying section 114 to the lifting section 1151 of the tableware pouring section 115, and then moves from the lifting section 1151 to the inclined section 1152. During this process: the discharge guide shafts 134 and 135 serve as discharge guide parts, and the tableware carrying cage 10 is first guided by the rear discharge guide shaft 135, and rotates clockwise to the upper rear side with the hanging angle 105 as the rotation center to lean against the front discharge guide shaft 134, and then guided by the front discharge guide shaft 134, it continues to rotate clockwise to the upper rear side with the hanging angle 105 as the rotation center to make the cage mouth 100 tilt downward to align with the tableware output port 102, and pour the dried tableware out from the tableware output port 102 in an inverted state. After the tableware is poured out, the tableware carrier cage 10 moves from the inclined section 1152 to the reset section 1153. During this process, the tableware carrier cage 10 is no longer guided by the two material discharging guide shafts 134 and 135, and is in a naturally drooping state. The front end of the transverse support bar 131 extends a front arc-shaped guide bar 1312 toward the front and bottom. The tableware carrier cage 10 moves from the reset section 1153 to the rotation section 119, and is guided by the front arc-shaped guide bar 1312. It rotates counterclockwise to the front upper side with the hanging angle 105 as the rotation center to a horizontal state with the cage mouth 100 facing backward. Its front lower corner 106 and rear lower corner 107 are respectively supported on the transverse support bar 131, and then moves from the rotation section 119 to the tableware receiving section 111 to reload the tableware. It will not be repeated here.
