[0072] (definition)
[0073] The side of the stick body of the utility model held in the hand is referred to as the hand side or the hand side, and the front end side on the side opposite to the hand side is referred to as the front end or the front end side.
[0074] The center line of the rod body of the present invention extending in the longitudinal direction is referred to as an axis, and the extending direction of the axis is referred to as an axial direction. The direction along the outer circumference of the rod body is referred to as a circumferential direction.
[0075] The connecting structure of the rod body according to the present invention is typically a connecting structure between the front end of the rod body and a portion where a connecting tool is attached to the rod body, or a connecting structure that connects a rod body divided into two.
[0076] In this specification, the connecting tool, the front end tool, and one of the two parts divided into two parts are referred to as a connecting piece.
[0077] A connecting structure 10 that connects a connecting portion connected to a connecting piece in a rod body, i.e., an operating rod 12, which is one embodiment of the utility model, and a connected portion in a front end tool 14, which is a connecting piece connected to the operating rod 12, for example, involves a connecting structure between an insulating operating rod for indirect live wire construction used in indirect live wire construction to avoid power outages around a work site and a connected portion connected to the operating rod 12 in a connecting piece such as a front end tool that is freely replaceably connected to its front end.
[0078] Usually, the insulating operating rod is composed of a long insulating operating rod and a front tool which is an electrical working tool attached to the front end of the operating rod. The front tool is replaced according to the purpose of the operation, such as holding or cutting the high-voltage distribution line.

[0120] Mainly based on Figures 1 to 9 A connection structure 10 as a first embodiment according to the present invention will be described.
[0121] The connection structure 10 as the first embodiment of the present invention is a connection structure that connects an operation rod 12 constituting a rod body and a connection portion of a tip tool 14 constituting a connected portion connected to the operation rod 12 .
[0122] The operating rod 12 includes an operating rod body 20 constituting a main body of a long cylindrical rod, a grip portion 22 attached to the rear end of the operating rod body 20, i.e., the front side of the hand, and a connecting portion 24 (on the operating rod side) formed at the front end side of the operating rod body 20, i.e., the area on the side where the front end tool 14 is installed.
[0123] The operating rod 12, particularly the operating rod main body 20, constituting the insulating operating rod for indirect live wire construction may be constructed of, for example, a single rod or two rods arranged in parallel on the axis.
[0124] The insulating operating rod for indirect live wire construction only needs to have electrical insulation, and it is more preferable if it can be lightweight. For example, various plastics with strong toughness such as fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) can be used.
[0125] The front end tool 14 such as the indirect live wire construction tool is composed of, for example, a stripper, pliers, a locking tool, etc. for stripping the insulating film of the overhead power distribution line in the live wire state.
[0126] The tip tool 14 includes a tool portion 30 that directly contacts the electric wire or the like, and a connecting portion 32 (on the tip tool side) that is formed in a region connecting the tool portion 30 and the operation rod 12 and constitutes a connected portion.
[0127] The connecting portion 24 on the operating rod 12 side as a rod body and the connecting portion 32 on the connected portion side are arranged concentrically with a center line extending in the axial direction of the rod body, and a convex portion is formed on one side and a concave portion is formed on the other side, and the convex portion and the concave portion are combined to connect.
[0128] In this embodiment, the core member 44 constituting a convex portion is formed in the connection portion 24 (on the operation rod side), and the rod body side connection portion mounting hole 94 constituting a concave portion is formed in the connection portion 32 (on the tool end side).
[0129] The core component 44 is a rod-shaped body with a roughly circular cross-section, and the rod body side connecting portion mounting hole 94 is an annular body with a roughly circular cross-section. They are arranged concentrically with a center line extending in the axial direction of the rod body. The core component 44 is combined with the rod body side connecting portion mounting hole 94 to connect the connecting portion 24 on the operating rod 12 side and the connecting portion 32 on the connected portion side.
[0130] The operation rod 12 is provided with a fixing means 16 constituting a separation preventing means for fixing the tip tool 14 and preventing the members connected by the connection structure from being separated, in a region on the side connected to the tip tool 14 .
[0131] Furthermore, the operating rod 12 is provided with a restraining means 18 constituting a separation preventing means for restraining the movement of the operating rod 12 and the front end tool 14 to prevent their connection from being disengaged and for preventing the parts connected by the connection structure from being separated.
[0132] The connecting portion 24 of the operating rod 12 constituting the connecting portion of the rod body is composed of a first connecting portion 40 thinner than the operating rod main body 20 formed on the side connected to the operating rod main body 20, and a core member 44 in which a second connecting portion 42 thicker than the first connecting portion 40 is continuously arranged on the front end tool 14 side of the first connecting portion 40.
[0133] The core member 44 constituting the connection portion 24 (on the operating rod side) of the operating rod body 20 is connected to the operating rod body 20 via the (first) operating rod mounting member 26 constituting the operating rod mounting member and the fixing pins 26a and 26b.
[0134] In this embodiment, if Figure 3 As shown in (C), the (first) operation rod mounting member 26 and the core member 44 are fitted into the recessed portion 20a provided on the front end side of the operation rod body 20, and are fixed by the fixing pins 26a and 26b.
[0135] The first connection portion 40 of the core member 44 is inserted around the (first) operation rod mounting member 26 and fitted into the recessed portion 20 a provided at the front end of the operation rod body 20 , and is fixed to the operation rod body 20 .
[0136] In the present embodiment, the connection portion 24 (on the operation rod side) includes a core member 44 constituting the first connection portion 40 and the second connection portion 42 .
[0137] The core member 44 has a hollow cylindrical shape and is disposed around the (first) operation rod mounting member 26 and the (second) operation rod mounting member 28 constituting the operation rod mounting member.
[0138] In the present embodiment, the core member 44 has a first connection portion 40 formed of a cylindrical portion thinner than the operation rod body 20 on the hand side and mounted on the operation rod body 20, and a second connection portion 42 formed of a thick cylindrical portion thicker than the first connection portion 40 on the hand side on the front end side.
[0139] The core member 44 has a shape to be inserted into a rod-side connecting portion mounting hole 94 formed in a hollow portion provided in the second connecting portion 84 of the second connecting member 80 , and in the present embodiment is configured in a cylindrical shape that is slidable in the hollow portion.
[0140] The core member 44 has a hollow annular hollow portion 46 extending in the longitudinal direction.
[0141] The hollow portion 46 has a first hollow portion 46 a that is narrowed and elongated substantially in the center thereof, and a second hollow portion 46 b that is thicker and has a larger diameter than the first hollow portion 46 a is formed on the front end side of the first hollow portion 46 a .
[0142] Furthermore, the hollow portion 46 has a third hollow portion 46 c which is thicker and has a larger diameter than the first hollow portion 46 a , formed on the hand side of the first hollow portion 46 a .
[0143] The core member 44 is provided with an operation rod mounting member ((first) operation rod mounting member 26 ) for mounting to the operation rod body 20 in the third hollow portion 46 c of the hollow portion 46 .
[0144] The operation rod mounting member (the (first) operation rod mounting member 26 ) is fixed to the front end of the operation rod body 20 , and the third hollow portion 46 c of the core member 44 is fitted around the (first) operation rod mounting member 26 for mounting.
[0145] The (second) operating rod mounting member 28 is embedded in the hollow portion 46, and its hand side is located in the third hollow portion 46c. It is slidably embedded in the first hollow portion 46a relative to the front end side here, and then extends toward the front end side in the second hollow portion 46b relative to the front end side here and is connected to the columnar core member mounting portion 96.
[0146] In the present embodiment, the (second) operating rod mounting member 28 is a cylindrical rod body, the hand side of which has a head having a larger diameter than the first hollow portion 46a, and the front end of which has a rod-shaped body having a diameter substantially the same as that of the first hollow portion 46a. Therefore, the second hollow portion 46b is configured to have a hollow portion remaining between the (second) operating rod mounting member 28, and the third rebound member 98 can be embedded therein.
[0147] The connecting portion on the rod body side and the connecting portion on the connected portion side are constructed such that a first fixing protrusion 60 is formed on one side as a fixing means 16 constituting a protrusion, and a first fixing groove 90 is formed on the other side as a fixing means 16 constituting a recess, and the protrusion and recess are combined for connection.
[0148] The fixing means 16 is composed of a first fixing protrusion (pin) 60 formed at the connecting portion on the rod body side and constituting a separation prevention means.
[0149] The fixing means formed in the second coupling member 80 or the fixing means 16 formed in the core member 44 is composed of a first fixing groove 90 formed in a corresponding position in the core member 44 and / or the second coupling member 80 and serving as a zigzag fixing groove constituting a separation preventing means.
[0150] In this embodiment, the core member 44 has a first fixing protrusion (pin) 60 constituting the fixing means 16 mounted on the second connecting portion 42 side, and a repulsive member 70 constituting the restraining means 18 is inserted around the first connecting portion 40 side.
[0151] The connection portion 24 (on the operation rod side) includes a core member 44 fixed to the center of the operation rod body 20 at the front end thereof, and a first connection member 50 is disposed around the core member 44 .
[0152] Furthermore, the coupling portion 24 (on the operating rod side) is provided with a restraining means 18 formed of a rebound member 70 such as a coil spring, which is formed to rebound from the hand side of the operating rod 12 toward the tip tool 14 side, around the hand side of the core member 44 .
[0153] In the first embodiment, a rebound member mounting portion 72 for stopping the front end side of the rebound member 70 is formed on the hand side of the first connecting member 50 .
[0154] Furthermore, the operating rod body 20 of the operating rod 12 has a repulsive member mounting portion 74 formed at its front end side on the side facing the outer surface on the hand side of the first connecting member 50 for stopping the rear end side of the repulsive member 70 .
[0155] The repulsive member 70 constituting the restraining means 18 is configured to bias the first coupling member 50 toward the second coupling member 80 constituting the connected portion when the tip tool 14 is attached to the operating rod 12 .
[0156] The first repulsive member 70 constituting the restraining means 18 presses the first connecting member 50 toward the front end when locked, and accordingly presses the second connecting member 80 toward the front end. (Types 1, 3, 4)
[0157] The diameter of the suppressing means 18 (rebound member 70 ) is shorter than the diameters of the first coupling member 50 and the rebound member mounting portion 74 , and is configured not to pop out from the first coupling member 50 and the rebound member mounting portion 74 .
[0158] Therefore, the probability of the restraining means 18 hitting other objects when in use is extremely low.
[0159] The first connecting portion 40 is configured to form a moving space for the first connecting member 50 described later between the first connecting portion 40 and the operating rod body 20, and the second connecting portion 42 is provided with the first fixing protrusion (pin) 60, and is configured to allow the second connecting member 80 constituting the connecting portion 32 (on the front end tool side) to be inserted around it.
[0160] The first connecting member 50 is annular and nested around the roughly cylindrical core member 44. It is configured to be movable in the length direction of the core member 44 and the operating rod body 20, and is configured to be rebounded toward the front end side by a rebound member 70 inserted between the hand side of the first connecting member 50 and the front end side of the operating rod body 20.
[0161] The first fixing protrusion (pin) 60 is formed at the center of the coupling portion 24 (on the operation rod side) so as to extend in the radial direction.
[0162] The first fixing projection (pin) 60 is formed to be movable in the axial direction of the operating rod 12 relative to the tip tool 14 as the operating rod 12 moves, and is formed to be rotatable in the circumferential direction of the operating rod 12 as the operating rod 12 rotates.
[0163] The connecting portion 32 (on the tool end side) constitutes a mounted portion to be mounted on the operating rod 12 , and is provided with a second connecting member 80 formed so as to be able to connect to the connecting portion 24 on the operating rod 12 side.
[0164] The second connecting member 80 has a first fixing groove 90 as a fixing means 16 for stopping the first fixing protrusion (pin) 60 provided on the connecting portion 24 on the operating rod 12 side formed in the area on the side connected to the operating rod 12. The first fixing groove 90 is inserted with the first fixing protrusion (pin) 60, and constitutes the fixing means 16 for fixing the first fixing protrusion (pin) 60 when the connecting portion 24 (on the operating rod side) and the connecting portion 32 (on the front end tool side) are connected.
[0165] The first connecting member 50 and the second connecting member 80 have substantially the same or similar outer shapes. In the present embodiment, they are cylindrical shapes with circular cross sections, and the diameters of the outer surfaces have the same or similar dimensions.
[0166] Therefore, there is substantially no step at the boundary between the second connecting member 80 and the first connecting member 50 , and the probability of hitting other objects is extremely low.
[0167] The first connecting member 50 and the second connecting member 80 are configured such that the surfaces thereof in contact are in close contact with each other, and the first connecting member 50 presses the second connecting member 80 by the biasing force of the restraining means 18 (rebound member 70 ).
[0168] In this embodiment, the front end face 50E of the first connecting member 50 is a plane perpendicular to the axial direction, and the rear end face 80E of the second connecting member 80 is a plane perpendicular to the axial direction. Therefore, the front end face 50E of the first connecting member 50 and the rear end face 80E of the second connecting member 80 are in close contact.
[0169] The surface of the rebound member mounting portion 72 at the rear end of the first connecting member 50 that is opposite to the rebound member mounting portion 74 is a plane that is orthogonal to the axial direction. On the other hand, the opposite surface of the front end of the rebound member mounting portion 74 is a plane that is orthogonal to the axial direction. The restraining means 18 (rebound member 70) sandwiched therebetween is configured to be able to apply force to the first connecting member 50 parallel to the axial direction.
[0170] The diameter of the suppressing means 18 (rebound member 70 ) is shorter than the diameters of the first coupling member 50 and the rebound member mounting portion 74 , and is configured not to pop out from the first coupling member 50 and the rebound member mounting portion 74 .
[0171] The first fixed groove 90 includes a first groove portion 90A opened on the side of the operating rod 12, a second groove portion 90B opened next to the first groove portion 90A, and a third groove portion 90C opened next to the second groove portion 90B. The first groove portion 90A extends in the longitudinal direction, the second groove portion 90B extends in the circumferential direction, and the third groove portion 90C extends in the longitudinal direction and forms a dead end.
[0172] The first fixing groove 90 is formed in an L-shape in a plan view, and is configured so that when the tip tool 14 is attached to the operating rod 12 , the first fixing protrusion (pin) 60 stops in the third groove portion 90C and does not move.
[0173] The first fixing groove 90 has a depth that allows the head of the first fixing protrusion (pin) 60 to be inserted to slightly protrude, and a width that allows the shaft of the first fixing protrusion (pin) 60 to be inserted to move.
[0174] According to the above structure, the second connecting member 80, at the bottom of the third groove portion 90C, uses the force of the rebound member 70 and the second rebound member 76 to press the fixing means 16 (first fixing protrusion (pin) 60) protruding and fixed in the radial direction in the second connecting portion 42 of the first connecting portion 40 connected to the operating rod body 20 toward the front end side (mounted portion) so that the third groove portion 90C and the fixing means 16 (first fixing protrusion (pin) 60) are engaged, so that the second connecting member 80 does not move in the lock release direction.
[0175] The first fixing protrusion (pin) 60 is protruded in the radial direction of the first connecting member 50.
[0176] The first fixing groove 90 has a depth that allows the head of the embedded first fixing protrusion (pin) 60 to slightly protrude, and a width that allows the shaft of the embedded first fixing protrusion (pin) 60 to move.
[0177] The first groove 90A extends in a manner that enables the fixing means 16 (first fixing protrusion (pin) 60) to advance toward the distal end side, that is, extends in a direction connecting the operating rod 12 to the distal end tool 14, and in this embodiment, is composed of a groove parallel to the axial direction.
[0178] The second groove 90B has a length that allows the fixing means 16 (first fixing protrusion (pin) 60) that has advanced in the radial direction from the first groove 90A to advance to a position where it does not return to the first groove 90A, and in the present embodiment is composed of a groove that is orthogonal to the axial direction.
[0179] The first groove portion 90A, the second groove portion 90B, and the third groove portion 90C are grooves having approximately the same width, and are each formed of a groove bent in an L-shape.
[0180] The width and depth thereof are configured so that the first fixing protrusion (pin) 60 and the second fixing protrusion (plunger) 62 can move forward in the extending direction of the groove in a state of being fitted.
[0181] The third groove portion 90C extends in a manner that enables the fixing means 16 (first fixing protrusion (pin) 60) to advance toward the hand side, that is, toward the opposite side of the direction in which the operating rod 12 is connected to the front end tool 14, and in a manner that the fixing means 16 (first fixing protrusion (pin) 60) that advances along the second groove portion 90B to a position where it does not move radially will not advance further toward the opposite side of the direction in which the connection is performed, thus forming a dead end.
[0182] The fixing means 16 (first fixing protrusion (pin) 60) is fixed to the recessed portion constituting the second connecting portion 42, and the portion protruding from the outer surface of the recessed portion constituting the second connecting portion 42 functions as a fixing protrusion.
[0183] The second connecting member 80 constitutes a mounted portion mounted on the (front end) tool part 30 and connected to the operating rod 12, and comprises a first connecting portion 82 as a front end tool mounting portion mounted on the (front end) tool part 30, and a second connecting portion 84 thicker than the first connecting portion 82 as the front end tool mounting portion.
[0184] The first connection portion 82 is fitted into the mounting portion of the (front end) tool portion 30 , and is fixed to the (front end) tool portion 30 by an appropriate fixing member (eg, a pin, etc.).
[0185] The second connection portion 84 constitutes a hollow core member mounting portion, and is formed with a rod body side connection portion mounting hole 94 into which the core member 44 is fitted.
[0186] The second connection portion 84 is provided with a columnar core member mounting portion 96 in the rod-side connection portion mounting hole 94 .
[0187] The columnar core member mounting portion 96 is inserted into the annular hollow portion 46 between the second connection portion 42 of the core member 44 and the (second) operation rod mounting member 28 , and is in contact with and connected to the front end side of the (second) operation rod mounting member 28 .
[0188] The (second) operation rod mounting member 28 is arranged in series with the columnar core member mounting portion 96 , and is mounted on the second connecting portion 42 of the core member 44 .
[0189] The columnar core member mounting portion 96 is configured to hit the hand side portion of the second connecting member 80, and a second rebound member 76 is provided in the second hollow portion 46b between the hand side end portion of the columnar core member mounting portion 96 and the boundary wall portion of the first hollow portion 46a of the hollow portion 46. The second rebound member 76 is formed by a coil spring or the like formed to rebound the columnar core member mounting portion 96 toward the hand side or the front end side.
[0190] The second repulsive member 76 constituting the restraining means 18 contracts when locked to press the core member mounting portion 96 and the second connecting portion 84 toward the front end side. (Types 1 to 3)
[0191] The second resilient member 76 normally presses the core member mounting portion 96 and the second connecting portion 84 toward the front end, and is slightly contracted in the locked state. When the second connecting member 80 is pulled toward the front of the hand by the releasing action, it is further contracted.
[0192] like Figure 3 As shown in (B), the columnar core member mounting portion 96 is fitted into the hollow portion 46 of the second coupling portion 42 and fixed to the (second) operation rod mounting member 28 by the anti-detachment screw 28a.
[0193] The columnar core member attachment portion 96 has a shape that is inserted into the second hollow portion 46 b formed in the hollow portion provided in the second connection portion 42 , and in the present embodiment is configured in a cylindrical shape that is slidable in the hollow portion.
[0194] The columnar core member mounting portion 96 has a bottomed hole formed on the hand side so that the (second) operation rod mounting member 28 can be fitted therein, and the (second) operation rod mounting member 28 is connected to the columnar core member mounting portion 96 .
[0195] The columnar core member attachment portion 96 has a shape that is inserted into the second hollow portion 46 b formed in the hollow portion provided in the second connection portion 42 , and in the present embodiment is configured in a cylindrical shape that is slidable in the hollow portion.
[0196] The columnar core member mounting portion 96 has a bottomed hole on the hand side into which the (second) operation rod mounting member 28 can be fitted, and is configured so that the (second) operation rod mounting member 28 and the columnar core member mounting portion 96 are connected.
[0197] The (second) operating rod mounting member 28 extends to the hand side of the columnar core member mounting portion 96, and the second rebound member 76 is inserted around it. The head protruding to the third hollow portion 46c is fixed to the first hollow portion 46a and is installed in the second hollow portion 46b.
[0198] The first connecting member 50 and the second connecting member 80 have substantially the same or similar outer shapes. In the present embodiment, they are cylindrical shapes with circular cross sections, and the diameters of the outer surfaces have the same or similar dimensions.
[0199] Therefore, there is substantially no step at the boundary between the second connecting member 80 and the first connecting member 50 , and the probability of hitting other objects is extremely low.
[0200] The first connecting member 50 and the second connecting member 80 are configured such that their contacting surfaces are in close contact with each other, and the first connecting member 50 presses the second connecting member 80 with a uniform force by the biasing force of the restraining means 18 (rebound member 70 ).
[0201] The surface of the rebound member mounting portion 72 at the rear end of the first connecting member 50 that is opposite to the rebound member mounting portion 74 is a plane that is orthogonal to the axial direction. On the other hand, the opposite surface of the front end of the rebound member mounting portion 74 is a plane that is orthogonal to the axial direction. The restraining means 18 (rebound member 70) sandwiched therebetween is capable of applying force to the first connecting member 50 by a force parallel to the axial direction.
[0202] The first connecting member 50 is arranged on the operating rod 12 in a manner that allows it to move in the axial direction of the operating rod 12. When the front end tool 14 is mounted on the operating rod 12, it is fixed to the area on the operating rod 12 side of the second connecting member 80 to control the movement of the second connecting member 80 to prevent the connecting portion 24 (on the operating rod side) from detaching from the first fixing groove 90 of the second connecting member 80.
[0203] The first connecting member 50 includes a fixing means 16 for controlling the movement of the second connecting member 80 .
[0204] The fixing means 16 of the core member 44 is provided with an external thread portion 48 on the outer periphery of the area where the first connecting member 50 is loaded and inserted, and on the other hand, the fixing means 16 of the first connecting member 50 is provided with an internal thread portion 58 in the tube of the area inserted in the core member 44.
[0205] The fixing means 16 of the first connecting member 50 is threadedly connected to the fixing means 16 of the core member 44 , and the first connecting member 50 can be moved in the longitudinal direction of the operating rod 12 by rotating it and can be stopped at a position suitable for pressing the second connecting member 80 by the first connecting member 50 .
[0206] In this embodiment, the operating rod body 20 of the operating rod 12 is a rod body with a roughly circular cross section, the first connecting portion 40 and the second connecting portion 42 of the core member 44 are rod-shaped bodies with a roughly circular cross section, the first connecting member 50 is a roughly circular ring body with a roughly circular cross section, and the second connecting member 80 is a roughly circular ring body with a roughly circular cross section.
[0207] The operating rod body 20 , the core member 44 , the first connecting member 50 , and the second connecting member 80 of the operating rod 12 are arranged concentrically with a center line extending in the axial direction of the rod body.
[0208] The first connecting member 50 is disposed around the second connecting portion 42 of the core member 44, and the second connecting member 80 is disposed around the front end side of the core member 44. The front end side edge of the first connecting member 50 and the hand side edge of the second connecting member 80 are formed to face each other.
[0209] Next, regarding the operation method, the following description assumes that the insulating operating rod 12 having the connection structure 10 involved in the embodiment is used to operate the front end tool 14 for the indirect live wire connected to the front end of the insulating operating rod 12 in order to form an overhead power distribution line bypass circuit.
[0210] First, if Figure 1 and 2 As shown, in order to assemble the front end tool 14 for indirect live wire construction on the front end of the insulating operating rod 12, the operator connects the connecting part 24 (on the operating rod side) of the insulating operating rod 12 and the connecting part 32 (on the front end tool side) of the front end tool 14 that constitute the connecting structure 10.
[0211] Specifically, the axis of the connecting portion 24 on the operating rod 12 side (operating rod side) is aligned with the axis of the connecting portion 32 on the tip tool 14 side (tip tool side), and the first fixing protrusion (pin) 60 is aligned with the first groove portion 90A of the first fixing groove 90.
[0212] Next, move the operating rod 12 toward the front end tool 14 side, insert the first fixed protrusion (pin) 60 into the second groove portion 90B of the first fixed groove 90, and when it reaches the groove wall on the front end tool 14 side of the second groove portion 90B, rotate the operating rod 12 in the circumferential direction to move the first fixed protrusion (pin) 60 along the groove of the second groove portion 90B toward the third groove portion 90C.
[0213] When the connecting structure 10 reaches the notch of the third groove 90C, that is, reaches the end of the second groove 90B, the operating rod 12 is pulled back from the front tool 14 side to the hand side to fit the first fixing protrusion (pin) 60 into the third groove 90C.
[0214] Therefore, by rotating the first connecting member 50, the first connecting member 50 is moved in the length direction of the operating rod 12 due to the action of the external thread portion 48 of the first connecting member 50 and the internal thread portion 58 of the core member 44, so that it moves to a position where the first connecting member 50 presses the second connecting member 80, so that the connecting portion 24 (on the operating rod side) of the operating rod 12 and the connecting portion 32 (on the front end tool side) of the front end tool 14 are firmly connected.
[0215] Next, regarding the unlocking of the connection portion 24 (on the operation rod side) of the operation rod body 20 and the connection portion 32 (on the front end tool side) of the tool portion (front end tool portion) 30 in the connection structure 10, mainly based on Figure 4 To explain. At this time, the first connecting member 50 is rotated to release the meshing of the external thread portion 48 and the internal thread portion 58 and move it toward the hand side. Then, the connecting portion 24 (on the operating rod side) of the operating rod body 20 is moved toward the front end side (the first connecting member 50 is pressed toward the hand side by the second connecting member 80), so that the first fixing protrusion (pin) 60 constituting the fixing means 16 is disengaged from the third groove portion 90C, and the operating rod 12 is rotated to move the first fixing protrusion (pin) 60 along the second groove portion 90B. When the first groove portion 90A of the first fixing groove 90 is located, the operating rod 12 is moved toward the hand side to disengage the first fixing protrusion (pin) 60 from the first fixing groove 90, so that the connecting portion 24 (on the operating rod side) of the operating rod 12 and the connecting portion 32 (on the front end tool side) of the front end tool 14 can be separated.
[0216] (Second Embodiment)
[0217] Next, regarding the connection structure of the second embodiment as a modification of the first embodiment, mainly based on FIGS. Fig.15 to explain.
[0218] In the description of the connection structure of the second embodiment as a modification of the first embodiment, Figures 1 to 9 The same reference numerals are used to denote the common components and elements of the connection structure 10 of the first embodiment shown in the figure, and the description of the common components and elements will be omitted.

[0286] Next, regarding the operation method, the following description assumes that the insulating operating rod 12 having the connection structure 10 involved in the embodiment is used to operate the front end tool 14 for the indirect live wire connected to the front end of the insulating operating rod 12 in order to form an overhead power distribution line bypass circuit.
[0287] First, as shown in Figures 10 and 11, in order to assemble the front end tool 14 for indirect live wire construction on the front end of the insulating operating rod 12, the operator connects the connecting part 24 (on the operating rod side) of the insulating operating rod 12 constituting the connecting structure 10 and the connecting part 32 (on the front end tool side) of the front end tool 14.
[0288] Specifically, the axis of the connecting portion 24 on the operating rod 12 side (operating rod side) and the axis of the connecting portion 32 on the distal tool 14 side (distal tool side) are aligned, and the first fixing protrusion (pin) 60 is aligned with the first groove portion 90A of the first fixing groove 90.
[0289] Next, move the operating rod 12 toward the front end tool 14 side, insert the first fixed protrusion (pin) 60 into the second groove portion 90B of the first fixed groove 90, and when it reaches the groove wall on the front end tool 14 side of the second groove portion 90B, rotate the operating rod 12 in the circumferential direction to move the first fixed protrusion (pin) 60 along the groove of the second groove portion 90B toward the third groove portion 90C.
[0290] When the connecting structure 10 reaches the notch of the third groove 90C, that is, reaches the end of the second groove 90B, the operating rod 12 is pulled back from the front tool 14 side to the hand side to fit the first fixing protrusion (pin) 60 into the third groove 90C.
[0291] Therefore, by rotating the first connecting member 50, the first connecting member 50 is moved in the length direction of the operating rod 12 due to the action of the external thread portion 48 of the first connecting member 50 and the internal thread portion 58 of the core member 44, so that it moves to a position where the first connecting member 50 presses the second connecting member 80, so that the connecting portion 24 (on the operating rod side) of the operating rod 12 and the connecting portion 32 (on the front end tool side) of the front end tool 14 are firmly connected.
[0292] Next, regarding the unlocking of the connecting portion 24 (on the operating rod side) of the operating rod body 20 and the connecting portion 32 (on the front end tool side) of the tool portion (front end tool portion) 30 in the connecting structure 10, mainly based on Fig.11 To explain.

The first groove portion 90A extends in the longitudinal direction, the second groove portion 90B extends in the circumferential direction, and the third groove portion 90C extends in the longitudinal direction and forms a dead end.
[0419] The first fixing groove 90 is formed in an L-shape in a plan view, and is configured so that when the tip tool 14 is attached to the operating rod 12 , the first fixing protrusion (pin) 60 stops in the third groove portion 90C and does not move.
[0420] The first fixing groove 90 has a depth that allows the head of the first fixing protrusion (pin) 60 to be inserted to slightly protrude, and a width that allows the shaft of the first fixing protrusion (pin) 60 to be inserted to move.
[0421] The first fixing protrusion (pin) 60 is protruded in the radial direction of the second connecting portion 42 of the core member 44, and the first fixing groove 90 has a depth that allows the head of the embedded first fixing protrusion (pin) 60 to slightly protrude, and a width that allows the shaft of the embedded first fixing protrusion (pin) 60 to move. The first fixing protrusion (pin) 60 is configured to move in the groove of the first fixing groove 90 to control the movement of the operating rod 12 and the first connecting portion 40.
[0422] The second connecting member 80 constitutes a mounted portion mounted on the (front end) tool part 30 and connected to the operating rod 12, and comprises a first connecting portion 82 as a front end tool mounting portion mounted on the (front end) tool part 30, and a second connecting portion 84 thicker than the first connecting portion 82 as the front end tool mounting portion.
[0423] The first connection portion 82 is fitted into a mounting portion of the (front end) tool portion 30 , and is fixed to the (front end) tool portion 30 by an appropriate fixing member (eg, a pin, etc.).
[0424] The second connection portion 84 constitutes a hollow core member mounting portion, and is formed with a rod body side connection portion mounting hole 94 into which the core member 44 is fitted.
[0425] Furthermore, the first fixing groove 90 is formed following the opening edge of the rod-side connecting portion mounting hole 94 .
[0426] The first connecting member 50 is arranged on the side of the operating rod 12 in a manner that allows it to move in the axial direction of the operating rod 12. When the front end tool 14 is mounted on the operating rod 12, it is fixed to the area on the side of the operating rod 12 of the second connecting member 80 to control the movement of the second connecting member 80 so as to prevent the connecting portion 24 (on the operating rod side) from detaching from the first fixing groove 90 of the second connecting member 80.
[0427] Furthermore, the first connecting member 50 has a fixing means 16 for fixing the first connecting member 50 to the second connecting portion 42 of the first connecting portion 40 in order to control the movement of the second connecting member 80. The fixing means 16 for fixing the first connecting member 50 to the second connecting portion 42 of the first connecting portion 40 is composed of the second fixing protrusion (plunger) 62.
[0428] In this embodiment, the operating rod body 20 of the operating rod 12 is a rod body with a roughly circular cross section, the first connecting portion 40 and the second connecting portion 42 of the core member 44 are rod-shaped bodies with a roughly circular cross section, the first connecting member 50 is a roughly circular ring body with a roughly circular cross section, and the second connecting member 80 is a roughly circular ring body with a roughly circular cross section.
[0429] The operating rod body 20 , the core member 44 , the first connecting member 50 , and the second connecting member 80 of the operating rod 12 are arranged concentrically with a center line extending in the axial direction of the rod body.
[0430] The first connecting member 50 is disposed around the second connecting portion 42 of the core member 44, and the second connecting member 80 is disposed around the front end side of the core member 44. The front end side edge of the first connecting member 50 and the hand side edge of the second connecting member 80 are formed to face each other.
[0431] Next, regarding the operating method, the following description assumes that the insulating operating rod 12 having the connection structure 10 involved in the fourth embodiment is used to operate the front end tool 14 for the indirect live wire connected to the front end of the insulating operating rod 12 in order to form an overhead distribution line bypass circuit.
[0432] First, if Fig.32 As shown, in order to assemble the front end tool 14 for indirect fire line construction on the front end of the operating rod 12, the operator connects the connecting part 24 (on the operating rod side) of the operating rod 12 constituting the connecting structure 10 and the connecting part 32 (on the front end tool side) of the front end tool 14.
[0433] Specifically, the axis of the connecting portion 24 on the operating rod 12 side and the axis of the connecting portion 32 on the tip tool 14 side are aligned, and the first fixing protrusion (pin) 60 is aligned with the first groove portion 90A of the first fixing groove 90 .
[0434] Next, move the operating rod 12 toward the front end tool 14 side, insert the first fixed protrusion (pin) 60 into the second groove portion 90B of the first fixed groove 90, and when it reaches the groove wall on the front end tool 14 side of the second groove portion 90B, rotate the operating rod 12 in the circumferential direction to move the first fixed protrusion (pin) 60 along the groove of the second groove portion 90B toward the third groove portion 90C.
[0435] When the connecting structure 10 reaches the notch of the third groove 90C, that is, reaches the end of the second groove 90B, the operating rod 12 is pulled back from the front tool 14 side to the hand side to fit the first fixing protrusion (pin) 60 into the third groove 90C.
[0436] When the first connecting member 50 is fixed to the second connecting portion 42, as shown in FIG. Fig.32 As shown in (B), the first connecting member 50 moves in the length direction of the operating rod 12 due to the action of the second fixing protrusion (plunger) 62 of the first connecting member 50 and the second fixing groove 92 of the core member 44, and the first connecting member 50 moves to a position where the first connecting member 50 presses the second connecting member 80, so that the first connecting member 50 and the second connecting portion 42 are connected, so that the connecting portion 24 (on the operating rod side) of the operating rod 12 and the connecting portion 32 (on the front end tool side) of the front end tool 14 are firmly connected.
[0437] In the present embodiment, the axis of the core member 44 is aligned with the axis of the second connection portion 42 , and the second fixing protrusion (plunger) 62 is aligned with the first groove portion 92A of the second fixing groove 92 .
[0438] Next, the first connecting member 50 is moved toward the front end tool 14 side, and the second fixing protrusion (plunger) 62 is inserted into the second groove portion 92B of the second fixing groove 92. When it reaches the groove wall on the front end tool 14 side of the second fixing groove 92, the first connecting member 50 is rotated in the circumferential direction to make the second fixing protrusion (plunger) 62 move along the groove of the second groove portion 92B toward the third groove portion 92C.
[0439] When the second fixing protrusion (plunger) 62 reaches the notch of the third groove 92C, that is, reaches the end of the second groove 92B, the second fixing protrusion (plunger) 62 is fitted into the third groove 92C.
[0440] In this way, by rotating the first connecting member 50, the first connecting member 50 is moved to a position pressing the second connecting member 80 due to the action of the second fixing protrusion (plunger) 62 of the first connecting member 50 and the second fixing groove 92 of the second connecting portion 42, so that the first connecting member 50 is connected to the second connecting portion 42 of the core member 44.
[0441] Regarding the unlocking of the connection part 24 (on the operation rod side) of the operation rod body 20 and the connection part 32 (on the front end tool side) of the tool part (front end tool part) in the connection structure 10, it is mainly based on Fig.33 The first connecting member 50 is rotated to move it to the position of the second groove 92B and is temporarily fixed. Then, the connecting portion 24 (on the operating rod side) of the operating rod body 20 is moved toward the front end side, and the second connecting member 80 is pressed toward the hand side as the first connecting member 50 moves, so that the first fixing protrusion (pin) 60 constituting the fixing means 16 is disengaged from the third groove 90C, and the operating rod 12 is rotated to move the first fixing protrusion (pin) 60 along the second groove 90B. When it is located in the first fixing groove 90, the operating rod 12 is moved toward the hand side to disengage the first fixing protrusion (pin) 60 from the first fixing groove 90, so that the connecting portion 24 (on the operating rod side) of the operating rod 12 and the connecting portion 32 (on the front end tool side) of the front end tool 14 can be separated.
