Technical Field
[0001] The utility model relates to the technical field of electronic imaging, in particular to a developing box, a processing box and an identification component. Background Art
[0002] The image forming device is usually provided with an identification contact for reading the information stored in the chip (storage medium) and thus identifying the developer box information. In order to ensure that the identification contact is in stable contact with the electrical contact surface of the chip, the identification contact is usually arranged in a recess in the image forming device, so that the chip is limited by the side wall of the recess after entering the recess, thereby ensuring that the electrical contact surface of the chip remains stable during the contact with the identification contact to avoid poor contact. However, in order to adapt to such an image forming device, it is necessary to provide a slide rail on the developer box to enable the chip holder to slide relative to the box body, otherwise the chip cannot enter the recess where the identification contact is located, resulting in the electrical contact surface of the chip being unable to make electrical contact with the identification contact and the developer box being unable to be identified by the image forming device. In some embodiments, the developing box 1 may also only have a box limit part 130 at the first end 11 or a box limit part 130 at the second end 12.
[0195] The urging assembly is used to receive the force of the drum urging member of the drum assembly 5 to make the developing roller 131 contact with the photosensitive drum.
[0196] During assembly, the box stopper 130 of the developing box 1 is inserted into the drum stopper 511 of the drum assembly 5, and the drum pushing member of the drum assembly 5 abuts against the pushing member, and the drum pushing member applies a force toward the photosensitive drum to the pushing member in the second direction, so that the developing box 1 drives the developing roller 131 to move toward the photosensitive drum, so that the developing roller 131 contacts the photosensitive drum. Since the box stopper 130 of the developing box 1 is inserted into the drum stopper 511, the developing box 1 is prevented from moving too much when moving toward the photosensitive drum, so that the developing roller 131 is prevented from being out of contact with the photosensitive drum, that is, the movement of the developing box 1 in the up and down direction and / or forward direction is limited.
[0197] When the developing cartridge 1 is installed in the drum assembly 5, the developing cartridge 1 and the drum assembly 5 form a process cartridge, the first end 11 of the developing cartridge is opposite to the first side wall 51 of the drum assembly, the second end 12 is opposite to the second side wall 52, and the third end 13 is opposite to the photosensitive drum. When the process cartridge is installed in the installation cavity of the image forming device, the first end 11 and the first side wall 51 are opposite to the first wall 91, and the second end 12 and the second side wall 52 are opposite to the second wall.
[0198] See also Figure 2 and Figure 7The developing box 1 further includes an identification component, which is used to be electrically connected to the second identification contact 916 so that the developing box 1 is identified by the image forming device. The bracket 112, the storage medium 113, and the electrical contact surface 1131 are fixed relative to the box body 10 and are arranged at the first end 11 of the box body 10. Specifically, the bracket 112 is formed by a rightward protrusion integrally formed with the protective cover 111, and the bracket 112 is provided with a mounting recess, which is formed by being recessed from top to bottom. The storage medium 113 is fixedly mounted in the mounting recess by gluing, snapping, etc., and the electrical contact surface 1131 is fixedly arranged on the upper surface of the storage medium 113. Preferably, after installation, the storage medium 113 is flush with the bracket 112 to prevent the storage medium 113 from being interfered and falling off. The bracket 112 is integrally formed with the protective cover 111, which reduces the number of parts and components, and does not require assembly, which can save costs. The bracket 112 can also be installed and fixed to the protective cover 111, integrally formed with the box body 10, and installed and fixed to the box body 10. The bracket 112 can also be installed and fixed to the protective cover 111 or the box body in a detachable manner, which is convenient for disassembling the bracket 112 for maintenance or replacement. Compared with the method in which the bracket 112 is directly arranged on the box body 10, the bracket 112 is arranged on the protective cover 111, and there is no need to set a avoidance position for the protective cover 111 so that the bracket 112 can extend from the box body 10 to one side of the protective cover 111, thereby simplifying the structure of the developing box 1. In some embodiments, the identification component can also be provided with only the electrical contact surface 1131 and the storage medium 113. In some embodiments, the storage medium 113 can also be arranged at other positions of the box body 10, such as near the handle 141, and the electrical contact surface 1131 is arranged at the first end of the box body 10. The electrical contact surface 1131 is connected to the storage medium through a wire, and the electrical connection between the identification contact and the storage medium 113 can still be achieved. The electrical contact surface 1131 of this embodiment is a plane, so that the electrical contact surface 1131 can be fitted with the second identification contact 916. When the developing box 1 is installed in the image forming device, the electrical contact surface 1131 extends along the first direction and the second direction, and the electrical contact surface 1131 intersects with the third direction. The electrical contact surface 1131 of some embodiments can also be an arc surface. The number of electrical contact surfaces 1131 corresponds to the number of second identification contacts 916, and can be set to one or more, preferably three. In this embodiment, the identification component and the driving portion 21 are arranged on the same side of the developing box. In some embodiments, the driving portion 21 is arranged at the first end of the developing box, and the identification component is arranged at the second end 12 of the developing box, that is, the identification component and the driving portion 21 are on different sides. In this embodiment, the identification component and the conductive member 30 are on different sides. In some embodiments, the identification component and the conductive member 30 can also be on the same side, for example, the identification component and the conductive member 30 are both located at the first end 11 or the second end 12.
[0199] Since the second identification contact 916 is located in front of the second upper guide portion 914 and the lower end of the second upper guide portion 914 is lower than the lower end of the second identification contact 916, when the developer box is loaded into the image forming device from back to front, the identification component needs to at least partially pass over the second upper guide portion 914 before the electrical contact surface 1131 can contact and electrically connect with the second identification contact 916.
[0200] The developing box 1 further comprises a lifting assembly, which is used to lift the developing box 1 so that the electrical contact surface 1131 of the identification assembly is electrically connected to the identification contact of the image forming device. Figure 2 and Figure 3 In this embodiment, the lifting assembly 11a is disposed at the first end 11 of the box body 10 in the left-right direction. The lifting assembly 11a is closer to the fourth end 14 than the developing roller 131 , and the lifting assembly 11a is relatively fixed to the box body 10 .
[0201] See also Figure 8 and Fig. 9When the processing box formed by the developer box 1 and the drum assembly 5 is loaded into the image forming device from the back to the front, the bracket 112, the electrical contact surface 1131, and the storage medium 113 of the developer box 1 are located in the interval space between the upper guide rail 91 and the lower guide rail 92, and the lifting component 11a moves forward and upward relative to the second identification contact 916 along the second lower guide slope 9221 of the second lower guide portion 922 of the lower guide rail 92. Since the lifting component 11a is fixedly arranged on the box body 10, the lifting component 11a drives the developer box 1 as a whole to move forward and upward relative to the second identification contact 916 through the box body 10, that is, the identification component also moves forward and upward relative to the second identification contact 916, and then the bracket 112, the storage medium 113 and the electrical contact surface 1131 pass over the second upper guide portion 916 and enter the second recess 915, so that the electrical contact surface 1131 contacts and is electrically connected with the second identification contact 916. During the process of the lifting assembly driving the developer box 1 to move forward and upward, since the box stopper 130 of the third end 13 of the developer box 1 is stopped by the drum stopper 511 of the drum assembly 5, the lifting assembly 11a drives the fourth end 14 of the developer box 1 to swing forward and upward relative to the drum assembly 5 with the box stopper 130 of the third end 13 as the axis, and the identification assembly swings forward and upward together with the developer box 1, so that the electrical contact surface 1131 enters the second recess 915 and contacts and electrically connects with the second identification contact 916, and the image forming device can read the information of the storage medium 113. During the installation process, when the bracket 112 and the electrical contact surface 1131 pass over the second upper guide portion 914, the identification assembly does not contact the second upper guide portion 914, so that the identification assembly passes over the second upper guide portion 914 smoothly to avoid damage to the electrical contact surface 1131 and the storage medium 113. In addition, it is also convenient for the smooth installation of the developer box 1, and the user experience is good. It is understandable that the identification component of this embodiment may also have a slight contact with the second upper guide portion 914 when passing over the second upper guide portion 914. Preferably, after the bracket 112 and the electrical contact surface 1131 pass over the second upper guide portion 914, the lifting component 11a moves forward and upward along the second lower guide portion 922 relative to the second identification contact 916. Since the spacing between the first upper guide portion 911 and the lower guide rail 92 is larger than the spacing between the second upper guide portion 914 and the lower guide rail 92, the identification component can pass over the first upper guide portion 911 smoothly without contacting the first upper guide portion 914.
[0202] When the process cartridge is taken out of the image forming apparatus, the lifting assembly 11a moves backward and downward along the second lower guide slope 9221 of the second lower guide portion 922, and the identification assembly can pass over the second upper guide portion 914, thereby taking out the process cartridge from front to back.
[0203] After the lifting assembly 11a moves to the front end of the second lower guide slope 9221, it reaches the upper part of the second lower guide portion 922 and stays in the upper part of the second lower guide portion 922 to prevent the lifting assembly 11a from moving again, thereby ensuring the stable contact between the electrical contact surface 1131 and the second identification contact 916. The upper part of the second lower guide portion 922 can be a plane or a curved surface. At the same time, since the second identification contact 913 is retractable, during the movement of the lifting assembly 11a along the second lower guide slope 9221, the electrical contact surface 1131 can compress the identification contact pin 913 to maintain abutment and electrical connection with the identification contact pin 913.
[0204] like Figure 3 As shown in , the lifting component 11a is integrally formed with the protective cover 111, and the lifting component 11a protrudes rightward from the right end surface of the protective cover 111. The lifting component 11a is located on the lower side of the electrical contact surface 1131 and the bracket 112. The projection of the lifting component 11a in the first direction partially overlaps with the projection of the stirring gear 45 in the first direction. The lifting component 11a may be arranged at the first end 11 of the box body 10 in such a way that the lifting component 11a is mounted and fixed to the protective cover 111, the lifting component 11a is integrally formed with the box body 10, and the lifting component 11a is mounted and fixed to the box body 10. It can be understood that the projection of the lifting component 11a in the first direction may not overlap with the projection of the stirring gear 45 in the first direction. The lifting component 11a may be rod-shaped or block-shaped. The lifting component 11a has an abutting surface, and the abutting surface may be as follows Figure 3 The curved surface is shown in Fig.10 The abutment slope 11ab is shown in FIG. 1 , and the front end of the abutment slope 11ab is located above the rear end. The abutment slope 11ab is used to fit with the guide slope, so that the movement of the lifting component 11a along the lower guide rail 921 is more stable. In some embodiments, the lifting component 11a can also be as shown in FIG. Fig.11 and Fig.12 As shown in the figure, it is arranged on the rear side of the electric contact surface 1131 and the bracket 112. During installation, the lifting assembly 11a cooperates with the first lower guide slope 9211 of the first lower guide portion 921, so that the developing box 1 as a whole moves forward and upward relative to the drum assembly 5 and the second identification contact 916, and the bracket 112 and the electric contact surface 1131 enter the second recess 915, and the electric contact surface 1131 contacts and is electrically connected with the second identification contact 916.
[0205] The developer box 1 disclosed in this embodiment is fixedly provided with a lifting assembly 11a and an identification assembly fixed relative to the box body 10 at the first end 11 of the box body 10, so that when the process box is installed in the image forming device, the lifting assembly 11a moves forward and upward along the second lower guide portion 922 of the lower guide rail 92, and the lifting assembly 11a drives the box body 10 to move forward and upward relative to the drum assembly 5 and the second identification contact 916 as a whole, and then the identification assembly also moves forward and upward, so that the electrical contact surface 1131 enters the second recess 915 and contacts and electrically connects with the second identification contact 916. In addition, the fixed arrangement of the bracket 112 relative to the box body 10 is simple, which reduces the number of parts and reduces costs.
[0206] Further, such as Figure 4 and Figure 5 As described in the figure, the second end 12 of the box body 10 of the developing box is also provided with a lifting assembly 11a, and the lifting assembly 11a is formed by protruding rightward from the second end 12. By providing the lifting assemblies 11a at both ends of the box body 10 in the first direction, when the process box is installed in the installation cavity, both ends of the box body 10 are supported upward by the lower guide rail of the image forming device, that is, the forces at both ends of the box body 10 are balanced, so as to prevent the box body 10 from swinging during movement.
[0207] In this embodiment, the developing box 1 and the drum assembly 5 are separate structures. In some embodiments, the developing box 1 and the drum assembly 5 can also be an integrated processing box, that is, the photosensitive drum is directly rotatably installed between the first end 11 and the second end 12 of the developing box 1, the identification component is arranged at the first end of the processing box, the first end 11 of the developing box 1 and the first side wall 51 of the drum assembly 5 are also the first end of the processing box, the second end 12 of the developing box and the second side wall 52 of the drum assembly are also the second end of the processing box, the third end 13 of the developing box is also the third end of the processing box, the fourth end 14 of the developing box is also the fourth end of the processing box, the fifth end 15 of the developing box is also the fifth end 15 of the processing box, and the sixth end 16 of the developing box is also the sixth end of the processing box. When the photosensitive drum is directly installed on the developing box, the developing roller 131 may not be exposed, and the photosensitive drum may be partially exposed to transfer the visible developing image to the rotating medium such as the transfer roller or paper.
[0208] Embodiment 2
[0209] See also Fig.13 and Fig.14, the difference between this embodiment and the first embodiment is that the lifting assembly 142 of the developer box 1 is arranged at the fourth end 14 of the developer box 1, and the lifting assembly 142 is used to receive the force of the door cover 95 and drive the developer box 1 to move upward relative to the drum assembly 5, so as to achieve the contact and electrical connection between the electrical contact surface 1131 and the second identification contact 916. The other structures of the developer box 1 are the same as those in the first embodiment and are not repeated here. It should be noted that the lifting assembly is arranged at or located at the fourth end 14 of the developer box 1, which is a special case in which the lifting assembly is closer to the fourth end 14 than the developing roller 131.
[0210] Specifically, the lifting assembly 142 is fixedly disposed at the fourth end 14 and the fifth end 15 of the box body 10, and the lifting assembly 142 protrudes backward, so that the door cover 95 can drive the developer box 1 to move upward by abutting against the lifting assembly 142 during the closing process. The lifting assembly 142 has an abutting slope 1421, and the upper end of the abutting slope 1421 is further backward than the lower end. The abutting slope 1421 is an inclined plane or curved surface. During the process of installing the processing box into the image forming device, the identification assembly passes over the second upper guide portion 914. After the processing box is installed in the image forming device and before the door cover 95 is closed, the electrical contact surface 1131 is located below the second recess 915, and the electrical contact surface 1131 is not in contact with the second identification contact 916 of the second recess 915. During the process of closing the door cover 95, the door cover 95 abuts against the abutting inclined surface 1421, so that the abutting inclined surface 1421 is subjected to an upward force component, and the developing cartridge 1 swings upward around the cartridge stopper 130, so that the electrical contact surface 1131 moves upward and contacts and electrically connects with the second identification contact 913. Preferably, during the process of installing the process cartridge into the image forming device, the electrical contact surface 1131 is located below the second upper guide portion 914 and does not contact the second upper guide portion 914, and the electrical contact surface 1131 can smoothly pass over the second upper guide portion 914.
[0211] The lifting assembly 142 can be set to one or more. There are two lifting assemblies 142, one lifting assembly 142 is located at the first end 11 of the box body 10, and the other lifting assembly 142 is located at the second end 12 of the box body 10, so that the force on the developer box 1 is more balanced. The lifting assembly 142 can be elastic, so that when the door cover 95 abuts against the lifting assembly 142, the lifting assembly 142 can be deformed to prevent the door cover 95 from failing to close the installation cavity. The lifting assembly 142 of this embodiment is directly set on the box body 10. In some embodiments, the lifting assembly 142 can also be set on the protective cover 111 of the first end 11, as long as the lifting assembly 142 can receive the force of the door cover 95. The lifting assembly 142 is preferably integrally formed with the box body 10 or the protective cover 111. The lifting assembly 142 can also be installed and fixed to the box body 10 or the protective cover 111. Preferably, when the electrical contact surface 1131 is provided on the protective cover 111, the lifting assembly 142 is also provided on the protective cover 111, so that the protective cover 111 can move upward a sufficient distance due to the lifting assembly 142 receiving the force of the door cover 95, thereby ensuring that the electrical contact surface 1131 can be in electrical contact with the second identification contact 916. The lifting assembly of this embodiment is located at the fifth end 15 in the third direction, and in some embodiments, the lifting assembly 142 can also be located at the sixth end 16 in the third direction, as long as the lifting assembly 142 can receive the force of the door cover 95.
[0212] Variation of Embodiment 2: Please refer to Fig.15 and Fig.16The lifting assembly of this variant realizes the contact and electrical connection between the electrical contact surface 1131 and the second identification contact 916 in the same manner as in the second embodiment, and will not be described in detail here. The difference of this variant is that the structure of the lifting assembly is different. The lifting assembly includes a retaining member 66, a reset elastic member 67 and a lifting member 68. The retaining member 66 is arranged on the box body 10. The retaining member 66 is used to install the reset elastic member 67 and the lifting member 68. The reset elastic member 67 abuts between the retaining member 66 and the lifting member 68. The lifting member 68 is movably connected to the retaining member 66. The lifting member 68 is used to abut against the door cover 95. Specifically, the retaining member 66 is arranged on the protective cover 111 at the first end and is located at the fourth end 14 and the fifth end 15. The interior of the retaining member 66 is hollow and can accommodate the reset elastic member 67 and the lifting member 68. The retaining member 66 is provided with a limiting hole, and the lifting member 68 has a pawl 681. The lifting member 68 is mounted on the retaining member 66 through the pawl 681 and the limiting hole, and can prevent the lifting member 68 from being separated from the retaining member 67. The lifting member 68 can move forward and upward relative to the retaining member 66. The reset elastic member 67 is installed between the retaining member 66 and the lifting member 68, and the reset elastic member 67 can be retracted along the movement direction of the lifting member 68. The upper end of the abutting inclined surface 682 of the lifting member 68 is further back than the lower end. The retaining member 66 can be formed integrally with the protective cover 111 or installed on the protective cover 111. The retaining member 66 can also be directly formed integrally with the box body 10 or directly installed on the box body 11. The lifting assembly of this modified example is arranged on the protective cover 111. Of course, the lifting assembly can also be directly arranged on the box body 10.
[0213] The door cover 95 is provided with a protrusion 951 extending toward the installation cavity. When the door cover 95 is rotated to close, the protrusion 951 abuts against the lifting member 68 and provides a forward and upward force to the lifting member 68, so that the lifting member 68 moves forward and upward relative to the retaining member 66, and then the box body 10 and the identification component also move forward and upward. When the lifting member 68 moves forward and upward, it compresses the reset elastic member 67, and the reset elastic member 67 undergoes elastic deformation, so that the size of the lifting assembly can be reduced to prevent the door cover 95 from failing to close the installation cavity. When the door cover is opened, the elastic force of the reset elastic member 67 resets the lifting member 68.
[0214] Embodiment 2 and its variations arrange the lifting assembly at the fourth end 14 of the developing box so that when the door cover 95 is closed, the door cover 95 lifts the developing box 1 upward, thereby achieving electrical contact between the electrical contact surface 1131 and the second identification contact 916, and the method of achieving electrical contact is simple.
[0215] Embodiment 3
[0216] See also Fig.17The difference between this embodiment and the first embodiment is that the lifting assembly 123 is disposed at the second end 12, and the lifting assembly 123 receives the force of the door cover 95 to move the developing box 1 relative to the drum assembly 5 toward the first end 11, thereby achieving electrical contact between the electrical contact surface 1131 and the second identification contact 916. Specifically, the lifting assembly 123 is fixed to the second end 12 of the box body 10, and the lifting assembly 123 has an abutting inclined surface 1231, and the front end of the abutting inclined surface 1231 is farther away from the first end 11 than the rear end. The door cover 95 has a push portion in contact with the lifting assembly 123. When the door cover 95 is closed, the push portion abuts against the abutting inclined surface 1231, so that the abutting inclined surface 1231 is subjected to a force component toward the first end 11, and the abutting inclined surface 1231 drives the developing box 1 as a whole to move toward the first end 11 relative to the drum assembly 5, and the bracket 112 and the electrical contact surface 1131 also move toward the first end 11, so that the electrical contact surface 1131 located at the first end 11 enters the second recess 915 of the image forming device and contacts and electrically connects with the second identification contact 916. The lifting assembly 123 can be integrally formed with the box body 10 or installed on the box body 10. It is also possible to set a protective cover at the second end 12 of the box body 10, and set the lifting assembly at the second end 12 of the box body 10 through the protective cover of the second end 12. The lifting assembly 123 of this embodiment is located at the fifth end 15 in the third direction, and in some embodiments, the lifting assembly 123 can also be located at the sixth end 16 or the middle position of the third direction.
[0217] Embodiment 4
[0218] See also Fig.18 The difference between this embodiment and the first embodiment is that the lifting assembly 61 is arranged at the fourth end 14 of the box body 10, and the lifting assembly 61 is used to cooperate with the bottom wall of the installation cavity, so that the developer box 1 moves upward relative to the drum assembly 5, thereby realizing the electrical contact between the electrical contact surface 1131 and the second identification contact 916. Specifically, the lifting assembly 61 is fixed to the fourth end 14 and the sixth end 16 of the box body 10, and the lifting assembly 61 is a columnar body. The lifting assembly 61 extends backward and downward, that is, extends in a direction away from the box body 10. In the process of installing the processing cartridge from the back to the front to the image forming device, the lifting assembly 61 and the second identification contact 916 are connected. Fig.37 The lifting assembly 61 contacts the bottom wall 95a of the mounting cavity in the drum assembly 5, and the bottom wall 95a is a slope. Under the action of the slope, the lifting assembly 61 is subjected to an upward force so that the developer cartridge 1 moves upward relative to the drum assembly 5 and the identification assembly passes over the second upper guide portion 914, so that the storage medium 113 is in electrical contact with the second identification contact 916. The lifting assembly 61 is arranged at the sixth end 16 in the third direction, which can reduce the structure of the lifting assembly 16 and save costs. The lifting assembly 61 can also extend backward and downward from the fifth end 15. The lifting assembly 61 can also be rod-shaped or block-shaped.
[0219] Embodiment 5
[0220] See also Fig.19 - Fig.21 The difference between this embodiment and the first embodiment is that the lifting assembly is arranged at the fourth end 14 of the box body 10, and the lifting assembly includes a lifting elastic member 33, and the lifting elastic member 33 can be elastically deformed, and the lifting assembly is used to lift the developing box 1 upward. During the installation process, when the identification assembly moves to the second upper guide portion 914, the bracket 112, the storage medium 113 or the electrical contact surface 1131 abuts against the second upper guide portion 914 and is subjected to the downward force of the second upper guide portion 914, and the identification assembly transmits the downward force to the lifting elastic member 33 through the box body 10, so that the lifting elastic member 33 is compressed in the third direction, that is, elastically deformed, and the developing box 1 as a whole moves downward relative to the drum assembly, and the identification assembly also moves downward and crosses the second upper guide portion 914. Under the rebound force of the lifting elastic member 33, the developing box 1 as a whole moves upward relative to the drum assembly 5, and the electrical contact surface 1131 enters the second recess 915 and electrically contacts the second identification contact 916.
[0221] Specifically, the lifting assembly is arranged at the fourth end 14 of the box body 10, and the lifting assembly includes a lifting elastic member 33, an abutment member 32 and a first mounting member 31. The abutment member 32 is used to abut with the drum assembly 5 or the mounting cavity. The abutment member 32 and the first mounting member 31 are movably connected. The lifting elastic member 33 abuts between the first mounting member 31 and the abutment member 32. The lifting elastic member 33 can undergo elastic deformation and can extend and retract in the up and down directions.
[0222] In this embodiment, the lifting elastic member 33 is selected as a spring, and the spring includes a compression spring, and the spring has good elasticity. In other embodiments, the lifting elastic member 33 can be other elastic materials or elastic structures, such as elastic materials such as plastic that can undergo elastic deformation. The first mounting member 31 protrudes downward from the box body 10, and the interior of the first mounting member 31 is hollow to accommodate the lifting elastic member 33 and the abutment member 32. The side wall of the first mounting member 31 is provided with a first slide groove 311, and the first slide groove 311 extends upward. The side wall of the abutment member 32 has a protrusion 321, and the protrusion 321 is inserted into the first slide groove 311 so that the abutment member 32 is installed on the first mounting member 31 and can move upward relative to the first mounting member 31. When the abutment member 32 moves upward relative to the first mounting member 31, the lifting elastic member 33 is compressed. The lower end of the abutment member 32 is provided with an abutment portion 322, and the abutment portion 322 is used to abut against the drum assembly 5 or the mounting cavity. When the developing cartridge is installed in the drum assembly, the abutting portion 322 of the abutting member 32 abuts against the third wall 53 of the drum assembly, so that there is a gap between the sixth end 15 of the developing cartridge and the third wall 53 of the drum assembly in the third direction, so that when a downward force is applied to the developing cartridge 1, the developing cartridge can move downward relative to the drum assembly 5 by compressing the lifting elastic member. The front end of the abutting portion 322 is higher than the rear end.
[0223] During the process of installing the processing box into the installation cavity, the bracket 112, the storage medium 113 or the electrical contact surface 1131 abuts against the second upper guide portion 914 and is subjected to a downward force, so that the developing box is subjected to a downward force, the first mounting member 31 compresses the lifting elastic member 33, the developing box 1 as a whole moves downward relative to the drum assembly 5, the identification assembly also moves downward and crosses the second upper guide portion 914, and under the rebound force of the lifting elastic member 33, the developing box 1 as a whole moves upward relative to the drum assembly 1, and the electrical contact surface 1131 enters the second recess 915 and electrically contacts the second identification contact 916.
[0224] The lifting assembly of this embodiment is arranged at the sixth end 16 in the third direction, which can reduce the distance from the lifting assembly to the third wall 53, reduce the structure of the lifting assembly, and save costs. The lifting assembly can also be located at the fifth end 15 in the third direction, and the lifting assembly extends downward from the fifth end 15. The first mounting member 31, the abutment member 32 and the lifting elastic member 33 extend downward and backward, so that when the developer box 1 is installed in the drum assembly 5, it is subjected to the forward and upward force of the lifting assembly, and then in the process of installing the processing box to the installation cavity, it is convenient for the identification assembly to move forward and upward after passing the second upper guide portion and to make electrical contact with the second identification contact. The lifting elastic member can be directly arranged on the box body 10 or can be arranged on the box body 10 through the protective cover 111. The first mounting member 31 can be recessed inward on the box body 10 without protruding from the box body 10. The first mounting member 31 can be integrally formed with the box body 10, or fixedly installed on the box body 10, or arranged on the box body 10 through the protective cover 111. In this embodiment, the first chute 311 is located on the left and right walls of the first mounting member, and the first chute 311 is a through hole in the left and right directions. In some embodiments, the first chute 311 can also be a blind hole. In some embodiments, the first chute 311 can also be arranged on the front wall and the rear wall of the first mounting member. The protrusion 321 and the first chute 311 can be set to one or more, and the protrusion 321 and the first chute 311 are both set to two, so that the movement of the abutment 32 is more stable. The positions of the protrusion 321 and the first chute 311 are interchangeable. In some embodiments, the interior of the abutment 32 can also be hollow so that the first mounting member 31 and the lifting elastic member 33 can be installed in the abutment 32. In some embodiments, the lifting assembly can also be provided with only the first mounting member 31 and the lifting elastic member 33 without the abutment 32. At this time, the lower end of the lifting elastic member, that is, the end away from the first mounting member 31, is used to abut with the drum assembly 5 or the mounting cavity, and the developer box 1 can also be lifted upward. In this embodiment, the abutment member 32 is provided to provide good protection for the lifting elastic member 33. The lifting elastic member 33 is not easily deformed, and the lifting assembly abuts against the drum assembly 5 or the mounting cavity for a better effect. The lifting assembly can be provided as one or more groups, preferably two groups, one group is provided at the first end 11 of the developing box, and the other group is provided at the second end 12 of the developing box, so that the developing box is balanced in the left and right directions.
[0225] When taking out the processing box, the identification component abuts against the second upper guide portion 914 and is subjected to the downward force of the second upper guide portion. The identification component transmits the downward force to the lifting assembly through the box body 10, so that the lifting assembly is compressed, that is, elastically deformed. The developing box 1 as a whole moves downward relative to the drum assembly 5, and the identification assembly also moves downward and passes the second upper guide portion, thereby taking out the processing box.
[0226] The lifting assembly of this embodiment is provided with a lifting elastic member that can undergo elastic deformation, so that the storage medium 113 on the developer box 1 can avoid the second upper guide part 914 when it abuts against the second upper guide part 914. On the one hand, the developer box 1 can be smoothly installed in place and the storage medium 113 can be in electrical contact with the second identification contact 916. On the other hand, the storage medium 113 is prevented from being unable to move forward due to abutting against the second upper guide part 914, thereby avoiding damage.
[0227] In order to facilitate the identification component to smoothly pass over the second upper guide portion 914 when it abuts against the second upper guide portion 914, as shown in FIG. Figure 7 As shown in , the front end of the bracket 112 has a first guiding slope 1121 and the rear end has a second guiding slope 1122. The front end of the first guiding slope 1121 is lower than the rear end, and the rear end of the second guiding slope 1122 is lower than the front end. The first guiding slope 1121 is used to guide the bracket 112 to move downward when it abuts against the second upper guide portion 914, so that the identification component passes over the second upper guide portion 914 and then into the second recess 915 to prevent the identification component from being damaged by collision. The second guiding slope 1122 is used to guide the bracket 112 to move downward relative to the second upper guide portion 914, so that the identification component passes over the second upper guide portion and can remove the processing box. The first guiding slope 1121 can also be set at the front end of the electrical contact surface 1131 or the storage medium 113, and the second guiding slope 1122 can also be set at the rear end of the electrical contact surface 1131 or the storage medium 113.
[0228] Furthermore, the developer box 1 is also provided with an upper limit member 34 and a lower limit member 35. The upper limit member 34 is used to prevent the developer box 1 from moving upward excessively, and the lower limit member 35 is used to abut against the lower guide rail 92 to prevent the developer box 1 from moving downward excessively. The upper limit member 34 and the lower limit member 35 are located at the first end 11 and extend in the first direction away from the first end 11. Specifically, the upper limit member 34 and the lower limit member 35 can be provided on the protective cover 111, or directly provided on the box body 10. The upper limit member 34 and the lower limit member 35 can be integrally formed with the protective cover 111 or the box body 10, or can be fixedly installed on the protective cover 111 or the box body 10. In the third direction, the upper limit member 34 is located above the lower limit member 35.
[0229] In the process of the identification component moving downward over the second upper guide portion 914 and entering the second recess 915, the rebound force of the lifting elastic member 33 may not be able to move the identification component upward a sufficient distance, resulting in the electrical contact surface 1131 being unable to make electrical contact with the second identification contact 916. In this embodiment, a lower limit member 35 is provided. After the identification component enters the second recess 915, the lower limit member 35 moves forward and upward along the second lower guide portion 922, so that the developing box moves upward at the same time under the action of the lifting elastic member 33, so that the electrical contact surface 1131 can move upward a sufficient distance and make contact with the second identification contact 916. After the developing box 1 works in the image forming device, as the developer in the box body 10 is continuously consumed, the weight of the developing box 1 will gradually decrease, and the developing box 1 may move upward and shake under the action of the lifting assembly, causing the developing box 1 to work unstably. In this embodiment, the upper limit member 34 is used. After the storage medium 113 contacts the second identification contact 916, the upper limit member 34 abuts against the second upper guide portion 914 to prevent the developing box 1 from moving upward and shaking under the action of the lifting assembly, causing unstable electrical contact, so that the developing box 1 can work stably under the action of the upper limit member 34 and the lower limit member 35. It can be understood that the upper limit member and the lower limit member can also be set at the second end 12 of the box body 10.
[0230] For variation 1 of the upper and lower limiters, please refer to Fig. 22 The difference of this modification is that the upper limit member 65 and the lower limit member 66 contact the guide rail of the image forming device at different positions, and the other settings are the same. In the second direction, the upper limit member 65 and the lower limit member 66 are closer to the fourth end 14 than the third end 13. The lower limit member 66 moves forward and upward along the first lower guide portion 921 after the identification component enters the second recess 915. After the storage medium 113 contacts the second identification contact 916, the upper limit member 65 abuts against the first upper guide portion 911.
[0231] For the second modification of the upper and lower limit members, please refer to Fig.23 - Fig.25 The difference of this modification is that the lower stopper is retractable relative to the box body 10. During the installation of the process cartridge, the storage medium 113 interferes with the second upper guide portion 914 and moves downward, and the developer cartridge 1 moves downward relative to the drum assembly 5 as a whole under the action of the lifting assembly to avoid the second upper guide portion 914. During the downward movement of the developer cartridge 1 relative to the drum assembly 5, the lower stopper abuts against the first side wall 51 of the drum assembly 5, so that the lower stopper retracts relative to the box body 10.
[0232] Specifically, the lower limit member is disposed at the first end 11 of the developing box 1, and the lower limit member includes a lower limit portion 36, a limit mounting portion 37, and a limit elastic member 38. The lower limit portion 36 and the limit mounting portion 37 are movably connected, and the lower limit portion 36 can be extended and retracted relative to the limit mounting portion 37 along a first direction, and the limit elastic member 38 abuts between the lower limit portion 36 and the limit mounting portion 38. A guide surface 361 is provided below the lower limit portion 36, and the guide surface 361 is a plane or an arc surface, and the guide surface 361 extends in the first direction away from the second end 12, and at the same time extends upward in the third direction. The side wall of the lower limit portion 36 has a first anti-separation portion 362. The position-limiting mounting portion 37 is located at the first end 11 and protrudes outward relative to the side wall of the box body 10 along the first direction. The position-limiting mounting portion 37 is hollow to accommodate the lower position-limiting portion 36 and the position-limiting elastic member 28. The position-limiting mounting portion 37 has a first anti-detachment opening 371. The first anti-detachment portion 362 cooperates with the anti-drop-off opening 371 to prevent the lower position-limiting portion 36 from detaching from the position-limiting mounting portion 37 when it moves relative to the position-limiting mounting portion 37. The position-limiting elastic member 38 is installed in the hollow portion of the position-limiting mounting portion 37 and abuts between the lower position-limiting portion 36 and the position-limiting mounting portion 37. The position-limiting elastic member 38 can be compressed and stretched in the first direction. The position-limiting elastic member 38 is preferably a compression spring, and in some embodiments, it can also be other elastic components or elastic materials. The position-limiting mounting portion 37 may be directly disposed on the box body 10 or on the protective cover 111. The position-limiting mounting portion 37 may be integrally formed with the box body 10 or the protective cover 111, or may be installed and fixed to the box body 10 or the protective cover 111. In some embodiments, a hole may be opened inside the lower position-limiting portion 37 for the position-limiting elastic member 38 and the position-limiting mounting portion 37 to be installed. The positions of the first anti-detachment opening 371 and the anti-dropping portion 362 are interchangeable. The first anti-detachment opening may be a through hole or a blind hole. In some embodiments, the lifting assembly is integrally formed with the box body or the protective cover and may undergo elastic deformation, so as to realize lifting the developing box 1 upward.
[0233] When the developing cartridge 1 is mounted to the drum assembly 5 and both are not mounted in the image forming apparatus, the lower limiting portion 36 contacts and is supported by the first side wall 51 of the drum assembly 5 , and the limiting elastic member 38 is in an extended state.
[0234] During the process of installing the process cartridge into the image forming device and the downward movement of the developer cartridge 1 relative to the drum assembly 5, the guide surface 361 of the lower limit portion 36 abuts against the first side wall 51 of the drum assembly 5, and the lower limit portion 36 retracts relative to the first end 11 and compresses the limit elastic member 38. As the developer cartridge 1 and the drum assembly 5 continue to be installed, the storage medium 113 passes over the second upper guide portion 914, and the developer cartridge 1 moves upward relative to the drum assembly 5 under the action of the lifting assembly, and the lower limit portion 36 extends relative to the first end 11 under the action of the limit elastic member 38, and the guide surface 361 of the lower limit portion 36 abuts against the first side wall 51 at different positions along its extension direction, further causing the developer cartridge 1 to move upward relative to the drum assembly 5. When the storage medium 113 contacts the second identification contact 916, the upper limit member 34 abuts against the upper guide rail 91 to prevent the developer cartridge 1 from moving upward excessively, and the lower limit portion 36 is supported by the first side wall 51 to limit the downward movement of the developer cartridge 1, thereby preventing the developer cartridge 1 from being unstable during operation in the image forming device. The lower limit portion 36 is retractable relative to the box body 10, which also facilitates taking the developer cartridge 1 out of the image forming device.
[0235] In this embodiment, the lower stopper is closer to the fourth end 14 relative to the upper stopper 34, so that when the developer box 1 is abutted by the second upper guide 914, it is easier to overcome the elastic force of the stopper elastic member 38 to move downward relative to the drum assembly 5. In some embodiments, the lower stopper may also be closer to the third end 13 relative to the upper stopper 34. In some embodiments, the lower stopper 36 may be supported by the lower guide rail 92 of the image forming device and the guide surface 361 is abutted by the lower guide rail 92 during the downward movement of the developer box 1. Specifically, the lower stopper 36 may be abutted by the first lower guide 921 or the second lower guide 922 and retracted. The second end 12 of the box body 10 may also be provided with a lower stopper 36 that is retractable relative to the second end 12 of the box body 10. In some embodiments, the upper stopper 34 may also be retractable relative to the box body 10.
[0236] Variation 1 of Embodiment 5:
[0237] See also Fig.26 - Fig.28 The present application also provides another developing box. The shape and size of the developing box of this variant are different from those of the developing box of the first embodiment, but the developing box of this variant is also provided with the box body 10, developing roller 131, powder feeding roller, stirring roller, powder discharge knife 134, transmission assembly, power supply assembly, box limiter 130, forced push assembly and identification assembly in the first embodiment. The arrangement and functions of these components are the same as those in the first embodiment, and will not be repeated here. It should be noted that developing boxes of different shapes and sizes do not limit the contents disclosed in different embodiments and their variants of the present application.
[0238] The second end 12 of the developer cartridge 1 provided in this modified example is further provided with a detection member 122 and another protective cover 121. The detected member 122 is used to be detected by the image forming device so that the image forming device can identify the developer cartridge 1, and the protective cover 121 of the second end 12 is detachably mounted on the cartridge body 10, and the protective cover 121 of the second end 12 at least covers a portion of the detected member 122, and the protective cover 121 of the second end 12 protects the detected member 122.
[0239] The difference of the lifting assembly of this variant is the handle 141 provided at the fourth end 14 of the box body 10, and the specific structure of the lifting assembly is different. The principle of realizing electrical contact between the identification assembly and the second upper guide portion 916 in this variant is the same as that of the lifting assembly in Example 5, and will not be repeated. The specific structure of the lifting assembly of this embodiment and the specific structure of the lifting assembly in Example 5 are interchangeable, and can also achieve the same effect. The lifting assembly of this embodiment includes a first mounting member 61e, a lifting elastic member 63e and an abutment member 62e. The upper portion of the first mounting member 61e is fixedly connected to the handle 141, the abutment member 62e is movably connected to the first mounting member 61e, the lifting elastic member 63e abuts between the first mounting member 61e and the abutment member 62e, and the abutment member 62e is used to abut against the third side wall 53 of the drum assembly 5 or the bottom wall 95a of the mounting cavity. Specifically, the upper part of the abutment member 62e is formed with a protrusion, which can be a buckle 622e. The lower part of the first mounting member 61e is provided with a hole and a first slide groove 612e is formed on the hole wall. The abutment member 62e is inserted into the first mounting member 61e, and the buckle 622e cooperates with the first slide groove 612, so that the abutment member 62e can slide relative to the first mounting member 61e and be limited by the first mounting member 61e. The abutment member 62e can move in the up and down directions.
[0240] Since the handle 141 is further back than other positions of the fourth end 14 of the box body 10, and the front end of the developer box 1 is limited by the cooperation between the box limiting portion 130 and the positioning groove 511, the developer box 1 forms a lever structure with the box limiting portion 130 as the fulcrum, and the line connecting the external force to the box limiting portion 130 is the force arm L4 of the external force. Since the lifting assembly is arranged on the handle 141 in this embodiment, the elastic force of the lifting elastic member 63e acts on the handle 141, that is, the handle 141 to the box limiting portion 130 is connected to the lifting elastic member 63e. The line connecting the handle 141 and the handle 141 is the force arm L5 of the external force, that is, L4=L5 only when the external force acts on the handle 141. Since the handle 141 is the structure on the developer box 1 that is farthest from the box limit portion 130, that is, the fulcrum, when the external force acts on the developer box 1 except the handle 141, L4<L5, that is, it is more difficult for the external force to overcome the elastic force of the lifting elastic member 63e, that is, under the premise of stably supporting the developer box 1, the elastic modulus requirement of the lifting elastic member 63e is reduced, thereby reducing the cost. In addition, compared with being arranged at the first end 11 or the second end 12, the lifting assembly is arranged at the handle 141, and the lifting assembly supports the developer box 1 more stably, and the developer box 1 is not easy to tilt at both ends of the first direction.
[0241] Furthermore, during the operation of the developing cartridge 1, when the power receiving member 21 receives the torque output by the image forming device and operates, part of the torque is transmitted to the cartridge body 10, causing the cartridge body 10 to shake, resulting in unstable contact between the electrical contact surface 1131 and the second identification contact 916. To solve this problem, the fourth end 14 of the cartridge body 10 is rotatably connected to a first swing rod 64e, which is used to lock the lifting assembly to prevent the lifting assembly from moving in the up and down directions, so that the electrical contact surface 1131 is in stable contact with the second identification contact 916.
[0242] Specifically, the lifting assembly is also provided with a swing rod matching portion, which is a bayonet 611e provided on the front wall of the first mounting member 61e and the front wall of the abutting member 62e. A avoiding groove 1411 for avoiding the first swing rod 64e is provided in the middle of the handle 141 in the first direction. The first swing rod 64e is rotatably connected to the side wall of the fourth end 14 of the box body through a pivot shaft 643e. The pivot shaft 643e extends along the first direction. The upper end of the first swing rod 64e extends in a direction close to the box body 10. The upper end of the first swing rod 64e is used to receive the force of the door cover 95 to rotate in a direction close to the box body 10. The lower end of the first swing rod 64e is provided with a swing rod locking portion 642e. The swing rod locking portion 642e extends in the left-right direction. The swing rod locking portion 642e is used to cooperate with the swing rod matching portion of the lifting assembly to lock the lifting assembly to prevent the lifting assembly from moving in the up-down direction. The rocker locking portion 642e is specifically in the shape of a rod, and is used to be inserted into the bayonet 611e of the first mounting member 61e and the bayonet 611e of the abutment member 62e.
[0243] The door cover 95 of the image forming apparatus is provided with a door contact slope 961 , the front end of which is located higher than the rear end.
[0244] When the process cartridge is installed in the image forming device and the electrical contact surface 1131 is in contact with the second identification contact 916, the bayonet 611e of the first mounting member 61e and the bayonet 611e of the abutment member 62e are aligned in the front-to-back direction. At this time, as the door cover 95 is closed, the door contact slope 961 on the door cover 95 contacts the upper end of the first swing rod 64e and applies a force having a forward component force, so that the first swing rod 64e moves along the direction as shown in FIG. Fig.31b The first developing box 10 rotates counterclockwise, that is, the upper end of the first rocker arm 64e moves toward the direction close to the box body 10, and the rocker arm locking portion 642e at the lower end of the first rocker arm 64e swings backward, and the rocker arm locking portion 642e swings into the two aligned bayonet slots 611e, thereby locking the abutment member 62e and the first mounting member 61e, that is, the abutment member 62e cannot move relative to the first mounting member 61e, so that the developing box can be rigidly supported, so that the electrical contact surface 1131 and the second identification contact 916 can be in stable electrical contact.
[0245] Furthermore, a reset elastic member 65e may be provided between the first swing rod 64e and the box body, and the reset elastic member 65e is used to reset the first swing rod 64e. The reset elastic member 65e may be a tension spring, one end of the reset elastic member 65e is connected to the first swing rod 64e, and the other end is connected to the fifth end 15 of the box body, and the reset elastic member 65e is located below the pivot shaft 643e. When the door cover is closed and the first swing rod 64e rotates, the reset elastic member 65e is compressed. When the door cover 95 is opened, the upper end of the first swing rod 64e no longer receives the force of the door contact inclined surface 961 and rotates in a direction away from the box body 10 under the elastic force of the reset elastic member 65e, and the first swing rod 64e swings clockwise, and the swing rod locking portion 642e at the lower end of the first swing rod 64e is separated from the first mounting member 61e and the abutting member 62e, so that the process cartridge can be taken out from the front to the back by overcoming the elastic force of the elastic component. The resetting elastic member 65e may also be disposed below the pivot shaft 643e to also achieve a resetting effect.
[0246] Modification 2 of Embodiment 5
[0247] See also Fig.28aThe difference between this variation and the fifth embodiment is that the lifting assembly includes not only the abutment member, the lifting elastic member and the first mounting member, but also a force member, which is movably connected to the developer box, and is used to drive the abutment member to move upward to compress the lifting elastic member. In the process of installing the processing box to the image forming device, the user compresses the lifting elastic member through the force member, so that before the identification component moves from the back to the front to the second upper guide part 914, the lifting elastic member undergoes a large degree of elastic compression, which facilitates the identification component to smoothly pass over the second upper guide part 914 from below the second upper guide part 914, so that the processing box can be installed smoothly. After the processing box is installed on the image forming device, the user releases his hand, and under the rebound force of the lifting elastic member, the developer box 1 moves upward, so that the electrical contact surface 1131 is electrically connected to the second identification contact 916.
[0248] Specifically, the force-applying member includes a first pressing member 52b and an adapter. The first pressing member 52b can move in the up-down direction relative to the box body 10. The adapter is rotatably connected to the box body 10. The lifting elastic member abuts between the first mounting member and the adapter. The lifting elastic member can be extended and retracted in the up-down direction, that is, elastically deformed. When the first pressing member 52b moves downward, it drives the adapter to rotate, so that the lifting elastic member is compressed, and then the storage medium 113 and the bracket 112 can avoid the second upper guide portion 914. After the force on the first pressing member 52b is released, under the elastic force of the lifting elastic member, the developer box 1 is lifted upward relative to the drum assembly 5, so that the electrical contact surface 113 contacts the second identification contact 916.
[0249] The handle 141 is rotatably connected to the box body 10, the first pressing member 52b extends in the up-down direction, and the upper end of the first pressing member 52b is connected to the handle 141. The adapter includes a first connecting rod 53b extending in the front-to-back direction and a second connecting rod 54b extending in the left-to-right direction, the rear end 531b of the first connecting rod is connected to the lower end of the first pressing member 52b, the middle part of the first connecting rod 53b is rotatably connected to the box body 10, the front end 532b of the first connecting rod is connected to the second connecting rod 54b, the right end of the second connecting rod 54b is fixedly connected to the upper end of the abutting member 55b, the lifting elastic member extends in the up-down direction, the lifting elastic member abuts between the abutting member 55b and the box body 10, and the abutting member 55b is used to abut against the bottom wall 95a of the drum assembly or the mounting cavity.
[0250] A first mounting member is provided at a position near the sixth end 16 of the fourth end 14 of the box body 10, and the first mounting member includes a first mounting portion 51b and a second mounting portion 57b, and the first mounting portion 51b is located to the left of the second mounting portion 57b in the left-right direction and to the rear of the second mounting portion 57b in the front-back direction. The first mounting portion 51b is used to mount the first connecting rod 53b, and the first connecting rod 53b is rotatably connected to the first mounting portion 51b. The second mounting portion 57b is used to mount the second connecting rod 54b and the abutment 55b, and the second connecting rod 54b and the abutment 55b are movably connected to the second mounting portion 57b. The lifting elastic member abuts between the upper ends of the second mounting portion 57b and the abutment 55b, and the lifting elastic member is used to provide elastic force for the second mounting portion 57b and the abutment 55b. The first mounting portion 51b has a through hole in the front-to-back direction. The first connecting rod 53b is sleeved on the first mounting portion 51b and is rotatably connected to the first mounting portion 51b. The left wall of the second mounting portion 57b has a hole for the right end of the second connecting rod 54b to be inserted into and fixedly connected to the abutment member 55.
[0251] When the developing cartridge 1 is mounted on the drum assembly 5 and the user does not hold the handle 141 , the abutting piece 55 b of the first end 11 abuts against the third wall 53 and extends relative to the second mounting portion 57 b . When the user installs the developer box 1 and the drum assembly 5 to the image forming device together, the user holds the handle 141 of the developer box 1 and rotates the handle 141 downward. The handle 141 drives the first pressing member 52b to move downward, and the lower end of the first pressing member 52b drives the first connecting rod 53b to rotate. At this time, the rear end of the first connecting rod 53b moves downward, and the front end of the first connecting rod 53b moves upward. The first connecting rod 53b drives the second connecting rod 54b to move upward, and the second connecting rod 54b drives the abutment 55b to retract relative to the second mounting portion 57b and the lifting elastic member 57 is compressed, so that the storage medium 113 and the bracket 112 avoid the second upper guide portion 916 and smoothly cross the second upper guide portion, and then the processing box stops moving forward. After the user releases his hand, the abutment 55b moves downward under the action of the rebound force of the lifting elastic member and abuts against the third wall 53 of the drum assembly and lifts the developer box 1 upward, so that the electrical contact surface contacts the second upper guide portion.
[0252] The second end 12 of the box body 10 may also be provided with an abutment member 56b, a second mounting portion 58b, a transition member, and a second mounting portion 54b. Specifically, the second connecting rod 54b extends leftward to the second mounting portion 54b and is fixedly connected to the abutment member 56b. The first pressing member 52b of this embodiment is connected to the handle 141 to receive the force of the handle 141. The first pressing member 52b of some embodiments may not be connected to the handle 141, but directly receive the downward force of the user.
[0253] Embodiment 6
[0254] See also Figure 29 to Figure 31cThe difference between this embodiment and the fifth embodiment is that the lifting assembly is arranged at the first end 11 of the box body 10. During the installation process, when the identification assembly abuts against the second upper guide portion 914 and moves downward, the lifting assembly abuts against the side wall of the drum assembly 5 and is compressed, i.e., elastically deformed, so that the identification assembly passes over the second upper guide portion 914, and the electrical contact surface 1131 contacts and electrically connects with the second identification contact 916.
[0255] Specifically, the lifting assembly includes a lifting elastic member 63A, a contact member 62A and a first mounting member. The contact member 62A is used to contact the first side wall 51 of the drum assembly, the contact member 62A is movably connected to the first mounting member, the contact member 62A can move along the third direction relative to the first mounting member, the lifting elastic member 63A is contacted between the contact member 62A and the first mounting member, and the lifting elastic member 63A can be extended and retracted in the up-down direction, that is, elastic deformation can occur.
[0256] The first mounting member includes a first mounting portion 61A, which is integrally formed on the right surface of the protective cover 111 of the first end 11 of the box body 10. The first mounting portion 61A is provided with a retaining through hole penetrating along the third direction so that the abutment member 62A can penetrate the first mounting portion 61A. The abutment member 62A is provided with a deformation portion 621, so that the abutment member 62A is installed in the first mounting portion 61A by deformation. One deformation portion 621 is located at the front side of the abutment member 62A, and the other deformation portion 621 is located at the rear side of the abutment member. A buckle 622 is formed at the upper end of the deformation portion 621. The two buckles 622 are respectively engaged with the upper ends of the front wall and the rear wall of the first mounting portion 61A to prevent the abutment member 62A from detaching from the first mounting portion 61A when it moves relative to the first mounting portion 61A. The upper end of the abutment member 62A is recessed inwardly to allow one end of the lifting elastic member 63A to be inserted, and the first mounting member further includes a second mounting portion 64A, which is disposed below the bracket 112 and above the first mounting portion 61A, and the other end of the lifting elastic member 63A abuts against the second mounting portion 64A. The through hole is preferably a rectangular hole, and the abutment member 62A is preferably a hexahedron, so that the front and rear left and right sides of the abutment member 62A can be fitted with the front and rear left and right side walls of the rectangular hole to prevent the abutment member 62A from rotating relative to the first mounting portion 61A. The second mounting portion 64A can be integrally formed with the bracket 112 to reduce the setting of the structure. The second mounting portion 64A can also be formed independently of the bracket 112. The first mounting portion 61A can also be installed and fixed to the protective cover 111. In some embodiments, the lifting elastic member 63A, the abutment member 62A, the first mounting member and the bracket 112 can also be directly disposed on the box body 10 without passing through the protective cover 111.
[0257] When the developer box 1 is assembled to the drum assembly 5, the abutment 62A will abut against the upper end of the first side wall 51. When the developer box 1 is installed in the drum assembly 5, position deviation may occur. If the first side wall 51 is too thin, the abutment 62A and the first side wall 51 may not be aligned in the vertical direction and cannot abut. By providing a downwardly open slot at the lower end of the abutment 62A, the first side wall 51 can be inserted into the slot of the abutment 62A when the developer box 1 is assembled to the drum assembly 5, so that the abutment 62A can abut against the first side wall 51.
[0258] During the installation of the processing box, when the bracket 112 or the storage medium 113 or the electrical contact surface 1131 abuts against the second upper guide portion 914, the second upper guide portion 914 exerts a downward force on the identification component. Since the abutment member 62A abuts against the first side wall 51, the lifting elastic member 63A is compressed, so that the developing box 1 swings clockwise around the box limit portion 130 relative to the drum assembly 5 along the A2 direction by a certain angle, and the identification component moves downward by a certain distance relative to the drum assembly 5 and the second upper guide portion 914, thereby avoiding the second upper guide portion 914 to prevent the installation process of the developing box from being obstructed or the identification component from being damaged by collision. After the bracket 112, the storage medium 113, and the electrical contact surface 1131 pass over the second upper guide portion 914, under the elastic force of the lifting elastic member 63A, the developer box swings counterclockwise around the box limit portion 130 along the A1 direction by a certain angle, so that the bracket 112, the storage medium 113, and the electrical contact surface 1131 move upward by a certain distance, so that the electrical contact surface 1131 is in electrical contact with the second identification contact 916. The abutment member 62A of this embodiment can also abut against the lower guide rail 92, and can also achieve the effect of achieving electrical contact between the electrical contact surface 1131 and the second identification contact. The principle is the same and will not be repeated. When the process box is loaded into the image forming device, the abutment member 62A can move along the lower guide rail 92.
[0259] like Fig.59 As described in the figure, the third wall 53 of the drum assembly is provided with a supporting protrusion 5311, and the sixth end 16 of the developing box is recessed upward corresponding to the position of the supporting protrusion 5311 to avoid the supporting protrusion 5311, thereby preventing the developing box from being supported by the supporting protrusion 5311 and being unable to rotate around the box limiting portion 130.
[0260] Furthermore, the distance between the lower end of the second upper guide portion 914 and the lower end of the second identification contact 916 in the third direction is L3, that is, the electrical contact surface 1131 can contact the second identification contact 916 only after it has passed through the second upper guide portion 914 and has been displaced upward by a length of L3 relative to the second identification contact 916 at least in the third direction. When the developing cartridge 1 is assembled on the drum assembly 5 and moves downward relative to the drum assembly 5, since the abutting member 62A abuts against the upper end of the first side wall 51, a certain gap needs to be left between the sixth end 16 of the developing cartridge 1 and the bottom of the third side wall 53 of the drum assembly 5 in the third direction, so as to prevent the developing cartridge from being blocked by the third side wall 53 and unable to move.
[0261] A locking protrusion 154 is provided on the developing box 1, and a locking piece 54 having a locking groove 541 is provided on the drum assembly 5. The locking protrusion 154 is used to be inserted into the locking groove 541 to prevent the developing box 1 from being separated from the drum assembly 5 after being installed in the drum assembly 5. Specifically, the locking protrusion 154 is provided at the fourth end 14, and the locking piece 54 is installed on the first side wall 51 of the drum assembly 5. The locking piece 54 can rotate around an axial direction extending along the first direction. The locking piece 54 includes a pressing portion 543 and a lifting portion 544. The pressing portion 543 is located above the lifting portion 544, and the lifting portion 544 is used to lift the developing box 1. The locking piece also includes a locking groove 541. An elastic arm is also provided on the locking piece 54. The elastic arm is fixedly provided on the locking piece 54 and abuts against a blocking protrusion fixedly provided on the first side wall 51 of the drum assembly 5, so that the locking piece 54 is maintained in a locked position by the elastic arm. When the user presses the pressing portion 543, the locking piece 54 moves along the lifting portion 544. Fig.28a When the locking member 54 is rotated counterclockwise from the locked position to the unlocked position, the elastic arm is blocked by the blocking protrusion and produces elastic deformation and accumulates elastic potential energy. When the user no longer presses, the elastic force of the elastic arm causes the locking member 54 to reverse from the unlocked position to the locked position.
[0262] When the locking member 54 is in the locking position, the locking protrusion 154 is inserted into the locking groove 541, thereby preventing the developer cartridge 1 from being separated from the drum assembly 5. When the locking member 54 is in the unlocking position, the locking protrusion 154 is not inserted into the locking groove 541, so that the developer cartridge 1 can be removed from the drum assembly 5.
[0263] When the developer box 1 is locked to the drum assembly 5 by the locking member 54 and installed in the image forming device, the developer box 1 rotates around the box stopper 130 under the action of the lifting assembly, and the locking protrusion 154 moves with the developer box 1, that is, the locking protrusion 154 can move relative to the locking member 54 in the locking groove 541, so the angle at which the developer box can rotate around the box stopper 130 is limited by the size of the locking groove 541 in the third direction. When the size of the locking groove 541 in the third direction is constant, the size of the angle at which the developer box 1 can rotate around the box stopper 130 can be adjusted by changing the size of the locking protrusion 154 in the third direction. The size of the locking protrusion 154 in the third direction is L1. The size of the locking groove 541 in the third direction is L2, where L2-L1≥L3, so as to ensure that the swing amplitude of the developer box 1 when swinging around the box stopper 130 is sufficient to make the identification assembly avoid the second upper guide 914. After the identification component passes over the second upper guide portion 914 , it can generate an upward displacement of at least a length of L3 , so that the electrical contact surface 1131 can make electrical contact with the second identification contact 916 .
[0264] Through the above arrangement, it is not necessary to improve the structure or size of the locking piece of the existing drum assembly, but only the structure or size of the locking protrusion of the developer box needs to be improved to meet L2-L1≥L3, thereby meeting user needs and only requiring the developer box to be replaced, which also reduces development costs.
[0265] In some embodiments, the locking groove 541 can also be set on the locking fitting, and the locking member 54 is a locking protrusion structure, which can also achieve the above effect. In some embodiments, the locking member 54 and the locking fitting can be elastically matched. If L2-L1<L3, the developer box and its electrical contact surface 1131 can also produce a displacement of at least L3 in the third direction relative to the second identification contact 916 after passing through the second upper guide portion 914, thereby achieving electrical contact. In some embodiments, the lifting assembly can be set at both the first end 11 and the second end 12 of the box body 10, or only at the second end 12. The bracket 112, the electrical contact surface 113 or the storage medium 1131 of this embodiment is also provided with a first guiding inclined surface 1121 and / or a second guiding inclined surface 1122. It can be understood that the specific structure of the lifting assembly of this embodiment adopts the setting method of the lifting assembly in Example 5 and its modified examples, and can also achieve the same effect. The setting method of the locking protrusion 154 and the locking member 54 of this embodiment can also be applied to Examples 5 to 11 and their modified examples, and can also achieve the same effect.
[0266] Embodiment 7
[0267] See also Fig.32, the lifting assembly of this embodiment and the lifting assembly of the fifth embodiment realize the electrical contact between the identification assembly and the second upper guide portion 916 on the same principle. The difference between this embodiment and the modified example of the fifth embodiment is that the lifting elastic member of the lifting assembly is an elastic rib 6b, which can be elastically deformed, and the elastic rib 6b is arranged at the fourth end 14 of the box body 10, and the elastic rib 6b abuts against the third side wall 53 of the drum assembly 5, thereby providing the developer box 1 with a force to move upward relative to the drum assembly 5. Specifically, the elastic rib 6b is arranged on the handle 141, and the elastic rib 6b includes a first portion 61b, a bending portion 62b, a second portion 63b and a connecting portion 64b, the first portion 61b and the second portion 63b extend in the front-to-back direction and are connected through the bending portion 62b, and the second portion 63b is used to connect with the third side wall 53. The connecting portion 64b extends in the up-down direction, and the two ends of the connecting portion 64b are respectively connected to the first portion 61b and the handle 141, so that the elastic rib 6b can extend to the position in contact with the third side wall 53 to avoid not touching the third side wall 53, and the elastic rib 6b has good elastic supporting force. The elastic rib 6b can be an integrally formed part or can be formed by connecting separate parts. The elastic rib 6b can be an elastic material or can be elastic generated by the setting of its structure. The elastic rib 6b can be integrally formed with the box body 10 or can be installed on the box body 10. The structure of the elastic rib 6b is simple, and being integrally formed with the box body 10 can reduce costs.
[0268] Modification of Embodiment 7: Please refer to Fig.33 , the difference of this variation is that the setting position and structure of the elastic rib of the lifting assembly are different. The elastic rib 6a of this variation is set at the first end 11 of the box body 10, and the elastic rib 6a abuts against the first side wall 51 of the drum assembly 5. Specifically, the elastic rib 6a is set in a U shape, and the elastic rib 6a includes a first part 61a, a bending part 62a, and a second part 63a. The first part 61a is connected to the protective cover 111, and the second part 63a is connected to the first part 61a through the bending part 62a, and the second part 63a is used to abut against the upper end of the first side wall 51 of the drum assembly 5. The elastic rib 6a is U-shaped, so that the elastic rib 6a has good elasticity, so that the developer box 1 can be elastically supported. The elastic rib 6a is preferably integrally formed with the protective cover 111 or the box body 10. The elastic rib 6a can also be set at the second end 12 for abutting against the second side wall 52.
[0269] The specific structures of the lifting components of Embodiments 5 to 7 and their variants can be interchanged. For example, the lifting component of Embodiment 5 can be applied to the variant of Embodiment 7 and can also achieve the same effect.
[0270] Embodiment 8
[0271] See also Fig.34 , Fig.34A partial structural schematic diagram of the processing box provided by Example 8 of the present application is shown. The difference between this embodiment and Example 5 is that the lifting assembly includes a lifting elastic member 6f, which extends in the front-to-back direction. The lifting elastic member 6f is sleeved on the fourth end 14 of the box body 10. During the installation process, one end of the lifting elastic member 6f abuts against the upper end of the side wall of the drum assembly 5. When the identification assembly abuts against the second upper guide portion 914, the developing box 1 overcomes the upward force of the side wall of the drum assembly 5 and the elastic force of the lifting elastic member and moves downward and crosses the second upper guide portion.
[0272] Specifically, the lifting assembly includes a first mounting member and a lifting elastic member 6f, the lifting elastic member 6f is sleeved on the first mounting member, the lifting elastic member 6f extends in the front-to-back direction, and the lifting elastic member 6f includes a first arm 61f and a second arm 62f, the first arm 61f abuts against the lower end of the first mounting member, and the second arm 62f abuts against the upper end of the side wall of the drum assembly 5. The first mounting member includes a first mounting portion and a limiting member 64f fixedly arranged at the rear end of the protective cover 111, the first mounting portion and the limiting member 64f both protrude backward, and the first mounting portion is rod-shaped. The lifting elastic member 6f is a torsion spring, and the lifting elastic member 6f extends in the front-to-back direction and is sleeved on the first mounting portion. The first arm 61f of the lifting elastic member 6f abuts against the lower end of the limiting member 64f so as to be limited in the upward direction, and the second arm 62f abuts against the upper end of the first side wall 51 of the drum assembly 5 so as to be supported upward. The first wall 61f is limited in the upward direction and the second arm 62f is supported upward, so that the lifting elastic member 6f can be prevented from rotating.
[0273] During the installation of the processing box, the developer box 1 is abutted by the second upper guide portion 914 and subjected to a downward force. The developer box overcomes the upward supporting force of the second arm 62f of the lifting elastic member, and the second arm 62f is deformed, causing the developer box to move downward and the identification assembly to pass over the second upper guide portion 914. Under the elastic recovery of the lifting elastic member 6f, the developer box 1 moves upward relative to the drum assembly 5, and the electrical contact surface 1131 moves upward and makes electrical contact with the second identification contact 916.
[0274] A second anti-detachment portion 63f may also be provided at the rear end of the first mounting portion, and the second anti-detachment portion 63f may be a protrusion structure or a threaded structure. The second anti-detachment portion 63f is provided as a threaded structure, so that when the first mounting portion and the protective cover 111 are integrally formed, after the lifting elastic member 6f is sleeved on the first mounting portion, the second anti-detachment portion 63f may be connected to the first mounting portion by threading, so as to prevent the lifting elastic member 6f from detaching backwards. The second arm 62f of the lifting elastic member 6f may be provided with a bending portion 621f, and the bending portion 621f is used to prevent the end of the second arm 62f from scratching the drum assembly 5, and the bending portion 621f may be provided in an arc shape.
[0275] The first arm 61f of the lifting elastic member 6f can be located behind the second arm 62f, or in front of the second arm 62f. The first mounting portion can be integrally formed with the protective cover 111 or the box body 10, or can be fixedly installed on the protective cover 111 or the box body 10. The first mounting portion of this embodiment is arranged on the protective cover 111, which shortens the distance from the second arm 62f of the lifting elastic member 6f to the first side wall 51, and facilitates the arrangement of the lifting elastic member 6f. The first mounting portion and the limiting member 64f are split structures in this embodiment, and can also be integrally formed or fixedly installed together in some embodiments. In some embodiments, the first mounting portion and the limiting member 64f can also be directly arranged on the box body 10, or one of them is arranged on the box body 10 and the other is arranged on the protective cover 111. The second arm 62f of the lifting elastic member 6f can also extend backwards so as to abut against the upper end of the third side wall 53. The lifting elastic member 6f assembly can be arranged at the first end 11 or the second end 12, or at both ends.
[0276] Modification of Embodiment 8: Please refer to Fig.35 The lifting assembly of this variant has the same principle as the lifting assembly of the eighth embodiment in realizing electrical contact between the identification assembly and the second upper guide portion. The difference of this variant is that the first mounting portion 63g at the rear end of the protective cover 111 extends in the left-right direction, and the lifting elastic member 6g extends in the left-right direction and is sleeved on the first mounting portion 63g. The first arm 61g of the lifting elastic member 6g is inserted into the limit member at the rear end of the protective cover 111 to prevent the lifting elastic member 6g from rotating. The second arm 62g is inserted into the locking groove 541 and abuts against the lower wall of the locking groove 541 and receives an upward support force. The other settings of the first mounting portion 63g and the limit member are the same as those in the eighth embodiment.
[0277] The lifting components in Examples 5 to 8 and their variations can undergo elastic deformation, so that the storage medium 113 on the developer box 1 can avoid the second upper guide portion 914 when it abuts against the second upper guide portion 914. On the one hand, the developer box 1 can be smoothly installed in place and the storage medium 113 can be in electrical contact with the second identification contact 916. On the other hand, the storage medium 113 is prevented from being unable to move forward due to abutting against the second upper guide portion 914, thereby avoiding damage.
[0278] Embodiment 9
[0279] See also Fig.36 and Fig.37, the difference between this embodiment and the first embodiment is that the lifting assembly 144 is arranged at the fourth end 14 of the developing box 1, the lifting assembly 144 is rotatably connected to the developing box 1, and the lifting assembly 144 is used to receive the force of the door cover 95 and lift the developing box 1 relative to the drum assembly 5. Specifically, the lifting assembly is arranged at the fourth end 14 of the developing box, and the lifting assembly includes a rotating mounting portion 143 and a rotating member 144, the rotating mounting portion 143 is fixedly arranged at the fourth end 14 of the developing box, the rotating member 144 is rotatably connected to the rotating mounting portion 143, and the rotating axis of the rotating member 144 extends along the first direction. The rotating member 144 is rod-shaped and easy to rotate. The rotating member 144 is arranged at the fourth end 14 of the box body 10 in the second direction, the upper end of the rotating member 144 is rotatably connected to the box body 10 through the rotating mounting portion 143, the lower end of the rotating member 144 abuts against the bottom wall 95a of the mounting cavity or the third side wall 53 of the drum assembly, and the rotating member 144 is used to receive the force of the door cover 95.
[0280] When the processing box is installed in the image forming device and the door cover 95 is not closed, the rear end of the rotating member 144 is further back and lower than the rotating mounting portion 143, and the rear end of the rotating member 144 abuts against the bottom wall 95a of the mounting cavity. In addition, the electrical contact surface 1131 is located below the second identification contact 916 and does not contact the second identification contact 916. During the process of the door cover 95 rotating and closing, the door cover 95 pushes the lower end of the rotating member 144, so that the lower end of the rotating member 144 swings forward around the rotating mounting portion 143, that is, the lower end of the rotating member 144 rotates in the direction close to the developing roller 131, and because the rotating member 144 abuts against the bottom wall 95a of the mounting cavity, the bottom wall 95a of the mounting cavity provides an upward supporting force for the rotating member 144, so that the rotating member 144 drives the developing box 1 to swing upward around the box limit portion 130, so that the electrical contact surface 1131 contacts the second identification contact 916, and under the abutting force of the door cover 95, the electrical contact surface 1131 remains in abutment with the second identification contact 916.
[0281] In this embodiment, the rotating member 144 is arranged at the sixth end 16 of the box body 10 in the third direction, so that the lower end of the rotating member 144 abuts against the bottom wall 95a or the third side wall 53 of the drum assembly. In some embodiments, the rotating member 144 can also be arranged at the fifth end 15 of the box body 10 in the third direction, and the rotating member 144 extends downward from the fifth end 15. The rotating member 144 can be block-shaped. The rotating mounting portion 143 can be integrally formed with the box body 10 or the protective cover 111, or it can be installed and fixed to the box body 10 or the protective cover 111. The lifting assembly of this embodiment can be arranged separately at the first end 11 or the second end 12 in the first direction, or it can be arranged at both ends.
[0282] Modification 1 of Embodiment 9
[0283] See also Figures 38 to 40, the difference of this modified example is that the lifting assembly is arranged at the second end 12 of the box body 10. The lifting assembly is used to receive the force of the door cover 95 and cooperate with the drum assembly to lift the developing box 1 relative to the drum assembly 5. The lifting assembly includes a sliding member 56c, a rotating member 57c and a lifting member 59c. The sliding member 56c extends along the second direction, the sliding member 56c is used to receive the force of the door cover 95, the rotating member 57c is used to receive the force of the sliding member 56c and rotate, and the lifting member 59c is used to receive the force of the sliding member 56c to lift the developing box 1 upward.
[0284] Specifically, the rotation axis of the rotating member 57c extends along the first direction, the first end 571 of the rotating member 57c is used to receive the abutment force applied by the sliding member 56c to rotate the rotating member 57c, and the second end 572 of the rotating member 57c is used to abut against the drum assembly when the rotating member 57c rotates, so that the components on the drum assembly 5 rotate and provide an upward lifting force to the lifting member 59c on the developing box 1, so that the developing box 1 is lifted relative to the drum assembly 5, thereby achieving contact between the electrical contact surface 1131 and the second identification contact 916. Specifically, the first end 571 is located below the second end 572.
[0285] The second end 12 of the box body 10 is provided with a guide rail 126, and the sliding member 56c is slidably connected to the guide rail 126. The lifting assembly also includes a reset elastic member 58c, which is used to provide a reset elastic force for the rotating member 57. The second end 12 of the box body 10 is also provided with a connecting protrusion 124. One end of the reset elastic member 58c is connected to the connecting protrusion 124, and the other end is connected to the second end 572 of the rotating member 57. The reset elastic member 58c is preferably a tension spring. The lifting member 59c protrudes leftward from the side wall of the second end 12 of the box body 10 along the first direction, and the lifting member 59c is located below the sliding member 56c and the rotating member 57c in the third direction.
[0286] The drum assembly 5 is also provided with a locking member 54 near the second side wall 52. When the developer cartridge 1 is installed in the drum assembly 5, the second end 572 of the rotating member 57c is located above the pressing portion 543 of the locking member 54, and the lifting member 59c is located above the lifting portion 544 of the locking member 54 in the third direction. During the installation of the processing cartridge, the storage medium 113 is located below the second upper guide portion 914 and smoothly passes over the second upper guide portion 914. At this time, the storage medium 113 is located below the second identification contact 916 and does not contact the second identification contact 916. When the door cover 95 is closed, the sliding member 56c is abutted by the door cover 95 and moves relative to the box body 10 in the second direction and abuts against the first end 571 of the rotating member 57c, so that the rotating member 57c rotates in the counterclockwise direction ( Fig.38 or Fig.39The rotating member 57c rotates in the direction opposite to the developing roller 131, and the lower end of the rotating member 57c rotates in the direction close to the developing roller 131. The second end 572 of the rotating member 57c abuts against the pressing portion 543 of the locking member 54 and causes the locking member 54 to rotate in the same direction. Then, the lifting portion 544 of the locking member 54 abuts against the lifting member 59c and applies an upward force to the lifting member 59c, so that the fourth end 14 of the box body 10 moves upward relative to the drum assembly 5, so that the electrical contact surface 1131 contacts the second identification contact 916. In this process, the reset elastic member 58c is stretched.
[0287] When taking out the processing box, open the door cover 95, the sliding member 56c loses the abutting force of the door cover 95, and the rotating member 57c rotates clockwise under the elastic force of the reset elastic member 58c, and the locking member 54 rotates in the same direction. The developing box 1 returns to the initial position, and the processing box can be taken out of the image forming device.
[0288] The lifting assembly of this embodiment is disposed at the second end 12, and is applicable to the drum assembly in which the locking member 54 is disposed at the second side wall 52, that is, the lifting assembly at the second end 12 corresponds to the locking member 54 of the second side wall 52, and there is no need to improve the position of the locking member of the drum assembly, and it is applicable to the existing drum assembly 1. The lifting assembly of this embodiment can also be disposed at the first end 11, and correspondingly, the locking member 54 of the drum assembly is disposed at the first side wall 51.
[0289] Modification 2 of Embodiment 9
[0290] See also Fig.41 , the difference of this modified example is that the lifting assembly includes a pressing protrusion 81 and a supporting protrusion 82, the pressing protrusion 81 is provided at the second end 12 and the fifth end 15 of the box body 10, the pressing protrusion 81 is used to receive the downward pressing force of the door cover 95, and the supporting protrusion 82 is provided at the sixth end 16 of the box body 10, and the supporting protrusion 82 is used to support the developing box 1 so that the developing box 1 can rotate in the up and down direction around the supporting protrusion 82. In the state where the developing box 1 is installed to the drum assembly 5 and the two are not installed to the image forming device, the first end 11 of the developing box 1 is lower than the second end 12 in the third direction. During the installation of the process cartridge, the electrical contact surface 1131 of the first end 11 is located below the second upper guide portion 914 and smoothly passes over the second upper guide portion 914. At this time, the electrical contact surface 1131 does not contact the second identification contact 916. When the door cover 95 is closed, the upper portion of the door cover 95 abuts against the pressing protrusion 81 and applies a downward abutting force to the pressing protrusion 81 of the second end 112, so that the second end 12 of the developing cartridge 1 moves downward around the supporting protrusion 82, and the first end 11 moves upward. When the door cover 95 is completely closed, the developing cartridge 1 no longer moves, the door cover 95 remains in abutment with the pressing protrusion 81, and the electrical contact surface 1131 remains in contact with the second identification contact 916.
[0291] Specifically, the second end 12 of the box body 10 is provided with another protective cover 121, and the pressing protrusion 81 is integrally formed with the protective cover 121 of the second end 12, and the pressing protrusion 81 protrudes upward from the top wall of the fifth end 15 of the box body 10, and the pressing protrusion 81 is closer to the second end 12 than the electrical contact surface 1131 in the first direction, and is farther away from the developing roller 131 than the electrical contact surface 1131 in the second direction. The supporting protrusion 82 protrudes from the bottom wall of the sixth end 16 and extends along the second direction, and the supporting protrusion 82 is located between the first end 11 and the second end 12 in the first direction, and the supporting protrusion 82 is used to contact the bottom wall of the installation cavity of the drum assembly 5 or the image forming device, so that the box body 10 can rotate up and down around the supporting protrusion 82. In some embodiments, the pressing protrusion 81 can also be the protective cover 121 fixedly installed on the second end 12, or the pressing protrusion 81 is directly provided on the box body 10. In some embodiments, the support protrusion 82 is disposed at the fourth end 14 of the developer box in the second direction, and the front end of the pressing protrusion 81 has a pressing slope, which is used to receive the force of the door cover 95, and the upper end of the pressing slope is backward compared to the lower end. In this way, when the door cover 95 acts on the pressing slope of the pressing protrusion 81, the second end 12 of the developer box is subjected to a backward force in the second direction, ensuring that the developer box 1 can rotate around the support protrusion 82 at its rear end, so that the first end 11 of the developer box swings upward. By arranging the support protrusion 82 at the rear end of the developer box 1, the layout of the bottom structure of the developer box is facilitated. The second end 12 of the developer box is arranged to be higher than the first end 11, so that when the support protrusion 82 receives the downward pressing force of the door cover 95, the developer box 1 rotates around the support protrusion 82. In some embodiments, the second end 12 of the developing box may also be lower than the second end 12. As long as the door cover acts on the pressing protrusion 81 and the developing box rotates around the supporting protrusion 82, the first end 11 of the developing box can be rotated upward to the electrical contact surface to electrically contact the second identification contact 916.
[0292] In other embodiments, the support protrusion 82 may not be provided on the developer cartridge 1, but may be provided on the drum assembly 5, and the support protrusion 82 may protrude upward relative to the bottom of the drum assembly 5. When the developer cartridge 1 is mounted on the drum assembly 5, the support protrusion 82 contacts the sixth end 16 of the developer cartridge 1, and in the initial state, the first end 11 is lower than the second end 12 in the third direction. It is understood that the pressing protrusion 81 may also be provided on the second side wall 52 of the drum assembly 5 to receive the force of the door cover 85, so that the developer cartridge and the drum assembly as a whole are lifted upward relative to the image forming device.
[0293] Modification 3 of Embodiment 9
[0294] See also Fig.42 and Fig.43 , Fig.42 The structure diagram of the developing box provided by the third modification of the ninth embodiment is shown. Fig.43 The schematic diagram of the structure of the processing box provided by the third modification of the ninth embodiment and the door cover of the image forming device is shown. The difference of this modification is that the rotating member of the lifting assembly is the second swing rod 6c, and the second swing rod 6c is rotatably connected to the box body 10. When the second swing rod 6c rotates, the developing box is lifted upward, so that the electrical contact surface is electrically connected to the second identification contact. Specifically, the second swing rod 6c extends along the third direction, and the rotation axis of the second swing rod 6c extends along the first direction. The upper end of the second swing rod 6c is used to receive the force of the door cover so that the upper end of the second swing rod 6c rotates in a direction away from the box body 10, and the lower end of the second swing rod 6c abuts against the drum assembly 5 and lifts the developing box 1 relative to the drum assembly 5, so that the electrical contact surface contacts the second identification contact.
[0295] The avoidance groove 1411 of the handle 141 avoids the second rocker arm 6c, and the second rocker arm 6c is rotatably connected to the side wall of the fourth end 14 of the box body through a pivot shaft 64c, and the pivot shaft 64c extends along the first direction. A force receiving portion 61c is arranged at the upper end of the second rocker arm 6c, and a force applying portion 62c is arranged at the lower end of the second rocker arm 6c. The pivot shaft is located between the force receiving portion 61c and the force applying portion 62c. Both the force receiving portion 61c and the force applying portion 62c are protrusions extending backwards, and a cam mechanism is formed when the force applying portion 62c rotates around the pivot shaft.
[0296] When the door cover 95 is closed, the door contact slope 961 of the door cover 95 abuts against the force receiving portion 61c at the upper end of the second swing rod 6c, exerting a downward and backward force on the force receiving portion 61c, that is, the upper end of the rotating member rotates in the direction away from the developing roller 131, so that the second swing rod 6c moves in the direction of Fig.43 The force applying portion 62c at the lower end of the second swing arm 6c swings in the clockwise direction as shown in the figure, and the force applying portion 62c at the lower end of the second swing arm 6c rotates to abut against the third side wall 53 of the drum assembly 5 (that is, the lower end of the rotating member rotates in the direction close to the developing roller) and props up the developing box 1, so that the box body 10 rotates counterclockwise around the box limit portion 130 (that is, the second swing arm 6c rotates in the opposite direction to the box body 10) and is lifted, so that the electrical contact surface 1131 contacts the second identification contact 916.
[0297] Furthermore, a reset elastic member 63c may be provided between the second swing rod 6c and the box body, and the reset elastic member 63c is used to reset the second swing rod 6c. When the door cover 95 is closed, the reset elastic member 63c is stretched. The reset elastic member 63c may be a tension spring, one end of the reset elastic member 63c is connected to the second swing rod 6c, and the other end is connected to the fifth end 15 of the box body, and the reset elastic member 63c is located above the pivot shaft 64c. When the door cover 95 is opened, the force receiving portion 61c no longer receives the force of the door contact inclined surface 961 and rotates counterclockwise under the elastic force of the reset elastic member 63c, so that the force applying portion 62c no longer contacts the third side wall 53 of the drum assembly 5, and the developing cartridge rotates clockwise around the cartridge limiting portion 130 under the action of its own weight and falls, and the electrical contact surface 1131 falls together with the developing cartridge until it is located below the second upper guide portion 914 in the third direction, so as to prevent the electrical contact surface 1131 and the bracket 112 from contacting and colliding with the second upper guide portion 914 when the developing cartridge is taken out. The reset elastic member 63c can also be arranged below the pivot shaft 64c, which can also achieve a reset effect.
[0298] Modification 4 of Embodiment 9
[0299] See also Fig.44 and Fig.45 The difference of this variation is that the lifting assembly includes a sliding member and a rotating member. The sliding member is used to cooperate with the lower guide rail 92 of the image forming device to move in the up and down directions. The rotating member is rotatably connected to the sliding member. The rotating member is used to cooperate with the drum assembly when receiving the force of the sliding member to lift the developing box 1 upward relative to the drum assembly 5.
[0300] Specifically, the sliding member is installed at the right end of the protective cover 111, and the sliding member includes a sliding portion 71b and a rack 73b. The protective cover 111 is provided with a slide rail in the up-down direction, and the sliding portion 71b is slidably connected to the protective cover 111 through the slide rail. The sliding portion 71b has a contact slope 711b, and the front end of the contact slope 711b is higher than the rear end. The contact slope 711b is used to abut against the lower guide rail 92 of the image forming device. The lifting assembly also includes a reset elastic member 77b, the upper end of the reset elastic member 77b abuts against the lower end of the bracket 112, and the lower end of the reset elastic member 77b abuts against the upper end of the sliding portion 71b. The rack 73b extends in the up-down direction, and the rack 73b is fixedly connected to the sliding portion 71b, and the rack 73b can move in the up-down direction together with the sliding portion 71b.
[0301] The rotating member includes a rotating shaft 75b, a gear 74b and a cam 76b. The rotating shaft 75b extends in a first direction. The rotating shaft 75b is rotatably mounted on the sixth end 16 of the box body. In the front-to-back direction, the rotating shaft 75b is closer to the fourth end 14 than the third end 13. The cam 76b is relatively fixedly arranged on the rotating shaft 75b. The gear 74b is relatively fixedly arranged at the right end of the rotating shaft 75b. The gear 74b is meshed with the rack 73b. The rotating member has a lifting position and a non-lifting position. The rotating member can rotate between the lifting position and the non-lifting position. When the rotating member is in the lifting position, the cam 76b abuts against the third side wall 53 of the drum assembly and lifts the developing box 1 upward relative to the drum assembly 5. When the rotating member is in the non-lifting position, the cam 76b does not contact the third side wall 53 of the drum assembly, or contacts the third side wall 53 but does not lift the developing box 1 upward.
[0302] During the installation of the process cartridge, after the electrical contact surface 1131 and the bracket 112 pass over the second upper guide portion 914, the contact slope 711b moves forward along the second lower guide portion 922, so that the sliding portion 71b moves forward and upward, the sliding portion 71b drives the rack 73b to move upward, and the rack 73b drives the gear 74b as shown in FIG. Fig.45 The cam 76b rotates in the clockwise direction as shown in the figure, so that the rotating member rotates from the non-lifting position to the lifting position, and the cam 76b abuts against the third side wall 53 of the drum assembly and lifts the developing box 1 upward, and the developing box 1 rotates in the counterclockwise direction around the box limit portion 130, so that the electrical contact surface 1131 contacts the second identification contact 916. In this process, the reset elastic member 77b is compressed. This technical solution enables the developing box to be rigidly supported at the position where the electrical contact surface 1131 contacts the second identification contact 916, rather than being elastically supported, so that when the developing box receives the torque output by the image forming device, it will not shake due to overcoming the supporting force of the lifting assembly, so as to avoid unstable electrical contact between the electrical contact surface 1131 and the second identification contact 916. The gear 74b rotates in the clockwise direction, so that the rotating member rotates from the non-lifting position to the lifting position, that is, the upper end of the rotating member rotates in the direction away from the developing roller 131, and the lower end of the rotating member rotates toward the developing roller 131.
[0303] When taking out the processing box, the contact slope 711b of the sliding part 71b moves backward and gradually breaks away from the contact with the second lower guide part 922. At this time, the elastic force of the reset elastic member 77b causes the sliding part 71b and the rack 73b to move downward, and the rack 73b drives the gear 74b to rotate in the counterclockwise direction, so that the rotating part rotates from the raised position to the non-raised position.
[0304] Modification 5 of Embodiment 9
[0305] See also Fig.46 and Fig.47The difference between this modification and the fifth modification is that the gear 74c and the cam 76c of the rotating member are arranged at the first end 11 of the box body 10, the gear 74c is arranged as a toothless gear, and the gear 74c and the cam 76c are both arranged at one end of the second direction. The gear 74c and the cam 76c are both arranged at one end of the second direction, which reduces the structural size of the rotating member, has a simple structure and saves costs. The cam 76c is used to abut against the lower guide rail 92 of the image forming device to lift the developing box 1 upward relative to the drum assembly 5. Specifically, the gear 74c and the cam 76c are coaxially fixed or coaxially integrally formed, and the gear 74c and the cam 76c are rotatably mounted on the right end surface of the protective cover 111 and the rotation axis extends along the first direction. When the rotating member is in the non-lifting position, the cam 76c does not contact the lower guide rail 92, or contacts the lower guide rail 92 but does not lift the developing box 1 upward. When the rotating member is in the lifting position, the cam 76c abuts against the lower guide rail 92 and lifts the developing box 1 upward. When the rotating member receives the power of the rack 73c and moves along Fig.47 When rotating in the clockwise direction at the middle viewing angle, the cam 76 c contacts the lower guide rail 92 and lifts the developing box 1 , so that the electrical contact surface 1131 contacts the second identification contact 916 .
[0306] Modification 6 of Embodiment 9
[0307] See also Fig.48 - Fig.50 The rotating member of the lifting assembly of this modified example includes a support rod 71d, which is rotatably disposed at the first end 11 of the box body 10, and the rotation axis of the support rod 71d extends along the first direction.
[0308] Specifically, the protective cover 111 is provided with a support column 72d, and the support column 72d is used to rotatably support the support rod 71d. The protective cover 111 is provided with a tube 73d, and the outer periphery of the tube 73d can support the mounting portion of the rear end of the bracket 112. The tube 73d is coaxial with the support column 72d, and the radius of the tube 73d is greater than the radius of the support column 72d so that the support column 72d is surrounded in the tube 73d. There is a gap between the tube 73d and the support column 72d, and an elastic member 74d is provided in the gap. The elastic member 74d is preferably a torsion spring sleeved on the support column 72d. A notch 731d is opened on the tube 73d, and one end of the torsion spring is inserted into the notch 731d so as to be limited in the outer peripheral direction of the support column 72d. The support rod 71d is fixedly connected to the other end of the torsion spring, so that the elastic force of the torsion spring can be applied to the support rod 71d. The torsion spring is used to keep the support rod 71d in the third position.
[0309] The support rod 71d can be in the third position (eg Fig.50 The fourth position (shown by the dashed line) and Fig.50When the support rod 71d is in the third position, the support rod 71d has a first angle ∠1 with the up-down direction, and the lower end of the support rod 71d is located in the front side of the support column 72d in the front-to-back direction, and the distance between the lower end of the support rod 71d and the support column 72d in the up-down direction is L6. When the support rod 71d is in the fourth position, the support rod 71d has a second angle ∠2 with the up-down direction, and the lower end of the support rod 71d is also located in the front side of the support column 72d in the front-to-back direction, and the distance between the lower end of the support rod 71d and the support column 72d in the up-down direction is L7. Among them, ∠1 is greater than ∠2, L6 is less than L7, and the support column 72d is closer to the front and the top in the fourth position than in the third position (not shown in the figure).
[0310] During the installation of the process cartridge, after the electrical contact surface 1131 passes over the second upper guide portion 914, the lower end of the support rod 71d contacts the second lower limit portion 922, and the lower end of the support rod 71d is subjected to a backward force applied by the second lower limit portion 922, so that the support rod 71d overcomes the elastic force of the torsion spring from the third position and moves along the second lower limit portion 922. Fig.50 The support rod 71d rotates counterclockwise to the fourth position (that is, the lower end of the rotating member rotates in the direction away from the developing roller 131), and drives the developing box 1 to rotate counterclockwise, so that the electrical contact surface 1131 contacts the second identification contact 916. When the process box is taken out, the lower end of the support rod 71d gradually loses contact with the second lower limit portion 922, and the support rod 71d rotates clockwise from the fourth position to the third position by a certain angle under the elastic force of the torsion spring, so that the developing box rotates clockwise by a certain angle under the action of its own weight, and the electrical contact surface 1131 moves downward with the developing box, and the process box can be taken out.
[0311] Embodiment 9 and its variations connect the lifting assembly to the developing box 1 in rotation, and the lifting assembly cooperates with the image forming device or the drum assembly 5 so that the developing box 1 is lifted upward as a whole, so that the electrical contact surface 1131 of the identification assembly is in electrical contact with the second identification contact 916 .
[0312] Embodiment 10
[0313] See also Fig.51 - Fig.53 The lifting assembly of this embodiment is slidably connected to the developing box and can be extended and retracted along the first direction relative to the box body 10. The lifting assembly is used to cooperate with the lower guide rail 92. During the installation of the processing box, the lifting assembly extends along the lower guide rail 92 and lifts the developing box 1 upward, so that the electrical contact surface 1131 is in electrical contact with the second identification contact 916.
[0314] Specifically, the lifting assembly includes a telescopic member 62m and a pressing member 61m. The pressing member 61m is used to apply a force to the telescopic member 62m so that the telescopic member 62m extends relative to the box body 10 along a first direction. The telescopic member 62m is used to cooperate with the lower guide rail 92 when extending relative to the box body 10 along the first direction, and lift the developing box 1 upward, so that the electrical contact surface 1131 is in electrical contact with the second identification contact 916.
[0315] In this embodiment, the pressing member 61m is used to receive the force of the door cover 95 and can move relative to the box body 10 in the second direction, and exerts a force on the telescopic member 62m to move in the first direction. The lifting assembly is arranged near the fourth end 14 of the box body 10 and near the first end 11. The front end of the pressing member 61m is provided with a force-applying portion, and the force-applying portion has a force-applying inclined surface 611m. The front end of the force-applying inclined surface 611m is further to the left than the rear end. The left end 622m of the telescopic member is provided with a force-bearing portion, and the force-bearing portion cooperates with the inclined surface of the force-applying portion. The force-bearing portion has a force-bearing inclined surface 6221m. The front end of the force-bearing inclined surface 6221m is further to the left than the rear end. The force-bearing inclined surface 6221m is used to receive the force of the force-applying inclined surface 611m In order to move the telescopic member 622m along the first direction, the right end 621m of the telescopic member is provided with an abutting portion, that is, the abutting portion is further away from the second end 12 than the force-bearing portion, and the abutting portion has an abutting slope 6211m, the right end of the abutting slope 6211m is higher than the left end, and the abutting slope 621m is used to cooperate with the lower guide rail 92 when the telescopic member 621 is extended relative to the box body 10, so that the abutting slope 621 contacts the lower guide rail at different positions in the left-right direction, thereby lifting the developing box 1 relative to the drum assembly 5. The abutting slope 621 contacts the lower guide rail at different positions in the left-right direction, specifically, the right end of the abutting slope 621 contacts the lower guide rail 92 first, and then the left end of the abutting slope 621 contacts the lower guide rail 92.
[0316] The fourth end 14 of the box body 10 is provided with a second mounting member, and the second mounting member is used to mount a pressing member 61m and a telescopic member 62m. The pressing member 61m is slidably connected to the second mounting member and can move relative to the second mounting member along the second direction. The telescopic member 62m is slidably connected to the second mounting member and can move relative to the second mounting member along the first direction. The second mounting member includes a third mounting portion 64m and a fourth mounting portion 65m. The third mounting portion 64m and the fourth mounting portion 65m are specifically mounting grooves in this embodiment. The third mounting portion 64m and the fourth mounting portion 65m are connected in the first direction. In the first direction, the third mounting portion 64m is closer to the second end 12 than the fourth mounting portion 65m. The pressing member 61m is movably mounted in the third mounting portion 64m and can move relative to the third mounting portion 64m along the second direction. A second anti-escape opening 641m is provided in the third mounting portion 64m. The second anti-escape opening 641m cooperates with an anti-fall-off protrusion 612m provided on the outer side of the pressing member 61m to prevent the pressing member 61m from being separated from the third mounting portion 64m when the pressing member 61m moves relative to the third mounting portion 64m. The positions of the second anti-escape opening 641m and the anti-fall-off protrusion 612m are interchangeable. The telescopic member 62m is movably mounted in the fourth mounting portion 65m. The left end 622m of the telescopic member 62m extends into the third mounting portion 61m and abuts against the pressing member 61m to receive the force of the pressing member.
[0317] When the process cartridge is loaded into the image forming apparatus, the telescopic member 62m is in a retracted state to prevent the telescopic member 62m from interfering with the first wall 90 and affecting the loading of the process cartridge into the image forming apparatus. After the process cartridge is installed in the image forming apparatus and before the door cover 95 is closed, the storage medium 113 is located below the second upper guide portion 914 and passes over the second upper guide portion 914, and there is a gap between the electrical contact surface 1131 and the second identification contact 916, that is, there is no contact. In the process of closing the door cover 95, the door cover 95 abuts against the pressing member 61m and applies a forward force to the pressing member 61m, so that the pressing member 61m moves forward relative to the third mounting portion 64m. Since the force-applying inclined surface 611m of the pressing member 61m abuts against the force-bearing inclined surface 6221m on the telescopic member 62m, the telescopic member 62m extends rightward relative to the first end 11 of the box body 10 in the first direction, and the abutting inclined surface 6211m of the telescopic member 62m contacts the lower guide rail 92. Different positions of the abutting inclined surface 6211m in the left and right directions move along the lower guide rail 92, and then the telescopic member 62m moves upward and drives the box body 10 to move upward. When the door cover 91 is completely closed, the lifting assembly and the box body 10 stop moving, the developing box 1 is located at the fourth position of the drum assembly 5, the telescopic member 62m is supported by the lower guide rail 92, and the storage medium 113 is located at the contact position with the second identification contact 916.
[0318] A connecting portion 623m is provided between the left end 622m and the right end 621m of the telescopic member 62m, the telescopic member 62m passes through the third mounting portion 64m and the fourth mounting portion 65m, and the left end 622m of the telescopic member is located in the third mounting portion 64m, the connecting portion 623m is located in the fourth mounting portion 65m, and the right end 621m of the telescopic member is located outside the fourth mounting portion 65m. A limiting hole 66m may also be provided at the first end 11 of the box body 10, the limiting hole 66m is communicated with the fourth mounting portion 65m, and the right end 621m of the telescopic member is located on the right side of the limiting hole 1115 to prevent the telescopic member 62m from moving too much to the left.
[0319] The lifting assembly may also be provided with a reset elastic member 63m, the reset elastic member 63m abuts between the second mounting member and the telescopic member 62m, and the reset elastic member 63m is used to reset the telescopic member 62m and the pressing member 61m. Specifically, the left end 622m of the telescopic member 62m may be set to be larger than the outer diameter of the connecting portion 623m, and the left end 622m of the telescopic member is partially located in the fourth mounting portion 65m, and one end of the reset elastic member 63m abuts against the right wall of the fourth mounting portion 65m, and the other end abuts against the left end 622m of the telescopic member, so that when the telescopic member 62m moves relative to the second mounting member, the reset elastic member 63m is compressed. In addition, the setting of the reset elastic member can also make the telescopic member 62m in a retracted state after being installed in the developing box, so that it is convenient to load the processing box into the image forming device. In other embodiments, the reset elastic member may also be arranged in the third mounting portion 64m, one end of the reset elastic member 63m abuts against the right wall of the third mounting portion 64m, and the other end abuts against the left end 622m of the telescopic member located in the third mounting portion 64m. When the telescopic member 62m is installed in the developing box, the left end 622m of the telescopic member 62m and the connecting portion 623m pass through
[0320] When removing the processing cartridge, the door cover 95 is opened, the pressing member 61m loses the contact with the door cover 95, and under the elastic restoring force of the resetting elastic member 63m, the telescopic member 62m retracts relative to the first end 11 along the first direction, and the contact force of the second end 622 on the pressing member 61m causes the pressing member 61m to move in a direction away from the third end 13, and the first end 621m is no longer supported by the lower guide rail 92, and the developing cartridge 1 retreats from the fourth position to the third position. The developing cartridge 1 and the drum assembly 5 are smoothly taken out of the image forming device in the direction opposite to the installation direction.
[0321] In some embodiments, the pressing member 61m can also be used to receive the force of the upper part of the door cover 95 or the top wall of the image forming device, that is, the top wall of the installation cavity and can move relative to the box body 10 along the third direction. At this time, the upper end of the force-applying inclined surface of the pressing member 61m is closer to the right than the lower end, and the upper end of the force-bearing inclined surface of the telescopic member 62m is closer to the right than the lower end. In this embodiment, the telescopic member 62m is rod-shaped and the pressing member 61m is block-shaped. In some embodiments, the telescopic member 62m can also be block-shaped and the pressing member 61m is rod-shaped. In this embodiment, the second mounting member is specifically a mounting groove, and the telescopic member 62m and the pressing member 61m are sleeved in the mounting groove, so that the telescopic member 62m and the pressing member 61m are limited in multiple directions, which is more convenient for the telescopic member 62m to move in the first direction and the pressing member 61m to move in the second direction. The front end of the mounting groove is a blind hole or a through hole. In some embodiments, the second mounting member may be rod-shaped, the third mounting portion and the fourth mounting portion may be L-shaped and have protrusions on the outside, the telescopic member 62m and the pressing member 61m may have sliding grooves therein and may be sleeved on the outside of the second mounting member, so that the pressing member may move along the second direction and the telescopic member may move along the first direction, and when the pressing member moves along the second direction, a force may be applied to the telescopic member to move along the first direction.
[0322] In this embodiment, the force-applying inclined surface 611m of the pressing member 61m and the force-bearing inclined surface 6221m of the telescopic member 62m may also be provided with only one of the inclined surfaces, and the telescopic member 62m can also be retracted. The abutting inclined surface 6211m, the force-bearing inclined surface 6221m and the force-applying inclined surface 611m are selected as inclined planes in this embodiment, and may also be curved surfaces in other embodiments. The lifting assembly of this embodiment may also not be provided with a pressing member 61m, and a pressing member is provided on the door cover 95. When the door cover 95 is closed, the pressing member structure of the door cover acts on the force-bearing inclined surface 6221m of the telescopic member 62m, and the telescopic member 62m can also be extended relative to the box body 10 in the first direction. The second mounting member may be formed integrally with the box body 10, or may be installed and fixed to the box body 10. The second mounting member may also be provided at the first end 11 of the box body 10 through the protective cover 111. The telescopic parts of this embodiment are arranged at the first end 11 and the fourth end of the developing box, and the box body 10 can also be provided with telescopic parts at the fourth end 14 and the second end 12, so that the left and right ends of the developing box 1 are balanced and lifted.
[0323] It is understandable that a slope may be provided at the front end of the telescopic member 62m, with the right end of the slope being further back than the left end. In this way, when the processing box is loaded into the image forming device, the slope at the front end of the telescopic member 62m abuts against the first wall 90 to retract the telescopic member 62m, so as not to affect the installation of the processing box. In addition, in this case, the pressing member 61m may not be provided, but a telescopic member 62m and a reset elastic member may be provided. The reset elastic member is used to reset the telescopic member 62m after the processing box is loaded into the image forming device, and can also make the abutting slope of the telescopic member move along the lower guide rail 92 and lift the developing box upward to achieve electrical contact between the electrical contact surface and the second upper guide portion.
[0324] Modification 1 of Embodiment 10
[0325] See also Fig.54 - Fig.56 The difference between this modification and the tenth embodiment is that the force-bearing inclined surface of the telescopic member of the lifting assembly is set differently, and the setting mode of the pressing member is different. The lifting assembly is described by taking the part of the lifting assembly close to the first end 11 of the box body 10 as an example. The upper end of the force-bearing inclined surface 332a of the telescopic member 33a of this modification is closer to the left than the lower end. The pressing member 32a can move in the up-down direction relative to the box body 10. The force-applying inclined surface 322a is set at the lower end of the pressing member 32a. The upper end of the force-applying inclined surface 322a is closer to the left than the lower end. The pressing member 32a is used to apply a force to the telescopic member 33a, so that the telescopic member 33a retracts relative to the box body 10 along the first direction. The telescopic member 62m is used to cooperate with the lower guide rail 92 when extending relative to the box body 10 along the first direction, and lift the developing box 1 upward. The lifting assembly also includes a lifting elastic member 35a, which is used to provide an elastic force for the telescopic member 33a to extend relative to the box body 10. The lifting assembly of this embodiment is close to the first end 11 of the box body 10, that is, the lifting assembly or the telescopic member 33a is arranged at the first end 11 of the developing box, which is a special case.
[0326] Specifically, the handle 141 is rotatably connected to the box body 10, the rotation axis of the handle 141 extends along the first direction, the pressing member 32a extends along the up-down direction, and the upper end 321a of the pressing member is connected to the handle 141. The second mounting member is specifically a mounting groove 31a, the mounting groove 31a is opened upward for the lower end of the pressing member 32a to be inserted, and the mounting groove 31a is also opened to the right for the telescopic member 33a of the first end 11 to be inserted, and the side wall of the mounting groove 31a limits the pressing member 32a and the telescopic member 33a to prevent the pressing member 32a and the telescopic member 33a from being separated when moving. The lower end of the mounting groove is a blind hole or a through hole. The fourth end 14 of the box body 10 is provided with a limiting portion 141a to limit the pressing member 141. The lifting elastic member 35a is arranged in the mounting groove 31a, one end of the lifting elastic member 35a is connected to the left end of the telescopic member 33a, and the other end is connected to the left wall of the mounting groove 31a. By pressing the handle 141, the handle 141 rotates and drives the pressing member 32a to move downward, and the force-applying inclined surface 322a of the pressing member 32a applies force to the force-bearing inclined surface 332a of the telescopic member 33a, so that the telescopic member 33a moves leftward and retracts, and the lifting elastic member 35a is compressed.
[0327] When the developing cartridge 1 is loaded into the drum assembly 5 and the handle 141 is not pressed and rotated by the user, the retractable member 33a is in a state of being extended relative to the first end 11. When the processing cartridge is loaded into the image forming device, the user presses the handle 141 to rotate the handle 141, and the handle 141 drives the retractable member 33a to retract to the left and avoid the first wall 90 of the image forming device through the pressing member 32a so that the processing cartridge can be smoothly installed into the image forming device, and the electrical contact surface 1131 and the storage medium 113 smoothly pass over the second upper guide portion 914. At this time, the processing cartridge stops moving forward in the image forming device, and the electrical contact surface 1131 is located below the second identification contact 916 and does not contact the second identification contact 916. The user releases the handle 142, and the retractable member 33a extends to the right under the action of the lifting elastic member 35a. The different positions of the abutting inclined surface 331a of the retractable member 33a cooperate with the lower guide rail 92 and lift the developing cartridge, so that the electrical contact surface 1131 contacts the second identification contact 916. When taking out the processing cartridge, the user presses the handle 141 to retract the retractable member 33a, and then the processing cartridge can be taken out.
[0328] The second end 12 of the developer box may also be provided with a telescopic member 34a, which also has a force-bearing inclined surface 342a and an abutting inclined surface 341a. A force-applying inclined surface 323a may also be provided on one side of the force-applying inclined surface 322a at the lower end of the pressing member 32a, and the lifting elastic member 35a abuts between the telescopic member 33a and the telescopic member 34a. When the pressing member 32a moves downward, the force-applying inclined surface 323a applies force to the force-bearing inclined surface 342a, so that the telescopic member 34a moves rightward and retracts, and the lifting elastic member 35a is compressed. It is also possible to only provide a lifting assembly at the second end 12, and the electrical contact surface 113 can also be in contact with the second identification contact 916.
[0329] The pressing member 32a of this embodiment is connected to the handle 141 to receive the force of the handle 141. The pressing member 32a can be fixedly connected to the handle 141 or movably connected, as long as the pressing member 32a can receive the force of the handle 141 and apply the force to the telescopic member 33a. In some embodiments, the pressing member 32a can also receive the force of the top wall or the door cover 95 of the image forming device and move downward relative to the box body 10 along the third direction. In this embodiment, the pressing member 32a can be integrally formed with the handle 141, or can be fixed to the handle 141 by installation. The pressing member 32a can also be a separate structure from the handle 141, as long as the handle 141 can apply a downward force to the pressing member 32a. In this embodiment, the force-bearing inclined surface 332a of the force-bearing part of the telescopic member 34a and the force-applying inclined surface 322a of the force-applying part of the pressing member 32a may also be provided with only one of the inclined surfaces, so that the force-applying part of the pressing member 32a can apply a force to the force-bearing part of the telescopic member 34a, thereby realizing the retraction of the telescopic member 34a relative to the box body 10.
[0330] Modification 2 of Embodiment 10
[0331] See also Fig.57 and Fig.58 The difference between this modification and the first modification is that the setting mode of the pressing member 32a of the lifting assembly is different, the pressing member 32a is rotatably connected to the box body 10, and the pressing member 32a presses the pressure inclined surface 332a of the telescopic member 33a when rotating, so that the telescopic member 33a retracts relative to the box body 10. The installation mode of the process cartridge of this modification and the principle of the contact between the electrical contact surface 1131 and the second identification contact 916 are the same as those in the first modification, and will not be repeated.
[0332] Specifically, the pressing member 32a has a force-applying portion 322a, the lower end of the pressing member 32a is rotatably connected to the box body 10, the force-applying portion 322a is arranged at the upper end of the pressing member 32a, the upper end of the force-bearing inclined surface 332a of the telescopic member 33a of the first end 11 is to the left of the lower end, when the pressing member 32a is rotated by the force, the force-applying portion 322a rotates downward and applies force to the force-bearing inclined surface 332a of the telescopic member 33a of the first end 11, so that the telescopic member 33a retracts to the left. The right end of the second mounting member 31a is formed with a second mounting groove 311a, the second mounting groove 311a is for the force-bearing inclined surface 332a of the telescopic member 33a and the force-applying portion 322a of the pressing member 32a to be inserted, and a lifting elastic member 35a is abutted between the left end of the telescopic member 33a and the second mounting groove 311a.
[0333] In this embodiment, the force-applying portion 322a is located above the telescopic member 33a. In some embodiments, the force-bearing inclined surface of the telescopic member 33a is arranged below the telescopic member, and the upper end of the force-bearing inclined surface is to the right of the lower end. The force-applying portion 322a is arranged below the telescopic member 33a. When the pressing member 32a rotates, the force-applying portion 322a rotates upward and applies force to the force-bearing inclined surface of the telescopic member 33a at the first end 11, and the telescopic member 33a can also be retracted to the left. In this embodiment, the left end of the second mounting member 31a is also formed with a second mounting groove 312a, and the second mounting groove 312a is inserted into the force-bearing inclined surface 342a of the telescopic member 34a and another force-applying portion 322a of the pressing member 32a, and another lifting elastic member 35a abuts between the right end of the telescopic member 34a and the second mounting groove 312a at the left end of the second mounting member 31a.
[0334] Embodiment 11
[0335] See also Figure 6 , Fig.60 - Fig.63 The difference between this embodiment and the first embodiment is that the lifting assembly is a forced pushing assembly 70, which includes a lifting assembly, the forced pushing assembly abuts against the drum forced pushing member of the drum assembly, and is used to receive the forced pushing force of the drum forced pushing member to make the developing roller 131 contact with the photosensitive drum, and is also used to lift the developing box 1, so that the electrical contact surface 1131 is in electrical contact with the second identification contact 916.
[0336] The drum pushing member includes a first drum pushing member 55 and a second drum pushing member 56. The first drum pushing member 55 is close to the first side wall 51, and the second drum pushing member 56 is close to the second side wall 52. The first drum pushing member 55 and the second drum pushing member 56 are relatively fixed to the drum frame 50. Specifically, the drum frame 50 also includes the following Figure 3 and Figure 5 The forced pushing groove 532 shown in the figure is used to install the first drum forced pushing member 55 and the second drum forced pushing member 56, and the drum forced pushing member is fixedly connected to the drum frame 50.
[0337] The forced pushing assembly is arranged at the first end 11 and / or the second end 12 of the box body 10, and the forced pushing assembly includes a first forced pushing member 71 and a second forced pushing member 72. The first forced pushing member 71 is arranged at the first end 11 of the box body 10, and the first forced pushing member 71 is used to receive the force of the first drum forced pushing member 55. The second forced pushing member 72 is arranged at the second end 12 of the box body 10, and the second forced pushing member 72 is used to receive the force of the second drum forced pushing member 56. The first forced pushing member 71 protrudes outwardly from the side wall of the first end 11 of the box body 10 in the first direction, and the second forced pushing member 72 protrudes outwardly from the side wall of the second end 12 of the box body 10 in the first direction.
[0338] The forced pushing assembly has a first forced pushing portion 70a and a second forced pushing portion 70b, and the first forced pushing portion 70a is located above the second forced pushing portion 70b. The developing box 1 has a first position and a second position on the drum assembly 5, and the developing box 1 can move between the first position and the second position relative to the drum assembly 5. When the developing box 1 is in the first position, as shown in FIG. Fig.62 As shown, the first pushing portion 70a is abutted and pushed by the drum pushing member; when the developing box 1 is in the second position, as shown in FIG. Fig.63 As shown, when the developing box 1 is in the first position, it is lifted from the drum assembly 5, and the first pushing portion 70a abuts against the upper part of the drum pushing member and the rear end of the second pushing portion 70b is abutted and pushed by the drum pushing member. Specifically, the drum pushing member is relatively fixed to the drum frame 50, and the rear end of the first pushing portion 70a protrudes from the rear end of the second pushing portion 70b. After the developing box 1 in the first position is lifted from the drum assembly 5 for a certain distance, the first pushing portion 70a located above abuts against the drum pushing member, so that the developing box is in the second position. The rear end of the first pushing portion 70a and the rear end of the second pushing portion 70b form a step 70c, so that when the developing box 1 is in the second position, the first pushing portion 70a can stably abut against the drum pushing member, so that the developing box is stably maintained in the second position. The first pushing portion 70a and the second pushing portion 70b are arranged on the first pushing member 71 and the second pushing member 72.
[0339] The second pushing member 72 is used as an example for description. Fig.61 As shown, the first pushing portion 70a of the second pushing member 72 is abutted and pushed by the second drum pushing member 56, that is, the developing box 1 is in the first position. At this time, the processing box is installed in the image forming device. During the installation process, the storage medium 113 is located below the second upper guide portion 914. After the storage medium 113 successfully passes over the second upper guide portion 914, the electrical contact surface 1131 is located below the second identification contact 916 and does not contact the second identification contact 916. The developing box 1 is still in the first position. Then, the user holds the handle 141 of the developing box 1 and lifts the developing box 1 upward, that is, the developing box 1 rotates upward around the box limit portion 130 relative to the drum assembly 5, so that Fig.62The first pushing portion 70a of the second pushing member 72 is abutted against the upper side of the second drum pushing member 56, and the second pushing portion 70b is abutted and pushed by the second drum pushing member 56, that is, the developing cartridge 1 is in the second position, so that the electrical contact surface 1131 is in contact with the second identification contact 916. When taking out the process cartridge, the user first presses down the developing cartridge 1, so that the developing cartridge 1 is retreated from the second position to the first position, and the storage medium 113 avoids the second upper guide portion 914, so that the process cartridge can be taken out.
[0340] The first drum pushing member 55 and the second drum pushing member 56 are overlapped in the first direction, and correspondingly, the first pushing member 71 and the second pushing member 72 are overlapped in the first direction, so that the forces on both ends of the developing box 1 in the first direction are more balanced, and the contact between the developing roller 131 and the photosensitive drum is more stable. Specifically, the first pushing portion 70a of the first pushing member 71 and the first pushing portion 70a of the second pushing member 72 are overlapped in the first direction, and the second pushing portion 70b of the first pushing member 71 and the second pushing portion 70b of the second pushing member 72 are overlapped in the first direction. The first pushing member 71 is at least partially located between the rotation axis of the stirring gear 45 and the rotation axis of the driving part 21. In the second direction, the distance between the first pushing member 71 and the rotation axis of the power receiving part 40 is the same as the distance between the stirring gear 45 and the rotation axis of the power receiving part 40.
[0341] In some embodiments, a forced push inclined surface is formed at the rear end of the forced push assembly, and the upper end of the forced push inclined surface is backward compared to the lower end, so that after the developer box 1 is lifted a certain distance from the first position, the upper end of the forced push inclined surface abuts against the drum forced push member, and the forced push inclined surface is formed on the first forced push portion 70a and the second forced push portion 70b, and the upper end of the forced push inclined surface is also the first forced push portion 70a, and the lower end of the forced push inclined surface is also the second forced push portion 70b. The number of drum forced push members can be one, and the forced push assembly can also be provided with only one forced push member. The first forced push member 71 can also be located outside the rotation axis of the stirring gear 45 and the rotation axis of the driving part 21. The forced push assembly can be directly or indirectly arranged on the box body 10, for example, the forced push assembly is indirectly arranged on the box body 10 through the protective cover 111. The forced push assembly can be integrally formed with the box body 10 or can be installed on the box body 10. The first forced pushing portion 70a and the second forced pushing portion 70b can be an integral structure or a split structure, and the first forced pushing portion 70a and the second forced pushing portion 70b can be integrally formed or installed and fixed together. The first drum forced pushing member 55 and the second drum forced pushing member 56 can be arranged non-overlappingly, and correspondingly, the first forced pushing member 71 and the second forced pushing member 72 can also be arranged non-overlappingly. It can be understood that the forced pushing assembly is slightly movable relative to the drum frame 50, and the above effect can also be achieved. The forced pushing assembly of this embodiment is arranged in two directions closer to the developing roller 131 than the handle 141, so that the forced pushing effect of the forced pushing assembly and the electrical contact effect between the electrical contact surface 1131 and the second identification contact 916 are better. In some embodiments, the forced pushing assembly is closer to the handle 141 than the developing roller 131 in the second direction. The forced pushing assembly can also be arranged at the fourth end 14 in the second direction.
[0342] This embodiment arranges the lifting component in the forced pushing component, which can not only realize the contact between the developing roller 131 and the photosensitive drum, but also realize the electrical contact between the electrical contact surface 1131 and the second identification contact 916, thereby reducing the structural settings and saving costs.
[0343] Modification 1 of Embodiment 11
[0344] See also Fig.64 and Fig.65 , the drum forced pushing member can move in the front-to-back direction relative to the drum frame 50. Specifically, a forced pushing elastic member 552 is provided between the first drum forced pushing member 55 and the forced pushing groove 532, and a forced pushing elastic member 552 is provided between the second drum forced pushing member 56 and the forced pushing groove 532, so that the first drum forced pushing member 55 and the second drum forced pushing member 56 can both move in the front-to-back direction. The front end of the drum forced pushing member has a drum forced pushing inclined surface 551, and the drum forced pushing inclined surface 551 is a plane or a curved surface. The rear end of the drum forced pushing inclined surface 551 is higher than the front end. The drum forced pushing inclined surface 551 is matched with the forced pushing inclined surface 71e, that is, the extension direction of the forced pushing inclined surface 71e and the drum forced pushing inclined surface 551 is substantially the same. The drum forced pushing inclined surface 551 is formed on the first drum forced pushing member 55 and the second drum forced pushing member 56.
[0345] The forced push assembly is disposed at the fourth end 14 of the box body 10, the first forced push member 71 protrudes outward relative to the fourth end 14, the first forced push member 71 has a forced push inclined surface 71e, the forced push inclined surface 71e is used to receive the forced push force of the drum forced push inclined surface 551, the upper end of the forced push inclined surface is backward compared to the lower end, and the forced push inclined surface 71e is a plane or a curved surface. The second forced push member 72 protrudes outward relative to the fourth end 14, the second forced push member 72 is arched, the first forced push member 71 and the second forced push member 72 have different structures, and in some embodiments, the first forced push member 71 and the second forced push member 72 may have the same structure.
[0346] When the developing cartridge 1 is mounted on the drum assembly, the drum pushing member 55 abuts against the pushing assembly and applies an upward force and a forward pushing force to the pushing assembly. Specifically, the drum pushing inclined surface 551 is located below the pushing inclined surface, and the drum pushing inclined surface 551 abuts against the pushing inclined surface 71e of the first pushing member 71 and the lower end of the arched portion of the second pushing member 72, so that the first pushing member 71 and the second pushing member 72 are subjected to a forward force and an upward pushing force.
[0347] During the installation of the process cartridge, the storage medium 113 is resisted by the second upper guide 914 and receives the downward force applied by the second upper guide 914, so that the developer cartridge 1 as a whole receives the downward force. Since the first drum pushing member 71 applies an upward force to the first pushing member 71, at this time, the downward force of the second upper guide 914 is greater than the upward force of the first drum pushing member 71. Therefore, the developer cartridge 1 moves downward by the first drum pushing member 71 driving the first drum pushing member 55 to move backward, so that the storage medium 113 avoids the second upper guide 914. The first drum pushing member 55 compresses the pushing elastic member 552 when moving backward. After the storage medium 113 passes over the second upper guide 914, the developer cartridge 1 moves upward under the elastic force of the pushing elastic member 552, so that the electrical contact surface 1131 is in electrical contact with the second identification contact 916.
[0348] The forced pushing components in the eleventh embodiment and its variations can be arranged at the first end 11, the second end 12, the fourth end 14 or the sixth end 16 of the box body 10 as required, and can also achieve the same effect.
[0349] In the first to eleventh embodiments of the present application and their variations, the developer box is provided with a lifting assembly, and the lifting assembly lifts the developer box upward relative to the drum assembly, so that the electrical contact surface enters the recess and makes electrical contact with the identification contact, so that the image forming device reads the information of the storage medium 113. In addition, the bracket and the electrical contact surface in the first to eleventh embodiments and their variations are fixedly arranged relative to the developer box, and there is no need to provide a slide rail or other structure on the developer box so that the bracket and the electrical contact surface can slide relative to the box body. Therefore, the structure of the bracket and the electrical contact surface is simple, the requirements for the precision of the bracket are low, the number of parts is reduced, and the cost is saved.
[0350] Embodiment 12
[0351] See also Fig.66 - Fig.67 The difference between this embodiment and the first embodiment is that the lifting assembly includes a drum elastic assembly, which is arranged on the drum assembly, and the drum elastic assembly abuts against the guide rail in the image forming device and lifts the drum assembly and the developing box upward together, so that the electrical contact surface of the developing box is in electrical contact with the second identification contact 916, so that the image forming device recognizes the information of the developing box. The drum assembly is also provided with a drum identification assembly, which includes a drum bracket 57e, a drum storage medium 58e and a drum electrical contact surface 59e. The drum elastic assembly abuts against the guide rail in the image forming device and lifts the drum assembly and the developing box upward together, and also makes the drum electrical contact surface 59e in electrical contact with the first identification contact 913, so that the image forming device recognizes the information of the drum assembly.
[0352] Specifically, the drum identification assembly is fixedly arranged on the first side wall 51 of the drum assembly 5, the drum bracket 57e is formed by a rightward protrusion integrally formed on the first wall 51, the drum bracket 57e is provided with a mounting recess, and the mounting recess is formed by being recessed from top to bottom, the drum storage medium 58e is fixedly installed in the mounting recess by gluing, snapping, etc., and the drum electrical contact surface 59e is fixedly arranged on the upper surface of the drum storage medium 58e. After the drum storage medium 58e is installed on the drum bracket 57e, the drum storage medium 58e is flush with the drum bracket 57e to prevent the drum storage medium 58e from being interfered and falling off.
[0353] The drum elastic component includes a drum elastic member 62i and a drum retainer 61i. The drum retainer 61i is fixedly arranged on the first side wall 51 and extends backward along the second direction. The drum elastic member 62i is sleeved on the drum retainer 61i. The drum elastic member 62i can be elastically deformed. The drum elastic member 62i is preferably a torsion spring. In some embodiments, the drum elastic member 62i can also be other structures or materials that can be elastically deformed, such as a plastic material that can be elastically deformed. The drum elastic member has a first arm 621i and a second arm 622i. The first arm 621i extends toward the second end 12 along the first direction, and the second arm 622i extends away from the first end 11 along the first direction. A positioning portion 63i is fixedly arranged at the right end of the protective cover 111 of the developer box. The positioning portion 63i includes a positioning slot. The positioning slots are all open in the third direction. The first arm 621i of the drum elastic member 62i can be inserted into the positioning slot from the opening so as to be limited by the positioning slot. The opening of the positioning groove in the third direction may be a through hole, or the positioning groove may not be opened above the third direction but open below the third direction. The right end of the positioning groove is opened for the first arm 621i to be inserted, and a buckle 631i is provided at the opening of the positioning groove. When the first arm 621i passes through the buckle 631i, the buckle 631i is elastically deformed, so that the opening becomes larger and can be smoothly inserted into the positioning groove. The buckle 631i has a limiting effect on the first arm 621i to prevent the first arm 621i from slipping out of the positioning groove to the right. Since the first arm 621i is inserted into the positioning groove, the first arm 621i is limited by the positioning groove in both the second direction and the first direction, and the first arm 621i is fixedly connected to the drum elastic member 62i, so that the drum elastic member 62i is also limited. In the process of assembling the developing box from top to bottom to the drum assembly 5, the positioning groove is aligned with the first arm 621i, and the first arm 621i is inserted into the positioning groove and is limited by the positioning groove. In other embodiments, the positioning groove can also be provided on the first side wall 51 of the drum assembly 5, so that the developer cartridge does not need to be aligned with the first arm 621i during installation to the drum assembly 5, making installation easier. The positioning portion and the positioning groove can also be directly provided on the first end 11 of the box body.
[0354] The first upper guide portion 911 is located at the rear side of the first identification contact 913 in the second direction, and the lower end of the first upper guide portion 911 is located below the lower end of the first identification contact 913 in the third direction. Therefore, the drum identification assembly needs to at least partially pass over the lower end of the first upper guide portion 911 so that the drum electrical contact surface 59e can contact and electrically connect with the first identification contact 913. After the drum electrical contact surface 59e reaches the position of contacting with the first identification contact 913, it is blocked by the first upper guide portion 913 and cannot move backward, thereby preventing the drum electrical contact surface 59e from being out of contact with the first identification contact 913.
[0355] When the developing box 1 and the drum assembly 5 are installed together in the image forming device, the second arm 622i contacts the lower guide rail 92 and elastically supports the drum assembly 5. When the drum bracket 57e moves to contact the first upper guide part 911, the drum bracket 57e is subjected to the downward force provided by the first upper guide part 911, so that the drum assembly 5 overcomes the elastic force of the drum elastic member 62i and the elastic deformation of the drum elastic member 62i, and the drum assembly 5 as a whole moves downward in the third direction relative to the image forming device. The drum assembly 5 and the drum identification assembly thereon avoid the first upper guide part 911, and the drum electrical contact surface 59e moves downward together with the drum bracket 57e to avoid the first upper guide part 911. As the drum assembly 5 continues to be installed forward, the drum identification assembly passes through the first upper guide part 911, and the drum elastic member 62i elastically recovers, so that the drum assembly 5 and the drum identification assembly thereon move upward relative to the image forming device, so that the drum electrical contact surface 59e contacts and is electrically connected with the first identification contact 913.
[0356] When the drum assembly 5 is taken out, the drum identification assembly contacts the first upper guide portion 911 and is subjected to the downward force of the drum limiting protrusion 98, causing the drum elastic member 62i to undergo elastic deformation, and then the drum identification assembly moves downward together with the drum assembly 5 to avoid the first upper guide portion 911, so that the drum assembly 5 can be smoothly taken out of the image forming device.
[0357] In addition, the developer box is not provided with an elastically deformable lifting assembly, but in the process of the drum assembly 5 avoiding the first upper guide portion 911, the developer box and the identification assembly thereon can move downward together with the drum assembly 5 to avoid the second upper guide portion 914, and then when the drum assembly 5 passes through the first upper guide portion 911, the developer box and the identification assembly thereon also pass through the second upper guide portion 914. When the drum elastic member 62i elastically recovers to make the drum assembly 5 move upward so that the drum electrical contact surface 59e contacts the first identification contact 913, the developer box and the identification assembly thereon also move upward together with the drum assembly 5, so that the electrical contact surface 1131 on the developer box contacts the second identification contact 916. It can be understood that the developer box can also be provided with an elastically deformable lifting assembly in the aforementioned embodiment, so that the developer box can be lifted up and down relative to the drum assembly, so that the drum assembly and the developer box can both move upward by a suitable distance, and the drum electrical contact surface 59e contacts the first identification contact 913, and the electrical contact surface 1131 contacts the electrical contact surface of the second identification contact 916. When the drum assembly 5 is taken out, the developing box and the identification assembly thereon also move downward together with the drum assembly 5 to avoid the second upper guide portion 914, so that the developing box is smoothly taken out of the image forming device together with the drum assembly 5.
[0358] In this embodiment, the front side and the rear side of the second upper guide portion 911 are both inclined surfaces, so when the drum identification component contacts the front side and the rear side of the drum limiting protrusion 98, the drum limiting protrusion 98 can apply a downward component force to the drum identification component. If the first upper guide portion 911 in the image forming device used by the drum assembly 5 in this embodiment does not have an inclined surface, a first drum guide inclined surface can also be set at the front end of the drum bracket 57e and a second drum guide inclined surface can be set at the rear end, the front end of the first drum guide inclined surface is lower than the rear end, and the rear end of the second drum guide inclined surface is lower than the front end, that is, the first drum guide inclined surface is inclined in the same manner as the first guide inclined surface of the bracket, and the second drum guide inclined surface is inclined in the same manner as the second guide inclined surface. The first drum guide inclined surface is used to guide the drum identification component to move downward, so that the drum identification component passes over the first upper guide portion 911 and enters the first recess 912, so as to prevent the drum identification component from being damaged by collision due to rigid contact. The second drum guide slope is used to guide the drum identification assembly to move downward, so that when the drum assembly is taken out of the installation cavity, the drum identification assembly avoids the first upper guide portion 912 to prevent the drum identification assembly from being damaged by collision due to rigid contact. It is understandable that the first drum guide slope and the second drum guide slope may not be arranged on the drum bracket, but may be arranged on the drum storage medium or the drum electrical contact surface. In other words, the first drum guide slope of the drum identification assembly may be arranged on at least one of the drum bracket, the drum storage medium and the electrical contact surface, and the second drum guide slope of the drum identification assembly may be arranged on at least one of the drum bracket, the drum storage medium and the electrical contact surface.
[0359] In this embodiment, only the identification component of the developing box can be set. When the developing box 1 and the drum assembly 5 are installed together in the image forming device, the second arm 622i contacts the lower guide rail 92 and elastically supports the drum assembly 5. When the bracket 112 moves to contact the first upper guide portion 911, the bracket 112 is subjected to the downward force provided by the first upper guide portion 911, so that the developing box 1 and the drum assembly 5 overcome the elastic force of the drum elastic member 62i and the elastic deformation of the drum elastic member 62i, and the developing box 1 and the drum assembly 5 as a whole move downward relative to the image forming device in the third direction, the developing box 1 and the identification component thereon avoid the second upper guide portion 914, and the electrical contact surface 1131 moves downward together with the bracket 112 to avoid the second upper guide portion 914. As the processing box continues to be installed forward, the identification component passes over the second upper guide portion 914, and the drum elastic member 62i elastically recovers, so that the drum assembly 5, the developing box 1 and the identification component thereon move upward relative to the image forming device, so that the electrical contact surface 1131 contacts and electrically connects the second identification contact 916. The present embodiment may also only provide the drum identification component of the drum assembly without providing the identification component of the developing box. The drum elastic component may also be provided separately on the second side wall 52, or provided on both the first side wall 51 and the second side wall 52. The drum bracket 57e may be integrally formed with the drum frame 50 or may be installed and fixed on the drum frame 50.
[0360] Modification 1 of Embodiment 12
[0361] See also Fig.68 , the difference of this variation is that the drum elastic component is set differently. The principle of achieving electrical contact in this variation is the same as that of the twelfth embodiment. The drum holder 61j is fixed on the first side wall 51 of the drum assembly 5, and a guide rail 611j extending along the third direction is provided on the drum holder 61j. A drum support 62j that can slide along the guide rail 611j in the third direction relative to the drum assembly 5 is slidably installed in the guide rail 611j. An upward opening is provided on the drum support 62j, and a drum elastic member 63j is provided between the upper wall of the guide rail 611j and the opening of the drum support. The drum elastic member 63j is preferably a spring, such as a compression spring. A positioning column protruding downward is also provided on the upper wall of the guide rail 611j, and the drum elastic member 63j is sleeved on the positioning column to prevent the drum elastic member 63j from being distorted. The left end of the drum support 62j, i.e., the end closer to the second side end 12, is inserted into the guide rail 611j and can slide along the guide rail 611j, and the right end of the drum support 62j, i.e., the end farther from the second side end 12, is located outside the guide rail 611j. The lower end surface of the portion of the drum support 62j located outside the guide rail 611j is used to abut against the lower guide rail 92 to support the drum assembly 5 and the developing box 1.
[0362] Modification 2 of Embodiment 12
[0363] See also Fig.69 , the difference of this modification is that the drum elastic component is arranged at the bottom of the third side wall 53, and the drum elastic component abuts against the bottom wall 95a of the image forming device. Specifically, the drum holder 61k is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the third side wall 53 of the drum assembly 5, the drum elastic component 63k extends in the up-down direction, and the drum elastic component 63k abuts between the drum holder 61k and the drum support 62k. The drum support 62k is used to abut against the bottom wall 95a in the image forming device, so that the drum assembly and the developing box are lifted relative to the image forming device.
[0364] When the drum identification assembly of the twelfth embodiment and its modified examples abuts against the first upper guide 911 and moves downward, the drum elastic assembly may be elastically deformed, and after the drum identification assembly passes over the first upper guide 911, under the elastic action of the drum elastic assembly, the drum assembly and the drum identification assembly thereon are lifted upward relative to the image forming device, so that the drum electrical contact surface is in electrical contact with the first identification contact 911. When the identification assembly of the twelfth embodiment and its modified examples abuts against the second upper guide 914 and moves downward, the drum elastic assembly is compressed, and after the identification assembly passes over the second upper guide 914, under the elastic action of the drum elastic assembly, the developer cartridge and its identification assembly and the drum assembly are lifted upward relative to the image forming device, so that the drum electrical contact surface is in electrical contact with the second identification contact 916.
[0365] In Example 12 and its variations, a lifting assembly is provided in the processing box, and the lifting assembly is in contact with the image forming device to lift the developing box and the drum assembly upward relative to the image forming device so that the electrical contact surface and the identification contact are in electrical contact. In addition, the bracket and the electrical contact surface are fixed relative to the developing box, and there is no need to provide a slide rail or other structure on the developing box to allow the bracket and the electrical contact surface to slide relative to the box body. Therefore, the structure of the bracket and the electrical contact surface is simple, the precision requirement of the bracket is low, the number of components is reduced, and the cost is saved.
[0366] Embodiment 13
[0367] See also Fig.70 - Fig.72 , the difference between this embodiment and the fifth embodiment is that the lifting assembly is arranged on the identification assembly, and the lifting assembly includes an electrical contact 46a. In addition to the bracket, the storage medium 42a, and the electrical contact surface, the identification assembly also includes an electrical contact 46a, which is arranged on the bracket. The electrical contact 46a at least partially protrudes from the upper end surface of the bracket. The electrical contact 46a can be elastically deformed, and the electrical contact 46a is used to make electrical contact with the second identification contact 916 and the electrical contact surface. During the installation of the processing box, the electrical contact 46a abuts against the second upper guide portion 914 and is subjected to a downward force. The electrical contact 46a is elastically deformed and passes over the second upper guide portion 914. After passing over the second upper guide portion 914, the electrical contact 46a recovers the deformation and bounces upward and makes electrical contact with the second identification contact 916, so that the storage medium 42a is electrically connected to the second identification contact 916. The electrical contact 46a moves downward relative to the bracket and the box body 10 during the elastic deformation process. After being installed in place, the upper end surfaces of the bracket and storage medium 113 are both located below the second identification contact 916 and the second upper guide portion 914, and there is a gap between the bracket and storage medium 112 and the second identification contact 916 and the second upper guide portion 914 in the vertical direction. It can be understood that the bracket and storage medium 112 can also slightly contact the second upper guide portion 914 in the vertical direction, as long as the electrical contact 64a can bounce upward and electrically contact the second identification contact 916 after passing over the second upper guide portion 914.
[0368] Specifically, the bracket includes a first support portion 41a and a frame 44a, wherein the first support portion 41a is used to install the storage medium 42a, and the frame 44a is used to install the electrical contact 46a, and the frame 44a is installed above the first support portion 41a. The electrical contact 46a at least partially protrudes from the upper end surface 415a of the first support portion and the upper end surface 442a of the frame in the second direction, so that during the installation of the processing box, there is a gap between the upper end surface 415a of the first support portion and the upper end surface 442a of the frame and the lower end of the second upper guide portion 914, and the electrical contact 46a can abut against the second upper guide portion 914 to undergo elastic deformation, and then the electrical contact 46a passes over the second upper guide portion 914. It can be understood that if there is an upwardly recessed space on the left or right side of the second upper guide portion 914, then the upper end surface 415a of the first support portion located on the left or right side of the second upper guide portion 914 may also be higher than the lower end of the second upper guide portion 914, and the upper end surface 442a of the frame body located on the left or right side of the second upper guide portion 914 may also be higher than the lower end of the second upper guide portion 914.
[0369] The first support portion 41a is disposed at the first end 11 of the box body 10. Specifically, the first support portion 41a is fixedly disposed on the right side of the protective cover 111, and the first support portion 41a is provided with an installation space 411a in the up-down direction, and a mounting port 412a is provided on the right side wall of the installation space 411a, and a mounting groove 413a recessed to the left is provided on the left side wall of the installation space 411a, and the storage medium 42a is inserted into the installation space 411a through the mounting port 412a, and the left and right ends of the storage medium 42a are supported by the mounting groove 413a and the mounting port 412a, so that the storage medium 42a can be detachably mounted on the first support portion 41a. In addition, the mounting port 412a is disposed on the right side of the first support portion 41a, and when the first support portion 41a and the protective cover 111 or the box body 10 are integrally formed or fixed together, it is convenient for the storage medium 113 to be loaded into the first support portion 41a from the right side of the developing box. The projections of the installation opening 412a and the installation slot 413a in the left-right direction overlap, so that the storage medium 42a can be supported horizontally. Of course, the projections of the installation opening 412a and the installation slot 413a in the left-right direction may not overlap. The first support portion 41a is formed with a first positioning portion, the first positioning portion is formed by the recess of the side wall of the installation space, and the first positioning portion is used to install the frame 44a. Specifically, the first positioning portion is a positioning groove, and the positioning groove includes a first positioning groove and a second positioning groove 414a. The first positioning groove is formed by the recess of the right side wall of the installation space 411a, and the second positioning groove 414a is formed by the recess of the left side wall of the installation space 411a, so that the left and right ends of the frame 44a are supported by the positioning groove, so that the frame 44a is installed on the first support portion 41a. The projections of the first positioning groove and the second positioning groove 414a in the left-right direction overlap, so that the frame 44a can be supported horizontally. The first positioning groove is located above the mounting opening 412a, and the second positioning groove 414a is located above the mounting groove 413a, so that the electrical contact 46a and the frame 44a can be located above the storage medium 42a.
[0370] The frame 44a includes a second positioning portion. The second positioning portion is used to cooperate with the first positioning portion. The bracket is provided with an isolation portion, and in this embodiment, the isolation portion 45a is provided on the frame 44a. Specifically, the second positioning portion is a positioning protrusion 441a, and the positioning protrusion 441a is formed on the left end surface and the right end surface of the frame 44a. The positioning protrusion 441a is used to snap into the first positioning groove and the second positioning groove 414a so that the frame 44a is installed on the first support portion 41a. The isolation portion 45a is used to isolate the electrical contact 46a to prevent different electrical contacts 46a from contacting each other and causing a short circuit. Specifically, the isolation portion 45a extends along the front-to-back direction, and a plurality of isolation portions 45a are arranged at intervals along the left-to-right direction. An isolation space is formed between two adjacent isolation portions 45a in the up-down direction, and the isolation space is used to install the electrical contact 46a. In some embodiments, after the frame 44a is installed in the first support part 41a, the isolation part 45a and the side wall of the first support part also form an isolation space, that is, the side wall of the first support part can also be the isolation part. The isolation part 45a can be in the shape of a plate, a sheet, or a strip.
[0371] The electrical contact surface includes a first electrical contact surface 43a and a second electrical contact surface, the first electrical contact surface 43a is arranged on the storage medium 42a, the second electrical contact surface is arranged on the electrical contact 46a, the first electrical contact surface 43a and the second electrical contact surface are electrically connected, and the second electrical contact surface is used to electrically contact the second identification contact 916. The first electrical contact surface 43a is fixed to the storage medium 42a, the first electrical contact surface 43a extends along the first direction and the second direction, and the first electrical contact surface 43a intersects with the third direction. The first electrical contact surface 43a is fixedly arranged on the storage medium 42a in this embodiment. The second electrical contact surface is located at the upper end of the electrical contact 46a.
[0372] The electrical contact 46a can be elastically deformed. In this embodiment, it is a flexible conductive material, such as conductive rubber. In some embodiments, the electrical contact 46a can also be a conductive structure that can be elastically deformed, such as a copper sheet or a steel wire. Each electrical contact 46a penetrates the isolation space between the isolation parts 45a, so that the electrical contact 46a is separated by the isolation part 442c, thereby avoiding short circuits between adjacent electrical contacts 46a due to mutual contact. The electrical contact 46a penetrates into the isolation space, so that the surrounding of the electrical contact 46a is limited by the isolation part 45a. The lower end of the electrical contact 46a abuts against the first electrical contact surface 43a and is supported by the first electrical contact surface 43a, so that the electrical contact 46a can maintain stable electrical contact with the storage medium 42a. After being loaded into the isolation space, the electrical contact 46a is squeezed by the isolation part 45a and elastically deformed, so that the friction between the electrical contact 46a and the isolation part 45a increases, so as to prevent the electrical contact 46a from detaching from the frame 44a upward. The frame 44a or the electrical contact 46a may also be provided with a protrusion, which can also prevent the electrical contact 46a from being separated from the frame 44a after being installed in the isolation space. It is understandable that there may be a gap between the lower end of the electrical contact 46a and the first electrical contact surface 43a. When the upper end of the electrical contact 46a is in electrical contact with the second identification contact 916, the electrical contact 46a is deformed so that the lower end of the electrical contact 46a can be in electrical contact with the first electrical contact surface 43a of the storage medium 42a. When installing the electrical contact 46a and the frame 44a, the electrical contact 46a is installed in the isolation space of the frame 44a, and then the frame 44a is installed in the first support portion 41a. After installation, the lower end of the electrical contact 46a is in electrical contact with the first electrical contact surface 43a, and the upper end of the electrical contact 46a protrudes from the upper end surface 442a of the frame and the upper end surface 415a of the first support portion.
[0373] In some embodiments, the first support portion 41a can be installed and fixed to the box body 10 or the protective cover 111 in a detachable manner, or can be installed and fixed in a non-detachable manner. The positions of the positioning groove and the positioning protrusion can be interchanged. The mounting groove 413a, the first positioning groove and the second positioning groove 414a can be a blind hole or a through hole. The mounting port 412a and the mounting groove 413a of the first support portion 41a can also be arranged in the front and rear direction of the first support portion 41a, and the first positioning groove and the second positioning groove 414a can also be arranged in the front and rear direction of the first support portion 41a. The frame 44a can be formed integrally with the first support portion 41a, and the frame 44a can also be installed on the first support portion 41a. Multiple isolation portions 45a can also be arranged at intervals along the front and rear direction, and the electrical contact 46a is limited by the isolation portion 45a in the front and rear direction, and the electrical contact 46a is limited by the frame 44a in the left and right direction. The number of isolation portions 45b is changed, thereby changing the number of isolation spaces, and then adapting to different numbers of electrical contacts 46b. The electrical contact 46b may be one or more, preferably three. The storage medium 42a may also be installed at other positions of the box body 10 instead of the bracket. The electrical contact 46a is connected to the storage medium 42a through a wire, which can also realize the electrical connection between the storage medium 42a and the second identification contact.
[0374] If the developer box 1 shakes during operation, since the electrical contact 46a can undergo elastic deformation, the upper end of the electrical contact 46a can still maintain contact with the second identification contact 916, and the lower end of the electrical contact 46a can still maintain contact with the first electrical contact surface 43a, so that the storage medium 113 can still maintain electrical connection with the second identification contact 916 through the electrical contact 46a and the first electrical contact surface 43a.
[0375] When the process cartridge is taken out, the electrical contact 46a abuts against the second upper guide portion 914 and undergoes elastic deformation, and the electrical contact 46a passes over the second upper guide portion 914, so that the process cartridge can be taken out of the image forming device.
[0376] The lifting assembly of this embodiment only needs to set an elastically deformable electrical contact 46a in the identification assembly to achieve electrical connection between the storage medium 113 and the second identification contact 916, without lifting the developing box 1 as a whole, and the method of achieving electrical connection is simple. In addition, the bracket of the lifting assembly of this embodiment is fixed relative to the box body 10, and there is no need to set a structure and parts that can move relative to the box body 10 on the bracket. This embodiment has low requirements on the accuracy of the bracket and low cost.
[0377] The following are different variations of the identification component of the thirteenth embodiment.
[0378] Modification 1 of Embodiment 13
[0379] See also Fig.73 - Fig.75The difference between this variation and the thirteenth embodiment is that the identification component includes a bracket, a storage medium 42c, an electrical contact surface, an electrical contact, and an elastic member 47c. The electrical contact includes a first electrical contact 46c and a second electrical contact 48c, the second electrical contact 48c is fixedly connected to the first electrical contact surface 43c and is located above the first electrical contact surface 43c, one end of the first electrical contact 46c is in electrical contact with the second identification contact 916, and the other end is in electrical contact with the second electrical contact 48c, the first electrical contact 46c can move in the up and down direction relative to the frame 44c, the elastic member 47c abuts between the first electrical contact 46c and the second electrical contact 48c, the first electrical contact 46c is electrically connected to the storage medium 42c through the second electrical contact 48c, and the second electrical contact surface is located on the first electrical contact 46c. During the installation of the processing box, the first electrical contact 46c abuts against the second upper guide portion 914 and moves downward. The first electrical contact 46c compresses the elastic member 47c. After crossing the second upper guide portion 914, the first electrical contact 46c bounces upward under the action of the elastic member 47c and makes electrical contact with the second identification contact 916, thereby realizing the electrical connection between the storage medium 42c and the second identification contact 916.
[0380] Specifically, the bracket includes a first support portion 41c and a frame 44c, and the frame 44c is used to install the electrical contact and the elastic member 47c. The first support portion 41c and the frame 44c can be an integrally formed structure or a split structure. The storage medium 42c is fixedly installed in the installation recess above the first support portion 41c, the first electrical contact surface 43c is arranged upward, the second electrical contact 48c is fixed above the first electrical contact surface 43c and is electrically connected to the first electrical contact surface 43c, the second electrical contact 48c is a conductive material, such as copper, conductive resin, so the second electrical contact 48c can be electrically connected to the first electrical contact surface 43c, the second electrical contact 48c extends in the up-down direction, and the second electrical contact 48c is provided with a sliding hole 481c in the up-down direction. The number of the second electrical contacts 48c corresponds to the number of the first electrical contact surfaces 43c.
[0381] The frame 44c is arranged at the first end 11 of the box body 10, and the frame 44c is provided with a receiving chamber 441c in the up-down direction. The front wall and the rear wall of the receiving chamber 441c are provided with guide grooves 444c in the up-down direction, and the guide grooves 444c are used to guide the first electrical contact 46c. A receiving limit portion 442c is fixedly arranged in the receiving chamber 441c, and the receiving limit portion 442c is used to install the first electrical contact 46c and the elastic member 47c and limit them. The number of the receiving limit portions 442c corresponds to the number of the first electrical contact 46c. The receiving limit portion 442c extends in the up-down direction and is tubular, and the receiving limit portion 442c is provided with an installation limit hole 443c in the up-down direction, and the upper part of the second electrical contact 48c is inserted into the installation limit hole 443c, so that the second electrical contact 48c is positioned by the installation limit hole 443c. The first electrical contact 46c is movably connected to the accommodating limiting portion 442c. The first electrical contact 46c includes an upper end 461c and a lower end 462c. The lower end 462c is inserted into the mounting limiting hole 443c of the accommodating limiting portion 442c, and the upper end 461c is located above the mounting limiting hole 443c. The upper end 461c is inserted into the guide groove 444c, so that the first electrical contact 46c is limited in the left and right and front and back directions. The size of the upper end 461c is larger than the size of the mounting limiting hole 443c, so as to avoid the first electrical contact 46c from being displaced too much when it moves downward relative to the accommodating limiting portion 442c in the mounting limiting hole 443d. In this embodiment, the upper end 461c is in the shape of a triangular sheet, and the lower end 462c is in the shape of a long strip sheet. The upper end 461c and the lower end 462c are integrally formed, and the upper end 461c and the lower end 462c can also be other shapes. The upper end portion 461c protrudes above the frame 44c in the third direction, so that the first electrical contact 46c can abut against the second upper guide portion 914 to move downward relative to the frame 44c. The second electrical contact surface is located at the upper end portion 461c. The upper portion of the lower end portion 462c is inserted into the installation limit hole 443c, and the lower portion is inserted into the sliding hole 481c. The lower end portion 462c can move downward in the sliding hole 481c. When the first electrical contact 46c moves relative to the accommodating limit portion 442c in the up-down direction, the lower portion of the lower end portion 462c maintains contact with the sliding hole 481c, so that the first electrical contact 46c maintains electrical contact with the second electrical contact 48c. The elastic member 47c is installed in the installation limit hole 443c, and the elastic member 47c is sleeved on the outer side of the lower end portion 462c, and the upper end of the elastic member 47c abuts against the upper end portion 461c, and the lower end abuts against the upper end of the second electrical contact 48c.
[0382] The first electrical contact 46c is provided with a front guiding slope 4611c and a rear guiding slope 4612c, wherein the front guiding slope 4611c is located in front of the rear guiding slope 4612c, the front end of the front guiding slope 4611c is lower than the rear end, and the rear end of the rear guiding slope 4612c is lower than the front end. The front guiding slope 4611c is used to guide the first electrical contact to move downward so that the first electrical contact passes over the second upper guiding portion 914 and enters the second recess 915, so as to prevent the first electrical contact 46c from being damaged by collision due to rigid contact. The rear guiding slope 4612c is used to guide the first electrical contact 46c to move downward so that when the developing box 1 is taken out of the installation cavity, the first electrical contact 46c avoids the second upper guiding portion 914, so as to prevent the first electrical contact 46c from being damaged by collision due to rigid contact. Specifically, the front guiding slope 4611c is disposed at the front end of the upper end 461c of the first electrical contact 46c. The front guiding slope 4611c and the rear guiding slope 4612c may be inclined planes or arc surfaces. Only one of the front guiding slope 4611c and the rear guiding slope 4612c may be disposed.
[0383] A mounting plate 49c is also fixedly installed on the upper end of the frame 44c. The mounting plate 49c is used to cover the accommodating cavity 441c and to allow the upper end portion 461c of the first electrical contact 46c to extend upward. Adjacent first electrical contacts 46c are separated by the side walls of the mounting plate 49c to avoid adjacent upper end portions 461c from contacting each other and causing a short circuit. In addition, each lower end portion 462c is inserted into the mounting limit hole 443c of the accommodating limit portion 442c, thereby being separated by the accommodating limit portion 442c, thereby avoiding adjacent lower end portions 462c from contacting each other and causing a short circuit. The accommodating limit portion 442c, the frame 44c and the mounting plate 49c are made of insulating materials.
[0384] The isolation part of the bracket of this embodiment includes one or more of the guide groove 444c, the accommodating limit part 442c or the mounting plate 49c, which can isolate different first electrical contacts 46c. The frame 44c is only provided with one of the guide groove 444c, the accommodating limit part 442c or the mounting plate 49c, and the first electrical contact 46c and the elastic member 47c can be installed on the frame 44c. In the case where the accommodating limit part 442c is provided, the second electrical contact 48c may not be inserted into the mounting limit hole 443c of the accommodating limit part 442c. At this time, the elastic member 47c partially extends out and abuts against the second electrical contact 48c, that is, as long as one end of the elastic member 47c can abut against the first electrical contact 46c, and the other end can abut against the second electrical contact 48c. The frame 44c can be fixedly installed on the protective cover or the box body, or it can be formed integrally with the protective cover or the box body.
[0385] It is understandable that the lower end of the first electrical contact 46c may not be inserted into the second electrical contact 48c, and the electrical connection between the storage medium 42c and the second identification contact 916 can be achieved by respectively abutting the two ends of the elastic member 47c having conductive properties against the first electrical contact 46c and the second electrical contact 48c. Specifically, the elastic member 47c is inserted into the accommodating limit portion 442c, the lower end 461c of the first electrical contact 46c is inserted into the elastic member 47c but not inserted into the second electrical contact 48c, one end of the elastic member 47c abuts against the upper end 462c, and the other end abuts against the second electrical contact 48c, and the first electrical contact 46c is in electrical contact with the first electrical contact surface 43c of the storage medium through the upper end 462c, the elastic member 47c, and the second electrical contact 48c. In this case, as long as there is a gap between the lower end portion 462c of the first electrical contact 46c and the second electrical contact 48c, the second electrical contact 48c may not have the sliding hole 481c.
[0386] If the developing box 1 shakes during operation, since the lower end of the first electrical contact 46c can still maintain contact with the second electrical contact 48c, the storage medium 113 can still maintain electrical connection with the second identification contact 916 through the second electrical contact 48c and the first electrical contact 46c.
[0387] Modification 2 of Embodiment 13
[0388] See also Fig.76 - Fig.79 , the identification component includes a bracket, a storage medium 113, an electrical contact surface and an electrical contact 46b. The difference between this modification and the first modification is that the structures of the electrical contact 46b, the first support portion 112b and the frame 45b are different, wherein the electrical contact 46b is bent, extends along the third direction and is bent multiple times to have good elasticity. During the installation of the processing box, the electrical contact 46b abuts against the second upper guide portion 914 and moves downward relative to the frame 45b and the box body 10, and the electrical contact 46b is elastically deformed and passes over the second upper guide portion 914.
[0389] Specifically, the frame 44b is integrally formed with an isolating portion 45b, which is arranged between the left wall and the right arm of the frame 44b, so that the left wall, the right wall of the frame 44b and the two isolating portions 45b together form three isolating spaces 451b. Three electrical contacts 46b are respectively inserted into the isolating spaces 451b.
[0390] The lower end of the left wall of the frame 44b, the lower end of the right wall and the lower end of the isolation portion 45b are all recessed from bottom to top to form a snap-on recess 441b. The lower end of the left wall of the frame 44b is formed with a first connecting portion 442b protruding downward, the first connecting portion 442b has a first claw portion 4421b protruding backward, and the lower end of the right wall of the frame 44b is formed with a second connecting portion 443b protruding downward, the second connecting portion 443b has a second claw portion 4431b protruding forward. The first connecting portion 442b is located in front of the second connecting portion 443b, and the first connecting portion 442b is staggered in the first direction. The first claw portion 4421b has a first extrusion slope, and the second claw portion 4431b has a second extrusion slope, the front end of the first extrusion slope is inclined lower than the rear end, and the front end of the second extrusion slope is inclined higher than the rear end.
[0391] The first support portion 112b is detachably fixedly mounted on the frame 44b. Three spaced limiting protrusions 412b are formed on the front and rear ends of the first support portion 112b. The limiting protrusions 412b at the front end of the first support portion 112b are respectively inserted into different isolation spaces 451b, and the three limiting protrusions 412b at the rear end of the first support portion 112b are respectively inserted into different isolation spaces 451b, so that the first support portion 112b is limited in the left and right directions by the isolation portion 45b and the left and right walls of the frame 44b. The lower end of the first support portion 112b is supported by the first claw portion 4421b and the second claw portion 4431b, and the upper end of the first support portion 112b abuts against the upper surface of the clamping recess 441b, so that the first support portion 112b is limited in the up and down directions. The front and rear ends of the first support portion 112b abut against the front and rear surfaces of the engaging recess 441b respectively, and the limiting protrusion 412b also abuts against the front and rear walls of the frame 44b, so that the first support portion is limited in the front-to-back direction.
[0392] During the process of assembling the first support portion 112b onto the frame body 44b, the first support portion 112b needs to be pressed upward with force so that the front end of the first support portion 112b contacts the first extrusion slope and the rear end contacts the second extrusion slope, thereby causing the first connection portion 442b and the second connection portion 443b to bend and deform, and then continue to press the first support portion 112b upward toward the snap-in recess 441b until the upper end surface of the first support portion 112b abuts against the upper surface of the snap-in recess 441b. At this time, the deformation of the first connection portion 442b and the second connection portion 443b is restored, and the first claw portion 4421b and the second claw portion 4431b support the lower surface of the first support portion 112b.
[0393] The mounting recess 411b is formed by a depression from top to bottom on the upper end surface of the first support portion 112b, and the storage medium 113 is fixedly mounted in the mounting recess 411b by adhesive clamping or the like. The first electrical contact surface 49b is fixedly disposed on the upper surface of the storage medium 113, and the three first electrical contact surfaces 49b correspond to the three isolation spaces 451b in the up-down direction.
[0394] The electrical contact 46b includes an electrical connection portion 461b, a bending portion 462b, and an arched portion 463b connected in sequence. The electrical connection portion 461b includes an electrical contact protrusion 4611b formed by bending, and the electrical contact protrusion 4611b protrudes downward, and the electrical contact protrusion 4611b is used to contact the first electrical contact surface 49b. The lower end of the bending portion 462b is connected to the front end of the electrical connection portion 461b, and the bending portion 462b is bent in a "V" shape, so that the electrical contact 46b as a whole has a larger elastic limit, avoiding plastic deformation of the electrical connection portion 46b. The upper end of the bending portion 462b is formed with a first contact portion 464b, and the first contact portion 464b is bent at a right angle, and the lower end of the first contact portion 464b is connected to the upper end of the bending portion 462b. The arched portion 463b is used to abut against the second upper guide portion 914, so that the electrical contact 46b is elastically deformed, thereby passing over the second upper guide portion 914. The second electrical contact surface is located at the upper end of the arched portion 463b. The arched portion 463b is connected to the rear end of the first abutting portion 464b, and the arched portion 463b arches upward and extends upward from the isolation space 451b, that is, the upper end of the arched portion 463b is higher than the upper end of the frame 44b and the upper end of the isolation portion 45b. The rear end of the arched portion 463b is formed with a second abutting portion 465b, and the second abutting portion 465b is also bent at a right angle. The electrical connection portion 461b, the bending portion 462b, and the arched portion 463b of the electrical connector 46b are preferably integrally formed. The electrical contact 46b is in the form of a sheet, and can also be set in a circular shape. The electrical contact 46b is preferably made of a steel sheet, and can also be made of a copper sheet or a conductive resin. As shown in the figure, the cross section of the electrical contact 46b is sheet-shaped, and can also be set to be circular as required. The electrical contact 46b is further back than the driving part 21, and the electrical contact 46b is further back than the stirring frame.
[0395] The frame 44b is formed with a first abutting protrusion 4511b and a second abutting protrusion 4512b at the upper end of each isolation space 451b, the first abutting protrusion 4511b is located at the front end of the isolation space 451b, and the second abutting protrusion 4512b is located at the rear end of the isolation space 451b. The first abutting portion 464b abuts against the first abutting protrusion 4511b, the second abutting portion 465b abuts against the second abutting protrusion 4512b, and at the same time, the electrical contact protrusion 4611b on the electrical connection portion 461b abuts against the first electrical contact surface 49b below it, thereby limiting the electrical contact 46b in the up-down direction to prevent the electrical contact 46b from being separated from the isolation space 451b in the up-down direction. The electrical contact 46b is limited in the left-right direction by the isolation portion 45b, the left wall of the frame 44b and the right wall of the frame 44b, and is limited in the front-back direction by the front wall and the rear wall of the frame 44b. When the first support portion 112b and the storage medium 113 are installed on the frame 44b, the first electrical contact surface 49b exerts upward pressure on the electrical contact 46b, and the first and second abutting protrusions 4511b and 4512b exert downward pressure on the electrical contact 46b, so that the bending portion 462b produces elastic deformation, and the electrical connection protrusion 4611b is kept pressed against the first electrical contact surface 49b under the action of elastic force to prevent poor electrical contact. At the same time, the isolation portion 45b insulates multiple electrical contacts 46b from each other to avoid short circuits caused by contact between different electrical contacts 46b.
[0396] The frame body 44b is detachably fixed to the right end surface of the protective cover 111 of the first end 11 of the box body 10, and a first positioning hole and a first mounting hole 445b are provided on the frame body 44b. The first positioning hole 444b and the first mounting hole 445b both extend along the first direction. In the front-to-back direction, the first positioning hole is closer to the rotation axis of the driving part 21 than the first mounting hole 445b, and the first positioning hole is recessed from left to right.
[0397] The right end surface of the protective cover 111 has a first positioning column 1111b protruding rightward along the first direction, and the first positioning column 1111b is used for the first positioning hole of the frame 44b to be inserted. The protective cover 111 is also provided with a second mounting hole 1112b. When installing the frame 44b, the first positioning hole of the frame 44b is first inserted into the first positioning column 1111b to position the frame 44b, and then the first mounting hole 445b of the frame 44b is aligned with the second mounting hole 1112b of the protective cover 111, and then the fastener is inserted into the two mounting holes, so that the frame 44b is detachably fixed to the protective cover 111. A mounting post protruding rightward along the first direction may also be provided at the first end 11 of the box body 10, and the mounting post has a third mounting hole formed by being recessed leftward along the first direction, and the third mounting hole corresponds to the first mounting hole 445b and the second mounting hole 1112b, and the frame body 44b, the protective cover 111 and the box body 10 may be fixedly installed together at the same time by inserting a fastener into the first mounting hole 445b, the second mounting hole 1112b and the third mounting hole. The first positioning hole 444b is provided at the front side of the isolation space 451b, and the first mounting hole 451b is provided at the rear side of the isolation space 451b, so that both the front and rear sides of the isolation space 451b are positioned, making the installation more stable.
[0398] The positions of the first positioning hole and the first positioning column 1111b are interchangeable. The mounting hole can be a threaded hole, and the fastener can be a threaded fastener. The number of isolation portions 45b can be changed, thereby changing the number of isolation spaces 451b, and then adapting to different numbers of electrical contacts 46b. The first electrical contact surface of this embodiment is fixedly disposed on the upper surface of the storage medium 113, and the first electrical contact surface can also be fixed to the conductive member, and electrically connected to the storage medium 113 through the conductive member.
[0399] Modification 3 of Embodiment 13
[0400] See also Figure 80 to Figure 82 The difference between this modification and the second modification is that the structure of the electrical contact 46d is different. The electrical contact 46d includes a first contact portion 464d, an electrical connection portion 461d, a second contact portion 465d, a cantilever portion 462d and an arch portion 463d connected in sequence. The second electrical contact surface is located at the arch portion 463d. The first electrical contact surface 49d is fixed to the storage medium 113.
[0401] Specifically, as shown in the figure, the electrical contact 46d is bent, and its cross section is roughly circular, that is, the electrical contact 46d is bent from a circular steel wire or copper wire or other materials. The cross section of the electrical contact 46d is circular and has better elasticity. The cross section of the electrical contact 46d can also be set to a sheet shape or the like. The electrical connection portion 461d is formed with an electrical contact protrusion 4611d protruding downward. The first contact portion 464d is formed at the front end of the electrical connection portion 461d, and the first contact portion 464d includes a first extension portion and a second extension portion, the first extension portion extends in the third direction and the lower end is connected to the front end of the electrical connection portion 461d, and the second extension portion extends in the second direction and the front end is connected to the first extension portion, so that there is an angle between the first extension portion and the second extension portion so that the first contact portion 464d is bent. The first abutting portion 464d, the electrical connecting portion 461d, the second abutting portion 465d, the cantilever portion 462d and the arched portion 463d are preferably integrally formed to form the electrical contact 46d.
[0402] The second interference portion 465d is formed at the rear end of the electrical connection portion 461d, and the second interference portion 465d includes a third extension portion and a fourth extension portion. The third extension portion extends along the third direction and the lower end is connected to the rear end of the electrical connection portion 461d, and the fourth extension portion extends along the second direction and the rear end is connected to the upper end of the third extension portion, so that an angle is formed between the third extension portion and the fourth extension portion, so that the second interference portion 465d is bent.
[0403] The first abutting portion 464d is used to abut against the first abutting protrusion 4511d in the isolation space 451d, and the second abutting portion 465d is used to abut against the second abutting protrusion 4512d in the isolation space 451d, so that the electrical contact 46d is blocked in the upward direction and cannot escape from the frame 44d upward.
[0404] The arch portion 463d is in the shape of a spiral coil. In this embodiment, the arch portion 463d has three turns. In other embodiments, the number of turns can be any number. A larger number of turns can increase the contact area between the arch portion 463d and the second identification contact 916, making it easier to contact the second identification contact, thereby reducing the requirements for manufacturing accuracy and making the contact more stable.
[0405] The cantilever portion 462d is bent, the front end of the cantilever portion 462d is connected to the arch portion 463d, and the rear end is connected to the fourth extension portion of the second abutting portion 465d. The arch portion 463d is supported by the cantilever portion 462d, so as to utilize the elastic deformation generated by the cantilever portion.
[0406] Since the assembly of the identification component may be completed on different production lines during the manufacturing process, an incompletely assembled identification component may complete the assembly of the electrical contact 46d and the frame 44d on one production line to form a semi-finished product, and then flow to another production line to install the storage medium 113 and the first support portion 112d on the frame 44d to form a complete identification component. The complete identification component can limit the electrical contact 46d in the downward direction by the storage medium 113 and the first support portion 112d to prevent the electrical contact 46d from falling out of the frame 44d downward, while the semi-finished identification component cannot prevent the electrical contact 46d from falling out of the frame 44d downward, resulting in the electrical contact 46d easily falling off from the isolation space 451d when the semi-finished identification component flows on different production lines, so the electrical contact 46d needs to be reinstalled, resulting in low production efficiency.
[0407] In order to solve the above problem, a positioning plate 47d is provided in this embodiment. The positioning plate 47d is mounted to the lower end of the frame 44d by means of a snap connection. Positioning protrusions 471d are formed at the front and rear ends of the positioning plate 47d, respectively. Multiple positioning protrusions 471d are inserted into different isolation spaces 451d one by one, so that the positioning plate 47d is limited in the front-to-back direction and the left-to-right direction. The positioning plate 47d is also provided with a snap connection protrusion 473d protruding downward, one snap connection protrusion 473d is located at the right front, and the other snap connection protrusion 473d is located at the left rear.
[0408] A third connection part 447d and a fourth connection part 448d protruding downward are also formed in the clamping recess 441d on the frame 44d. The first connection part 442d and the first claw are located at the left front end, the second connection part 443d and the second claw are located at the right rear end, the third connection part 447d and the third claw 4471d are located at the right front end, and the fourth connection part 448d and the fourth claw 4481d are located at the left rear end. A third claw 4471d protruding backward is formed at the lower end of the third connection part 447d, and a fourth claw 4481d protruding forward is integrally formed at the lower end of the fourth connection part 448d. The third claw 4471d and the fourth claw 4481d are used to contact with the clamping protrusion 473d and position the positioning plate 47d in the downward direction. The upper end of the positioning plate 47d abuts against the lower end of the isolation part 45d so that the positioning plate 47d is positioned by the isolation part 45d in the upward direction.
[0409] The positioning plate 47d is also provided with a first electrical contact through hole 472d through which the power supply contact protrusion 4611d passes. The size of the first electrical contact through hole 472d in the front-to-back direction is smaller than the size of the electrical connection portion 461d in the front-to-back direction, so that the electrical contact 46d is positioned by abutting against the positioning plate 47d in the downward direction. Since the electrical contact 46d is positioned in the upward direction by the first abutting portion 464d and the second abutting portion 465d, positioned in the left-right direction by the isolation portion 45d, and positioned in the front-to-back direction by the front wall and the rear wall (i.e., the frame 44d) of the isolation space 451d, even if the storage medium 113 and the first support portion 112d are not installed, the electrical contact 46d can be positioned by installing the positioning plate 47d to prevent the electrical contact 46d from falling off from the frame 44d. During assembly, the electrical contact 46d, the positioning plate 47d, and the first support portion 112d are sequentially installed into the frame 44d from bottom to top. A clearance space is provided at a position of the first supporting portion 112d corresponding to the third connecting portion 447d and the fourth connecting portion 448d, so that the engaging protrusion 473d can extend to abut against the third connecting portion 447d and the fourth connecting portion 448d.
[0410] Modification 4 of Embodiment 13
[0411] See also Figure 83 to Figure 85 , the difference between this modification and modification three is that the positioning plate is set in a different way. The positioning plate 47e is set at the upper end of the frame 44e. The front end of the positioning plate 47e extends downward to form a first positioning protrusion 471e, and the lower end of the first positioning protrusion 471e has a first contact protrusion 473e extending backward. The rear end of the positioning plate 47e extends downward to form a second positioning protrusion 472e, and the lower end of the second positioning protrusion 472e has a second contact protrusion 474e extending backward, and the second contact protrusion 474e is located above the first contact protrusion 473e in the third direction. The positioning plate 47e is provided with a second electrical contact through hole 475e, and the second electrical contact through hole 475e is used for the arched portion 463e to pass through and extend upward from the second electrical contact through hole 475e, so that the arched portion 463e can contact the second identification contact 916. A baffle 449e formed integrally with the frame body 44e is provided at the clamping recess, and a first electrical contact through hole 4491e is formed on the baffle 449e.
[0412] During assembly, the electrical contact 46e is first inserted into the isolation space 451e from the upper end of the frame 44e, and then the positioning plate 47e is installed on the upper end of the frame 44e, so that the arch portion 463e passes through the second electrical contact through hole 475e, the electrical connection portion 461e passes through the first electrical contact through hole 4491e of the baffle 449e, the electrical contact protrusion contacts the first electrical contact surface 49e of the storage medium 113, the first abutting protrusion 473e and the baffle 449e abut and position the first abutting portion 464e, and the second abutting protrusion 474e and the baffle 449e abut and position the second abutting portion 465e, so that the electrical contact 46e is limited in the up-down direction. The 475e frame 44e limits the electrical contact 46e in the left-right direction and the front-back direction.
[0413] Modification 5 of Embodiment 13
[0414] See also Figure 86 to Figure 89 , the difference between this modification and modification three is that the positioning plate is set in a different way. The rear wall of the frame 44f is partially cut off to form an installation opening 440f, so that the positioning plate 47f can be installed on the rear wall of the frame 44f to close the installation opening 440f. The second contact protrusion 471f of the positioning plate 47f has buckles 472f on the left and right sides. The left wall and the rear wall of the frame 44f are both provided with a clamping part 441f. During assembly, the electrical contact 46f is first passed through the isolation space 451f and the installation opening 440f, and then the positioning plate 47f is installed in the installation opening 440f, so that the lower side of the second contact protrusion 471f abuts against the upper side of the isolation part 45f, the buckle 472f is inserted into the clamping part 441f, and the second contact part 465f of the electrical contact 46f abuts against the second contact protrusion 471f. At the same time, the first abutment 464f abuts against the first abutment protrusion 4511f on the front side of the frame.
[0415] Modification 6 of Embodiment 13
[0416] See also Figure 90 to Figure 91 The difference between this variation and variation 3 is that the setting of the first support portion 112g is different.
[0417] The first support portion 112g and the positioning plate 47g are integrally formed. The first support portion 112g includes a mounting groove 477g formed by being recessed upward from the lower end surface of the positioning plate 47g, and a fifth extension portion 474g formed by being protruded downward from the lower end surface of the left wall of the positioning plate 47g. The fifth extension portion 474g has a first support claw 475g protruding to the right. A second support claw 476g protruding to the left is provided on the right wall of the mounting groove 477g. The fifth extension portion 474g can generate elastic deformation. During installation, the first support claw 475g is squeezed by the storage medium 113 to drive the fifth extension portion 474g to generate elastic deformation, so that the storage medium 113 can be installed in the mounting groove 477g. The storage medium 113 is limited in the downward direction by the first support claw 475g and the second support claw 476g, limited in the upward direction by the positioning plate 47g, and positioned in the left-right and front-back directions by the fifth extension portion 474g and the side wall of the mounting groove 477g. The positioning plate 47g cooperates with the claw portion at the lower portion of the frame 44g to mount and fix the first support portion 112g on the frame 44g.
[0418] Modification 7 of Embodiment 13
[0419] See also Fig.92 The difference between this modification and the third modification is that the first support portion 112h is arranged differently. This modification also has the positioning plate 47h in the fifth modification.
[0420] The first support portion 112h is an integrally formed structure with the frame 44h. The first support portion 112h includes a mounting groove 483h formed by being recessed upward from the lower end of the frame 44h, and a fifth extension portion 481h formed by protruding downward from the lower end surface of the frame 44h. The fifth extension portion 481h has a first support claw 482h protruding rightward, and the right wall of the mounting groove 483h has a support hole 484h, and the support hole 484h is for the end of the storage medium 113 to be inserted. The fifth extension portion 481h can generate elastic deformation. During assembly, one end of the storage medium 113 is inserted into the support hole 484h, and the other end presses the first support claw 482h to elastically deform the fifth extension 481h, so that the storage medium 113 is installed in the installation groove 483h. The storage medium 113 is limited in the downward direction by the first support claw 482h and the support hole 484h, and in the upward direction by the isolation part 45h, and is positioned in the left-right and front-back directions by the first extension 481h and the side wall of the installation groove 483h. This modified example has a simple structure, reduces the number of parts, and reduces costs.
[0421] Modification 8 of Embodiment 13
[0422] See also Fig.93 - Fig.95, the difference between this variation and variation one is that the identification component structure is different. The identification component includes a frame 44i (i), a first support portion 112i, a partition 56i, a storage medium 113, an electrical contact surface, and an electrical contact 46i. The frame 44i is fixedly mounted on the right end of the protective cover 111, and the left wall of the frame 44i is formed with a support shaft 441i extending along the left-right direction, and the front wall and the rear wall of the frame 44i are formed with a partition 45i, and the support shaft 441i is located between the front wall and the rear wall of the frame 44i in the front-to-back direction. The right end, the upper end and the lower end of the frame 44i are not closed to facilitate the installation of other components. The first support portion 112i is snap-connected with the lower end of the frame 44i, and the storage medium 113 on the first support portion 112i is located below the support shaft 441i. The partition 45i is used for the partition 56i to be inserted.
[0423] The electrical contact 46i is bent, and includes a pivoting portion 461i and an arm. The pivoting portion 461i is annular, and the pivoting portion 461i is sleeved on the support shaft 441i and can rotate around the support shaft 441i. The arm is formed by extending one end of the pivoting portion 461i upward, and a winding electrical contact portion 462i is provided at the upper end of the arm. The electrical contact portion 462i is wound three times, which can increase the contact area of the electrical contact portion 462i and prevent the electrical contact portion 462i from being unable to contact the second identification contact 916 due to too small a contact area. The second electrical contact surface is located at the electrical contact portion 462i. The lower end of the pivoting portion 461i contacts the first electrical contact portion 49i, that is, the first electrical contact portion 49i is tangent to the outer peripheral surface of the pivoting portion 461i. Since the pivoting portion 461i is annular, the pivoting portion 461i can maintain contact and electrical connection with the first electrical contact portion 49i even if it rotates. The three electrical contacts 46i correspond to the three first electrical contacts 49i one by one. The arm portion is also provided with a bending portion 463i, which is located between the electrical contact portion 462i and the pivoting portion 461i, and the bending portion 463i protrudes forward, and the bending portion is used to abut against the upper guide rail on the front side of the second identification contact 916 in the image forming device.
[0424] The separator 56i includes a connecting plate 562i and an isolating portion 561i, the isolating portion 561i is integrally connected to the connecting plate 562i, the connecting plate 562i extends in the left-right direction, and the three isolating portions 561i extend in the front-back direction. The isolating portion 561i separates the electrical contacts 46i, thereby preventing the electrical contacts from contacting each other and causing a short circuit. The isolating portion is plugged into the frame through the isolating portion 45i.
[0425] The electrical contact 46i has a first position ( Fig.95 The dotted line in the figure) and the second position ( Fig.95), the electrical contact 46i can pivot between a first position and a second position. In the first position, the distance between the electrical contact portion 462i and the first electrical contact portion 49i in the vertical direction is L1', and in the second position, the distance between the electrical contact portion 462i and the first electrical contact portion 49i in the vertical direction is L2', wherein L1'<L2'.
[0426] During the process of installing the processing box into the image forming device, when the electrical contact 46i is in the first position, the electrical contact portion 462i is located below the second upper guide portion 914 in the up and down direction, and the electrical contact portion 462i will not interfere with the second upper guide portion 914 when moving forward together with the developing box, thereby avoiding damage to the electrical contact 46i or the image forming device. When the electrical contact portion 462i moves forward and passes through the second upper guide portion 914, the bent portion 463i contacts the inclined surface 917 of the upper guide rail on the front side of the second identification contact 916, so that the electrical contact 46i rotates ...
