The side, away from the bearing box, of the movable ring extends towards the side, away from the shaft body, of the movable ring; the reverse end surface of the movable and static ring is fixed at the extending part of the outer side of the movable ring and is in clearance fit with the static ring; the reverse end surfaces of the movable and static rings extend into the bearing box; the fan blades are fixed on the reverse end surfaces of the movable and static rings far away from the shaft body; the conical surface and the reverse thrust spiral groove are arranged between the static ring and the shaft body, and the thread direction of the reverse thrust spiral groove is opposite to the rotating direction of the shaft body; when the shaft rotates at a high speed, the shaft and the conical surface generate an eddy current effect to be matched with the reverse thrust spiral groove, so that lubricating oil in the bearing box is prevented from leaking to the outer side; by arranging reverse end faces of the movable and static rings, waterproof and dustproof effects are achieved; and a fan blade is arranged on the movable ring to cool the bearing box.
