An air conditioner outdoor unit, comprising: a casing provided with an air outlet; a heat exchanger arranged in the casing, the heat exchanger being configured to exchange heat with air flowing therethrough; a fan arranged in the casing, the fan being configured to provide air flow power; characterized in that further comprising: a grille arranged on a front side of the casing to cover at least the air outlet, the grille being provided with a ventilation gap, the ventilation gap being in communication with the air outlet, the grille being provided with a handhold groove.

2. The air conditioner outdoor unit according to claim 1, wherein: the handhold groove extends along a height direction of the grille, and an opening of the handhold groove faces a side portion of the grille.

3. The air conditioner outdoor unit according to claim 2, wherein: the grille comprises a grille body, the grille body being located on an air outlet side of the casing, a side portion of the grille body being provided with a side turn-up edge portion, the side turn-up edge portion extending along a height direction of the casing, the side turn-up edge portion being located on a side surface of the casing, and the opening of the handhold groove being located on the side turn-up edge portion.

4. The air conditioner outdoor unit according to claim 1, wherein: the casing comprises a front panel, the front panel being provided with the air outlet; the grille comprises a first sub-grille, the first sub-grille being configured to cover the front panel, and a side portion of the first sub-grille being provided with the handhold groove.

The air conditioner outdoor unit according to claim 4, wherein: the first sub-grille comprises a frame, the frame being configured to be connected with the front panel, the frame surrounding an opening, the opening being in communication with the air outlet in correspondence; the first sub-grille further comprises a plurality of ribs, the plurality of ribs being connected with the frame, the plurality of ribs being configured to cover the opening, the ventilation gap being formed between adjacent two ribs, and the handhold groove being arranged on the frame.

The air conditioner outdoor unit according to claim 4, wherein: the casing further comprises a maintenance plate; the grille further comprises a second sub-grille, the second sub-grille being arranged on the maintenance plate, the second sub-grille being configured to cover the maintenance plate, and a side portion of the second sub-grille being provided with the handhold groove.

The air conditioner outdoor unit according to claim 6, wherein: at least one of the first sub-grille and the second sub-grille is provided with an extension rib, the extension rib abutting against at least one of the front panel and the maintenance plate to prevent air flowing out of the air outlet from flowing to the second sub-grille.

8. The air conditioner outdoor unit according to claim 6, wherein: the front panel and the maintenance plate have a second joint gap, and the second sub-grille overlaps the first sub-grille to cover the second joint gap.

9. The air conditioner outdoor unit according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein: a plurality of the handhold grooves are arranged at intervals on the grille.

An air conditioner outdoor unit, comprising: a casing provided with an air outlet; a heat exchanger arranged in the casing, the heat exchanger being configured to exchange heat with air flowing therethrough; a fan disposed in the casing, the fan being configured to provide an air flow power; characterized in that it further comprises: a grille disposed at the front side of the casing, the grille being configured to cover the air outlet and at least a portion of the front side of the casing, the grille being provided with a handrail slot.
