[0043] It should be noted that the embodiments in the embodiments of the present disclosure and the features in the embodiments can be combined with each other without conflict.

[0044] As shown in FIG. 1, Figures 1 to 8 The embodiments of the present disclosure provide a fixing assembly for a circuit board 10 and a display device, which can first clamp one side of the circuit board 10 to the fixing buckle 40, and then clamp the other side of the circuit board 10 to the elastic buckle 30. In this way, it is more convenient to install the circuit board 10, and the circuit board 10 can be prevented from falling off the mounting plate 20, thereby improving the user experience.

[0045] As shown in FIG. 1, Figures 1 to 8As shown, the fixing assembly for the circuit board 10 provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure comprises a mounting plate 20, a fixing buckle 40 and an elastic buckle 30. The mounting plate 20 comprises a mounting area 21 for mounting the circuit board 10; the fixing buckle 40 is arranged on the mounting plate 20; the elastic buckle 30 is arranged on the mounting plate 20, and the elastic buckle 30 is provided with a clamping protrusion 33 corresponding to the mounting area 21, and the elastic buckle 30 is made of elastic material; wherein the fixing buckle 40 and the elastic buckle 30 are arranged on both sides of the mounting area 21 respectively; in the case that the circuit board 10 is mounted on the mounting area 21, the fixing buckle 40 and the elastic buckle 30 can be clamped on both sides of the circuit board 10 respectively.

[0046] Specifically, one end of the fixing buckle 40 is fixedly connected to the mounting plate 20 on one side of the mounting area 21, and the other end of the fixing buckle 40 extends above the mounting area 21. The end of the elastic buckle 30 is connected to the mounting plate 20 on the other side of the mounting area 21 relative to the fixing buckle 40, and the elastic buckle 30 at least partially extends above the mounting area 21. Wherein the elastic buckle 30 is at least partially made of elastic material, and the user can apply force to the elastic buckle 30 to make the elastic buckle 30 move away from the mounting area 21, at this time the elastic buckle 30 is completely outside the mounting area 21 to accommodate the circuit board 10.

[0047] When the user installs the circuit board 10, one side of the circuit board 10 can be first mounted on one side of the mounting area 21 close to the fixing buckle 40, at this time the fixing buckle 40 abuts against the upper end surface of the circuit board 10 to realize clamping of the circuit board 10. After clamping one side of the circuit board 10 is completed, force can be applied to the elastic buckle 30 to make the elastic buckle 30 completely move away from the mounting area 21 and accommodate the other side of the circuit board 10. After the elastic buckle 30 completes the accommodation, the other side of the circuit board 10 is mounted on the side of the mounting area 21 clamped by the elastic buckle 30, and the force applied to the elastic buckle 30 is released. At this time, the elastic buckle 30 can restore its original shape under the action of the elastic force and at least partially abut against the upper end surface of the circuit board 10 to realize clamping of the other side of the circuit board 10.

[0048] When the user dismounts the circuit board 10, force can be applied to the elastic buckle 30 to make the elastic buckle 30 accommodate the circuit board 10. After the elastic buckle 30 completes the accommodation, the circuit board 10 can be directly moved away from the fixing buckle 40 to be pulled out.

[0049] In this way, the installation of the circuit board 10 is more convenient, and the circuit board 10 can be prevented from falling off the mounting plate 20, thereby improving the user experience.

[0050] In the above embodiment, the elastic buckle 30 is completely outside the mounting area 21 means that the projection of the elastic buckle 30 on the horizontal plane where the mounting area 21 is located is completely outside the mounting area 21.

[0051] As shown in the drawings, in some embodiments, the elastic buckle 30 comprises a clamping rib 31 and a connecting rib 32. The clamping rib 31 is arranged parallel to the mounting area 21, and the clamping rib 31 is provided with a clamping protrusion 33 corresponding to the mounting area 21; the connecting rib 32 is arranged at the end of the clamping rib 31, and is used to fixedly connect the clamping rib 31 to the mounting plate 20; wherein the clamping rib 31 is made of elastic material. Figures 2 to 5 Specifically, one side of the connecting rib 32 is connected with the clamping rib 31, and the other side of the connecting rib 32 is connected with the mounting plate 20, so as to fixedly connect the clamping rib 31 to the mounting plate 20. The clamping rib 31 is arranged parallel to the edge of the mounting area 21 close to the clamping rib 31, so as to facilitate the movement of the clamping rib 31 away from the mounting area 21. The clamping protrusion 33 is arranged on the side wall surface of the clamping rib 31 close to the mounting area 21. When the clamping rib 31 is in the original state, the clamping protrusion 33 is located above the mounting area 21.

[0052] When the user installs the circuit board 10, the part of the clamping rib 31 provided with the clamping protrusion 33 can be moved away from the mounting area 21, so that the clamping protrusion 33 is moved outside the mounting area 21 to make room for the circuit board 10. After the installation of the circuit board 10 is completed, the force applied to the clamping rib 31 is released, so that the clamping rib 31 returns to the original state. At this time, the clamping protrusion 33 abuts against the upper end surface of the circuit board 10, so as to clamp the circuit board 10 to the mounting area 21.

[0053] In the above embodiment, the clamping protrusion 33 is outside the mounting area 21 means that the projection of the clamping protrusion 33 on the horizontal plane where the mounting area 21 is located is completely outside the mounting area 21.

[0054] As shown in the drawings, in some embodiments, the clamping rib 31 is provided with a plurality of clamping protrusions 33, and the plurality of clamping protrusions 33 are arranged along the length direction of the clamping rib 31.

[0055] Figure 5 Specifically, the clamping rib 31 is provided with a plurality of clamping protrusions 33 on the side wall surface close to the mounting area 21, and the plurality of clamping protrusions 33 are arranged along the length direction of the clamping rib 31, that is, the plurality of clamping protrusions 33 are uniformly arranged in the form of being parallel to the edge of the clamping rib 31 close to the mounting area 21. In this way, after the installation of the circuit board 10 is completed, the plurality of clamping protrusions 33 can be clamped to different positions of the circuit board 10 respectively, so as to improve the stability of the installation of the circuit board 10.

[0056]

[0057] like Figures 2 to 5 As shown, in some embodiments, the length of the snap-fit rib 31 is greater than or equal to a preset length; wherein, the front half of the snap-fit rib 31 is provided with at least one snap-fit protrusion 33, and the rear half of the snap-fit rib 31 is also provided with at least one snap-fit protrusion 33.

[0058] Specifically, the length of the snap-fit rib 31 is greater than or equal to half the length of the edge of the mounting area 21 closest to the snap-fit rib 31. For example, the length of the snap-fit rib 31 can be half, two-thirds, or three-quarters of the length of the edge of the mounting area 21 closest to the snap-fit rib 31. Simultaneously, at least one snap-fit protrusion 33 is provided in the front half of the snap-fit rib 31, and at least one snap-fit protrusion 33 is provided in the rear half of the snap-fit rib 31. Thus, after the circuit board 10 is installed, the snap-fit protrusion 33 located in the front half of the snap-fit rib 31 can fix the front half of the circuit board 10 from left to right, and the snap-fit protrusion 33 located in the rear half of the snap-fit rib 31 can fix the rear half of the circuit board 10.

[0059] like Figures 2 to 5 As shown, in some embodiments, a fixing structure 34 is provided in the middle of the snap-fit rib 31, and the fixing structure 34 is used to fix the middle of the snap-fit rib 31 to the mounting plate 20.

[0060] Specifically, when the length of the snap-fit rib 31 is greater than or equal to the preset length, a fixing structure 34 is provided in the middle of the snap-fit rib 31 to provide auxiliary fixing. In this way, after the circuit board 10 is installed, the middle of the snap-fit rib 31 can be fixed to the mounting plate 20 by the fixing structure 34 to prevent the snap-fit rib 31 from shaking and causing the snap-fit protrusion 33 to detach from the circuit board 10.

[0061] In some practical applications, the middle of the snap-fit rib 31 is provided with a screw hole to form a fixing structure 34, and the mounting plate 20 is also provided with a screw hole corresponding to the fixing structure 34. In this way, the middle of the snap-fit rib 31 can be fastened to the mounting plate 20 by fasteners such as bolts or screws, so as to play an auxiliary role in fixing the snap-fit rib 31.

[0062] like Figures 6 to 8 In some embodiments, the snap-fit protrusion 33 has an inclined surface on the side opposite to the mounting plate 20; wherein the circuit board 10 can squeeze the inclined surface to push the snap-fit rib 31 to move in the direction opposite to the circuit board 10.

[0063] Specifically, the clamping protrusion 33 is inclined away from the upper end surface of the mounting plate 20 to form an inclined surface, and the upper end surface of the clamping protrusion 33 is inclined downward away from one end of the clamping rib 31. In this way, after the one side of the circuit board 10 is clamped to the fixed buckle 40, force can be applied to the edge of the circuit board 10 corresponding to the clamping protrusion 33, so that the circuit board 10 is pressed against the inclined surface of the clamping protrusion 33, and the clamping rib 31 is driven to move away from the mounting area 21 to the outside of the mounting area 21. In this way, the user can more conveniently install the circuit board 10.

[0064] As shown in Figures 2 to 8 In some embodiments, the fixing assembly further comprises a plurality of positioning structures 22. The plurality of positioning structures 22 are arranged along the circumferential side of the mounting area 21, and the positioning structures 22 can abut against the edge of the circuit board 10. In addition, at least one positioning structure 22 is arranged corresponding to each side edge of the circuit board 10.

[0065] Specifically, at least one positioning structure 22 is arranged on the front side, the back side, the left side and the right side of the mounting area 21. After the circuit board 10 is installed in the mounting area 21, the plurality of positioning structures 22 can abut against the front side edge, the back side edge, the left side edge and the right side edge of the circuit board 10, respectively, to limit the circuit board 10 in the horizontal direction, thereby further improving the stability of the installation of the circuit board 10.

[0066] As shown in Figures 6 to 8 In some embodiments, the clamping rib 31 further comprises a positioning protrusion corresponding to the mounting area 21 to form the positioning structure 22, and the positioning protrusion is located below the clamping protrusion 33. In addition, the clamping protrusion 33 and the positioning protrusion can abut against the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the circuit board 10, respectively.

[0067] Specifically, the positioning protrusion is configured as an inclined positioning surface facing the upper end surface of the clamping protrusion 33, and the positioning surface is inclined downward away from one end of the mounting area 21. In this way, after the installation of the circuit board 10 is completed, the lower end surface of the clamping protrusion 33 abuts against the upper end surface of the circuit board 10 to exert a downward force on the circuit board 10. At the same time, the positioning surface abuts against the edge of the lower end surface to exert an upward force on the circuit board 10 to prevent the circuit board 10 from moving in the vertical direction.

[0068] In the above embodiments, the positioning protrusion is located below the clamping protrusion 33, which means that the height of the position where the positioning surface of the positioning protrusion abuts against the circuit board 10 is lower than the height of the clamping protrusion 33.

[0069] Optionally, the mounting plate 20 also has positioning protrusions at the positions corresponding to the fixing clips 40, and the positioning protrusions are located below the fixing clips 40. In this way, after the circuit board 10 is installed in the mounting area 21, the fixing clips 40 and the elastic clips 30 can work together with the positioning protrusions to limit the vertical movement of both sides of the circuit board 10, further improving the stability of the circuit board 10 installation.

[0070] In the above embodiment, the positioning protrusion being located below the fixing buckle 40 means that the height of the positioning surface of the positioning protrusion abutting the circuit board 10 is lower than the height of the fixing buckle 40.

[0071] like Figure 5 As shown, in some embodiments, a positioning protrusion is provided at the end of the snap-fit rib 31.

[0072] Specifically, since the end of the snap-fit rib 31 is fixedly connected to the mounting plate 20 through the connecting rib 32, setting the positioning protrusion at the end of the snap-fit rib 31 can prevent the circuit board 10 from pushing the positioning protrusion and causing the snap-fit rib 31 to shift, thus ensuring the positioning effect of the positioning protrusion on the circuit board 10.

[0073] This disclosure also provides a display device comprising: a display device body and the aforementioned fixing assembly for the circuit board 10. The display device body includes a housing and a circuit board 10; the fixing assembly can be mounted on the housing, and the circuit board 10 can be mounted on the fixing assembly.

[0074] Specifically, the housing includes a back cover. The fixing component can be fastened to the back cover of the housing by fasteners such as bolts or screws, and then the circuit board 10 is snapped onto the fixing component to install the circuit board 10 onto the back cover.

[0075] The display device using the fixing component for the circuit board 10 provided in this application allows for the following steps after the fixing component is installed on the display device body: one side of the circuit board 10 can be first snapped into the fixing clip 40, and then the other side of the circuit board 10 can be snapped into the elastic clip 30. This configuration makes installing the circuit board 10 more convenient and prevents the circuit board 10 from falling off the mounting plate 20, thus improving the user experience.

[0076] Optionally, the display device is a television or a monitor.

[0077] The above description and drawings suffice to fully enable one skilled in the art to practice the embodiments of the present disclosure. Other embodiments can include structural and other changes. The embodiments are merely representative of possible variations. Individual components and functions are optional unless explicitly required, and the order of operations can be varied. Portions and features of some embodiments can be included in, or substituted for, portions and features of other embodiments. The embodiments of the present disclosure are not limited to the structures described above and shown in the drawings, and can be varied in a variety of ways. The scope of the present disclosure is limited only by the claims that follow.
