[0052] Hereinafter, the puller for a slide fastener according to the embodiment of the present application will be described in detail based on the drawings. Hereinafter, the puller for a slide fastener is sometimes referred to as "puller".
[0053] Further, in the present specification, with respect to the puller, the "vertical direction" refers to the sliding direction of the puller, and refers to the length direction of the slide fastener which is not shown, and in particular, the direction in which the puller is slid so that the left and right tooth rows are engaged is set as "upper side", and the direction in which the puller is slid so that the left and right tooth rows are separated is set as "lower side".
[0054] Further, with respect to the puller, the "horizontal direction" refers to the direction in which the pair of tooth rows are arranged, and is the direction orthogonal to the sliding direction of the puller, and can also be referred to as the width direction of the puller.
[0055] Further, with respect to the puller, the "front-rear direction" refers to the direction orthogonal to the vertical direction and the horizontal direction, and is the height (thickness) direction of the puller, and can also be referred to as the thickness direction of the slide fastener tape which is not shown or the height direction of the tooth row.
[0056] Specifically, by moving the puller 1 upward by the user (refer to Figures 1-3 ), the tooth rows of the left and right slide fastener chains are engaged, and by moving the puller 1 downward by the user, the engagement is released. As such, the vertical direction is the sliding direction of the puller 1, and is also the tape length direction of the slide fastener tape. The horizontal direction (width direction) is the direction parallel to the front surface wing plate 11 and the rear surface wing plate 16 of the main body 10 of the puller 1 described below, and is perpendicular to the vertical direction. Further, the front-rear direction is the direction perpendicular to the front surface wing plate 11 and the rear surface wing plate 16.
[0057] Figure 1 is a view of the puller as viewed from the front surface side. Figure 2 is a view of the puller as viewed from the rear surface side. Figure 3 is a view of the puller as viewed from the horizontal direction. Figure 4 is a view of the puller as viewed from the horizontal direction. Figure 1 is a view of the puller as viewed from the horizontal direction.
[0058] Figures 1-4The slider 1 shown constitutes a part of a zipper not shown, for engagement and disengagement of a pair of left and right rows of teeth of a zipper chain. The zipper chain has, for example, a zipper tape extending in the longitudinal direction and made of a textile, and a row of teeth installed at the inner edge portion in the width direction of the zipper tape and containing metal or a thermoplastic resin. Further, the zipper chain can also contain continuous zipper teeth sewn on the zipper tape, containing a thermoplastic resin, and formed in a looped or zigzag shape.
[0059] As shown in Figures 1-4 The slider 1 has a main body 10, and a pull tab 30 installed at the main body 10. As will be described below with reference to Figure 4 The slider 1 of the present embodiment is a slider with an automatic stop function.
[0060] The main body 10 has a front wing plate 11 and a back wing plate 16 arranged in parallel apart in the front-back direction, and a guide post 19 linking the upper end portion of the front wing plate 11 and the upper end portion of the back wing plate 16 in the front-back direction. The front wing plate 11 has a front side flange 12 protrudingly provided from both edge portions in the width direction of the front wing plate 11 toward the back side, and a pull tab mounting portion 20 having a pull tab mounting hole 21 for mounting the pull tab 30 and provided at the front face of the front wing plate 11. The back wing plate 16 has a back side flange 17 protrudingly provided from both edge portions in the width direction of the back wing plate 16 toward the front side, and facing the front side flange 12 in the front-back direction.
[0061] Thus, a pair of left and right guide inlets 13, 13 separated by the guide post 19 are formed at the upper portion of the main body 10, and an engagement inlet 14 is formed at the lower portion of the main body 10. Further, a substantially Y-shaped tooth guide path 15 is formed between the front wing plate 11 and the back wing plate 16, which communicates the pair of left and right guide inlets 13, 13 at the upper side with the engagement inlet 14 at the lower side. This tooth guide path 15 constitutes a passage for the insertion of a row of teeth of a zipper not shown.
[0062] As shown in Figure 4 The pull tab mounting portion 20 contains an upper mounting post 22 and a lower mounting post 23 each erectedly provided at the upper portion and the lower portion of the front face of the front wing plate 11, and a cover portion 24 arranged so as to span the upper mounting post 22 and the lower mounting post 23. Further, between the upper mounting post 22 and the lower mounting post 23 are housed a stopper 25, a shaft portion 33 of the pull tab 30, and a plate spring 26.
[0063] The upper mounting post 22 and the lower mounting post 23 are covered with the cover portion 24, and are fixed by being pressed. In addition, the front wing plate 11 is formed with a pawl insertion hole 11a into which a head end portion 25a of a stop pawl 25 is inserted. The head end portion 25a of the stop pawl 25 inserted into the pawl insertion hole 11a reaches the chain tooth guide path 15, and is inserted between not-shown zipper chain teeth to restrict the movement of the puller 1. A plate spring 26 disposed on the front side of the stop pawl 25 is in a substantially rectangular plate shape extending in the up-down direction, and is fixed to not-shown locking portions formed on the back of the cover portion 24. As such, the pull tab mounting portion 20 of the present embodiment includes the upper mounting post 22, the lower mounting post 23, the cover portion 24, the stop pawl 25, and the plate spring 26.
[0064] Figure 5 is a view of the pull tab as viewed from the front side. Figure 6 is a view of the pull tab as viewed from the back side. Next, the pull tab 30 will be described with reference to Figures 1-6 .
[0065] The pull tab 30 is a long plate-like member, as shown in Figure 5 and Figure 6 , for example, is in a front-back symmetrical shape. That is, the shape of the pull tab 30 as viewed from the front side, as shown in Figure 5 , is the same as the shape of the pull tab 30 as viewed from the back side, as shown in Figure 6 . However, the pull tab 30 can not necessarily be in a front-back symmetrical shape. The pull tab 30 includes a first portion 30A in which an axial portion 33 of the pull tab mounting hole 21 mounted to the pull tab mounting portion 20 is formed on the base end side, and a second portion 30B on the opposite side of the first portion 30A in the length direction of the pull tab 30.
[0066] The second portion 30B is a portion that is usually gripped by a user. A portion in which a head end portion of the pull tab 30 is constituted in the second portion 30B is formed with a protrusion 32 that protrudes in the front-back direction. Also, a portion in the second portion 30B that is adjacent to the protrusion 32 in the length direction is formed with a through-hole 34 that penetrates the pull tab 30 in the front-back direction, and a plate-shaped portion 36 is formed in a portion adjacent to the through-hole 34 in the length direction. The user can, for example, pinch the plate-shaped portion 36 with a finger or insert a finger into the through-hole 34 and hook the finger on the protrusion 32 to pull the pull tab 30.
[0067] A portion in the first portion 30A that is adjacent to the plate-shaped portion 36 in the length direction is formed with an opening 31 that penetrates the pull tab 30 in the front-back direction. The opening 31 is a portion for mounting the pull tab 30 to the pull tab mounting portion 20, and a lower portion of the cover portion 24 constituting the pull tab mounting portion 20 is inserted into the opening 31.
[0068] Furthermore, in the first part 30A, a shaft portion 33 extending in the width direction is provided adjacent to the opening 31 in the length direction. The shaft portion 33 constitutes the base end of the pull tab 30 and is inserted into the pull tab mounting hole 21 of the pull tab mounting part 20 and mounted on the main body 10.
[0069] The pull tab 30 has ribs 40 formed from the outer periphery of the front and back sides toward the front-back direction of the pull tab 30. In this embodiment, the ribs 40 are formed on both the front and back sides, but they can be formed on at least one of the front and back sides. The front-back direction dimension L1 of the portion of the pull tab 30 in which the ribs 40 are formed (refer to...) Figure 3 The rib 40 is larger than the front-back dimension of the plate-shaped portion 36 and the shaft portion 33. By providing this rib 40, the strength of the pull tab 30 can be improved, and the user can easily hook their fingers on the rib 40 to grip the pull tab 30. In addition, the front-back dimension L1 of the portion of the pull tab 30 that forms the rib 40 is set to be larger than the front-back dimension L2 between the front side flange 12 and the back side flange 17 (see reference). Figure 3 Large. Therefore, as described below, it can prevent the pull tab 30 of one zipper 1 from getting stuck inside the body 10 of the other zipper 1.
[0070] Rib 40 includes an outer peripheral rib 41 formed on the outer periphery of the pull tab 30, excluding the shaft portion 33. The two ends 41a, 41a of the outer peripheral rib 41 on the shaft portion 33 side (base end side of the pull tab 30) are located opposite the opening 31 in the width direction of the pull tab 30. That is, as... Figure 5 and Figure 6 As shown, the two ends 41a, 41a of the outer peripheral rib 41 are located in region S, which is the area between plane P1 obtained by extending the head end of the opening 31 in the width direction and plane P2 obtained by extending the base end of the opening 31 in the width direction.
[0071] The peripheral rib 41 extends from both ends 41a, 41a along the outer periphery of the rib 40 toward the head end of the pull tab 30, and meets at the head end of the pull tab 30 where the protrusion 32 is formed. Furthermore, the peripheral rib 41 covers the opening 31, the plate-like portion 36, and the through hole 34 from the outer periphery.
[0072] Rib 40 has an extension 43 that extends from both ends 41a, 41a of the outer peripheral rib 41 toward the opening 31, i.e., inward in the width direction. In this embodiment, the extension 43 is connected to the end 41a of the outer peripheral rib 41 and extends in the width direction, but the connection point of the extension 43 is not limited to the end 41a of the outer peripheral rib 41. The extension 43 can be connected to any portion of the outer peripheral rib 41 that faces the opening 31 in the width direction, i.e., the portion located within region S.
[0073] The extension 43 of the present embodiment is an inclined rib inclined so as to approach the shaft portion 33 on the proximal end side as it goes toward the inner side in the width direction. By providing the extension 43 as an inclined rib, as shown in FIG. 6, the end portion 43a on the shaft portion 33 side of the extension 43 can be brought into point contact with the front face of the front face wing 11 when the pull tab 30 is tilted. By reducing the contact area of the extension 43 with the front face wing 11, the surface treatment material can be supplied to the entire surface of the puller 1 at the time of surface treatment such as painting. Figure 3
[0074] Further, the extension 43 need not necessarily be an inclined rib, and can be any shape as long as it extends toward the inner side in the width direction. For example, it can be a straight rib that does not incline toward the shaft portion 33 side of the rib 40 but extends linearly toward the inner side in the width direction.
[0075] The extension 43 preferably extends toward the inner side in the width direction and to the opening 31. That is, the width direction inner end portion of the extension 43 is preferably connected to the opening 31. Thereby, as described below, it is possible to more reliably prevent the pull tab 30 of one puller 1 from being caught inside the main body 10 of another puller 1.
[0076] The extension 43 is located in the region S and is formed at a position that does not overlap the shaft portion 33. Therefore, the shaft portion 33 mounted in the pull tab mounting hole 21 is not thickened by the rib 40. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 6, it is possible to maintain the standing angle θ when the pull tab 30 is tilted to be small. Further, the standing angle θ is the angle formed by the front face of the front face wing 11 and the back face of the pull tab 30. The standing angle θ is preferably 5° or less, more preferably 4° or less, and further preferably 3° or less. By being able to reduce the standing angle θ, the puller 1 has excellent appearance when the pull tab 30 is tilted. Figure 3
[0077] The puller 1 having the above-described configuration is subjected to surface treatment in a state in which the main body 10 and the pull tab 30 are combined. The kind or combination of surface treatment is various and can be appropriately decided by the manufacturer. For example, as the surface treatment, plating (electroplating, electroless plating, etc.), chemical synthesis treatment (chromate treatment, phosphate film treatment, blackening treatment, etc.), painting, or any combination thereof can be used.
[0078] In particular, in the painting process, a drum painting method is sometimes used, in which a plurality of the pulls 1 are housed in a drum, and paint is sprayed while the drum is rotated to form a coating film. In this case, in order to uniformly form the coating film on the entire pull 1, it is preferable that the plurality of pulls 1 move individually within the drum, and it is important that the plurality of pulls 1 do not become in a state of being combined with each other. In the state in which the pulls 1 are combined with each other, there are portions that are in contact with each other, and thus paint is not supplied to the portions, resulting in uneven painting. The pulls 1 in which uneven painting occurs need to be removed as defective products in the inspection after the surface treatment.
[0079] Here, as a comparative example in which the pulls can be combined with each other, the pull tab 300 of a pull in which the extension portion 43 is not provided will be described. Figure 7 is a view of the pull tab of the comparative example as viewed from the front side. Figure 8 is a view of the pull tab of the comparative example as viewed from the back side. As Figure 7 and Figure 8 shown, the pull tab 300 of the comparative example is substantially the same as the pull tab 30 of the embodiment shown in Figure 5 and Figure 6 except that the extension portion 43 is not formed.
[0080] Figure 9 is a view showing a case in which the body of another pull is inserted from the guide inlet side with respect to the pull tab of one pull in the comparative example. Figure 10 is a view showing the progress of the insertion from the Figure 9 state. Figure 11 is a view showing a case in which the body of another pull is inserted from the engagement opening side with respect to the pull tab of one pull in the comparative example.
[0081] As shown in Figures 9-11 , one pull 100 provided with the pull tab 300 of the comparative example does not have the extension portion 43 formed in the pull tab 300, and thus the both end portions 41a, 41a of the outer peripheral rib 41 are open from the opening 31, and the body 10 of another pull 100 can enter the open portion. The width direction edge portion in which the front side flange 12 and the back side flange 17 of the body 10 of another pull 100 are provided passes through the end portion 41a of the outer peripheral rib 41 of one pull 100 and the opening 31, and as shown in Figure 10 , the pull tab 300 is completely inserted into the pull tab 30. If the state shown in Figure 10 occurs, the insertion of the pull tab 300 and the body 10 is difficult to be naturally eliminated in the case in which the drum is rotated at the time of drum painting.
[0082] Figure 12 is a view showing a case in which the pull tab of the comparative example of Figure 9 is replaced with the pull tab of the embodiment. Figure 13 is a view showing a case in which the pull tab of the comparative example of Figure 11FIG. 2 is a view showing a state in which the pull tab of Comparative Example is replaced with the pull tab of the present embodiment.
[0083] Further, Figure 12 and Figure 13 The position of the pull tab 30 of the present embodiment shown in FIG. 1 is drawn to be substantially in agreement with the position of the pull tab 300 of Comparative Example shown in FIG. 2, and thus is arranged in a manner in which the extension portion 43 of the rib 40 of the pull tab 30 overlaps with the front side flange 12 and the back side flange 17 of the main body 10. However, in reality, before the state shown in FIG. 3, the front side flange 12 and the back side flange 17 of the main body 10 are prevented from entering the head end portion side (the upper side of the pull tab 30) of the pull tab 30 by the extension portion 43. Figure 9 and Figure 11 The position of the pull tab 30 of the present embodiment shown in FIG. Figure 12 and Figure 13 The position of the pull tab 30 of the present embodiment shown in FIG. Figure 12 and Figure 13 The position of the pull tab 30 of the present embodiment shown in FIG. Figure 3 The reason for this is that the front-back direction dimension LI of the portion of the pull tab 30 in which the rib 40 (the extension portion 43) is provided is greater than the front-back direction dimension L2 between the front side flange 12 and the back side flange 17 (see FIG. 3).
[0084] Further, as described above, the extension portion 43 extends toward the width direction inner side in a manner connected to the opening 31, and the distance L3 between the head end portion of the extension portion 43 and the cover portion 24 is made smaller than the width direction dimension L4 of the front side flange 12 and the back side flange 17. By this, the main body 10 is prevented from passing through the path between the head end portion of the extension portion 43 and the cover portion 24. Further, the distance L3 between the head end portion of the extension portion 43 and the cover portion 24 varies depending on the inclination of the pull tab 30 with respect to the cover portion 24, and the like. In Figure 12 and Figure 13 A state in which the pull tab 30 is inclined with respect to the cover portion 24 to the maximum and the distance between the head end portion of the extension portion 43 and the cover portion 24 is made the maximum is shown in FIG. 4. Even in the state in which the distance L3 is the maximum as shown in FIG. 5, the shape of the extension portion 43 is set so that L3 < L4. Figure 12 and Figure 13 Further, the present utility model is not limited to the contents exemplified in the embodiments, and can be appropriately changed within the scope of the gist of the present utility model. For example, in the present embodiment, a puller 1 with an automatic stop function is exemplified, but this is not limiting, and a puller 1 without an automatic stop function can also be used.
[0085] Further, the present utility model is not limited to the contents exemplified in the embodiments, and can be appropriately changed within the scope of the gist of the present utility model. For example, in the present embodiment, a puller 1 with an automatic stop function is exemplified, but this is not limiting, and a puller 1 without an automatic stop function can also be used.

[0097] The back wing (16) has a back-side flange (17) protruding from both width-direction edges of the back wing (16) toward the front side and facing the front-side flange (12) in the front-back direction,
[0098] The pull tab (30) has:
[0099] An opening (31) passing through the pull tab (30) for mounting the pull tab (30) to the pull tab mounting portion (20);
[0100] A shaft portion (33) formed at an end of the pull tab (30) adjacent to the opening (31) and mounted to the pull tab mounting hole (21) of the pull tab mounting portion (20); and
[0101] A rib (40) formed from the outer periphery of at least one of the front and back sides of the pull tab (30) toward the front-back direction of the pull tab (30).
[0102] The front-back direction dimension (L1) of the portion of the pull tab (30) in which the rib (40) is provided is greater than the front-back direction dimension (L2) between the front-side flange (12) and the back-side flange (17), and
[0103] The rib (40) has an extension portion (43) extending from a portion facing the opening (31) in the width direction to the inside in the width direction.
[0104] According to this configuration, the rib has the extension portion, and thus, it is possible to prevent the pull tab of one slider from being caught in the inside of the main body of another slider. Therefore, it is possible to uniformly perform surface treatment of the slider.
[0105] In addition, the extension portion of the rib extends from a portion that opposes the pull tab mounting hole in the width direction to the inside in the width direction, and thus, it is possible to reduce the standing angle when the pull tab is tilted without thickening the shaft portion mounted to the pull tab mounting hole. Therefore, the design is excellent.
[0106] [2] The slider (1) according to [1], wherein
[0107] The extension portion (43) extends from an end portion (41a) of the rib (40) on the shaft portion (33) side to the inside in the width direction.
[0108] According to this configuration, the extension portion is disposed on the side close to the shaft portion, and thus, it is possible to effectively suppress the pull tab from being caught in the inside of the main body.
[0109] [3] The slider (1) according to [1] or [2], wherein
[0110] The extension portion (43) is an inclined rib that is inclined so as to be closer to the shaft portion (33) as it goes to the inside in the width direction.
[0111] According to this configuration, the extension portion is an inclined rib, and thus, it is possible to make the end portion of the extension portion on the shaft portion side come into point contact with the front surface of the front wing. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the contact area of the extension portion with the surface of the front wing, and thus, the space in which a material such as paint can penetrate becomes large when surface treatment is performed, and thus, it is possible to appropriately perform painting treatment.
[0112] [4] The slider (1) according to any one of [1] to [3], wherein
[0113] The extension portion (43) extends to the opening (31).
[0114] According to this configuration, it is possible to more surely prevent the pull tab of one slider from being caught in the inside of the main body of another slider.
[0115] [5] The slider (1) according to any one of [1] to [4], wherein
[0116] The extension portion (43) is formed at a position that does not overlap the shaft portion (33).
[0117] According to this configuration, the shaft portion mounted to the pull tab mounting hole is not thickened by the extension portion, and thus, it is possible to reduce the standing angle when the pull tab is tilted.
