Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] This utility model relates to a driving toy. Background Technology
[0002] Previously, there were known toy trains (referred to as "Railway Vehicle Model" in Patent Document 1) in which the connector could protrude (expose) from the main body of the vehicle by sliding the operating parts. In such toy trains, the toy trains could be connected to each other by connecting the connectors of multiple toy trains to each other (see Patent Document 1).
[0003] Patent Document 1: Japanese Patent No. 3655603
[0004] However, in the toy (railway vehicle model) described in Patent Document 1, the user needs to operate the control component to make the connector protrude (expose), thus requiring the vehicle to be stopped during connection. Furthermore, children or other individuals with limited strength need to temporarily remove the vehicle from the track to operate the control component, and then return it to the track after the connector is exposed.
[0005] Therefore, there is a problem that the game needs to be temporarily interrupted when the vehicle is in motion during the connection. Utility Model Content
[0006] The purpose of this invention is to provide a toy that allows protruding parts to protrude simply by driving on a road without manual operation.
[0007] The first type of driving toy provided by this utility model includes: a protruding part that can be protruded or retracted along the length direction of the driving toy; a force-applying part that applies force to the protruding part in the forward direction of the driving toy; and a locking mechanism that overcomes the force of the force-applying part and locks the protruding part in the retracted position. The locking mechanism includes a release triggering part that releases the locked state of the protruding part, and the locking is released by an external force that actuates the release triggering part.
[0008] The second type of driving toy provided by this utility model is based on the first type of driving toy. A protrusion is provided on the driving path of the driving toy. The release trigger part includes a protrusion provided on the bottom side of the driving toy. The release trigger part of the locking mechanism is activated by the protrusion abutting against the protrusion on the driving path.
[0009] The third type of toy provided by this utility model is based on the second type of toy, wherein the protrusion is disposed between the rails arranged on the driving path.
[0010] The fourth type of toy provided by this utility model is based on the first type of toy. The protruding part is directly or indirectly locked onto the release trigger part. When the release trigger part is activated by an external force, the locking state is released, and the protruding part protrudes along the driving direction of the toy through the force of the force-applying part.
[0011] The fifth type of driving toy provided by this utility model is based on the first type of driving toy, wherein the protruding part is arranged at the front of the driving toy in a manner that allows it to protrude or retract.
[0012] The sixth type of driving toy provided by this utility model is based on the first type of driving toy, wherein the protruding part is a connector for connecting with other driving toys.
[0013] The seventh type of driving toy provided by this utility model is based on the sixth type of driving toy. The connector at least includes a magnet on the free end side. When the connector of one driving toy in the protruding state approaches the connector of another driving toy in the retracted state, it is attracted to the connector of the other driving toy in the retracted state by magnetic force.
[0014] The eighth type of driving toy provided by this utility model is based on the first type of driving toy, wherein at least the free end of the protruding component is configured to be able to swing in the width direction of the driving toy.
[0015] The ninth type of driving toy provided by this utility model is based on the first type of driving toy, and a guide member is provided on the inner side of the protrusion of the protruding part of the driving toy to guide the protruding direction of the protruding part.
[0016] The tenth type of driving toy provided by this utility model is based on the first type of driving toy, and includes a rod that causes the protruding part to move along the driving direction. The protruding part is protruded when the rod is pushed forward in the driving direction, and is retracted when the rod is pulled backward in the driving direction.
[0017] According to the first type of driving toy, the user can make the protruding parts protrude without using their hands.
[0018] In this way, you can enjoy the fun of driving and playing in the vehicle without interruption.
[0019] Furthermore, according to the second type of driving toy, the protruding parts can be made to protrude simply by driving the toy on a road. Thus, the driving game can be enjoyed without interruption.
[0020] Furthermore, according to the third type of driving toy, the protrusion that releases the locking state of the protruding part of the release trigger is positioned inside the driving path. Therefore, it is possible to achieve a compact structure without increasing the width of the driving path.
[0021] In addition, according to the fourth type of driving toy, a simple structure is adopted in which the locking state is released by releasing the trigger part and the force of the force-applying part is released, which allows the protruding part to protrude.
[0022] Furthermore, according to the fifth and sixth types of driving toys, users can automatically extend the connector to the front of the driving toy without manually engaging it, and can connect the driving toys to each other without interrupting the driving process.
[0023] Furthermore, according to the seventh type of driving toy, as long as one driving toy is driven and the connector is in a protruding state, the other driving toy can easily connect the vehicles together by keeping the connector in a retracted state.
[0024] Furthermore, according to the eighth type of driving toy, since the protruding parts can swing in the width direction of the driving toy, the driving toys can also turn flexibly when they are connected to each other, thus enjoying stable driving.
[0025] Furthermore, according to the ninth type of driving toy, since the protruding direction of the protruding parts is guided, the connectors can protrude relatively straight forward. Therefore, it is easy to make the connectors face each other, and they can be connected smoothly even without the user's hand assistance.
[0026] In addition, according to the tenth type of driving toy, since the direction of operation of the lever is the same as the direction of movement of the protruding part, the user is less likely to feel confused when operating the lever. Attached Figure Description

[0042] Reference Figures 1 to 1 5. One embodiment of the driving toy will be described.
[0043] The toy 100 shown in this embodiment is a railway vehicle type toy, having a protruding or retractable member that can be provided along the length direction of the toy 100. In this embodiment, the protruding member is a connector 7 that can be provided protruding or retractable in front of the toy 100 in the travel direction D1. The toy 100 is used, for example, for a linked travel game in which multiple toy 100s are linked together by the connector 7 and travel on a route. In this embodiment, the travel route includes a connecting track component (see below) described later. Figure 11 It consists of track components.
[0044] <Composition>
[0045] Driving Toys
[0046] Figure 1 and Figure 2 This is a three-dimensional view showing the appearance of the driving toy 100. Figure 1 The driving toy 100, which is shown in the retracted state of the connector 7, which is a protruding component, disposed within the protrusion 12. Figure 2 A toy 100 that indicates the connector 7 is protruding outward from the protrusion 12. Figure 3 Indicates from Figure 1 The toy 100 shown is in the state with the main body cover 1 removed. Figure 4 It means from Figure 2 A perspective view of the toy 100 with its main body cover 1 removed. Additionally, Figure 5 Viewed from the bottom side Figure 2 A three-dimensional view of the toy 100 in the indicated state.
[0047] like Figure 1 , Figure 2 As shown, the driving toy 100 includes a main body cover 1, a main body chassis 2, and a protruding part (connector 7) supported on a protruding support member 5. Additionally, in Figure 1 , Figure 2 In the figures, "front" and "rear" indicate the front and rear sides of the driving direction D1 of the toy 100, "left" and "right" indicate the left and right sides of the width direction of the toy 100, and "up" and "down" indicate the up and down position of the toy 100 in its assembled state.
[0048] like Figure 1 , Figure 2 and Figure 6 As shown, the main body cover 1 is generally streamlined, with its front end being thinner than its rear end in the direction of travel D1, and its bottom side (the lower side of the toy) having a generally open opening. Figure 6 (Opening 11 in the middle).
[0049] A protrusion 12 is provided at the front end of the main body cover 1, which allows the connector 7, which is a protruding member described later, to protrude or retract. The protrusion 12 is sized to allow the connector 7 to extend (protrude) without resistance.
[0050] Additionally, a guide member 13 is provided inside the protrusion 12 of the connector 7 to guide the protrusion direction of the connector 7. In this embodiment, wall-shaped guide members 13 are arranged on the left and right sides of the portion accommodating the connector 7 to suppress the connector 7 from protruding in the width direction of the toy 100. Figure 1 and Figure 2 The left and right directions in the middle of the screen are shaking.
[0051] like Figure 1 and Figure 2 As shown, a slit-shaped cutout 15 extending along the driving direction D1 is provided on the top surface of the main body cover 1, which constitutes the canopy portion of the driving toy 100. A rod 51, which is provided on the protruding support member 5 described later, protrudes from the cutout 15, allowing the user to operate the rod 51 by hand.
[0052] The lever 51 causes the connector 7, which is a protruding component, to move along the travel direction D1. Specifically, by moving forward (intowards the travel direction D1 of the toy 100) Figure 1 and Figure 2 The push rod 51 (in the "OPEN" direction) and the connector 7 are in a protruding state, protruding from the protrusion 12. Figure 2 As shown in the diagram, by pulling it backward in the direction of travel D1, the connector 7 is retracted and housed within the protrusion 12. Figure 1 (The state shown).
[0053] like Figures 3 to 5 As shown, the main chassis 2, which forms the bottom side of the toy 100, has a base plate 21. Wheel units 3 are mounted on the side of the base plate 21 opposite to the travel path of the toy 100 (the rear side of the toy 100). Specifically, on the rear side of the base plate 21 of the main chassis 2, a pair of left and right axle locking parts 22 in the vehicle width direction are respectively provided on the front and rear sides of the toy 100 in the travel direction D1. The wheel unit 3 consists of an axle 31 and wheels 32 respectively mounted on both ends of the axle 31, with the axle 31 constituting the wheel unit 3 mounted on each axle locking part 22.
[0054] In the assembled state of the toy 100, the wheels 32, which are positioned to the left and right in the width direction of the toy 100, are mounted on a pair of left and right tracks 81 provided on the driving path. In this embodiment, the driving path is composed of track components described later (see...). Figure 11The other example in the figure is a track unit (not shown) formed by connecting track components 8).
[0055] like Figure 5 As shown, on the base plate 21 of the main chassis 2 that constitutes the bottom surface of the driving toy 100, there are long holes 23 at the front and rear in the driving direction D1. The holes 23 expose the protrusion 41 of the release trigger part 4, which will be described later.
[0056] As described later, in the embodiment, a protrusion 86 is provided between the tracks 81 arranged on the connecting track member 8 that constitutes the travel path of the toy 100. An elongated hole 23 is formed at approximately the center of the width direction of the toy 100, allowing the protrusion 41 of the release trigger 4 to be exposed at a position that can abut against the protrusion 86 when the toy 100 travels on the travel path.
[0057] In addition, such as Figure 3 and Figure 4 As shown, in the assembled state, a protruding support member 5, described later, is disposed on the upper side (surface side) of the main chassis 2. Figure 7 As shown, a first hook 25 is provided on the upper surface of the base plate 21 of the main chassis 2, i.e., the front side in the travel direction D1. One end of a coil spring 26 is secured to the first hook 25 as a force-applying component. The other end of the coil spring 26 is secured to a second hook 55 on the rear end side of the protruding support member 5. The coil spring 26 applies force to the protruding support member 5 and the connector 7 connected to it, which is also a protruding component, in the travel direction D1 of the toy 100. Furthermore, in Figure 3 The diagram of helical spring 26 is omitted in the text.
[0058] In addition, such as Figure 7 As shown, on the upper surface (surface side) of the base plate 21 of the main chassis 2, the bearing portion 27 of the shaft portion 40 supporting the release trigger portion 4 is provided on the left and right sides through the elongated hole 23.
[0059] Figure 8 This is a perspective view showing the main parts of the release trigger unit 4 installed on the bearing section 27. (See image below.) Figure 8 As shown, the release trigger 4 has a shaft 40 and a protrusion 41 that is pivotally mounted on the shaft 40. Additionally, a torsion spring 42 is provided on the shaft 40 of the release trigger 4. In this embodiment, the torsion spring 42 rotates (pivots) towards the rear of the protrusion 41 in the travel direction D1, and during displacement, it returns the protrusion 41 to its original position.
[0060] A locking protrusion 43 is formed on the protrusion 41 to lock the locking claw 54 of the protruding support member 5 described later. When the protrusion 41 rotates (oscillates), the locking protrusion 43 also rotates (oscillates) with the protrusion 41. The locking protrusion 43 can be any shape that can lock the locking claw 54 of the protruding support member 5, and the specific shape is not limited to the example in the figure.
[0061] Additionally, when the toy 100 moves backward, the protrusion 41 abuts against the edge of the elongated hole 23 on the chassis 2, thereby restricting its rotation (swinging) in the direction of falling forward in the driving direction D1.
[0062] In addition, such as Figure 8 and Figure 10 As shown, in this embodiment, the free end of the protrusion 41 has an inclined surface formed by cutting off a portion of its rear side, and this inclined surface faces the rear side in the travel direction D1. Therefore, when the toy 100 is moving backward, it travels on the protrusion 86 of the connecting track member 8 (see reference 1). Figure 11 When the toy is above the protrusion 41, the inclined surface of the protrusion 41 will press against the protrusion 86 while moving, so that the protrusion 86 will be gradually pressed down, thus ensuring that the movement of the toy 100 is not hindered.
[0063] Figure 9 This is a perspective view of the protruding support component 5 from the rear side when assembled.
[0064] Figure 9 The surface shown in the upper middle is the inner side of the protruding support member 5, which is arranged in reverse order in the assembled state, opposite to the surface side of the main chassis 2.
[0065] In the assembled state, it becomes the upper side surface. Figure 9 On the lower side (shown in the middle), a rod 51 is provided at a position corresponding to the cutout 15 of the main body cover 1 in the assembled state. By moving the rod 51 along the travel direction D1 while it protrudes from the cutout 15, the protruding state and the retracted state of the connector 7, which is a protruding component, can be switched.
[0066] A connecting locking part 52 is provided at the front end of the protruding support member 5 in the travel direction D1, and a connector 7, which is the protruding member in this embodiment, is locked in the connecting locking part 52. The connecting locking part 52 is not particularly limited, for example, Figure 9 As shown, it is an annular shape with openings at the top and bottom. The shaft 75 of the connector 7 is inserted through the connector locking part 52, and the connector 7 is mounted on the protruding support member 5 via the shaft 75.
[0067] like Figure 9As shown, a locking arm 53 is provided on the inner side of the protruding support member 5, further rearward in the driving direction D1 than the connecting locking part 52. In this embodiment, there is a pair of locking arms 53, protruding rearward in the driving direction D1. A locking claw 54 is formed at the free end of each locking arm 53, which locks against the locking protrusion 43 of the release trigger part 4.
[0068] Additionally, a second hook 55 is provided on the rear end side of the protruding support member 5 in the travel direction D1, which locks the other end of the coil spring 26, which serves as a force-applying component. The coil spring 26 is a tension coil spring that is approximately at its natural length when the protruding support member 5 is in a position that causes the connector 7 to protrude (the front side of the toy 100), and is stretched when the protruding support member 5 is in a position that causes the connector 7 to retract (the rear side of the toy 100) and attempts to return to its natural length.
[0069] In the embodiment, the locking claw 54 of the protruding support member 5 and the locking protrusion 43 of the release trigger part 4 that locks the locking claw 54 constitute a "locking mechanism" (see reference). Figure 10 (The XV section is enclosed by a single-dot dash). The locking mechanism causes the connector 7, which is a protruding part, to resist the force of the coil spring 26, which is a force-applying part, and lock it in a "retracted position" where it does not protrude from the protrusion 12. The locking mechanism is released by external force actuating the release trigger 4.
[0070] That is, in the embodiment, the protruding support member 5 and the connector 7 mounted thereon operate as a unit. When the protruding support member 5 is locked onto the locking protrusion 43 of the release trigger part 4 by the locking claw 54, the protruding support member 5 is maintained in a state located at the rear of the driving toy 100, and the connector 7 also remains in a "retracted state" without protruding from the protrusion 12. Conversely, if the locking claw 54 of the protruding support member 5 disengages from the locking protrusion 43 of the release trigger part 4, the protruding support member 5 is stretched forward in the driving direction D1 due to the force of the coil spring 26 returning to its natural length, and the connector 7 locked onto the protruding support member 5 is also pushed forward in the driving direction D1 and protrudes from the protrusion 12. In the embodiment, the protrusion 41 of the release trigger part 4 abuts against the protrusion 86 described later, causing the protrusion 41 to rotate (swing) in the direction tilting to the rear in the driving direction D1, is an "action based on external force," thereby releasing the locking state based on the "locking mechanism."
[0071] The structure of the connector 7 is not particularly limited, and includes: a connecting rod 73 capable of swinging about a shaft 75 that is locked to the connecting locking part 52 of the protruding support member 5; and a front end portion 71 capable of swinging left and right about an axis (not shown) on the other end side of the connecting rod 73. Thus, the front end portion 71, which is provided at least on the free end side of the connector 7, is configured to swing in the width direction of the driving toy 100. In addition, the connector 7 may swing as a whole, not limited to the front end portion 71. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the connector 7 includes a magnet 72 at least in the front end portion 71, which is the free end side. The type of magnet 72 is not particularly limited, but it has a magnetic force sufficient to allow it to connect with other driving toy 100 connectors 7 when they approach.
[0072] Rail components for connection
[0073] like Figure 11 As shown, the connecting track member 8 constituting the driving path of the toy 100 has a protruding portion 82 formed on one side in the longitudinal direction and a concave portion 83 formed on the other side. By fitting the protruding portion 82 of one track member into the concave portion 83 of other track members, multiple track members can be connected. In addition, although the figure is omitted, the track members constituting the driving path have the same structure as the connecting track member 8, except that they do not have the slide plate 9 and protrusion 86 described later.
[0074] In addition, Figures 11 to 14 In the figure, the length direction is the length direction of the connecting track component 8, which is the connection direction (the extension direction of the travel path) when multiple track components are connected to form a travel path. In addition, the "front" and "back" directions shown in the figure indicate the front and back directions of the travel direction D1 of the travel toy 100 traveling on the connecting track component 8.
[0075] like Figure 11 and Figure 12 As shown, the connecting track component 8 has an upper panel 80 and a bottom plate 85, and a sliding plate 9 is disposed between the upper panel 80 and the bottom plate 85.
[0076] On the top plate 80, at both ends in the width direction, there are track sections, namely rails 81, for the wheels to travel on.
[0077] Furthermore, on the top plate 80, in the assembled state, a first opening 841 is formed at a position corresponding to the operating part 95 provided on the slide plate 9 to expose the operating part 95. The first opening 841 is an elongated hole that extends along the length direction (operating direction of the operating part 95) of the connecting track member 8, so as to allow the operating part 95 to be exposed. Figure 11The operation alternates between the "DOWN" and "UP" positions. When the operating unit 95 is in the "DOWN" position, the protrusion 86 descends to a height almost identical to that of the upper panel 80, thus entering the "DOWN" state. Conversely, when the operating unit 95 is in the "UP" position, the protrusion 86 protrudes upwards, thus entering the "UP" state.
[0078] Furthermore, a second opening 842 is formed at the portion corresponding to the position of the protrusion 86 in the assembled state. In this embodiment, the second opening 842 is provided at least at approximately the center of the connecting track member 8 in the width direction. Additionally, in the illustrated example, the second opening 842 is also approximately provided at the center of the connecting track member 8 in the length direction, but the position of the protrusion 86 and its corresponding second opening 842 in the length direction is not limited to this. Furthermore, the second opening 842 can be formed to a size that allows the protrusion 86 to protrude or retract without being caught, and its specific shape is not limited to the illustrated example.
[0079] Figure 12 From Figure 11 The diagram shows a perspective view of the internal structure obtained by removing the top panel 80 from the connecting track component 8. Figure 13 It's a 3D model of Skateboard 9. Figure 14 This is a three-dimensional diagram showing the main part representing the relationship between the protrusion 86 and the slide plate 9.
[0080] like Figure 12 As shown, a movable unit 860 including a protrusion 86 is disposed on a base plate 85. The movable unit 860 is generally trapezoidal when viewed from the side, and a guide member 87 is erected on the base plate 85, which acts as a guide when the protrusion 86 moves up and down in the longitudinal direction. A force-applying member (not shown) is disposed within the movable unit 860, which applies force upward to the protrusion 86.
[0081] like Figure 13 As shown, the slide plate 9 has an operating part 95 on one side of its length direction, corresponding to the first opening 841. Additionally, an opening 91 extending along the length direction and exposing the movable unit 860 is formed on the slide plate 9. Sidewall portions 92 are provided on the left and right sides of the opening 91, and limiting block portions 93 extend inwardly from the inner side of the left and right sidewall portions 92.
[0082] When the slide plate 9 is positioned on the base plate 85, there is a gap between the lower end of the limiting block portion 93 and the base plate 85.
[0083] In addition, on the limiting block 93, the rear end face along the length direction of the slide plate 9 is an inclined surface 93a that slopes upward from the front side toward the rear side.
[0084] like Figure 14As shown, the connecting track member 8 in the movable unit 860 has a lower swing portion 861 extending to the ends in the width direction on the left and right sides.
[0085] The height (thickness) of the lower helix portion 861 is less than the gap between the lower end of the limiting block portion 93 and the base plate 85. When the operating part 95 is positioned in the "DOWN" position, the lower helix portion 861 is clamped between the base plate 85 and the limiting block portion 93. As a result, the movable unit 860 is suppressed by the force of the force-applying member that is to push the protrusion 86, and the protrusion 86 is in the "DOWN" state.
[0086] Furthermore, when the operating part 95 is moved to the "UP" position, as the slide plate 9 slides towards the front of the connecting track member 8, the lower part 861 gradually protrudes upward along the inclined surface 93a. At this time, the entire movable unit 860 is guided by the guide member 87 and rises with almost no tilt. Thus, when the operating part 95 is moved to the "UP" position, the protrusion 86 constituting the movable unit 860 becomes in the "UP" state, protruding upward more than the surface of the upper panel 80.
[0087] <Function>
[0088] Next, refer to Figure 15A , 15B The functions and gameplay of the driving toy 100 in this embodiment are explained by 15C, etc. Figure 15A , 15B 15C indicates that in Figure 10 A schematic side view showing the operation of the "locking mechanism" enclosed by a single-dotted line. Furthermore, it is assumed here that a motor-driven vehicle is connected to the rear of the toy 100, and the toy 100 moves by this vehicle.
[0089] When playing with the toy 100, multiple track components are connected to form the driving path of the toy 100. Among the track components that form the driving path, Figure 11 The connecting track component 8 shown can be included in one or more of the travel path. For example, the connecting track component 8 can be placed near the platform of a station where the traveling toys 100 are connected to each other.
[0090] When the connecting track component 8 is configured, it is arranged such that the "UP" position side of the operation unit 95 faces the front side of the traveling toy 100 in the traveling direction D1.
[0091] When a vehicle without connector 7 passes by, or even if connector 7 is present but connection with other vehicles is not required, the operating part 95 of the connecting track component 8 is positioned in the "DOWN" position, so that the protrusion 86 is in the "DOWN" state. In this state, even if the toy 100 shown in the embodiment passes over the connecting track component 8, the protrusion 41 of the release trigger 4 will not abut against the protrusion 86, and it will not rotate (swing).
[0092] On the other hand, regarding the driving toy 100, the lever 51 is pulled rearward in the driving direction D1. By pulling the lever 51 rearward in the driving direction D1, the protruding support member 5 connected to the connector 7 overcomes the force of the coil spring 26 and is pulled rearward in the driving direction D1. When the locking pawl 54 at the free end of the locking arm 53 exceeds the locking protrusion 43 of the release trigger part 4, the locking pawl 54 is locked in the position hooked on the locking protrusion 43 when the lever 51 is released (see reference). Figure 15A When the locking claw 54 is locked onto the locking protrusion 43 of the release trigger part 4, the movement of the protruding support member 5 towards the front of the travel direction D1 is restricted, and the connector 7 locked onto the protruding support member 5 is also maintained in a retracted position that does not protrude from the protrusion 12. Figure 1 , Figure 3 (The indentation state shown).
[0093] Even when the toy 100 travels on the connecting track member 8 with the protrusion 86 in the "DOWN" state, the protrusion 41 of the release trigger 4 does not rotate, and the locking state of the connector 7 using the locking mechanism is not released.
[0094] In contrast, when the user moves the operating part 95 of the connecting track component 8 to the "UP" position, the movable unit 860 slides into contact with the inclined surface 93a of the limiting block part 93 while protruding upward. As a result, the protrusion 86 is in the "UP" state, protruding from the second opening 842 of the upper panel 80.
[0095] When the toy 100 is in the "UP" state on the connecting track member 8, it moves in the traveling direction D1 ( Figure 15B When driving in the direction of the white arrow D1 shown, if Figure 15B As shown, the protrusion 41 of the release trigger 4 of the driving toy 100 abuts against the protrusion 86 disposed between a pair of tracks 81, with the protrusion 41 pointing towards the rear side in the driving direction D1 (see reference). Figure 15B The black arrow shown rotates (swings).
[0096] The locking protrusion 43 of the release trigger 4 and the locking pawl 54 of the protruding support member 5 are slightly loose and locked together. Therefore, when the protrusion 41 contacts the convex part 86 and rotates rearward in the driving direction D1, the locking pawl 54 disengages from the locking protrusion 43, releasing the locking mechanism from locking the connector 7.
[0097] Therefore, the protruding support member 5 and the connector 7 protrude in the same direction as the forward side of the traveling toy 100's traveling direction D1, i.e., the protruding direction D2, due to the force of the coil spring 26. At this time, the connector 7 is guided in the protruding direction by the guide member 13 located inside the protrusion 12 of the main body cover 1. The connector 7 will not sway significantly in the width direction of the traveling toy 100, but will protrude forward from the protrusion 12, thus becoming a protruding state.
[0098] The toy can travel 100 further, such as... Figure 15C As shown, when the protrusion 41 of the release trigger 4 reaches a position further forward of the protrusion 86 in the driving direction D1, the protrusion 41 rotates under the force of the torsion spring 42 of the release trigger 4 (see reference). Figure 15C (As shown by the arrow), return it to its original position.
[0099] Additionally, the connector 7, together with the protruding support member 5, protrudes in the forward direction D2, which is the direction of travel D1. However, if the coil spring 26 is at its natural length, it will not protrude further. Figure 2 As shown, it remains in a state where the front end protrudes from the protrusion 12 of the main body cover 1.
[0100] When the connector 7 of one toy 100 in the protruding state approaches the connector 7 of another toy 100, even if the connector 7 of the other toy 100 is in the retracted state, the connector 7 of the protruding toy 100 is attracted by the magnetic force of the retracted connector 7 of the other toy 100 and the magnet 72. When two toy 100s are connected and one toy 100 is moving, the connector 7 of the other toy 100 changes from the retracted state to the protruding state. Therefore, the user can connect these toy 100s by simply having another toy 100 stand in front of the toy 100 in the driving direction D1 where the connector 7 is in the protruding state.
[0101] Furthermore, when one driving toy 100 is moved forward or backward while connected to the connector 7 of other driving toys 100, the other driving toys 100 will also move forward or backward accordingly, allowing users to enjoy a connected driving game with multiple driving toys 100 connected.
[0102] When the connection between the toy 100 is released after the game ends, the protruding connector 7 can be accommodated in the protrusion 12 by pulling the rod 51 of each toy 100 toward the rear of the driving direction D1. In this state, each toy 100 can be driven and played.
[0103] When the toy 100 is not connected, by setting the connector 7 to a "retracted state" that is housed within the protrusion 12, the appearance of the toy 100 can be improved compared to the case where the connector 7 is exposed and the toy is driven.
[0104] Furthermore, when the toy 100 is moved backward, as described above, the protrusion 41 abuts against the elongated hole 23 of the main chassis 2 and does not rotate (swing) in the direction of tilting forward in the driving direction D1. When the toy 100 moves backward to the position where the protrusion 41 contacts the protrusion 86 of the connecting track member 8, the toy 100 continues to move while the inclined surface of the protrusion 41 presses against the protrusion 86. As a result, the protrusion 86 is gradually pressed down, and the movement of the toy 100 is not obstructed.
[0105] The track components constituting the driving path can be of various shapes; for example, a rotating driving path can be formed by including arc-shaped or U-shaped track components. In this respect, the connector 7 in the embodiment is configured to swing in the width direction of the driving toy. Therefore, even when the driving path is curved by arc-shaped or U-shaped track components, the driving toy 100 can turn smoothly without derailing.
[0106] <Effect>
[0107] As described above, the driving toy 100 of this embodiment has a connector 7, which is a protruding member that can be provided to protrude or retract at the front side along the length direction of the toy (driving direction D1 in this embodiment). The connector 7 has a coil spring 26 and a locking mechanism. The coil spring 26 is a force-applying member that applies force to the connector 7 towards the front side of the driving toy 100 in the driving direction D1. The locking mechanism overcomes the force of the coil spring 26 and locks the connector 7 in the embedded position. The locking mechanism releases the locking by causing the release trigger 4 to move by external force.
[0108] Therefore, there is no need for the user to manually operate the protruding part (connector 7 in this embodiment) to protrude. As a result, one can easily enjoy playing with the driving toy 100 without cumbersome operations.
[0109] In addition, in the embodiment, the connector 7 can be made to protrude simply by making the toy 100 travel on the connecting track member 8 with the protrusion 86 in the "UP" state. In this way, when the toy 100 is connected to each other, the travel of the toy 100 will not be interrupted, and the fun of playing with the connected vehicles can be enjoyed continuously.
[0110] Furthermore, the protrusion 86 of the connecting track component 8 is provided between the rails 81 arranged in the travel path, and the release trigger part 4 includes a protrusion provided on the bottom side of the travel toy.
[0111] Therefore, by simply allowing the toy to travel on the road, the protrusion 41 of the release trigger 4 can abut against the protrusion 86, and the locking state of the connector 7 can be released while keeping the road width direction compact.
[0112] Furthermore, in this embodiment, the connector 7 is locked onto the connector locking portion 52 of the protruding support member 5, and indirectly locked onto the release trigger portion 4. When the protrusion 41 of the release trigger portion 4 abuts against the convex portion 86 and rotates, the locking state is released. Moreover, when the locking state is released, the force of the coil spring 26, which is a force-applying member, causes the connector 7 to protrude forward in the traveling direction D1 of the toy 100.
[0113] Therefore, without stopping the movement of the toy 100, the user can automatically extend the connector 7 without manual operation, thereby connecting the toy 100 to each other.
[0114] In addition, in the embodiment, the connector 7 includes a magnet 72 on the free end side. When the connector 7 of one driving toy 100 in the protruding state approaches the connector 7 of another driving toy 100 in the retracted state, it can be attracted by magnetic force to the connector 7 of the other driving toy 100 in the retracted state and become connected.
[0115] Therefore, by driving one of the toy toys 100, making the connector 7 protrude, the other toy toy 100 can easily connect the two toy toys 100 together by keeping the connector 7 in the retracted state and in standby.
[0116] In addition, in the embodiment, at least the free end of the connector 7 is configured to be able to swing in the width direction of the toy 100.
[0117] Therefore, when the driving toys 100 are connected to each other, they can turn flexibly and enjoy stable driving.
[0118] In addition, in the embodiment, a guide member 13 is provided inside the protrusion 12 of the connector 7 of the driving toy 100 to guide the protrusion direction of the connector 7.
[0119] This allows the connector 7 to be guided in a relatively straight forward direction. Consequently, it makes it easier for the connectors 7 to be positioned relative to each other, enabling the user to smoothly connect the various toy vehicles 100 without manual assistance.
[0120] In addition, in the embodiment, a rod 51 is provided to move the connector 7 along the travel direction D1. By pushing the rod 51 forward in the travel direction D1, the connector 7 can be in a protruding state, and by pulling the rod 51 backward in the travel direction D1, the connector 7 can be in a retracted state.
[0121] In this way, since the operating direction of lever 51 is consistent with the operating direction of connector 7, the user can operate lever 51 intuitively without any confusion.
[0122] <Other>
[0123] Furthermore, the embodiments of this utility model have been described above, but this utility model is not limited to these embodiments. Various modifications can be made without departing from its spirit.
[0124] For example, in the embodiment, the case where the driving toy 100 is a driven vehicle connected to a power vehicle is described, but the driving toy 100 is not limited to a driven vehicle.
[0125] For example, the driving toy 100 can also be a self-propelled vehicle equipped with a battery or other power source such as an electric motor to supply power to the driving source.
[0126] In addition, the embodiment illustrates a case where the connector 7 is indirectly locked onto the release trigger 4 via the protruding support member 5, but the structure that locks the connector 7 onto the release trigger 4 is not limited to this.
[0127] For example, the driving toy 100 may not have the protruding support member 5, but instead the connector 7 may be directly locked onto the release trigger part 4. Alternatively, the connector 7 may be an integral part of the protruding support member 5, and be a longer part in the driving direction D1.
[0128] In addition, in the embodiment, a case is illustrated in which the helical spring 26 is fixed to the main chassis 2 and the protruding support member 5 as a force-applying component. However, the force-applying component is not limited to a helical spring as long as it can apply force to the protruding member (connector 7 in the embodiment) in the forward direction D1 of the driving toy 100.
[0129] Furthermore, the location of the force-applying component (coil spring 26 in the embodiment) is not limited to the location illustrated in the embodiment. For example, if the protruding support component 5 is not present as described above, the force-applying component (coil spring 26) may be provided between the main chassis 1 and the protruding component (connector 7 in the embodiment).
[0130] Furthermore, in this embodiment, the protruding part is illustrated as a connector 7 that connects the toy 100 to each other, but the protruding part is any part that protrudes from the toy 100 and is not limited to the connector 7. For example, it could be various arms, etc.
[0131] Furthermore, the protrusion 86 of the connecting track component 8 is only required to abut against the protrusion of the release trigger of the toy 100, and is not limited to being provided between the tracks 81 of the travel path.
[0132] For example, it could be a structural part that abuts against the protrusion of the release trigger part of the driving toy 100 on the side of the driving path.
[0133] Furthermore, the connector 7 does not necessarily have a magnet 72; it can also be a structure in which the hook-shaped ends are connected to each other. Moreover, it is not limited to the case where the magnet 72 is provided only at the front end of the connector 7; the connector 7 can also be a structure in which the entire connector is magnetic.
[0134] In addition, in the embodiment, the connector 7, which is a protruding member, is shown to be able to swing along the width direction of the toy 100. However, the protruding member can swing along the vertical direction of the toy 100, as well as along both the width and vertical directions.
[0135] Alternatively, it can have a remote control or similar device that allows for remote control of the toy's forward or backward movement. This allows for manual operation of the toy's start and stop. Furthermore, if the connecting track component 8 is remotely controlled to move onto and along the track 81, the user can enjoy the fun of connecting and moving the toy 100 even when far away from it. Regarding the connecting track component 8, if the operating part 95 can be remotely operated, the "UP" and "DOWN" movements of the protrusion 86 can also be performed without direct hand contact.
[0136] Furthermore, while several embodiments of this utility model have been described above, the scope of this utility model is not limited to the embodiments described above. The structure of the driving toy 100 shown in the above embodiments can be appropriately modified without departing from the spirit of this utility model. In addition, this utility model includes the scope of the utility model described in the content of this utility model and its equivalents. Furthermore, the embodiments and variations of the utility model shown above can be appropriately combined and used within a mutually consistent scope.
