[0026] Reference Figure 1 The display device 100 may include a display panel 110. The display panel 110 may display images.
[0027] The display device 100 may include a first long side LS1, a second long side LS2 facing the first long side LS1, a first short side SS1 adjacent to the first long side LS1 and the second long side LS2, and a second short side SS2 facing the first short side SS1.
[0028] For ease of explanation, the case where the lengths of the first long side LS1 and the second long side LS2 are greater than the lengths of the first short side SS1 and the second short side SS2 is shown and explained. However, it is also possible that the lengths of the first long side LS1 and the second long side LS2 are approximately the same as the lengths of the first short side SS1 and the second short side SS2.
[0029] The direction parallel to the long sides LS1 and LS2 of the display device 100 can be referred to as the first direction DR1 or the left-right direction LR. The direction parallel to the short sides SS1 and SS2 of the display device 100 can be referred to as the second direction DR2 or the up-down direction UD.
[0030] The direction perpendicular to the long sides LS1, LS2 and short sides SS1, SS2 of the display device 100 can be referred to as the third direction DR3 or the front-back direction FR. Here, the direction in which the image is displayed on the display panel 110 can be referred to as the front, and the direction opposite to the front can be referred to as the rear.
[0031] The following description uses an OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode) display panel as an example to illustrate the display panel 110, but the display panel 110 that can be used in this invention is not limited to this.
[0032] The display panel 110 can form the front of the display device 100 and display an image forward. The display panel 110 can divide the image into a plurality of pixels and output the image in a matching manner according to the color, brightness, and saturation of each pixel. The display panel 110 can be divided into an active area for displaying the image and a de-active area for not displaying the image. The display panel 110 can generate light equivalent to red, green, or blue according to a control signal.
[0033] Reference Figure 2 The material complexed panel 130 may include a core 131, a front skin 132, and a rear skin 133. The core 131, front skin 132, and rear skin 133 may be bonded together. The material complexed panel 130 may be referred to as a fiber complexed panel 130, a fiber complexed plate 130, a composite material plate 130, or a mid-frame 130.
[0034] The front skin 132 can form the front side of the composite panel 130. The rear skin 133 can form the back side of the composite panel 130. The front skin 132 and the rear skin 133 can be made of metal.
[0035] For example, the front skin 132 and the rear skin 133 can be galvanized steel sheets. As another example, the front skin 132 and the rear skin 133 can contain aluminum (Al).
[0036] For example, the thickness of the front skin 132 and the rear skin 133 can be 0.2 to 0.5 mm. As another example, the front skin 132 and the rear skin 133 formed of galvanized steel sheet can be 0.27 mm. As yet another example, the front skin 132 and the rear skin 133 containing aluminum can be 0.5 mm.
[0037] The front skin 132 and the rear skin 133 may face each other across the core 131 (described later). The core 131 may be located between the front skin 132 and the rear skin 133. The core 131 may contain fibers. The core 131 may be formed of a composite material. The core 131 may include main fibers and binder fibers. The binder fibers may be mixed between the main fibers.
[0038] The front skin 132 and / or the rear skin 133 can be bonded to the core 131 via a hot-melt layer process. A hot-melt sheet can be located between the front skin 132 and the core 131, and a hot-melt sheet can be located between the rear skin 133 and the core 131. The hot-melt sheet can be a film. For example, the hot-melt sheet can be a film of EVA, acrylic, polyurethane, etc., with a thickness of 50 micrometers or more. After the core 131 is positioned between the front skin 132 and the rear skin 133 using the hot-melt sheet, it can be rolled together at 190 degrees Celsius for at least 1 minute.
[0039] This can improve the bending and / or torsional rigidity of the display device.
[0040] Reference Figure 3 and 4 The composite panel 130 can be manufactured by using a plurality of rollers to press the front skin 132 and the rear skin 133 onto the core 131, a process that can be called a roll-to-roll process.
[0041] Reference Figure 3As the pinch roll Ra, which drives the motor, rotates, the front skin 132 can be unwound from the front roll Da, the rear skin 133 can be unwound from the rear roll Db, and the core 131 can move via the feed roll Rd. Furthermore, the first adhesive 134a used to bond the front skin 132 to the core 131 can be unwound from the first roll Dc. Additionally, the second adhesive 134b used to bond the rear skin 133 to the core 131 can be unwound from the second roll Db. In this case, the front skin 132, the first adhesive 134a, the core 131, the second adhesive 134b, and the rear skin 133 are stacked in the above order and guided by the guide roll Rc towards the oven Ov. The adhesives 134a and 134b can be hot melt sheets 134a and 134b.
[0042] The first adhesive 134a and the second adhesive 134b can be melted in an oven Ov, while the front skin 132 and the rear skin 133 can be bonded to the core 131 respectively. For example, the melting point of the first adhesive 134a and the second adhesive 134b can be about 150°C, and the atmosphere temperature of the oven Ov can be about 200°C. For example, the peel force of the first adhesive 134a and the second adhesive 134b can be about 10 kgf or more.
[0043] The front skin 132, core 131, and rear skin 133, having passed through the oven Ov, are guided to the pressure roller Rb by the rotation of the clamping roller Ra and pressed against it. This further increases the bonding force between the front skin 132, core 131, and rear skin 133. The bonded front skin 132, core 131, and rear skin 133 can then be cut by the cutting machine Ct after passing through the clamping roller Ra, thereby producing a composite material panel 130 of specified dimensions.
[0044] Reference Figure 4 The pressure roller Rb or clamping roller Ra can contact the outer surfaces of the front skin 132 and the rear skin 133, respectively. If the pressure roller Rb or clamping roller Ra rotates, the composite panel 130 can move along the length direction of the core 131 (i.e., the left-right direction LR). At this time, the front skin 132 and the rear skin 133 can be sequentially joined from one end of the core 131 to the other end along the length direction of the core 131.
[0045] Furthermore, the front skin 132 and rear skin 133 of the composite material panel 130 can be formed flat. That is, by making the back of the rear skin 133, which forms the back of the display device 100, flat, it is easier to perform additional operations such as painting or attaching stickers to the back of the rear skin 133 for aesthetic purposes.
[0046] On the other hand, besides referring to Figure 3 andFigure 4 In addition to forming the front skin 132 and the rear skin 133 flat using the roll-to-roll process described above, the core 131, the front skin 132, and the rear skin 133 can also be joined together by sequentially stacking the front skin 132, the core 131, and the rear skin 133 and then joining them together.
[0047] Reference Figure 5 The composite material panel 130 may have a flat plate portion 130P, a receiving portion 137, and an outer portion 135. The outer portion 135 may be formed around the periphery of the flat plate portion 130P. A first outer portion 135a may be formed along the upper edge of the flat plate portion 130P, a second outer portion 135b may be formed along the left side of the flat plate portion 130P, a third outer portion 135c may be formed along the lower edge of the flat plate portion 130P, and a fourth outer portion 135d may be formed along the right side of the flat plate portion 130P. The outer portion 135 may be formed by pressing the flat plate portion 130P. The outer portion 135 may form a step that decreases in height from the flat plate portion 130P. The thickness of the flat plate portion 130P may be greater than the thickness of the outer portion 135.
[0048] Cable hole 136 can penetrate the front skin 132 of receiving part 137 (see reference) Figure 2 ) and posterior epidermis 133 (refer to Figure 2 The cable hole 136 may be formed adjacent to the lower edge of the flat plate portion 130P and in the receiving portion 137. There may be a plurality of cable holes 136. The first cable hole 136a may be located adjacent to the second cable hole 136b.
[0049] The receiving portion 137 may be adjacent to the lower edge of the plate portion 130P and formed between the plate portion 130P and the third outer portion 135c. There may be a plurality of receiving portions 137. A first receiving portion 137a may be located between the first cable hole 136a and the second short side SS2. A second receiving portion 137b may be located between the second cable hole 136b and the first short side SS1. The receiving portion 137 may be formed by pressurizing the plate portion 130P. The receiving portion 137 may form a step that decreases from the plate portion 130P and / or the outer portion 135c.
[0050] Reference Figure 6The receiving portion 137 can be formed by pressurizing the flat plate portion 130P. The front skin 132 of the receiving portion 137 can form a step D1 that decreases in height from the front skin 132 of the flat plate portion 130P. The rear skin 133 of the receiving portion 137 can form a step D2 that increases in height from the rear skin 133 of the flat plate portion 130P. At this time, the height of the step D1 that decreases in height from the front skin 132 of the flat plate portion 130P to the front skin 132 of the receiving portion 137 can be greater than the height of the step D2 that increases in height from the rear skin 133 of the flat plate portion 130P to the rear skin 133 of the receiving portion 137. The thickness T1 of the flat plate portion 130P can be greater than the thickness T2 of the receiving portion 137.
[0051] When pressure is applied from the front skin 132 of the flat plate 130P towards the rear skin 133, the core 131 of the composite material panel 130 can absorb the external force. The magnitude of the external force applied to the front skin 132 of the flat plate 130P can be greater than the magnitude of the external force applied to the rear skin 133 of the flat plate 130P. The core 131 of the composite material panel 130 not only ensures rigidity but also absorbs impact.
[0052] The thickness T4 of the third outer portion 135c can be greater than the thickness T2 of the receiving portion 137. A step D2 can be formed that increases in height from the rear skin 133 of the third outer portion 135c to the rear skin 133 of the receiving portion 137. The height of the step D2 between the rear skin 133 of the third outer portion 135c and the rear skin 133 of the receiving portion 137 can be the same as the height of the step D2 between the rear skin 133 of the receiving portion 137 and the rear skin 133 of the flat plate portion 130P.
[0053] The protruding pad 138 can be formed by protruding from the front skin 132 of the third outer portion 135c. The front skin 132 of the protruding pad 138 can form a step D4 that decreases in height towards the front skin 132 of the third outer portion 135c. The height of the step D4 formed by the third outer portion 135c and the protruding pad 138 can be less than the height of the steps D1 and D2 formed by the flat plate portion 130P and the receiving portion 137. A step D3 that decreases in height from the front skin 132 of the protruding pad 138 towards the front skin 132 of the receiving portion 137 can be formed. The thickness T3 of the protruding pad 138 can be greater than the thickness T4 of the third outer portion 135c, less than the thickness T1 of the flat plate portion 130P, and less than the thickness T2 of the receiving portion 137.
[0054] The fastening groove H can protrude from the rear skin 133 of the receiving portion 137. The fastening groove H can be recessed from the front skin 132 of the receiving portion 137 and protrude from the rear skin 133 of the receiving portion 137. The center of the fastening groove H can be penetrated.
[0055] Reference Figure 7 and Figure 8The fastening groove H can be formed on the flat plate portion 130P. The fastening groove H can be formed by pressing the flat plate portion 130P. The front skin 132 of the fastening groove H can be formed by recessing from the front skin 132 of the flat plate portion 130P. The rear skin 133 of the flat plate portion 130P and the rear skin 133 of the fastening groove H can be formed on the same plane. The thickness T0 of the fastening groove H can be less than the thickness T1 of the flat plate portion 130P.
[0056] The fastening opening h can be formed in the center of the fastening groove H. The fastening opening h can be formed by stamping the fastening groove H. The fastening opening h can be formed through the front skin 132 and the rear skin 133 of the fastening groove H. The length of the shaft SA of the fastening member S can be greater than the thickness T0 of the fastening groove H. The shaft SA of the fastening member S can be inserted into the fastening groove H and protrude outward from the rear skin 132 of the fastening groove H through the fastening opening h. The depth D5 of the fastening groove H can be greater than the thickness of the head SH. The head SH of the fastening member S can be hidden in the fastening groove H.
[0057] Reference Figure 9 , Figure 10 as well as Figure 8 The PCB board 150 can be attached to the rear of the composite panel 130. The PCB board 150 can be secured to the rear of the composite panel 130 by fastening members S.
[0058] PCB board 150 can be formed by pressing a metal-containing plate 151. PCB board 150 may have a horizontal portion 152, a vertical portion 153, a domed top 154, and a recessed portion 155. The horizontal portion 152 protrudes from the front to the rear of PCB board 151 and extends elongatedly along the left-right direction of PCB board 151. The vertical portion 153 protrudes from the front to the rear of PCB board 151 and extends elongatedly along the vertical direction of PCB board 150. The domed top 154 protrudes from the front to the rear of PCB board 150. The recessed portion 155 is recessed from the rear of the vertical portion 153 and / or the horizontal portion 152 to the front.
[0059] The shaft SA of the fastening member S can pass through the recess 155 formed in the vertical portion 153 and / or the horizontal portion 152 to join the composite panel 130 and the PCB board 150. The depth of the recess 155 can be greater than the protruding length of the shaft SA of the fastening member S that passes through the composite panel 130 and protrudes rearward.

The end of the third part 143 can be fixed to the end of the fourth part 144. For example, the end of the third part 143 and the end of the fourth part 144 can be fixed by welding.
[0068] Reference Figure 15 The display panel 110 can be attached to or fixed to the side frame 140. The horizontal portion 143H of the side frame 140 can support the back of the display panel 110, and the vertical portion 143V can cover the side of the display panel 110. For example, the vertical portion 143V of the third portion 143 of the side frame 140 can cover the lower side of the display panel 110.
[0069] The vertical portion 143V can cover the side of the composite panel 130. For example, the vertical portion 143V of the third portion 143 of the side frame 140 can cover the side of the third outer portion 135c of the composite panel 130.
[0070] The flexible cable 113 can extend from the bottom edge of the display panel 110 between the display panel 110 and the horizontal portion 143H of the side frame 140. [0071] The source signal substrate 115 can be electrically connected to the flexible cable 113. The source signal substrate 115 can be fixed to one side of the flexible cable 113. For example, the source signal substrate 115 can be an S-PCB 115. The source signal substrate 115 can be located in the receiving portion 137 of the composite material panel 130.
[0072] The flexible cable 113 may be located between the raised pad 138 of the composite panel 130 and the display panel 110. The flexible cable 113 may contact the raised pad 138. Heat generated on the source signal substrate 115 and / or the flexible cable 113 can be dissipated through the raised pad 138.
[0073] A heat dissipation pad 114 can be located between the flexible cable 113, which contacts the protruding pad 138, and the back of the display panel 110. The heat dissipation pad 114 can have an elastic material 114a and a conductive film 114b. The core 114a of the heat dissipation pad 114 can be formed of an elastic material, and the conductive film 114b can cover the core 114a of the heat dissipation pad 114. This maintains the contact between the flexible cable 113 and the protruding pad 138.
[0074] Reference Figure 16 and Figure 17 The inner frames 210 and 230 can be formed on the front and / or back of the composite panel 130. The inner frames 210 and 230 can be referred to as pressed frames 210 and 230 or rigid lines 210 and 230. The inner frames 210 and 230 can be recessed through the front skin 132 and / or rear skin 133 of the composite panel 130 and the core 131 (see reference) Figure 2 It is formed by compression.
[0075] The inner frames 210 and 230 may include a front inner line 210, a rear inner line 230, and node holes 220. The front inner line 210 may be formed by recessing the front skin 132 of the composite material panel 130. The rear inner line 230 may be formed by recessing the rear skin 133 of the composite material panel 130.
[0076] The front inner line 210 may include a first front horizontal line 211, a second front horizontal line 212, a third front horizontal line 213, a first front vertical line 214, and a second front vertical line 215. The first front horizontal line 214 may form the upper edge of the front inner line 210. The third front horizontal line 213 may form the lower edge of the front inner line 210. The second front horizontal line 212 may be located between the first front horizontal line 211 and the third front horizontal line 213. The first front vertical line 214 may connect one end of the first front horizontal line 211, one end of the second front horizontal line 212, and one end of the third front horizontal line 213. The second front vertical line 215 may connect the other end of the first front horizontal line 211, the other end of the second front horizontal line 212, and the other end of the third front horizontal line 213. For example, the first distance L1 between the first front horizontal line 211 and the second front horizontal line 212 may be less than the second distance L2 between the second front horizontal line 212 and the third front horizontal line 213.
[0077] The node hole 220 can be formed at the intersection of the front horizontal lines 211, 212, 213 and the front vertical lines 214, 215. The node hole 220 can be formed through the front skin 132, core 131 and rear skin 133 of the composite material panel 130.
[0078] The rear inner line 230 may include a first rear horizontal line 231, a second rear horizontal line 232, a third rear horizontal line 233, a first rear vertical line 234, and a second rear vertical line 235 (not shown). The first rear horizontal line 234 may form the upper edge of the rear inner line 230. The third rear horizontal line 233 may form the lower edge of the rear inner line 230. The second rear horizontal line 232 may be located between the first rear horizontal line 231 and the third rear horizontal line 233. The first rear vertical line 234 may connect one end of the first rear horizontal line 231, one end of the second rear horizontal line 232, and one end of the third rear horizontal line 233. The second rear vertical line 235 (not shown) may connect the other end of the first rear horizontal line 231, the other end of the second rear horizontal line 232, and the other end of the third rear horizontal line 233. For example, the third distance L3 between the first rear horizontal line 231 and the second rear horizontal line 232 may be less than the fourth distance L4 between the second rear horizontal line 232 and the third rear horizontal line 233.
[0079] The node hole 220 can be formed at the intersection of the rear horizontal lines 231, 232, 233 and the rear vertical lines 234, 235. The node hole 220 can be formed through the front skin 132, core 131 and rear skin 133 of the composite material panel 130.
[0080] The length of the rear inner line 230 can be less than the length of the PCB board 150. The width of the rear inner line 230 can be less than the width of the PCB board 150. The PCB board 150 can cover the rear inner line 230.
[0081] This can improve the flexural and / or torsional stiffness of the composite panel 130.
[0082] Reference Figure 18 There can be a plurality of node holes 220. The plurality of node holes 220 may include a first node hole 221, a second node hole 222, a third node hole 223, a fourth node hole 224, a fifth node hole 225, and a sixth node hole 226.
[0083] The first node hole 221 can be located at the corner C2 formed by the first horizontal lines 211, 231 and the first vertical lines 214, 234. The first node hole 221 can be formed by penetrating the composite material panel 130 at the corner C2 of the first horizontal lines 211, 231 and the first vertical lines 214, 234.
[0084] The second node hole 222 can be located at the corner C1 formed by the first horizontal lines 211, 231 and the second vertical lines 212, 232. The second node hole 222 can be formed by penetrating the composite material panel 130 at the corner C1 of the first horizontal lines 211, 231 and the second vertical lines 212, 232.
[0085] The third node hole 223 can be located at node M2 formed by the second horizontal lines 212, 232 and the first vertical lines 214, 234. The third node hole 223 can be formed by penetrating the composite material panel 130 through node M2 of the second horizontal lines 212, 232 and the first vertical lines 214, 234.
[0086] The fourth node hole 224 can be located at node M1 formed by the second horizontal lines 212, 232 and the second vertical lines 212, 232. The fourth node hole 224 can be formed by penetrating the composite material panel 130 at node M1 of the second horizontal lines 212, 232 and the second vertical lines 212, 232.
[0087] The fifth node hole 225 can be located at the corner C4 formed by the third horizontal lines 213, 233 and the first vertical lines 214, 234. The fifth node hole 225 can be formed by penetrating the composite material panel 130 at the corner C4 of the third horizontal lines 213, 233 and the first vertical lines 214, 234.
[0088] The sixth node hole 226 can be located at the corner C3 formed by the third horizontal lines 213, 233 and the second vertical lines 212, 232. The sixth node hole 226 can be formed by penetrating the composite material panel 130 at the corner C3 of the third horizontal lines 213, 233 and the second vertical lines 212, 232.
[0089] This not only improves the bending and / or torsional rigidity of the composite panel 130, but also improves the flatness of the display panel 110 bonded to the composite panel 130.
[0090] Reference Figure 19 The size of the sixth node hole 226 can be greater than the width of the third horizontal lines 213, 233 and / or the second vertical lines 215, 235. For example, when the sixth node hole 226 is quadrilateral, the widths A and B of the sixth node hole 226 can be greater than the width W of the third horizontal lines 213, 233 and / or the second vertical lines 215, 235. As another example, when the sixth node hole 226 is circular, the diameter of the sixth node hole 226 can be greater than the width of the third horizontal lines 213, 233 and / or the second vertical lines 215, 235. This description of the sixth node hole 226 can be applied to the first node hole 221, the second node hole 222, and / or the fifth node hole 225.
[0091] Reference Figure 20 The size of the fourth node hole 224 can be greater than the width of the second horizontal lines 212, 232 and / or the second vertical lines 215, 235. For example, when the fourth node hole 224 is quadrilateral, the widths A and B of the fourth node hole 224 can be greater than the widths of the second horizontal lines 212, 232 and / or the second vertical lines 215, 235. As another example, when the fourth node hole 224 is circular, the diameter of the fourth node hole 224 can be greater than the widths of the second horizontal lines 212, 232 and / or the second vertical lines 215, 235. The description of the fourth node hole 224 can also be applied to the third node hole 223.
[0092] Reference Figure 21 The front inner line 210 can be formed in the composite material panel 130 by the compression of the core 131 and the indentation of the front skin 132. The rear inner line 230 can be formed in the composite material panel 130 by the compression of the core 131 and the indentation of the rear skin 133.
[0093] The front inner line 210 and the rear inner line 230 can be symmetrical with respect to the core 131. For example, the width W of the front inner line 210 can be substantially the same as the width W of the rear inner line 230. As another example, the depth D10 of the front inner line 210 can be substantially the same as the depth D11 of the rear inner line 230.
[0094] A compressed area PA with core 131 compressed can be formed between the front inner line 210 and the rear inner line 230. The density of core 131 in the compressed area PA can be greater than the density of core 131 in the uncompressed area.
[0095] This can improve the flexural and / or torsional stiffness of the composite panel 130.
[0096] Reference Figure 22 The adhesive member AD can be disposed on the flat portion 130P of the composite panel 130. The adhesive member AD can be bonded to the front skin 132 of the composite panel 130. There can be a plurality of adhesive members AD.
[0097] The first adhesive member AD1 can be fixed to the first portion 141 of the side frame 140. The first adhesive member AD1 can extend elongatedly along the length direction of the first portion 141 of the side frame 140. [0098] The fifth adhesive member AD5 can extend along the length of the fifth portion 145 of the side frame 140 and is fixed to the fifth portion 145. [0099] The sixth adhesive member AD6 may extend elongated along the length of the first portion 141 of the side frame 140 and be fixed to the flat plate portion 130P, spaced apart from the first adhesive member AD1. The 14th distance G14 from the first portion 141 of the side frame 140 to the sixth adhesive member AD6 may be less than the 15th distance G15 from the sixth adhesive member AD6 to the first front horizontal inner line 211.
[0100] The seventh adhesive member AD7 may extend along the length of the sixth adhesive member AD6 and be fixed to the flat plate portion 130P between the first front vertical line 214 and the fourth adhesive member AD4. The seventh adhesive member AD7 may be located between the sixth adhesive member AD6 and the ninth adhesive member AD9. The 16th distance G16 from the fourth adhesive member AD4 to one end of the seventh adhesive member AD7 may be less than the 17th distance G17 from the first front vertical line 214 to the other end of the seventh adhesive member AD7.
[0101] The 9th adhesive member AD9 may extend along the length of the 6th adhesive member AD6 and be fixed to the flat plate portion 130P between the first front vertical line 214 and the 4th adhesive member AD4. The 9th adhesive member AD9 may be located between the 7th adhesive member AD7 and the receiving portion 137. The 18th distance G18 from the 4th adhesive member AD4 to one end of the 9th adhesive member AD9 may be less than the 19th distance G19 from the first front vertical line 214 to the other end of the 9th adhesive member AD9.
[0102] The eighth adhesive member AD8 may extend along the length of the sixth adhesive member AD6 and be fixed to the flat plate portion 130P between the second front vertical line 215 and the third adhesive member AD3. The eighth adhesive member AD8 may be located between the sixth adhesive member AD6 and the receiving portion 137. The 20th distance G20 from the third adhesive member AD3 to one end of the eighth adhesive member AD8 may be less than the 21st distance G21 from the second front vertical line 215 to the other end of the eighth adhesive member AD8.
[0103] The 10th adhesive member AD10 may extend along the length direction of the 6th adhesive member AD6 and be fixed to the flat plate portion 130P between the second front vertical line 215 and the 3rd adhesive member AD3. The 10th adhesive member AD10 may be located between the 8th adhesive member AD8 and the receiving portion 137. The 22nd distance G22 from the 3rd adhesive member AD3 to one end of the 10th adhesive member AD10 may be smaller than the 23rd distance G23 from the second front vertical line 215 to the other end of the 10th adhesive member AD10.
[0104] The 11th adhesive member AD11 can extend elongatedly along the length direction of the second front horizontal line 212 and is fixed to the flat plate portion 130P between the second front horizontal line 212 and the third front horizontal line 213. The 12th adhesive member AD12 can extend elongatedly along the length direction of the second front horizontal line 212 and is located between the first front horizontal line 211 and the second front horizontal line 212. The length of the 12th adhesive member AD12 can be less than the length of the 11th adhesive member AD11.
[0105] The 10th distance G10 between the first front horizontal line 211 and the 12th adhesive member AD12 can be less than the 11th distance G11 between the 12th adhesive member AD12 and the second front horizontal line 212. For example, the 10th distance G10 can be 40 mm or more. For example, the distance between one end of the 12th adhesive member AD12 and the first front vertical line 214 can be 20 mm or more. As another example, the distance between the other end of the 12th adhesive member AD12 and the second front vertical line 215 can be 20 mm or more.
[0106] The 12th distance G12 between the second front horizontal line 212 and the 11th adhesive member AD11 can be greater than the 13th distance G13 between the 11th adhesive member AD11 and the third front horizontal line 213. For example, the 13th distance G13 can be 40 mm or more.
[0107] The display panel 110 can be bonded or fixed to the composite panel 130 by means of the adhesive member AD. Thus, the display panel 110 can be fixed flatly to the composite panel 130.
[0108] Reference Figure 23 The heat sink 300 can be located on the front skin 132 of the composite panel 130. The heat sink 300 can be bonded to the flat portion 130P of the composite panel 130. The heat sink 300 can cover the front inner lines 211, 212, 213 and / or node holes 220 of the inner frame 210. For example, the heat sink 300 can be an aluminum sheet. The heat sink 300 can be bonded to the flat portion 130P of the composite panel 130. The heat sink 300 can be referred to as the front heat sink 300.
[0109] The first heat sink 310 can extend elongatedly along the first front horizontal line 211 and is bonded to the plate portion 130P while covering the first front horizontal line 211 and / or the node hole 220. The second heat sink 320 can extend elongatedly along the second front horizontal line 212 and is bonded to the plate portion 130P while covering the second front horizontal line 212 and / or the node hole 220. The third heat sink 330 can extend elongatedly along the third front horizontal line 213 and is bonded to the plate portion 130P while covering the third front horizontal line 213 and / or the node hole 220.
[0110] The fourth heat sink 340 may be located between the first front horizontal line 211 and the sixth adhesive member AD6. The fourth heat sink 340 may extend elongatedly along the first front horizontal line 211 and be adhesively bonded to the flat plate portion 130P. For example, the length of the fourth heat sink 340 may be less than the length of the first heat sink 310. The width of the fourth heat sink 340 may be greater than the width of the first heat sink 310.
[0111] Reference Figure 24 The heat sink 300 can be located between the display panel 110 and the composite panel 130. The heat sink 300 can contact the flat portion 130P of the composite panel 130. The heat sink 300 can cover the front inner lines 211, 212, and 213 of the inner frame 210. The display panel 110 can be spaced apart from the heat sink 300. The gap H1 between the display panel 110 and the composite panel 130 can be connected to the adhesive member AD (see reference). Figure 22 The thickness corresponds to the thickness of the adhesive component AD. For example, the thickness of the adhesive component AD can be the spacing between the composite panel 130 and the display panel 110.
[0112] Reference Figure 23 The fourth heat sink 340 is located between the front skin 132 of the flat plate portion 130P of the composite material panel 130 and the display panel 110, so that the distance H3 between the display panel 110 and the heat sink 300 can be smaller than the distance H1 between the display panel 110 and the composite material panel 130. This improves the heat conduction and diffusion between the display panel 110 and the composite material panel 130.
[0113] The heat generated in the display panel 110 can be released to the composite panel 130. The heat released from the display panel 110 can be transferred to the front skin 132 of the composite panel 130. Due to the recess of the front skin 132 of the inner front lines 211, 212, 213 of the inner frame 210, the diffusion of heat released from the display panel 110 may be uneven.
[0114] The core 131 of the composite panel 130 can block the passage of heat generated in the display panel 110. The heat generated in the display panel 110 needs to diffuse uniformly in front of the composite panel 130; heat condensation can degrade the performance of the display panel 110. The heat generated in the display panel 110 can be condensed by the front inner lines 211, 212, and 213 of the inner frame 210. The distance H2 between the display panel 110 and the front skin 132 of the front inner lines 211, 212, and 213 can be greater than the distance H1 between the display panel 110 and the front skin 132 of the composite panel 130. This can be a reason for the condensation of heat generated in the display panel 110.
[0115] The heat generated in the display panel 110 can be dissipated to the heat sink 300. The heat sink 300 can conduct and diffuse the heat generated in the display panel 110. The heat sink 300 can transfer the heat generated in the display panel 110 to the front skin 132 of the composite material panel 130. This improves the heat dissipation effect.
[0116] Reference Figure 25 A heat sink 300 may be located between the display panel 110 and the composite panel 130. The heat sink 300 may contact the flat portion 130P of the composite panel 130. The heat sink 300 may cover the front inner lines 211, 212, 213 and the node holes 220 of the inner frame 210. The display panel 110 may be spaced apart from the heat sink 300. The gap H1 between the display panel 110 and the composite panel 130 may be connected to the adhesive member AD (see reference). Figure 22 The thickness corresponds to the thickness of the adhesive component AD. For example, the thickness of the adhesive component AD can be the spacing between the composite panel 130 and the display panel 110.
[0117] Reference Figure 23The first heat sink 310, the second heat sink 320, and / or the third heat sink 330 are located between the front skin 132 of the flat plate portion 130P of the composite material panel 130 and the display panel 110, so that the distance H3 between the display panel 110 and the heat sink 300 can be smaller than the distance H1 between the display panel 110 and the composite material panel 130. This improves heat conduction and diffusion between the display panel 110 and the composite material panel 130.
[0118] The heat generated in the display panel 110 can be released to the composite material panel 130. The heat released from the display panel 110 can be transferred to the front skin 132 of the composite material panel 130. Due to the recess of the front skin 132 of the inner frame 210's front inner lines 211, 212, 213, and the formation of the node hole 220 through the front skin 132, rear skin 133, and core 131, the diffusion of heat released from the display panel 110 may be uneven.
[0119] The heat emitted from the display panel 110 needs to be evenly diffused in front of the composite material panel 130. Heat condensation or heat inflow can degrade the performance of the display panel 110. Due to the front inner lines 211, 212, and 213 of the inner frame 210, the heat generated in the display panel 110 can be condensed. Due to the node holes 220, heat can flow into the display panel 110. The distance H2 between the display panel 110 and the front skin 132 of the front inner lines 211, 212, and 213 can be greater than the distance H1 between the display panel 110 and the front skin 132 of the composite material panel 130. This can be a cause of heat condensation in the display panel 110.
[0120] The heat generated in the display panel 110 can be dissipated to the heat sink 300. The heat sink 300 can conduct and diffuse the heat generated in the display panel 110. The heat sink 300 can transfer the heat generated in the display panel 110 to the front skin 132 of the composite material panel 130. This improves the heat dissipation effect.
[0121] Heat flowing in from the rear of the composite panel 130 through the node holes 220 can be conducted and diffused through the heat sink 300. The heat sink 300 can prevent the heat flowing in through the node holes 220 from being directly transferred to the display panel 110.
[0122] Reference Figure 26 and Figure 27The heat sink 390 can be located on the back of the composite panel 130, between the composite panel 130 and the PCB board 150. The heat sink 390 can be referred to as the rear heat sink 390. For example, the rear heat sink 390 can be a graphite sheet. The power supply unit PS can be located behind and mounted on the PCB board 150. The rear heat sink 390 can be aligned with the position of the power supply unit PS. For example, the area of the rear heat sink 390 can correspond to the area of the power supply unit PS.
[0123] A front heat sink 300 may be located between the display panel 110 and the composite panel 130. The front heat sink 300 may contact the flat portion 130P of the composite panel 130. The front heat sink 300 may cover the front inner lines 211, 212, and 213 of the inner frame 210. The display panel 110 may be spaced apart from the front heat sink 300. The gap H1 between the display panel 110 and the composite panel 130 may be connected to the adhesive member AD (see reference). Figure 22 The thickness corresponds to ).
[0124] The heat generated in the display panel 110 can be released to the composite panel 130. The heat released from the display panel 110 can be transferred to the front skin 132 of the composite panel 130. Due to the recess of the front skin 132 of the inner front lines 211, 212, 213 of the inner frame 210, the diffusion of heat released from the display panel 110 may be uneven.
[0125] The core 131 of the composite panel 130 can block the passage of heat generated in the display panel 110.
[0126] The heat generated in the display panel 110 can be dissipated to the front heat sink 300. The front heat sink 300 can conduct and diffuse the heat generated in the display panel 110. The front heat sink 300 can transfer the heat generated in the display panel 110 to the front skin 132 of the composite material panel 130. This improves the heat dissipation effect.
[0127] The rear heat sink 390 can contact the rear skin 133 of the composite panel 130 and the PCB board 150. Alternatively, the rear heat sink 390 can be bonded to the rear skin 133 of the composite panel 130, forming a gap with the PCB board 150. The heat generated in the power supply unit PS may be high. The heat generated in the power supply unit PS can be transferred to the rear skin 133 of the composite panel 130 through the PCB board 150. The rear heat sink 390 can diffuse the heat transferred through the PCB board 150. The rear heat sink 390 can minimize the heat transfer to the rear skin 133 of the composite panel 130 and diffuse the heat throughout the entire rear heat sink 390. The core 131 of the composite panel 130 can block the heat transferred to the rear skin 133 through the rear heat sink 390. Thus, heat dissipation and heat insulation of the display panel 110 can be effectively performed.
[0128] Reference Figure 28 The front heat sink 300 can be located between the display panel 110 and the composite panel 130. The front heat sink 300 can contact the flat portion 130P of the composite panel 130. The front heat sink 300 can cover the front inner lines 211, 212, 213 and the node holes 220 of the inner frame 210. The display panel 110 can be spaced apart from the front heat sink 300. The gap H1 between the display panel 110 and the composite panel 130 can be connected to the adhesive member AD (see reference). Figure 22 The thickness corresponds to the thickness of the adhesive component AD. For example, the thickness of the adhesive component AD can be the interval between the composite panel 130 and the display panel 110.
[0129] Reference Figure 23 The first front heat sink 310, the second front heat sink 320, and / or the third front heat sink 330 are located between the front skin 132 of the flat portion 130P of the composite material panel 130 and the display panel 110, so that the distance H3 between the display panel 110 and the front heat sink 300 can be smaller than the distance H1 between the display panel 110 and the composite material panel 130. This improves heat conduction and diffusion between the display panel 110 and the composite material panel 130.
[0130] The heat generated in the display panel 110 can be released to the composite material panel 130.
[0131] The heat emitted from the display panel 110 needs to be evenly diffused in front of the composite material panel 130.
[0132] The heat generated in the display panel 110 can be dissipated to the front heat sink 300. The front heat sink 300 can conduct and diffuse the heat generated in the display panel 110. The front heat sink 300 can transfer the heat generated in the display panel 110 to the front skin 132 of the composite material panel 130. This improves the heat dissipation effect.
[0133] The rear heat sink 390 can contact the rear skin 133 of the composite panel 130 and the PCB board 150. Alternatively, the rear heat sink 390 can be bonded to the rear skin 133 of the composite panel 130, forming a gap with the PCB board 150. The heat generated in the power supply unit PS may be high temperature. The heat generated in the power supply unit PS can be transferred to the rear skin 133 of the composite panel 130 through the PCB board 150. The rear heat sink 390 can diffuse the heat transferred through the PCB board 150. The rear heat sink 390 can minimize or block heat transfer to the rear skin 133 of the composite panel 130 and diffuse heat throughout the entire rear heat sink 390.
[0134] Heat flowing in from the rear of the composite panel 130 through the node holes 220 can be conducted and diffused via the rear heat sink 390. The front heat sink 300 and / or the rear heat sink 390 can prevent the heat flowing in through the node holes 220 from being directly transferred to the display panel 110.
[0135] Therefore, heat dissipation and heat insulation of the display panel 110 can be effectively performed.
