Description
Technical Field
[0001] This utility model relates to a support unit and a power supply device, belonging to the technical field of vehicle parts. Background Technology
[0002] For vehicles, the design includes sliding doors installed on the vehicle body, which open or close by sliding along the outer side of the vehicle body. In vehicles with sliding doors, a power supply device with conductive wiring, such as a wiring harness, is installed. Power is supplied from a power source located in the vehicle body to an electrical device located in the sliding door via the wiring harness. Furthermore, within this electrical device, electrical signals are exchanged between a control device located in the vehicle body and an electrical device located in the sliding door via the wiring harness. In such a power supply device, when the sliding door opens and closes, the wiring harness is kept able to bend and move with the sliding door, thus not obstructing the opening and closing of the sliding door.
[0003] Based on the design of the power supply device for the vehicle's sliding door, when passengers perform the action of opening and closing the door, the wiring harness is prone to interference with the vehicle's environment (tires, C-pillar, etc.) during the movement, especially when the door is opened. In addition, the overall bending durability of the power supply device's wiring harness is poor in narrow spaces. Utility Model Content
[0004] To address the technical problems in traditional power supply devices for vehicle sliding doors, this invention provides a bracket unit and a power supply device with the bracket unit, which enables the wiring harness to move along a general S-shaped trajectory during door opening and closing to ensure buckling durability and aesthetics, while also avoiding interference with the vehicle body environment (tires, C-pillar, etc.).
[0005] Specifically, the first aspect of this utility model provides a bracket unit for supporting a wiring harness on the side of a sliding door of a vehicle. The bracket unit is mounted on the sliding door and includes:
[0006] Base portion, the base portion being used for mounting to the sliding door; and
[0007] A wire harness mounting section is provided for mounting the wire harness and includes a cylindrical retaining portion for inserting and receiving the wire harness. The wire harness mounting section is assembled to the base section and is rotatable and translateable relative to the base section.
[0008] The base portion has a guide hole, and the retaining portion of the wire harness mounting portion has a protruding shaft portion. The shaft portion is inserted into the guide hole to guide the movement of the wire harness mounting portion relative to the base portion.
[0009] The guide hole and the shaft are configured such that, through the cooperation between the guide hole and the shaft, the movement of the wire harness mounting portion relative to the base portion is divided into a rotational movement stage that involves only rotation and a translational movement stage that involves only translation.
[0010] According to the bracket unit with the above structure, through the cooperation between the guide hole portion formed in the base portion and the shaft portion formed in the wire harness mounting portion, the movement of the wire harness mounting portion relative to the base portion is divided into a rotational movement stage that only rotates and a translational movement stage that only translates. Therefore, when moving from closing to opening or vice versa, even if the distance between the bracket unit on the vehicle body side and the bracket unit on the door side changes due to the change in the position of the sliding door, and the wire harness needs to adapt to this change in distance and undergo a change in bending shape, by controlling the position of the shaft portion in the guide hole portion to perform the above-mentioned staged movement, the length of the wire harness can be compensated, the required length of the wire harness can be shortened, so that the wire harness will not interfere with the vehicle body environment due to excessive length when opening the door, and the radius of curvature of the wire harness bending can be increased, improving bending durability, and preventing the wire harness from jamming when closing the door.
[0011] Preferably, in the bracket unit of the first aspect, the guide hole portion formed on the base portion includes: a first guide hole, the first guide hole extending linearly such that, when the bracket unit is installed on the sliding door, the linear extension direction of the first guide hole is parallel to the sliding door and along the vehicle's longitudinal direction; a second guide hole, the second guide hole being located closer to the vehicle body side than the first guide hole, and including a straight hole and an arc-shaped hole communicating with each other, the straight hole extending linearly in a manner parallel to the first guide hole, the arc-shaped hole extending arc-shapedly from one end of the straight hole, and wherein, the shaft portion formed on the retaining portion of the wiring harness mounting portion includes: a main shaft, the main shaft being disposed at one end of the retaining portion and extending perpendicularly to the retaining portion, the main shaft being fitted in the first guide hole of the base portion to move along the first guide hole; and a secondary shaft, the secondary shaft being formed protrudingly on the outer surface of the retaining portion, the protruding direction being parallel to the extension direction of the main shaft, the secondary shaft being fitted in the second guide hole of the base portion to move along the second guide hole.
[0012] According to the bracket unit with the above-described structure, by providing a first guide hole and a second guide hole on the base portion and providing a main shaft and a secondary shaft that cooperate with them on the wire harness mounting portion, the movement of the wire harness on the sliding door side during the opening and closing of the sliding door can be optimized. During the opening and closing of the sliding door, the main shaft moves along the first guide hole, and the stroke of this movement can compensate for the length of the wire harness, thereby shortening the length of the moving part of the wire harness, reducing the redundant length of the wire harness, and avoiding interference with the vehicle body environment due to excessive wire harness length. By using the movement of the secondary shaft along the second guide hole, the orientation of the wire harness mounting portion can be regulated, ensuring that the wire harness has an S-shaped movement trajectory during the opening and closing of the sliding door, improving buckling durability while ensuring the concealment of the wire harness.
[0013] Preferably, in the support unit of the first aspect, the first guide hole and the second guide hole are configured such that one end of the first guide hole is located at a position corresponding to the center of the arc-shaped hole of the second guide hole.
[0014] According to the support unit with the above structure, the wire harness can smoothly combine translation and rotation during the opening and closing of the sliding door, so that the wire harness maintains an S-shaped trajectory during the opening and closing of the sliding door, avoiding twisting or stretching caused by uncoordinated movement, improving buckling durability, and ensuring that the S-shaped trajectory of the wire harness is more precise and controllable during the opening and closing of the sliding door (especially in the end stroke stage).
[0015] Preferably, in the support unit of the first aspect, the first guide hole has an end opposite to the first end; the straight hole of the second guide hole has an end communicating with the arcuate hole and an end opposite to that first end; and the arcuate hole of the second guide hole has an end communicating with the straight hole and an end opposite to that first end, the support unit is configured such that: while the main shaft moves between the other end and the first end of the first guide hole, the secondary shaft moves between the other end and the first end of the straight hole of the second guide hole, causing the wire harness mounting portion to translate relative to the base portion; and when the main shaft is at the first end of the first guide hole, the secondary shaft moves between the one end and the other end of the arcuate hole of the second guide hole, causing the wire harness mounting portion to rotate relative to the base portion.
[0016] Based on the support unit with the above-described structure, more precise motion control is achieved by defining the movement paths and stages of the main shaft and the secondary shaft. For example, when the sliding door moves from fully open to fully closed, the main shaft moves from one end (away from the center) of the first guide hole to one end (corresponding to the center), while the secondary shaft simultaneously translates from one end (the straight hole) to one end (the arc-shaped hole entrance). During this translational movement, the linear movement of the main shaft along the first guide hole directly compensates for the change in wire harness length during the opening and closing of the sliding door, reducing redundant length of the moving parts and avoiding dragging or interference with body components (such as wheels and door sills). The synchronous movement of the secondary shaft in the straight hole section of the second guide hole forces the wire harness mounting part to maintain a fixed posture, preventing wire harness tangling or twisting caused by rotation. When the main shaft reaches one end (the center position) of the first guide hole, the secondary shaft enters the arc-shaped hole, and the wire harness mounting part rotates around the main shaft, precisely controlling the bending radius and trajectory of the S-shaped bend. When a sliding door moves from fully closed to fully open, it first undergoes a rotational motion phase followed by a translational motion phase, which can achieve the same technical effect.
[0017] Preferably, in the bracket unit of the first aspect, the other end of the arc-shaped hole is located on the extension line of the straight extension of the first guide hole, and the straight hole of the second guide hole of the base portion is arranged on the closing direction side, and the arc-shaped hole is arranged on the opening direction side.
[0018] According to the bracket unit with the above-described structure, when the sliding door is in the closed state, the secondary shaft can be located at the end of the arc-shaped hole (i.e., the other end) and the main shaft can be located at one end of the first guide hole. Since the other end of the arc-shaped hole is on the extension line of the first guide hole, the wiring harness mounting part is basically positioned parallel to the sliding door. Correspondingly, the wiring harness is also basically parallel to the sliding door, which can perfectly hide it to maintain aesthetics and also prevent the wiring harness from getting stuck. When the sliding door is in the open state, the secondary shaft can be located at the end of the straight hole (i.e., the other end) and the main shaft can be located at the other end of the first guide hole. Since the straight hole is located on the closing side, the wiring harness mounting part is also relatively closer to the closing side. Correspondingly, it avoids the wiring harness from bending and being exposed too long towards the vehicle body environment, ensuring aesthetics while avoiding interference.
[0019] Preferably, in the bracket unit of the first aspect, the base portion includes: a fixing plate portion, the fixing plate portion being opposite to the sliding door and fixed to the sliding door; and a pair of support plate portions, the pair of support plate portions extending from the fixing plate portion toward the vehicle body side and being opposite to each other at a distance suitable for assembling the wiring harness mounting portion, each of the pair of support plate portions having a first guide hole and a second guide hole, and the first guide hole and the second guide hole formed on one support plate being arranged opposite to each other with the first guide hole and the second guide hole formed on the other support plate, and the main shaft and the secondary shaft are each arranged as a pair, the pair of main shafts and the pair of secondary shafts extending coaxially opposite to each other.
[0020] According to the bracket unit with the above structure, a pair of support plates and a fixed plate form an approximately U-shaped cross section. The pair of support plates symmetrically clamp the wire harness mounting part, so that the forces on the main shaft and the secondary shaft always occur in pairs, which optimizes the mechanical performance of the bracket unit and can stably support the wire harness mounting part and guide the movement trajectory of the wire harness.
[0021] Preferably, in the support unit of the first aspect, the base portion includes a first body and a second body formed independently of each other. The first body and the second body are combined to form the base portion. The first body includes a first fixing plate portion having a first fixing hole and a first support plate portion extending from the first fixing plate portion. The second body includes a second fixing plate portion having a second fixing hole and a second support plate portion extending from the second fixing plate portion. The first fixing plate portion and the second fixing plate portion are stacked on top of each other with the first fixing hole and the second fixing hole aligned with each other, such that the first fixing plate portion and the second fixing plate portion constitute the fixing plate portion and the first support plate portion and the second support plate portion constitute the pair of support plate portions.
[0022] According to the bracket unit with the above-described structure, the base portion includes a first body and a second body that are independently formed, thus facilitating the assembly of the wire harness mounting portion to the base portion. Furthermore, the first body and the second body can be manufactured using different molds, avoiding complex monolithic injection mold design and reducing development costs. Moreover, this split design improves maintenance and repair convenience; if one side of the support plate wears, only the first body or the second body needs to be replaced, without replacing the entire base portion.
[0023] Preferably, in the support unit of the first aspect, the fixing plate portion of the base portion is provided with a wire harness binding portion, and the wire harness is bound at the wire harness binding portion to fix it relative to the base portion.
[0024] According to the bracket unit with the above structure, since the base part is provided with a wire harness bundling part, the wire harness that passes through the retaining part of the wire harness mounting part and the main shaft can be fixed to the base part at the wire harness bundling part, forming a wire harness fixing point. This eliminates the shaking of the wire harness near the base part, prevents random bending and deformation of the wire harness caused by shaking, ensures the consistency of the bending shape of the wire harness in each opening and closing action of the sliding door, and avoids interference between the wire harness and the vehicle body environment.
[0025] Preferably, in the bracket unit of the first aspect, each of the support plate portions of the base portion is formed with a shielding portion, the shielding portion being formed on the side of the second guide hole opposite to the wire harness mounting portion, so as to shield the second guide hole.
[0026] According to the support unit with the above-described structure, the second guide hole forms a physical barrier through the shielding part, preventing dust and other foreign objects from entering the second guide hole and avoiding jamming between the sub-shaft and the guide hole wall due to the accumulation of contaminants. Moreover, the shielding part can improve the overall strength of the base part, and the arc-shaped ends of the shielding part are tangentially in contact with the circular shape of the sub-shaft, which can reduce noise.
[0027] The second aspect of this utility model provides a power supply device, comprising: a wiring harness extending from the vehicle body to a sliding door; a door-side support unit supporting the wiring harness on the sliding door side; and a vehicle-side support unit supporting the wiring harness on the vehicle body side, wherein the door-side support unit is an assembly according to the first aspect.
[0028] Since the door-side support unit of the power supply device of the second aspect of this utility model adopts the support unit according to the first aspect, it can also achieve the same technical effect as the first aspect.
[0029] The structure of this utility model has been generally described above. The following description will refer to the accompanying drawings to facilitate understanding of the details of this utility model. Attached Figure Description

[0070] The technical solution of the present invention will be explained more clearly below by referring to the accompanying drawings and describing specific embodiments of the present invention.
[0071] It should be noted that the accompanying drawings of this utility model are merely schematic diagrams for clearly illustrating the parts related to the solution of this utility model, and do not show some unnecessary parts. Therefore, these drawings should not be construed as limiting the utility model, and may differ from the actual structure in use. Furthermore, it should be understood that terms indicating orientation or position such as "up," "down," "left," "right," "front," and "rear" that may appear in the following description are for convenience of explanation and not restrictive. Similarly, for clarity and brevity, descriptions of well-known functions and structures are omitted in the following description.
[0072] A power supply unit 100 is installed between the door side and the vehicle body side of the sliding door. This unit provides a stable power supply to the sliding door's electric lock, window regulator, lighting, camera, and other electrical equipment via power from the vehicle body side, ensuring uninterrupted power during door opening and closing. Additionally, it transmits control commands, sensor data, and other signal data to support intelligent functions. The power supply unit 100 includes a wiring harness 400 laid between the door side and the vehicle body side, a door-side bracket unit 200 fixed to the sliding door to support the wiring harness 400 on the door side, and a vehicle-side bracket unit 300 fixed to the vehicle body to support the wiring harness 400 on the vehicle body side.
[0073] When the sliding door switches between fully open and fully closed, the wiring harness 400 moves along with the sliding door. To achieve better concealment of the wiring harness 400 to meet aesthetic requirements, and also to improve its bending durability, in this embodiment, the wiring harness 400 is positioned as follows: Figure 4 The trajectory shown is roughly S-shaped during the phase of fully opening.
[0074] When the wire harness 400 moves in an S-shaped trajectory, such as Figure 4As shown, especially when the sliding door is fully open, if the wiring harness on the door side is long and has a bending tendency, it is easy for it to bulge towards the vehicle body environment (wheels, C-pillar, etc.), thus interfering with the vehicle body environment. Furthermore, the small bending radius of the bend easily causes stress concentration, resulting in poor buckling durability. In the power supply device 100 of this embodiment, the door side bracket unit 200 adopts... Figures 1 to 3 The support unit 1 shown can reliably solve the interference problem while still ensuring that the wiring harness follows an S-shaped trajectory.
[0075] In this embodiment, bracket unit 1 is used to support the wiring harness on the sliding door side of the vehicle and is installed on the sliding door, such as... Figures 1-3 As shown, the bracket unit 1 includes: a base portion 10 for mounting to a sliding door; and a wire harness mounting portion 30 for mounting a wire harness. The wire harness mounting portion 30 is assembled to the base portion 10 and is rotatable and translatable relative to the base portion 10.
[0076] The base portion 10 is formed with: a first guide hole 11, which extends in a straight line such that when the bracket unit 1 is installed on the sliding door, the straight extension direction of the first guide hole 11 is parallel to the sliding door and along the vehicle front-rear direction; and a second guide hole 12, which is located closer to the vehicle body side than the first guide hole 11, and includes a straight hole 13 and an arc-shaped hole 14 that are connected to each other. The straight hole 13 extends in a straight line in a manner parallel to the first guide hole 11, and the arc-shaped hole 14 extends in an arc shape from one end 13A of the straight hole. The base portion 10 includes: a fixing plate portion 16, which is opposite to and fixed to the sliding door; and a pair of support plate portions 21, which extend from the fixing plate portion 16 toward the vehicle body side and are opposite to each other at a distance suitable for assembling the wiring harness mounting portion 30. Each of the pair of support plate portions 21 has a first guide hole 11 and a second guide hole 12 that pass through in the thickness direction, and the first guide hole 11 and the second guide hole 12 formed on one support plate 21 are arranged opposite to each other with the first guide hole 11 and the second guide hole 12 formed on the other support plate 21.
[0077] The wire harness mounting portion 30 includes: a cylindrical retaining portion 31 in which the wire harness is inserted and housed; a main shaft 32 disposed at one end of the retaining portion 31 and extending perpendicularly thereto, the main shaft 32 being fitted into a first guide hole 11 in the base portion 10 for movement along the first guide hole 11; and a secondary shaft 33 protruding from the outer surface of the retaining portion 31, the protrusion direction being parallel to the extension direction of the main shaft 32, the secondary shaft 33 being fitted into a second guide hole 12 in the base portion 10 for movement along the second guide hole 12. The main shaft 32 and the secondary shaft 33 are each configured as a pair, with the pair of main shafts 32 and the pair of secondary shafts 33 extending coaxially in opposite directions.
[0078] In the bracket unit 1 of this embodiment, unlike the conventional method where only a rotating joint is provided and the wire harness rotates randomly, a first guide hole 11 and a second guide hole 12 are provided on the base portion 10. Therefore, the wire harness mounting portion 300 through which the wire harness passes can not only rotate but also translate. The movement of the wire harness mounting portion 300 relative to the base portion 10 is divided into a rotational movement stage that only rotates and a translational movement stage that only translates. By utilizing the first guide hole 11 and the second guide hole 12 provided on the base portion 10, and the main shaft 32 and the secondary shaft 33 provided on the wire harness mounting portion 30 to cooperate with them, the movement of the wire harness on the sliding door side during the opening and closing of the sliding door can be optimized. During the opening and closing of the sliding door, for example... Figure 4 When the sliding door shown is fully open, the main shaft 32 can slide along the first guide hole 11 in a direction away from the vehicle body environment. The stroke of this sliding can compensate for the length of the wiring harness, thereby shortening the length of the moving part of the wiring harness, reducing the redundant length of the wiring harness, and avoiding interference with the vehicle body environment due to excessive wiring harness length. Additionally, for example... Figure 4 In the fully closed state shown, the main shaft and the secondary shaft can be positioned at the rightmost end, i.e., in the opening direction, which also compensates for the length of the wiring harness and prevents the harness from jamming. Moreover, this embodiment also provides a secondary shaft 33. By using the movement of the secondary shaft 33 along the second guide hole 12, the orientation of the wiring harness mounting part 30 can be regulated, ensuring that the wiring harness has an S-shaped movement trajectory during the opening and closing of the sliding door, thus improving buckling durability while ensuring the concealment of the wiring harness.
[0079] In the base portion 10 of the support unit 1, for the first guide hole 11 and the second guide hole 12, here, as Figure 3As shown, one end of the first guide hole 11 near the arc-shaped hole 14 of the second guide hole 12 is called an end 11A, and the other end opposite to the first end 11A is called the other end 11B. One end of the straight hole 13 of the second guide hole 12 that communicates with the arc-shaped hole 14 is called an end 13A, and the other end opposite to the first end 13A is called the other end 13B. One end 11A of the arc-shaped hole 14 of the second guide hole 12 that communicates with the straight hole 13 is called an end 14A, and the other end opposite to the first end 14A is called 14B. As shown, one end 11A of the first guide hole 11 is located at a position corresponding to the center of the arc-shaped hole 14 of the second guide hole 12. While the main shaft 32 moves between the other end 11B and one end 11A of the first guide hole 11, the secondary shaft 33 moves between the other end 13B and one end 13A of the straight hole 13 of the second guide hole 12, causing the wire harness mounting portion 30 to translate relative to the base portion 10. On the other hand, when the main shaft 32 is at one end 11A of the first guide hole 11, the secondary shaft 33 becomes able to move between one end 14A and the other end 14B of the arc-shaped hole 14 of the second guide hole 12, so that the wire harness mounting portion 30 rotates relative to the base portion 10.
[0080] like Figure 3 and Figure 4 As shown, for the second guide hole 12 of the base portion 10, the other end 14B of the arc-shaped hole 14 is located on the extension line of the straight extension of the first guide hole 11, and the straight hole 13 of the second guide hole 12 of the base portion 10 is arranged on the closing direction side, and the arc-shaped hole 14 is arranged on the opening direction side.
[0081] According to the support unit 1 of this embodiment, the wiring harness 400 can smoothly combine translational and rotational movements during the opening and closing of the sliding door, ensuring that the wiring harness maintains an S-shaped trajectory during the opening and closing process. This avoids twisting or stretching caused by uncoordinated movement, improves flexural durability, and ensures that the S-shaped trajectory of the wiring harness is more precise and controllable during the opening and closing process (especially in the end travel phase). By defining the motion paths and phase divisions of the main shaft 32 and the secondary shaft 33, more refined motion control is achieved. For example, as... Figure 4 As described above, when the sliding door is fully open, the main shaft 32 is located at the other end 11B of the first guide hole 11, and the secondary shaft 33 is located at the other end 13B of the straight hole 13 of the second guide hole 12. That is to say, as Figure 3 As shown, the main shaft 32 and the secondary shaft 33 are respectively in position 1. When the sliding door moves from fully open to fully closed, the main shaft 32 moves from one end 11B of the first guide hole to one end 11A, and the secondary shaft 33 simultaneously slides from one end 13B of the straight hole 13 of the second guide hole 12 to one end 13A (arc-shaped hole inlet), that is, in Figure 3The sliding door slides from position 1 to position 2 and then to position 3. During this translational movement, the main shaft 32 moves linearly along the first guide hole 11 to directly compensate for the change in wire harness length when the sliding door opens and closes. This shortens the redundant length of the moving part and avoids dragging or interference with body components (such as wheels and door sills). The synchronous movement of the secondary shaft 33 in the straight hole 13 section of the second guide hole 12 forces the wire harness mounting part to maintain a fixed posture, preventing wire harness tangling or twisting caused by rotation. When the main shaft 32 reaches one end 11A (center position) of the first guide hole 11, that is, in Figure 3 After the main shaft 32 and the secondary shaft 33 reach position 3 respectively, while the main shaft 32 remains in position 3, the secondary shaft 33 enters the arc-shaped hole 14. The wire harness mounting part 30 rotates along the arc-shaped groove 14 around the main shaft 32 until it reaches position 4. Thus, by utilizing the dual tracks of the first guide hole 11 and the second guide hole 12, the bending radius and trajectory of the S-shaped bend of the wire harness when switching the sliding door to the closed position are precisely controlled. On the other hand, when the sliding door moves from fully closed to fully open, a rotational movement phase is performed first, followed by a translational movement phase. That is, the movement from position 4 to position 1 is performed in the opposite direction to the above. When the sliding door is in the fully closed state, the secondary shaft 33 is located at the other end 14B of the arc-shaped hole 14, i.e., position 4, and the main shaft is located at one end 11A of the first guide hole 11, i.e., position 4. Since the other end 14B of the arc-shaped hole 14 is on the extension line of the first guide hole 11, the wire harness mounting part 30, as... Figure 4 As shown, the wire harness 400 is positioned basically parallel to the sliding door. Correspondingly, the wire harness 400 is also positioned basically parallel to the sliding door, which can not only perfectly hide it to maintain aesthetics, but also prevent the wire harness from getting stuck.
[0082] In addition, a pair of support plates 21 and a fixed plate 16 form an approximately U-shaped cross section. The pair of support plates 21 symmetrically clamp the wire harness mounting part 30, so that the forces on the main shaft 32 and the secondary shaft 33 always occur in pairs, which optimizes the mechanical performance of the bracket unit 1 and can stably support the wire harness mounting part 30 and guide the movement trajectory of the wire harness.
[0083] In the frame unit 1 of this embodiment, as Figure 2 As shown, the base portion 10 may include a first body 24 and a second body 25 formed independently of each other, and the first body 24 and the second body 25 are combined to form the base portion 10. That is, the base portion 10 can be composed of separate components. Of course, this is only an example of this embodiment, and the base portion 10 can also be a single integral component.
[0084] like Figure 2As shown, the first body 24 includes a first fixing plate portion 17 having a first fixing hole 18 and a first support plate portion 22 extending from the first fixing plate portion 17. The second body 25 includes a second fixing plate portion 19 having a second fixing hole 20 and a second support plate portion 23 extending from the second fixing plate portion 19. The first fixing plate portion 17 and the second fixing plate portion 19 are stacked on top of each other with the first fixing hole 18 and the second fixing hole 20 aligned with each other, such that the first fixing plate portion 17 and the second fixing plate portion 19 together form a fixing plate portion 16, and the first support plate portion 22 and the second support plate portion 23 together form a pair of support plate portions 21. By passing a connecting member such as a bolt through the first fixing hole 18 and the second fixing hole 20 and tightening it to the sliding door, the bracket unit 1 can be fixed to the sliding door.
[0085] In the bracket unit 1 of this embodiment, since the base portion 10 includes a first body 24 and a second body 25 formed independently of each other, the assembly operation of the wire harness mounting portion 30 to the base portion 10 can be performed more easily. Furthermore, the first body 24 and the second body 25 can be manufactured using different molds, avoiding complex integral injection mold design and reducing development costs. Moreover, this split design also improves maintenance and repair convenience; if one side of the support plate portion 21 wears, only the first body or the second body needs to be replaced, without replacing the entire base portion 10.
[0086] like Figure 2 As shown, each support plate portion 21 of the base portion 10 of the bracket unit 1 can be formed with a shielding portion 26. The shielding portion 26 is formed on the side of the second guide hole 12 opposite to the wire harness mounting portion 30 to shield the second guide hole 12. The shielding portion 26 is similar to the dome of the guide hole 21, with a protruding height so that it does not interfere with the sub-shaft 33. The second guide hole 12 forms a physical barrier through the shielding portion 26, preventing foreign objects such as dust from entering the second guide hole 12 and avoiding jamming between the sub-shaft 33 and the hole wall of the second guide hole 12 due to the accumulation of contaminants. Moreover, the shielding portion 26 can improve the overall strength of the base portion 10, and the arc-shaped ends of the shielding portion 26 are tangentially contacted with the circular shape of the sub-shaft 33, which can reduce noise.
[0087] like Figure 2 As shown, each support plate portion 21 of the base portion 10 of the bracket unit 1 can be formed with a vertical wall 28. The vertical wall 28 is formed on the side opposite to the wire harness mounting portion 30 of the first guide hole 11, so as to surround the first guide hole 11. Because of the vertical wall 11, the contact area between the first guide hole 11 and the spindle 32 can be increased, so that the movement of the spindle 32 along the first guide hole 11 is smoother and the spindle 32 is supported more stably. In addition, because of the vertical wall 11, the wall thickness of the support plate portion 21 can be made relatively thin, achieving weight reduction and cost reduction.
[0088] like Figure 1 and 2 As shown, a reinforcing rib 27 may be provided on the fixing plate portion 16 of the base portion 10 of the support unit 1 between a pair of support plate portions 21, thereby enhancing the strength of the support unit 1. Additionally, although not shown, a similar reinforcing rib may be provided on the back side of the first fixing plate portion 17 of the first body 24 of the base portion 10 of the support unit 1. The reinforcing ribs on the first body 24 and the second body 25 also facilitate the snap-fit alignment of the first and second bodies.
[0089] like Figure 2 As shown, one side (wire harness lead-out side) of the fixing plate portion 16 of the base portion 10 of the bracket unit 1 is recessed toward the first guide hole 11, thus approaching the first guide hole 11. On this recessed portion of the fixing plate portion 16, a row of multiple binding holes 15 is provided. The multiple binding holes 15 constitute a wire harness binding portion. By selecting according to the thickness of the wire harness, the binding tape is passed through the appropriate binding hole 15, so that the wire harness is bound at the binding hole 15 and fixed relative to the base portion 10.
[0090] Since the fixing plate portion 16 of the base portion 10 of the bracket unit 1 is provided with a bundling hole 15 as a wire harness bundling portion, the wire harness that passes through the holding portion 31 and the main shaft 32 of the wire harness mounting portion 30 and is led out can be fixed to the base portion 10 at the wire harness bundling portion, forming a wire harness fixing point. This eliminates the shaking of the wire harness near the base portion, prevents random bending and deformation of the wire harness caused by shaking, ensures the consistency of the bending shape of the wire harness in each opening and closing action of the sliding door, and avoids interference between the wire harness and the vehicle body environment.
[0091] In summary, this invention optimizes the movement of the wiring harness mounting portion of the door-side support unit. By utilizing the main shaft, the secondary shaft, and the first and second guide holes in the base, the position of the shaft portion of the sliding door support unit can be changed in stages, absorbing a portion of the wiring harness length and shortening the length of the wiring harness when moving along an S-shaped trajectory. Even in narrow environments, this allows the wiring harness to move along an S-shaped trajectory during door opening and closing while avoiding interference with the vehicle body environment (tires, C-pillar, etc.), and improves the overall buckling durability of the power supply device. The door-side support unit 1 of the power supply device for the sliding door utilizes the main shaft, the secondary shaft, and the first and second guide holes in the base to form a movable part. The movable stroke is configured in two stages: a rotational movement stage in which the main shaft maintains engagement with one end of the first guide hole while the secondary shaft rotates around the main shaft along the arc-shaped hole of the second guide hole; and a sliding movement stage in which the shaft slides at a fixed angle. This solves the interference problem in the S-shaped trajectory. In addition, it can also achieve the sequence of the door-side main shaft rotating first and the body-side rotating shaft rotating later during the door closing action, thus solving the problem of the power supply device wiring harness getting stuck.
[0092] In the above embodiments, the phased movement of the wire harness mounting part relative to the base part, namely the translational movement stage and the rotational movement stage, is achieved by dual tracks (first and second guide holes) and dual axes (main axis and secondary axis). However, this is not limiting and other methods can also be used.
[0093] Additionally, it should be noted that the “S-shaped trajectory” or “S-shaped trajectory movement” mentioned in this disclosure does not mean that the wire harness is in an S-shape throughout the entire opening and closing process of the sliding door. Rather, it means that as long as a segment of the wire harness’s movement trajectory during the opening and closing process of the sliding door is in an S-shape, it can be called an “S-shaped trajectory” or “S-shaped trajectory movement”, that is, an S-shaped PSD, and it does not need to be in an S-shape from beginning to end.
[0094] The specific embodiments described above do not constitute a limitation on the scope of protection of this utility model. Those skilled in the art should understand that various modifications, combinations, sub-combinations, and substitutions can occur depending on design requirements and other factors. Any modifications, equivalent substitutions, and improvements made within the spirit and principles of this utility model should be included within the scope of protection of this utility model.
