[0001] This application relates to the field of medical device technology, and in particular to a button structure and an electronic product including the button structure. Background Technology
[0002] Most existing electronic products, such as electronic blood pressure monitors and electronic thermometers, have button structures. These buttons are used to trigger related functions, such as turning indicator lights on and off, power switches, and function switching.
[0003] Because these electronic products are used in complex environments, their aesthetic appearance, ease of assembly, ease of use, user experience, durability, lifespan, and waterproof performance have become research topics.
[0004] It should be noted that the above introduction to the technical background is only for the purpose of providing a clear and complete explanation of the technical solutions of this application and facilitating understanding by those skilled in the art. It should not be assumed that these technical solutions are known to those skilled in the art simply because they have been described in the background section of this application. Utility Model Content
[0005] The inventors discovered that, taking an electronic blood pressure monitor as an example, during the development of new products, they considered the technical means to achieve the target specification of IPX2 waterproofing for the partial housing and buttons. Under the existing assembly schemes that are not conducive to waterproof button design, how to achieve the assembly scheme of hard rubber button-soft rubber button-housing-electronic button, while meeting the IPX2 waterproofing requirement and ensuring good button feel, is the subject of this application.
[0006] To address at least one of the aforementioned problems or other similar issues, embodiments of this application provide a button structure and an electronic product including the button structure. First, a soft rubber button is assembled onto the inner shell using an interference assembly method. In the button area, the gap between the upper and lower shells of the inner shell is sealed. Simultaneously, a guide groove is formed at the soft rubber button to allow incoming liquid (e.g., water) to flow in a specific direction. Additionally, space is provided for the movement of the hard rubber button. Thus, while meeting the IPX2 waterproof requirement, an assembly scheme of hard rubber button-soft rubber button-shell-electronic button is achieved, ensuring good button feel and improving user experience.
[0007] According to one aspect of the embodiments of this application, a button structure is provided, including:
[0008] First outer shell;
[0009] The first pressing part is disposed on the first housing;
[0010] A second housing covering the first housing and the first pressing part; and
[0011] A second pressing part fixed to the second housing and disposed on the first pressing part;
[0012] in,
[0013] The first outer shell includes an upper shell and a lower shell, and the first pressing part is assembled to the joint between the upper shell and the lower shell in the button area by an interference fit.
[0014] According to the above embodiment, the first pressing part (soft rubber button) is assembled to the first outer shell (inner shell) by interference fit, that is, the seam between the upper shell and the lower shell of the button area, thereby achieving a seal at the seam between the upper and lower shells in the button area.
[0015] In some embodiments, the side surface of the first pressing part facing the second pressing part has a first groove, the first groove forming a travel space, within which the second pressing part can move.
[0016] According to the above embodiment, the second pressing part (hard rubber button) can move up and down within the above-mentioned travel space (the movement direction of the hard rubber button), and the space between the first pressing part (soft rubber button) and the second pressing part (hard rubber button) can also accommodate water that accidentally enters, protecting the internal components of the product from corrosion.
[0017] In some embodiments, the side surface of the first pressing part facing the second pressing part has a first recess, and the first groove is located in the first recess. The first recess forms a guide space, and liquid entering between the first pressing part and the second pressing part can flow in the guide space and flow along the first groove to the outside of the product.
[0018] According to the above embodiment, the material entering between the first pressing part (soft rubber button) and the second pressing part (hard rubber button) can flow along the first groove to the outside of the product, thus preventing the internal components of the product from being corroded.
[0019] In some embodiments, the side surface of the first pressing portion facing the second pressing portion has a first mating portion; the side surface of the second pressing portion facing the first pressing portion has a second mating portion; the second pressing portion is disposed on the first mating portion of the first pressing portion through the second mating portion.
[0020] According to the above embodiments, the first mating part and the second mating part can be made of elastic material. Thus, through the cooperation of the two, the pressing force from the second pressing part can be buffered, ensuring a good button feel and improving the user experience.
[0021] In some embodiments, a second groove is formed around the first mating portion, the second groove forming a receiving space to receive liquid entering between the first pressing portion and the second pressing portion, the receiving space forming a rebound space to absorb the pressing force from the second pressing portion.
[0022] According to the above embodiments, the design of the rebound space absorbs the pressing force from the second pressing part (hard rubber button), further ensuring a good button feel and improving the user experience.
[0023] In some embodiments, the surface of the first pressing part facing the first housing has a sealing part, and the first pressing part seals the seam between the upper housing and the lower housing of the button area through the sealing part.
[0024] According to the above embodiments, the design of the sealing part can achieve further sealing at the joint of the button area.
[0025] In some embodiments, the first pressing part has protrusions on opposite sides, and the first pressing part is fixed to the first housing by means of interference fit through the protrusions.
[0026] According to the above embodiments, the protrusion design can seal the gap between the upper and lower shells.
[0027] In some embodiments, the side surface of the second pressing part facing the first pressing part has a locking part, and the second pressing part is locked to the second housing through the locking part.
[0028] According to the above embodiments, the design of the locking part achieves the fixation of the second pressing part (hard rubber button) and the second outer shell (aluminum shell).
[0029] In some embodiments, a through hole matching the shape of the second pressing part is provided at a position corresponding to the second pressing part of the second housing, and the second pressing part is configured and fixed to the second housing by means of the through hole; a first protrusion is provided at the edge of the through hole, and a second protrusion is provided at a position of the second pressing part opposite to the first protrusion.
[0030] According to the above embodiment, the design of the first protrusion on the second outer shell (aluminum shell) and the second protrusion on the second pressing part (hard rubber button) can play a foolproof role during the assembly process, avoiding assembly errors of the second pressing part (hard rubber button).
[0031] According to another aspect of the embodiments of this application, an electronic product is provided, the electronic product including the button structure described in the foregoing embodiments.
[0032] In some embodiments, the electronic product is an electronic blood pressure monitor, the first housing is the inner housing of the electronic blood pressure monitor, the second housing is the outer aluminum shell of the electronic blood pressure monitor, the first pressing part is the soft rubber button of the electronic blood pressure monitor, and the second pressing part is the hard rubber button of the electronic blood pressure monitor.
[0033] In some embodiments, the second housing is fitted to the first housing by means of a sliding assembly.
[0034] One of the beneficial effects of this application embodiment is that, under the premise of meeting the IPX2 waterproof requirement, an assembly scheme of hard rubber button-soft rubber button-shell-electronic button is realized, and the button feel is good, thus improving the user experience.

[0060] In this application embodiment, the button structure of the electronic blood pressure monitor is used as an example to illustrate the button structure of this application embodiment. Those skilled in the art should understand that the button structure of this application embodiment can also be used on other electronic products besides electronic blood pressure monitors.
[0061] The embodiments of this application will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0062] This application provides a button structure. Figure 1 This is a cross-sectional view of a button structure according to an embodiment of this application, showing the button structure as viewed from the side. Figure 2 yes Figure 1 Another cross-sectional view of the button structure shown, from Figure 1 The side view shown at the angle illustrates the button structure.
[0063] like Figure 1 and Figure 2As shown in the embodiment of this application, the button structure includes a first outer shell 10, a second outer shell 20, a first pressing part 30, and a second pressing part 40. The first outer shell 10 includes an upper shell 11 and a lower shell 12, which are fixed together in any feasible manner, with a gap between them. The second outer shell 20 covers the first outer shell 10 and can be an aluminum shell that combines aesthetics and lightweight design; this application is not limited to this. The first pressing part 30 is disposed on the first outer shell 10 and can be a soft rubber button with a certain degree of elasticity; this application is not limited to this. The second pressing part 40 is fixed to the second outer shell 20 and is disposed on the first pressing part 30. The second pressing part 40 can be, for example, a hard rubber button with a certain degree of elasticity; this application is not limited to this. In the above embodiment, the second outer shell 20 also covers the first pressing part 30.
[0064] In this embodiment, the first pressing part 30 is assembled to the seam between the upper shell 11 and the lower shell 12 of the button area by an interference fit. Therefore, since the first pressing part 30 is assembled by an interference fit and the assembly position covers the seam between the upper shell 11 and the lower shell 12, it achieves a good sealing effect.
[0065] Figure 3 This is another cross-sectional view of the button structure according to an embodiment of this application, showing the view of the button structure from above; Figure 4 yes Figure 3 Another cross-sectional view of the button structure shown, from Figure 3 The side view shown at the angle illustrates the button structure.
[0066] In some embodiments, such as Figure 3 and Figure 4 As shown, the button structure also includes an electronic button 50. When the second pressing part (hard rubber button) 40 is pressed, it causes the first pressing part (soft rubber button) 30 to be pressed. The first pressing part (soft rubber button) 30 then contacts the electronic button 50, triggering the corresponding function.
[0067] According to the above embodiments, direct contact between hard plastic buttons and electronic buttons is avoided, reducing wear on hard plastic buttons and improving service life.
[0068] Figure 5 This is a schematic diagram of the first pressing part 30 according to an embodiment of the present application, showing the first pressing part 30 as viewed from the side of the first pressing part 30 facing the second pressing part 40; Figure 6 It is along Figure 5 A schematic diagram showing the first pressing part 30 cut open along the AA direction; Figure 7 It is along Figure 5A schematic diagram showing the first pressing part 30 cut open in the BB direction; Figure 8 This is another schematic diagram of the first pressing part 30 according to an embodiment of the present application, showing the first pressing part 30 as viewed from the side of the first pressing part 30 facing the first housing 10.
[0069] In some embodiments, such as Figures 5 to 7 As shown, the surface of the first pressing part 30 facing the second pressing part 40 has a first groove 31, which forms a travel space, such as... Figure 3 As shown, the second pressing part 40 is movable within this travel space. For example, when the second pressing part 40 is pressed, the engaging part of the second pressing part 40 with the engaging part of the second housing 20 (described later) moves towards... Figure 3 The upward movement shown allows it to move within the aforementioned travel space. This facilitates the operation of the second pressing part 40.
[0070] In some embodiments, such as Figures 5 to 7 As shown, the surface of the first pressing part 30 facing the second pressing part 40 also has a first recess 32, and a first groove 31 is located within the first recess 32. That is, the first groove 31 is provided within the first recess 32, and the first recess 32 constitutes a guiding space. Water entering between the first pressing part 30 and the second pressing part 40 can flow within this guiding space and flow along the first groove 31 to the outside of the product. This prevents water entering between the first pressing part 30 and the second pressing part 40 from penetrating the interior of the electronic product and affecting the lifespan of the internal components.
[0071] Figure 9 This is a schematic diagram of the second pressing part 40 according to an embodiment of the present application, showing the second pressing part 40 as viewed from the side of the second pressing part 40 facing the first pressing part 30.
[0072] In some embodiments, such as Figures 5 to 7 As shown, the surface of the first pressing part 30 facing the second pressing part 40 also has a first mating part 33; as Figure 9 As shown, the second pressing part 40 has a second mating part 41 on the side surface facing the first pressing part 30; the second pressing part 40 is disposed on the first mating part 33 of the first pressing part 30 through the second mating part 41.
[0073] like Figures 1 to 4As shown, the first mating part 33 is a recessed structure, and the second mating part 41 is a columnar structure. The second mating part 41 extends into the first mating part 33, thereby allowing the second pressing part 40 to be positioned on the first pressing part 30, achieving mating between the two. When the second pressing part 40 is pressed, it causes the second mating part 41 to apply force to the first mating part 33, thereby causing the first pressing part 30 to apply force to the electronic button 50, generating a force acting on the electronic button 50 and triggering the corresponding function.
[0074] In the above embodiments, the first mating part 33 and the second mating part 41 can be made of elastic material. Thus, through their cooperation, the pressing force from the second pressing part 40 can be buffered, ensuring a good button feel and improving the user experience.
[0075] In some embodiments, such as Figures 5 to 7 As shown, a second groove 34 is formed around the first mating part 33. This second groove 34 forms a receiving space to accommodate water that enters between the first pressing part 30 and the second pressing part 40. This receiving space also forms a rebound space, which can absorb the pressing force from the second pressing part 40. That is, when the second pressing part 40 is pressed, the design of the second groove 34 can further buffer the pressing force from the second pressing part 40, ensuring a good button feel and improving the user experience.
[0076] In some embodiments, such as Figure 8 As shown, the first pressing part 30 has a sealing part 35 on the side surface facing the first outer shell 10, and the first pressing part 30 seals the seam between the upper shell 11 and the lower shell 12 of the button area through the sealing part 35.
[0077] According to the above embodiments, the design of the sealing part can achieve further sealing at the joint of the button area.
[0078] In the above embodiments, such as Figure 8 As shown, the sealing portion 35 can be disposed around the edge of the first pressing portion 30 on the side surface facing the first housing 10 and is generally rectangular. However, this application is not limited to this; the sealing portion 35 can also be annular, for example, as shown in... Figure 8 As shown, the sealing portion 35 can also be provided around the root of the second groove 34 on the side surface of the first pressing portion 30 facing the first housing 10. This allows it to stabilize the first pressing portion 30 when the second pressing portion 40 is pressed.
[0079] This application does not impose any restrictions on the material and arrangement of the sealing part 35; relevant technologies can be referenced.
[0080] In some embodiments, such as Figure 5 and Figure 8As shown, the left and right sides of the first pressing part 30 ( Figure 5 The two sides in the BB direction shown have protrusions 36. The first pressing part 30 is fixed to the first outer shell 10 by interference fit through the protrusions 36. The protrusions 36 can also seal the gap between the upper shell 11 and the lower shell 12.
[0081] In some embodiments, such as Figure 3 and Figure 9 As shown, the second pressing part 40 has a locking part 42 on its surface facing the first pressing part 30. The second pressing part 40 is locked to the second housing 20 by the locking part 42, thereby achieving fixation with the second housing 20. Furthermore, when the second pressing part 40 is pressed, the locking part 42 disengages from the hook of the second housing 20, moving towards... Figure 3 The upward movement shown moves within the travel space formed by the first groove 31, thereby causing the first pressing part 30 to contact the electronic button 50 and trigger the corresponding function.
[0082] In the above embodiments, such as Figure 9 As shown, taking the snap-fit part 42 as an example of being hook-shaped and hanging upside down on the second outer shell 20, this application does not limit this. The snap-fit part 42 can also be formed in any other feasible way, as long as it can be fixed to the second outer shell 20 and apply force to the first pressing part 30 when the second pressing part 40 is pressed.
[0083] Figure 10 This is a schematic diagram of the second outer casing 20 according to an embodiment of this application. Figure 11 yes Figure 10 A schematic diagram of a through hole 21 provided on the second outer casing 20 shown.
[0084] In some embodiments, such as Figure 9 and Figure 10 As shown, the second outer shell 20 is provided with a through hole 21 at the position corresponding to the second pressing part 40, which matches the shape of the second pressing part 40. The second pressing part 40 is configured and fixed to the second outer shell 20 by means of the through hole 21. For example, as mentioned above, the second pressing part 40 is hooked to the second outer shell 20 by the engaging part 42.
[0085] In the above embodiments, such as Figure 11 As shown, a first protrusion 22 is provided at the edge of the through hole 21, such as... Figure 9 As shown, a second protrusion 43 is provided on the second pressing part 40 at a position opposite to the first protrusion 22. Thus, the design of the first protrusion 22 on the second housing 20 and the second protrusion 43 on the second pressing part 40 can play a foolproof role during the assembly process, avoiding assembly errors of the second pressing part 40.
[0086] In the above embodiments, such as Figure 11 As shown, a third protrusion 23 is also provided at the edge of the through hole 21, such as... Figure 9 As shown, a second recess 44 is provided on both sides of the engaging part 42, and the position of the third protrusion 23 is opposite to the position of the second recess 44, thereby facilitating the assembly of the second pressing part 40.
[0087] In some embodiments, such as Figure 9 As shown, the second pressing part 40 may also have a reinforcing rib 45, which increases the strength of the second mating part 41. Figure 9 The structure of the reinforcing rib 45 is merely an example, and this application does not limit its specific structure.
[0088] In some embodiments, this button structure is applied to an electronic blood pressure monitor. The first housing 10 can be the inner housing of the electronic blood pressure monitor, the second housing 20 can be the outer aluminum shell of the electronic blood pressure monitor, the first pressing part 30 can be a soft rubber button of the electronic blood pressure monitor, and the second pressing part 40 can be a hard rubber button of the electronic blood pressure monitor. This application is not limited thereto; this button structure can also be applied to other electronic products, depending on the needs of the electronic product.
[0089] In some embodiments, the second housing 20 is fitted to the first housing 10 by a sliding assembly. Specific assembly methods can be found in related technologies and will not be elaborated here.
[0090] In some embodiments, such as Figure 1 As shown, after the second outer shell 20 is assembled to the first outer shell 10, there is a gap G between the second outer shell 20 and the first outer shell 10, which is located below the product's gravity direction. Therefore, water flowing into the space between the second outer shell 20 and the first outer shell 10, and / or water flowing into the space between the first pressing part 30 and the second pressing part 40, can flow out along the gap G, preventing damage to the product from the incoming water.
[0091] This application also provides an electronic product. This electronic product can be an electronic blood pressure monitor, but this application is not limited to this; the electronic product can also be other electronic products with the aforementioned button structure, such as electronic thermometers, various remote controls, etc.
[0092] Figure 12 This is a schematic diagram of an electronic blood pressure monitor according to an embodiment of this application. Figure 12 As shown, the electronic blood pressure monitor 100 has the button structure described in the aforementioned embodiments. The relevant content of the button structure has been explained above and is incorporated here, so it will not be repeated here.
[0093] The above only describes the button structure of the electronic product. For other structures of the electronic product, please refer to relevant technologies, which will not be elaborated here.
