A cleaning component for cleaning the under-surface of the upper belt is located on the front side of the top of the support frame, and a drying component for drying the under-surface of the upper belt is located on the rear side. This conveyor belt under-surface cleaning and wetting device can remove interfering materials such as coal ash beforehand through the cleaning component, avoiding misjudgment of crack features by the detection equipment. The drying process eliminates water residue, preventing water film from interfering with the imaging quality of the optical detection equipment and avoiding the risk of slippage caused by a decrease in the friction coefficient between the belt and the drive roller.
