Abstract

The application relates to the technical field of graphene preparation, in particular to a graphene homogenizing device, which comprises a tank body, a stirring mechanism and a grinding disc homogenizing mechanism, the grinding disc homogenizing mechanism comprises coaxially arranged upper and lower grinding discs, a driving assembly, a material collecting hopper and a mounting frame, the driving assembly is fixed to the outside of the tank body through the mounting frame, the material collecting hopper is arranged on the tank body, the lower grinding disc is installed at a material collecting end of the material collecting hopper, the upper grinding disc is rotationally arranged on the mounting frame and corresponds to the lower grinding disc, and the driving assembly is in transmission connection with the upper grinding disc; the stirring mechanism comprises stirring blades and a power assembly, the stirring blades are rotationally arranged in the tank body and below the material collecting hopper, and the power assembly is arranged outside the tank body and connected with the stirring blades. The stirring blades and the power assembly are designed in a split mode, and are matched with grinding to form multistage processing, so that the graphene is uniformly distributed.
