Galvanometer welding head

Abstract

The application provides a galvanometer welding head, and belongs to the technical field of welding heads. The galvanometer welding head has intersecting first and second directions, and comprises a mirror seat, a collimating assembly, a mirror assembly, a flat-field lens and a galvanometer assembly. The mirror seat defines a mounting space. The collimating assembly is arranged on one side of the mirror seat along the first direction, and one end of the collimating assembly close to the mirror seat is in communication with the mounting space. The mirror assembly is arranged on one side of the mirror seat facing the collimating assembly along the first direction, and the mirror assembly is in communication with the collimating assembly. The flat-field lens is arranged on one side of the mirror seat along the second direction, and one end of the flat-field lens close to the mirror seat is in communication with the collimating assembly through the mounting space. The galvanometer assembly is accommodated in the mounting space. The galvanometer welding head provided by the application improves the mounting or dismounting efficiency between the collimating assembly and the mirror seat by detachably arranging the collimating assembly on one side of the mirror seat along the first direction, so as to facilitate replacement, maintenance or cleaning.
