Abstract

The application relates to an open-close type tunnel oven, relates to the material drying field and comprises a material drying bin, the material drying bin is internally provided with a material drying channel, a feeding conveying belt is arranged in the channel, the material drying bin is provided with an operation hole communicated with the material drying channel, and a cover plate for sealing the operation hole is rotationally connected; the material drying channel is internally provided with an ash receiving plate located below the feeding conveying belt, the ash receiving plate is slidably connected with a sliding hole of the material drying bin, gaps exist between adjacent ash receiving plates, and a baffle with a top surface middle part protrusion and two side formed ash falling guide surfaces is arranged above the gaps; an exhaust hood is arranged at the end of the material drying bin, an exhaust fan is connected with an exhaust pipe, a sliding block of the exhaust hood is slidably connected with a sliding groove of the material drying bin, and a locking mechanism is further arranged; the material drying bin and the cover plate are provided with an opening and closing driving element for controlling the overturning state of the cover plate. The application has the technical effects of facilitating the operation of the material drying channel, collecting the dust generated by the falling materials, effectively discharging the smoke generated by the drying, and adjusting the height of the exhaust hood.
