Abstract

This application discloses a self-healing composite protective sleeve for water supply and drainage pipes, belonging to the technical field of self-healing composite protective sleeves for water supply and drainage pipes. It includes the original pipe; the multi-connected support assembly is arranged in a ring-shaped support structure. Through the ring-shaped support structure of the multi-connected support assembly, multiple evenly distributed support points are formed between the composite sleeve and the original pipe, thereby solving the problems of misalignment and uneven force caused by insufficient support points. The angle of the support rod can be precisely adjusted through a bevel gear and worm gear transmission mechanism driven by a handwheel. Combined with the spring between the sliding rod and the sliding groove, this ensures that the composite sleeve is evenly stressed, avoiding wrinkles. The ring-shaped support structure disperses impact or deformation energy to multiple support points, and the spring further absorbs local stress, improving the fit stability between the composite sleeve and the original pipe, thereby enhancing the self-healing effect, extending the service life of the pipe, and ensuring the reliable operation of the water supply and drainage system.
