Abstract

This utility model relates to the field of rotary valve technology, and in particular to a water-cooled rotary valve, comprising a valve body with a feed channel, a rotating shaft rotatably mounted on the valve body, an impeller disposed on the rotating shaft and located within the feed channel, sealing assemblies disposed at both ends of the rotating shaft and between the rotating shaft and the valve body, a first flow channel disposed on the rotating shaft, and a first cooling chamber, a second cooling chamber, and a third cooling chamber disposed on the outer circumferential surface of the valve body, wherein the first cooling chamber is used to cool the sealing assembly at one end, the second cooling chamber is used to cool the sealing assembly at the other end, and the third cooling chamber is used to cool the valve body. In use, by respectively setting the first cooling chamber and the second cooling chamber on the two sealing assemblies for cooling, and simultaneously cooling the valve body by the third cooling chamber, the cooling of the rotary valve is improved, ensuring stable and reliable sealing of the rotary valve, preventing high temperature from damaging the valve body's seal, and also ensuring stable and reliable operation of the valve body.
