Abstract

The environment-friendly and renewable decorative plate raw material crushing device relates to the technical field of crushers and comprises a base assembly, which is composed of a first support and a second support. A crushing assembly is installed above the first support, a circulating water pump is integrated in the second support, a crushing cavity is arranged in the crushing assembly, a rotating shaft penetrates through the crushing cavity and is provided with multiple groups of moving knives and circumferentially distributed crushing blade heat dissipation systems comprising first and second heat dissipation pipes, which form a closed-loop water circuit through the circulating water pump and adopt a spiral layout to increase the heat exchange area. An air inlet and a first fan are arranged at the top of the crushing cavity, and a second fan is arranged on the rear baffle to reduce the temperature of the cavity through forced convection. A heat dissipation cavity is arranged in the first support, and external copper-aluminum composite heat dissipation fins are arranged to accelerate heat diffusion. The device effectively controls the temperature of the crushing cavity through water cooling and air cooling, high-temperature-resistant cutter design and modular structure, avoids the softening and caking of PVC materials, and improves the operation safety and maintenance efficiency.
