PU fabric gluing device with correction function

Abstract

A PU fabric coating device with a correction function includes a base. A temporary platform with a front-to-back transverse orientation is mounted on the rear side wall of the base. Two horizontal rails, one on the left and one on the right, are mounted on the top wall of the temporary platform. A left gripper that can move along the right side wall of the left horizontal rail is mounted on the right side wall, and a right gripper that can move along the left side wall of the right horizontal rail is mounted on the left side wall. A conveyor belt with a front-to-back transverse orientation is mounted on the top wall of the base. A coating mechanism is located above the conveyor belt. A left-to-right transverse adhesive roller is mounted on the rear part of the bottom wall of the coating mechanism. The conveyor belt is used to place the PU fabric body. Two horizontal cylinders, one on the left and one on the right, are mounted on the left and one on the right, respectively. A left push plate is mounted on the right end of the left horizontal cylinder, and a right push plate is mounted on the left end of the right horizontal cylinder. Both push plates are front-to-back transverse. The temporary platform is actually composed of multiple horizontal support rods with a front-to-back transverse orientation. These horizontal support rods are arranged side by side. A vertical cylinder is located directly below the space between every two adjacent horizontal support rods. A long strip support block is mounted on the top wall of each vertical cylinder.
