Abstract

The embodiment of the application provides a novel high-efficiency energy-saving fertilizer processing device, and relates to the technical field of fertilizer processing. The device comprises a processing tank, a first motor is arranged at the top end of the processing tank, a rotating shaft is fixedly installed at the bottom end of the first motor, a first gear is fixedly installed at the bottom end of the rotating shaft, a second gear is meshed and connected to the outer wall of the first gear, a rotating rod is fixedly installed at the bottom end of one side of the two second gears, a plurality of first stirring rods are symmetrically installed on the outer wall of the rotating rod, and a second stirring rod is arranged and installed at the bottom end of the first stirring rod. By operating the first motor, the rotating shaft is driven to rotate, the first gear is driven to rotate, the second gear is driven to rotate through the meshing of the first gear, and then the rotating rod, the first stirring rod and the second stirring rod are driven to rotate. The efficiency of stirring and mixing is improved through the first stirring rod and the second stirring rod, the uniformity of the components of raw materials is ensured, the uniformity and quality of the fertilizer are improved, and the production efficiency and product quality are improved.
