A brick-making device based on oil-based rock cuttings waste

Abstract

This application provides a brick-making device for oil-based rock cuttings waste, belonging to the technical field of oil-based rock cuttings processing equipment. The device includes: a support platform with a notch on one side of its bottom, a feeding box on the platform, and a feeding port at the bottom of the feeding box; a turntable located at the bottom of the feeding box, with forming zones arranged in a circular array on the turntable. When the forming zone is located below the feeding port, it is used to obtain a certain amount of waste material. The turntable is equipped with a pressing component for brick making, which corresponds to the upper part of the distribution trajectory of the forming zone and is offset from the notch. The bottom of the pressing component has a pressing block that is adapted to the shape of the forming zone; and a conveying component arranged radially along one side of the support platform, including a conveyor belt, one end of which is located directly below the notch to receive the formed bricks. Using the solution provided in this application, continuous brick making can be achieved with high efficiency.
