Auxiliary connection device for dismounting and mounting a piston

Abstract

The application provides an auxiliary connecting device for disassembling and assembling a piston, which comprises a connecting beam, a connecting lock and a connecting plate; the connecting beam is connected with the connecting plate through the connecting lock; the connecting lock is detachable, thereby realizing detachable connection of the connecting beam and the connecting plate; the connecting beam is used for connecting with external hoisting equipment; the connecting plate is used for connecting with the piston to be disassembled and assembled; the external hoisting equipment can hoist the piston to be disassembled and assembled connected with the connecting plate through the auxiliary connecting device. The auxiliary connecting device for disassembling and assembling the piston can realize easy disassembling and assembling of the piston, improve the disassembling and assembling efficiency of the piston, and solve the self-repairing problem of the press roller; the auxiliary connecting device has the characteristics of simple installation, safe and fast hoisting, greatly improved work efficiency and safety, and good popularization significance and practical value.
