Abstract

The application relates to a rotary pump device and an electronic atomizing device. The rotary pump device comprises a shell, a cam, a driving piece, a liquid delivery pipe and a cover. The shell is provided with a mounting groove on an end face and a mounting notch on a side face, and the inner wall of the mounting notch is provided with a first positioning convex part; the cam is arranged in the mounting groove; the driving piece is arranged at one end of the shell away from the mounting groove, one end of the driving piece is arranged in the mounting groove to drive the cam; the liquid delivery pipe is partially arranged in the mounting groove and sleeved with the cam, and both ends of the liquid delivery pipe are at least partially arranged outside the shell through the mounting notch; the cover is provided with a second positioning convex part, the cover is detachably connected with the shell, when the cover is connected with the shell, the cover covers the mounting groove and is partially arranged in the mounting notch, the first positioning convex part abuts against one side of the liquid delivery pipe close to the mounting groove, and the cover arranged in the mounting groove and the second positioning convex part jointly abut against both ends of the liquid delivery pipe. Therefore, the liquid delivery pipe is more stable, the flow of liquid supply is more stable, and the use is more convenient.
