Abstract

An integrated NTC kettle heating disc, comprising a kettle body and a heating disc assembly, the heating disc assembly comprising a panel, a heating assembly, an upper insulating mica sheet, a lower insulating mica sheet and a cover, the panel comprising a body and a heating base, the middle part of the body being provided with the heating base, the body and the heating base forming a recess for connecting the kettle body, the heating base forming the bottom of the kettle body, the middle part of the heating base being provided with a protrusion, an NTC sensor being fixedly connected through the heating base, the heating assembly, the upper insulating mica sheet, the lower insulating mica sheet and the cover, the upper surface of the NTC sensor abutting against the lower surface of the protrusion, the kettle body being fixed in the recess, the side wall of the body being fixedly connected with the bottom of the kettle body, and the cover being fixedly connected with the side of the body. The NTC sensor is integrated in the heating disc assembly through the protrusion of the heating base, and the sealing degree of the heating disc assembly and the kettle body is high, and the service life is long.
