Abstract

The application relates to a glass fiber reinforced plastic flange trimming device and belongs to the technical field of glass fiber reinforced plastic flanges. The device comprises a base, a table seat, a supporting frame, a driving motor I and a trimming cutter head arranged at the output end of the driving motor I and arranged above the base and having the same center. A straight pipe is in communication with the bottom of the table seat and passes through the bottom of the base and is not separated from the base. A driving assembly for driving the straight pipe to rotate is arranged on the base. A clamping assembly for centrally clamping the glass fiber reinforced plastic flange is arranged on the table seat. The upper end of the table seat is in communication with a telescopic film in the form of a cylinder. The glass fiber reinforced plastic flange trimming device drives the trimming cutter head and the cleaning brush head to rotate by starting the driving motor I and the driving motor II, performs flat treatment on the flat surface of the glass fiber reinforced plastic flange and cleans the chippings, makes the chippings fall into the table seat, and realizes cleaning of the chippings through the communication of the straight pipe and the dust collection assembly.
