A vertical lift conveyor

Abstract

The application provides a vertical lifting conveyor, and relates to the field of elevators. The vertical lifting conveyor comprises a base, a lifting mechanism and a conveying mechanism. The upper surface of the base is provided with the lifting mechanism, and the conveying mechanism is located below the lifting mechanism. The lifting mechanism comprises a lifting frame for driving goods to lift, an electric telescopic rod, a limiting block and a first servo motor. The first servo motor is located above the lifting frame and is used to drive the lifting frame to lift. The limiting block is located on one side of the lifting frame. The electric telescopic rod is located below the limiting block and is used to drive the limiting block to adaptively fix the lifting frame. The first servo motor drives the lifting frame to lift. When the lifting frame is lifted to a designated position for unloading, the electric telescopic rod drives the limiting block to adjust, so that the limiting block supports and limits the lifting frame, avoiding the situation that the goods slip during unloading, and improving the safety.
